武则天与佛结缘的佛典故事

It is said that when the Buddha was alive, one day when he was begging for alms, he met a girl on the road and played with a group of children on the road; She saw Sakyamuni Buddha and his disciples coming from afar. She took a stick of sand from the ground with both hands half jokingly and half seriously, went to the Buddha and put it in the Buddha's bowl. The Buddha actually accepted her sand offering. The first disciple, Sharif, was very discontented in his heart: How could this girl be justified? How could she use sand to joke with the Buddha. On the way, he couldn't help but ask Shizun, "Shizun, the girl just put the sand in your bowl, why did you let her play around?"

The Blessed One smiled and said, "You don't know that after thousands of years, this woman will mature and want to be king in the Eastern Zhendan Kingdom. At this time, if she is not supported by her sandy soil, she will destroy Buddhism. If she is supported by her in this way, she will plant this good root cause. When she becomes emperor in the future, she will protect Buddhism and promote Buddhism.".

The girl mentioned by the Buddha was the only female emperor in China later - Wu Zetian. Because of this reason, in the Empress Wu Dynasty, it played a great role in promoting the development of Buddhism.

Whether you believe in Buddha or not, it is a blessing to be able to bond with Buddha in this life, and it also lays the seeds for future generations to be able to free from life and death. Please cherish the Buddha's fate.

     相传佛陀在世时，有一天托钵行化，在路上遇见一位女孩子，与一班小孩子在路中堆沙嬉戏；她远远看见释迦佛率领弟子们鱼贯而来。她就半开玩笑半认真的用双手从地上捧了一棒土沙，走到佛陀面前，放到世尊钵内，世尊居然接受她的沙土供养。大弟子舍利弗心中很是不满：这女孩岂有此理，怎么可以用沙土向世尊开玩笑。在路上实在忍不住，就问世尊道：“世尊，刚才那个女孩子，把沙土放进你钵内，你为什么让她胡闹？” 
     世尊微笑的说：“你们不知道，此女千百年后，因缘成熟，要在东震旦国为王，这时如不受她沙土供养，她将会破坏佛教的，这样受她供养，是让她种此善根因缘，她将来做皇帝时，会保护佛教弘扬佛法的”。 
      佛陀所说的这个女孩子，就是后来中国的唯一一位女皇帝---武则天。有此因缘，在武则天王朝，对佛教的发展起了很大的推动作用。 

    不管你现在信不信佛，今生能与佛结缘，是前世修来的福，也为后世能够解脱生死种下了种子。请珍惜佛缘。
