  富含纤维素或叶绿素的食物具有解毒功能,多吃有助于消除体内累积的毒性物质。在毒性物质由肝脏排出而被小肠吸收之前,让毒性物质附着在纤维食物和叶绿素上,并承着大便排出体外,能养活毒性物质的累积效应。具有如此效果的食物依次是:米糠、菠菜和萝卜的叶子。但纤维食物在排毒的同时,又易排出体内的营养素,成长期的小孩或病体初愈的人不宜多食。

  一般人可食用利尿清热的食物,如雪梨、西瓜和橙,或者选择芝麻糊、杏仁糊等润肠通便的食物。
