     How do I get wealthy? There is a lot of advice from Buddhism. miaoyin妙音朋友 has edited a lot of Venerable Jingkong's articles on this subject, which are of immense merit.

1 I have a small dojo in Toowoomba, Australia, and I was asked, "Toowoomba is one of the most conservative Christian areas, there are no Buddhists, how are you going to live with no followers and no income if you build a dojo there?"

2 There are no Buddhists in that area, no one dares to build a dojo in that area, and we go there, so many people are concerned, "Venerable, what about your finances? Where is the money going to come from?" 

3 I said, "It's very simple, the bank just opens an account, publishes the number, and money comes in." All I know is that we are very rich in this dojo; I don't know exactly how much money.

4 The money comes from all over the world, people know I live in that place, not only does the money come in, people come in too, many people are willing to migrate to our neighbourhood, good thing! What is this? This is the reward. I've been practicing financial charity every day for over 50 years, and now I've got this reward.

5 You say how comfortable and happy you are, how you don't have to worry about anything at all. No matter what you do, it is really the proverb that says, "The heart wants what it wants". If you practice good causes, you will get good results. The Buddha has told you the truth. 

6 If you don't believe in the Buddha, and you go out and make money on your own, honestly, you won't make a penny. Why? If you do, the law of karma will be overturned. Whoever can overturn the law of cause and effect, all the Buddhas in the ten directions will worship him as their teacher. The Buddha cannot do it, the Buddha has no way.

7 This is the truth. Practising good causes must lead to good results. All the things I need to use today come from a constant source. So if you want to be rich, give alms! Give to charity and you will be rich, that's the truth.

8 I'm going into business and doing things to get rich today, and no matter what I do, wealth comes rolling in, why? There is wealth in one's destiny. This fortune is cultivated after studying Buddhism. Must believe in Buddha, Buddhism our decisions are not wrong!

1 我在澳洲图文巴有一个小道场，有人问我：“图文巴是最保守的基督教的一个地区，没有信佛的，你在那里建个道场，没有信徒，没有收入，你怎么活下去？”

2 那个地方没有佛教徒，没有人敢到那个地方建道场，我们到那里去，所以很多人很关心：“法师，你的经济怎么办？钱从哪里来？” 

3 我说：“很简单，银行就开个户头，把号码公布一下，就有钱进来。”我只晓得我们这个道场很富有，究竟多少钱我不知道。

4 钱来自全世界，大家知道我住在那个地方，不但钱来了，人也来了，很多人都愿意移民到我们附近，好事！这是什么？这跟你讲是果报。五十多年天天修财布施，现在就得这个果报。

5 你说这个多自在、多快乐，一点都不用去操心，不用去犯愁。无论做什么事情，真的是谚语讲的“心想事成”，只要动个念头，就会很圆满地成就。这个就是你修善因一定得善果，你要真相信，要信佛！佛跟你讲的一点都不错。 

6 你不信佛，凭自己本事去赚钱，说老实话，你一文都赚不到。为什么？你的命里头没有钱，你本事再大都赚不到，你要赚到了，因果律被推翻。谁能够推翻因果律，十方一切诸佛如来都要拜他作老师，为什么？佛做不到，佛没有办法。

7 这是事实真相，修善因一定得善果，今天我所有需要用的东西，都是源源不断而来。所以你要想发财，布施！财布施，你就发财，就是这么个道理。

8 我今天要去经商、去做发财的事情，无论做什么事情，财源都滚滚而来，为什么？命里头有财。这个命里头有财，是学佛之后修得的。一定要信佛，佛教我们的决定没有错误！

What are the acts of abstaining from killing and releasing

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
