唆使他人斗争，撮合别人诉讼。
●妄逐朋党。
随便的追逐，分朋立党，附社结义。
●用妻妾语，违父母训。
听信妻妾的话语，而违背父母的训示。
●得新忘故。

●施与后悔。
施与之后，感觉后悔。
●假借不还。
借人家的钱财物品，据为己有而不肯还。
●分外营求。
不依本分，分外的去钻营求取。
●力上施设。
极尽自己力量之所能，而尽意的施威设法。
●淫欲过度。
夫妇间的房事频繁，超过了正常的限制。
●心毒貌慈。
心意恶毒却又面貌慈祥。
●秽食餧人。
用污秽的食物卖人或给人吃。
●左道惑众。
用旁门左道来蛊惑众人。
●短尺狭度，轻秤小升。
私自非法使用短尺狭度，轻秤小升，来贪利占便宜。
●以伪杂真。
把假的货物，杂在真的里面。
●采取奸利。

●压良为贱。
