What did five blessings mean?

According to the book "five blessings to the door" written by [陈柏达], the name "five blessings" came from the Scripture and the Hong Fan. Now it had become a household name. Almost everyone knew the word "five blessing", but few people knew what it meant. As for the principle of the blessed gate, very few people knew it.

What on earth were the five blessings? The first Sanford is' longevity ', the second is' wealth', the third is' Corelle ', the fourth is' good virtue', and the fifth is' good end '.

'long life' is not a premature death, but a long life.

'wealth' means wealth, wealth and status.

Corelle was healthy and peaceful.

'good virtue' was kind-hearted, kind and quiet.

'a good ending' meant that one could foresee his or her death date. When he was dying, he didn't suffer any misfortune, no physical pain, no worries, and quietly left the world.

五福临门是指什么？

  陈柏达居士著《五福临门》中说， ‘五福’这个名词，原出于《书经》和《洪范》。现在已成为家喻户晓的辞句了，几乎大部分的人都知道‘五福临门’这个成语，可是很少人知道‘五福’所指的是哪五种福。至于福临门的原理，明白的人就少之又少了。
　　到底五福是什么呢？第一福是‘长寿’，第二福是‘富贵’，第三福是‘康宁’，第四福是‘好德’，第五福是‘善终’。
　　‘长寿’是命不夭折而且福寿绵长。
　　‘富贵’是钱财富足而且地位尊贵。
　　‘康宁’是身体健康而且心灵安宁。
　　‘好德’是生性仁善而且宽厚宁静。
　　‘善终’是能预先知道自己的死期。临命终时，没有遭到横祸，身体没有病痛，心里没有挂碍和烦恼，安详而且自在地离开人间。
