Liu Bang's Secret of Success: Five Lotus Flowers for Success

Liu Bang, an outstanding emperor, is a good example worth learning.

Liu Bang (256~195 BC) was the founding emperor of the Western Han Dynasty.

The first emperor who founded the Han nationality.

Liu Bang built the Han Dynasty and became emperor. Many people were unconvinced. They said that Liu Bang was born in Peixian County, Surabaya County (today's Peixian County, Jiangsu Province) and was born in a farming family. In his early years, he worked as a pavilionist. He was open-minded, did not engage in production, drink and play, and did not work.

Incomplete civil and military skills can lead to hegemony. It's very unfair.

Zhuge Changqing believed that Liu Bang was actually very powerful and a hero beyond ordinary people.

Zhuge Changqing believes that behind his success, there are five lotus flowers to set off his body:

One is to have high ambitions. Zhuge Changqing believes that Liu Bang is not what ordinary people call a drunkard, but a hero who dares to speak, dare to act and have high morale. Otherwise, her father-in-law would not like him. After the uprising of Chen Shengwu and Wu Guang in the Qin Dynasty, they immediately gathered to respond, pulled out the banner, and gradually created a new country. Can you think of it, who is not afraid of death? He is not afraid to fight a bloody way.

The second is to recruit talents. Liu Bang has absorbed talents from all aspects and is good at using talents. After his success, Liu Bang proudly said, "In the planning curtain, the decisive victory is thousands of miles away, and I am not as good as the house; I am not as good as Xiao He; I am not as good as Xiao He; I am not as good as Han Xin; I am not as good as Han Xin; I can use them, so I win the world". Han Xin has been humiliated. Chen Ping has many shortcomings, and Fan Kuai is a dog butcher, Ji Bu was the enemy of the year... Zhuge Changqing believed that the talent pool made Liu Bang like a fish in water. Now it seems that there are not many people who use talents.

The third is to accept remonstrance with an open mind. One of the characteristics of Liu Bang is very admirable. It is bold to employ people and delegate power. As long as it is a good plan, it is obedient. Zhuge Changqing believes that because of this, Han Xin can fight the world, Zhang Liang can plan strategies, and Xiao He can help the people. The dedication of talents has promoted Liu Bang's step by step. In life, how many decision-makers are good at listening to suggestions?

Fourth, endure humiliation. The arrest of his wife and father, the danger of the Hongmen banquet, the hardship of Hanzhong, the escape of soldiers, and the lack of military rations... The arduous life has tested Liu Bang. Liu Bang is really a hero, and has just passed the test, and has come hard. After suffering, his character is more resolute and courageous. Zhuge Changqing believes that no matter how hard the situation is, he will never be discouraged and uncompromising until he succeeds. Look at how many people in life dare to look up in front of Liu Bang! How many people dare to talk about their difficulties with Liu Bang! I am ashamed to death.

Fifthly, be smart and flexible. Liu Bang's ability to adapt to the circumstances can be said to be a natural talent. On the military, diplomatic and talent issues, Zhuge Changqing believes that people should learn from Liu Bang to handle things perfectly.

Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha. Blessed life is limitless. Confucius. Jesus. Mohammed. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three generations in ten directions.

All immortals in the three realms and ten directions.

All sages at all times and in all countries.

Don't do any evil, and do all good. Persistence and responsiveness.

Zhuge Changqing wishes all the people who are destined to respect their parents and do good deeds and accumulate virtue rich and auspicious!

刘邦成功秘密:成就事业的五朵莲花

刘邦，一代杰出帝王，一位值得学习的好榜样。

刘邦（公元前256～前195）西汉王朝的开国皇帝。

开创大汉民族的第一皇帝。

刘邦建汉称帝，很多人并不服气，人称其生于泗水郡沛县（今江苏沛县）出身农家，早年当过亭长，为人豁达大度，不事生产，喝酒游乐，不务正业。

文武不全，竟成霸业。很是不平。

诸葛长青认为，刘邦实际上非常厉害，是超出常人的英雄。

诸葛长青认为，他成功的背后，有五朵莲花衬托其身：

一是志存高远。诸葛长青认为，刘邦非一般人所说酒徒而，乃是敢说敢做、斗志昂扬的英雄。否则，她的岳父也不会相中他。秦朝陈胜吴广起义后，立刻聚众响应，拉出大旗，逐步打出一个新江山。可想想，谁不怕死偷生？他不怕，杀出一条血路来。

二是广纳人才。刘邦吸纳了各方面的人才，很善于运用人才。成功后的刘邦曾自豪的说，“夫运筹策帷帐之中，决胜于千里之外，吾不如子房；镇国家，抚百姓，给馈饷，不绝粮道，吾不如萧何；连百万之军，战必胜，攻必取，吾不如韩信；此三者，皆人杰也。吾能用之，此吾所以取天下也”，韩信曾受辱胯下，陈平有不少缺点，樊哙乃杀狗屠夫，季布乃当年敌人……，诸葛长青认为，人才荟萃，使刘邦如鱼得水。现在看来，运用人才如此的，恐怕也不是很多。

三是虚心纳谏，刘邦的一个特点，很令人佩服，就是大胆用人、大胆放权，只要是好的计谋，言听计从。诸葛长青认为，正因为如此，韩信才能武打天下，张良才能运筹帷幄，萧何才能镇扶百姓。人才的尽心竭力，推动了刘邦的步步提升。而生活中，又有多少决策者是善于听取建议的呢？

四是忍辱负重。妻子父亲被拘、鸿门宴之危险、汉中之艰苦、士兵之逃跑、军粮之匮乏……，艰苦卓绝的生活，考验了刘邦，刘邦真是好汉，硬是通过考验，艰苦的走了过来。历经磨难，他的性格更加坚毅果敢。诸葛长青认为，无论多么艰苦的情况下，他都从来不气馁、不妥协，直到成功。看看生活中，又有多少人，面对刘邦，敢抬起头来！有多少人敢和刘邦说说自己的困难！羞也羞死了。

五是机智灵活。刘邦的随机应变能力，可以说是天赋其才，军队问题、外交问题、人才问题……，诸葛长青认为，人们应当向刘邦学习处事圆满。
