Confucian wisdom: how to do a good job of senior officials and rich people

Reading sages and sages' books at night in the Thatched Cottage, I deeply thought and suddenly understood the world's affairs.

Recently, I have read Liu Bowen's holy deeds and thought a lot.

Looking at the world today, China is booming, and a picture of the country being peaceful and prosperous gradually appears. I deeply feel the luck and happiness of being born at this time.

A few days ago, I talked with my friends about what kind of senior officials and billionaires are the pillars of our country in today's society? So we used our eyes for thousands of years to see the essence of it.

Senior officials are the public servants of the people, and the rich are the pillars of the country.

Therefore, senior officials and rich people need to live up to the name, and naturally everything will go well.

How to be worthy of the name?

Zhuge Changqing studied Confucian culture and realized that to be a real high-ranking official and rich man, he must have the following three conditions:

First, we need to be assisted by wise men, second, we need to have strategic talents, and third, we need to be virtuous and benevolent.

First, we need the help of wise men. As a high-ranking official and rich man, if you have no inkling, but no wise man to help you, you will be defeated. In those days, King Wen of Zhou, Liu Bei, Liu Bang, and Zhu Yuanzhang started the imperial business. Without the assistance of Jiang Taigong, Zhuge Liang, Zhang Liang, and Liu Bowen, it would be difficult to complete the imperial business. Even if the ability is strong, it would be difficult to achieve it quickly. Therefore, senior officials and rich people need the help of wise men to do one thing and start a project, and only with the help of knowledgeable counselors can they "win out of the field".

Second, strategic talents are required. Without strategy, we can't have the world in mind and accommodate the universe; No talent, no discrimination between true and false, no leisurely. Strategic talent comes from the study of ancient wisdom and life. He has no strategic talent and can be improved through continuous learning. But if you don't study, you will be shocked.

Third, we need to be virtuous and benevolent. Between heaven and earth in life, goodness is the foundation of great cause and benevolence is the foundation of standing. I can't see it when I work hard; Once he reached the position of high office and rich salary, his instinct would burst out. This is why the ugly mentality of eating 300000 yuan a meal without giving a penny to poor schoolchildren. Throughout the ages, all sages, high-ranking officials and scholars. Therefore, those who can enjoy a lasting reputation are benevolent and virtuous.

Senior officials and rich people in the world should do their best!

Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha. Blessed life is limitless. Confucius. Jesus. Mohammed.

Don't do any evil, and do all good. Persistence and responsiveness.

Zhuge Changqing wishes all the people who are destined to respect their parents and do good deeds and accumulate virtue rich and auspicious!

草庐夜读圣贤书，深思顿悟天下事。

近来敬读刘伯温先师圣迹，思索多多。

     看今日天下，中国蒸蒸日上，一幅国泰民安、国富民强的画面逐步出现，心中深感生于此时之幸运、之福份。

前几日与朋友论及当今社会，什么样的高级官员，什么样的亿万富豪才是国之栋梁？遂用千年目光透视，顿悟其中精髓。

高官是人民公仆，富豪是国之栋梁。

故高官、富豪都需名副其实，自然万事如意。

怎样才算名副其实？

诸葛长青研究儒家文化，顿悟要做好一个真正的高官、富豪，必须具备以下三个条件：

一需有贤士辅助，二需具谋略才华，三需存善德仁心。

一需有贤士辅助。身为高官、富豪，倘若胸无点墨，却又无贤士辅助，岂不败哉。当年周文王、刘备、刘邦、朱元璋开创帝业，倘若没有姜太公、诸葛亮、张良、刘伯温的辅助，恐怕很难完成帝业，即使本领再强，恐怕很难迅速实现。所以高官、富豪，需要高人贤士辅助，干一件事情，开一个项目，有博学多才的谋士辅助，才会“决胜田里之外”。

二需具谋略才华。无谋略，不能胸怀天下，不能容纳乾坤；无才华，不能辨别真伪，不能从容不迫。谋略才华，来自古代智慧的学习、来自生活的学习。无谋略才华,可以通过不断学习来提升。但是不学习，就会大跌眼镜。

三需存善德仁心。人生天地之间，善为大业根本，仁为立身根本。艰苦创业的时候，还看不出来；一旦到了高官厚禄、财产过亿，他的本能就爆发出来。这就是为什么，吃一顿饭30万，不给贫困学童一分钱的丑陋心态。古往今来，一切圣贤、高官达士。所以能够名垂千古者，仁心善德之故。

   天下高官、富豪当力行之！ 

   南无阿弥陀佛。南无阿弥陀佛。南无阿弥陀佛。

南无本师释迦牟尼佛。福生无量天尊。孔子。耶稣。穆罕默德。

诸恶莫作，众善奉行。持之以恒、有求必应。
