Zhuge Changqing: A few days ago, at the invitation of a real estate boss, I flew to Hainan. Stepping on this magical land in the south of Shanghai, I suddenly felt that Hainan was really a good place, with beautiful mountains, water, people and everything. It was simply a great beauty.

Hainan Province is located in the southern tip of China, and Hainan Island is the second largest island in China after Taiwan Island.

Hainan is bordered by the Qiongzhou Strait in the north and Guangdong, the Beibu Gulf in the west and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the west, the South China Sea in the east and Taiwan Province in the east, and the Philippines, Brunei and Malaysia in the southeast and south of the South China Sea. In 1988, Hainan Province became the fifth special economic zone in China. Its administrative regions include the islands, reefs and sea areas of Hainan Island, the Sansha Islands (the Xisha Islands, the Zhongsha Islands, the Nansha Islands). Hainan is located in the northern edge of the tropics and has a tropical monsoon climate. The 1528-kilometer-long coast of Hainan is full of tourism resources that can be developed and built into a world-class tourist destination. The island has a pleasant climate all year round, birds sing and flowers smell all the year round, and is rich in mineral, animal and plant resources, especially oil and natural gas reserves. The tropical rainforest and mangrove planted are rare forest types in China, and are the most ideal places for scientific research, tourism and teaching. 4200 species of plants have been found, accounting for 15% of the national plant species, and nearly 600 species are endemic to Hainan. Hainan's tourism resources are very rich and distinctive, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Coastal landscape: along the 1528 km long coastline of Hainan, the sand bank accounts for about 50-60%, the beach width varies from hundreds of meters to thousands of meters, and the slope to the sea is generally 5 degrees, extending slowly; Most places are calm, the sea water is clear, the sand is as white as flocs, and the water is clean and soft; The shore is shaded by green trees and the air is fresh; The temperature of sea water is generally 18~30 ℃, and the sun is sufficient and bright. Sea bathing, sunbathing, sand bathing and wind bathing can be carried out most of the year. Today's international tourists like the five elements of sunshine, sea water, beach, green and air, all of which are found along the Hainan roundabout.

2. Mountains and tropical primeval forests: Hainan Island has 81 peaks with an altitude of more than 1000 meters, which are rolling and rolling, with strange shapes and magnificent momentum. Some of the most famous mountains in Hainan are the jagged and five-finger-shaped Wuzhi Mountain, the magnificent Yingge Mountain, and the mountains in Hainan are characterized by the dense tropical virgin forest. The most famous are four tropical virgin forest areas, including Jianfeng Mountain in Ledong County, Bawang Mountain in Changjiang County, Diaoluo Mountain in Lingshui County, and Wuzhi Mountain in Qiongzhong County, among which Jianfeng Mountain is the most typical.

3. Rare birds and animals: In order to protect species, Hainan has established a number of wildlife nature reserves and domestication farms, including the Bawangling Black crested gibbon reserve in Changjiang County, the Datianpo deer reserve in Dongfang County, the Dazhou Island (Golden Swallow) reserve in Wanning City, and the Nanwan Peninsula macaque reserve in Lingshui County.

4. Scenery of rivers, waterfalls and reservoirs: Nandu River, Changhua River, Wanquan River and other rivers, with intertwined beaches and pools, winding and clear water, are good places for sightseeing, especially the famous "Wanquan River Scenery". Rivers or streams in the mountains migrate in the mountains and forests.

5. Volcanoes, karst caves and hot springs: volcanic eruptions in history have left many dead craters on Hainan Island. The most typical one is the Shuangling Mountain, which is located at Shishan Mountain, Qiongshan City, with an altitude of more than 200 meters. There are two craters on the mountain, and a concave ridge is connected in the middle. It looks like a saddle, also known as the saddle ridge. The Leihuling crater and Luojingpan crater near the mountain are also well preserved. There are also many karst caves in various forms, including the Luobi Cave in Sanya City, the Qianlong Cave in Baoting County, and the Emperor Cave in Changjiang County. The hot springs on the island are widely distributed. Most of them have low mineralization, high temperature, large water volume and good water quality. Most of them are therapeutic hot springs, and the area where the hot springs are located is pleasant.

6. Beach, diving and seafood are the three eternal themes of Sanya tourism and vacation. Located in Sanya, the southernmost part of Hainan Island in China, Sanya is known as "Oriental Hawaii" because of its summer and blooming flowers. Wuzhizhou Island enjoys the reputation of "the first diving base in China" and has the best protected ecological coral reef in China.

7. Duty-free goods: The implementation of tax refund policy in Hainan's outlying islands has become another hot spot in Hainan's tourism. Sanya duty-free shop is divided into two floors, covering an area of 7000 square meters. It operates 20 thousand kinds of goods in dozens of categories, including nearly 100 luxury brands, such as perfume, jewelry, watches and leather goods. Among them, GUCCI, Tiffany, Armani, Montblanc and other brands are the first to set up duty-free brands in China.

Hainan Island is China's largest "tropical treasure land", with a total land area of 3.442 million hectares, accounting for about 42.5% of the country's tropical land area. The per capita land available for agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing is about 0.48 hectares. Due to the superior conditions of light, heat and water, the biological growth and reproduction rate is better than that of temperate zone and subtropical zone. Farmland can be planted all year round, and many crops can be harvested 2-3 times a year. According to the suitability, the land resources in Hainan Island can be divided into seven types: suitable for farming, suitable for rubber, suitable for hot farming, suitable for forest land, suitable for pasture, water surface and other land. At present, about 3.152 million hectares of land have been developed and utilized in Hainan Island, and about 260000 hectares of land have not been developed and utilized, of which about 90% can be used for large-scale agricultural development and utilization. Hainan is rich in land reserve resources and has great development potential.

According to the current situation of Hainan Province, with exquisite planning, it is easy to increase the income of several billion or even tens of billions a year.

   中华民族，人杰地灵； 宝岛海南，更是一颗璀璨的明星！

    诸葛长青：前几天，应某房地产老总邀请，坐飞机到海南。踏上海南这块神奇的土地，顿觉海南真是个好地方， 山美，水美，人美，一切都美，简直就是一个大美人。

   海南省，位于中国南端，而海南岛是仅次于台湾岛的全国第二大岛。
海南北以琼州海峡与广东划界，西临北部湾与越南社会主义共和国相对，东濒南海与台湾省对望，东南和南边在南海中与菲律宾、文莱和马来西亚为邻。1988年，海南省成为中国第五个经济特区，行政区域包括海南岛、三沙群岛（西沙群岛、中沙群岛、南沙群岛）的岛礁及其海域。海南地处热带北缘，属热带季风气候，素来有“天然大温室”的美称，温高少寒，光温充足，光合潜力高；岛上四季长青，空气清新，被誉为“回归大自然的好去处，未受污染的长寿岛。”是冬泳和避寒的胜地，是旅游、购物的天堂。

   在海南长达1528公里的海岸上遍布可以开发建设成为世界一流旅游圣地的旅游资源，岛上终年气候宜人，四季鸟语花香，矿物、动植物资源丰富，尤其石油与天然气蕴藏量可观。所孕育的热带雨林和红树林为中国少有的森林类型，是开展科研、旅游和教学最理想的选择之地。已发现的植物有4200种，占全国植物种类的15%,有近600种为海南特有。海南的旅游资源十分丰富，极富特色，主要有以下几个方面：
   1、海岸带景观：在海南长达1528公里的海岸线上，沙岸约占50～60%，沙滩宽数百米至数千米不等，向海面坡度一般为5度，缓缓延伸；多数地方风平浪静，海水清澈，沙白如絮，清洁柔软；岸边绿树成荫，空气清新；海水温度一般为 18～30℃，阳光充足明媚，一年中多数时间可进行海浴、日光浴、沙浴和风浴。当今国际旅游者喜爱的阳光、海水、沙滩、绿色、空气这5个要素，海南环岛沿岸均兼而有之。
   2、山岳、热带原始森林：海南岛有海拔1000米以上的山峰81座，绵延起伏，山形奇特，气势雄伟。颇负盛名有的山顶部成锯齿状、形如五指的五指山，气势磅礴的鹦歌岭，海南的山岳最具有特色的是密布着热带原始森林，最著名的有乐东县尖峰岭、昌江县霸王岭、陵水县吊罗山和琼中县五指山等4个热带原始森林区，其中以尖峰岭最为典型。
   3、珍禽异兽：为了保护物种，海南已建立若干个野生动物自然保护区和驯养场，其中有昌江县霸王岭黑冠长臂猿保护区、东方县大田坡鹿保护区、万宁市大洲岛（金丝燕）保护区、陵水县南湾半岛猕猴保护区等。
   4、大河、瀑布、水库风光：南渡江、昌化江、万泉河等河流，滩潭相间，蜿蜒有致，河水清澈，是旅游观景的好地方，尤以闻名全国的"万泉河风光"最佳。大山深处的小河或山间小溪，洄于深山密林之中。
   5、火山、溶洞、温泉：历史上的火山喷发，在海南岛留下了许多死火山口。最为典型的一座是位于琼山市石山海拔200多米的双岭，岭上有2个火山口，中间连着一下凹的山脊，形似马鞍，又名马鞍岭。该岭附近的雷虎岭火山口，罗京盘火山口也保存得十分完整而奇妙。千姿百态的喀斯特溶洞也有不少，著名的有三亚市的落笔洞、保亭县的千龙洞、昌江县的皇帝洞等。岛上温泉分布广泛，多数温泉矿化度低、温度高、水量大、水质佳，大多属于治疗性温泉，且温泉所在区域景色宜人。
   6、沙滩、潜水、海鲜是三亚旅游度假的三大永恒主题。地处中国海南岛最南端的三亚，四季如夏，鲜花盛开，素有“东方夏威夷”之称。蜈支洲岛享有“中国第一潜水基地”美誉，有中国保护最完好的生态珊瑚礁。
   7、免税商品：海南离岛退税政策推行，形成是海南旅游的另一个热点。三亚免税店共分为两层，面积7000平方米，经营的香水、首饰、手表、皮具等几十类共两万种商品，包括近百个奢侈品的品牌。其中GUCCI、Tiffany、阿玛尼、万宝龙等品牌都是首次在中国设立免税品牌。

  诸葛长青：海南真是个好地方，气候宜人，物产丰富，空气清新，真是令人想往的天堂！

  海南岛是中国最大的“热带宝地”，土地总面积344.2万公顷，占全国热带土地面积的约42.5%。可用于农、林、牧、渔的土地人均约0.48公顷。由于光、热、水等条件优越，生物生长繁殖速率较温带和亚热带为优，农田终年可以种植，不少作物年可收获2至3次。按适宜性划分，海南岛的土地资源可分为7种类型：宜农地、宜胶地、宜热作地、宜林地、宜牧地、水面地和其它用地。目前，海南岛已开发利用的土地约315.2万公顷，未被开发利用的土地约26万公顷，其中可用于大农业开发利用的约占90%。海南土地后备资源较丰富，开发潜力较大。

按海南省，现在的情况，加上精美策划，一年多增加几十亿，甚至上百亿的收入是很轻松的。
