日常膳食要注意“一、二、三、四、五”
Everyone should keep in mind the following dietary standard tips, except for those who are contraindicated:
"One, two, three, four, five", "red, yellow, green, black, white".

A bag of milk every day. It can provide enough calcium to meet physiological needs.

黄:常吃黄色蔬菜,如胡萝卜、南瓜、玉米等,可减少小儿
呼吸、消化性疾病,预防成人动脉硬化和肿瘤。
绿:常饮绿茶,多吃绿叶蔬菜。
白:常饮黄麦片,多吃豆腐及系列产品,能降脂、保健。
黑:黑木耳每日5-15克能降低血粘度。
