1、 Human nature originally has "good+evil" at the same time, which is different according to personal cultivation.

Zhuge Changqing: We live between heaven and earth, and have the energy of yin and yang, good and evil. If you continue to cultivate morality and improve yourself, you will gradually focus on goodness and become a good person; If you continue to do immoral things, you will become a villain.

2、 From the perspective of educating people, Confucianism proposed "stop evil and do good".

Zhuge Changqing thought: Why did Confucius propose to teach without discrimination? Why do we propose "benevolence and justice" and "self-denial"? The core is to educate people, let them control their desires, remove nausea, restore kindness, promote people to be good, and return to the nature of goodness.

3、 Legalism originated from the Confucian school of Xunzi.

Zhuge Changqing: The outstanding representatives of Legalism are Li Si and Han Feizi, both of whom are disciples of Confucianism Xunzi. They followed Xunzi and only learned half of it. Xunzi put forward that human nature is evil, which is part of Confucius' theory of good and evil. The purpose is to remind people to pay attention to evil, and then correct themselves and restore to good. Li Si and Han Feizi only studied the first half, not the second half, so they wrote about "governing evil" and achieved unique legalists.

4、 In terms of social promotion and application, it is suggested to take "Confucianism education as the main part and legalism punishment as the auxiliary part", and combine the two to achieve good luck.

一、人性本来同时具备“善+恶”，根据个人修养表现出不同。

诸葛长青：人生于天地之间，同时具备阴阳善恶能量。如果持续修养道德，提升自己，就会慢慢以善为主，变成善人；如果持续做违背道德的事情，就会变成恶人。

二、儒家从教化人心角度，提出“止恶行善”。

诸葛长青认为：孔子为什么提出有教无类？为什提出“仁义”“克己复礼”？核心就是教化人心，让人克制欲望，去掉恶心，恢复善心，推动人心向善，回归善德本性。

三、法家起源于儒家荀子。

诸葛长青：法家杰出代表人物是李斯和韩非子，这两人都是儒家荀子的弟子。他们跟随荀子学习，只学习了一半。荀子提出人性恶，是突出了孔子善恶论的一部分，目的是提醒人们注意恶，然后修正自己，恢复到善。李斯、韩非子只学习了前半部分，没学习后半部分，所以就围绕“治恶”做文章，成就了独特的法家。

四、社会推广运用上，建议以“儒学教化为主+法家惩戒为辅”，二者结合，大吉大利。
