Seven suggestions to help Chinese companies cope with global challenges

Chinese enterprises are facing more and more challenges in foreign markets. Under such circumstances, how can they succeed? We have seven suggestions.

First, accelerate research and development. As some Chinese enterprises have substantially increased their investment in research and development, many enterprises have not yet done so. Low-cost manufacturing is only a short-term strategy. If Chinese enterprises want to live a long and successful life, they must increase innovation.

Second, carefully choose the place and way of competition. If you don't think carefully about where and how to compete in the next five years, the future of the enterprise will be problematic.

Third, understand your target market. To compete abroad, Chinese companies must learn and understand the needs of foreign customers.

Fourth, properly manage your image and brand. If Chinese enterprises want to become respectable global enterprises, they must carefully manage their own image and brand.

Fifth, become the winner of global challenges. With the global development, these challenges are gradually increasing, and they will attach importance to the human resources strategy.

Sixth, properly manage the risks of globalization.

Seventh, become a master with global advantages. Chinese enterprises are tending to a favorable position to make full use of the advantages of developing and developed markets. We believe that a new organizational model can be established, and let's go back to the problem at the beginning. Can Chinese enterprises succeed in the international market?

I believe that Chinese enterprises can do this, and my answer is yes. Chinese enterprises can succeed in the global market. In fact, I think it is just around the corner to see more names of Chinese enterprises on the Fortune 500 list. Similarly, it is important that in the near future, we will see more global challengers from China and become globally well-known and respected enterprises.

   中国企业在国外市场面对的挑战越来越多，在这样的情况下，怎样才能成功？我们有七个建议。

　　第一，加快研发化。随着一些中国企业已经大幅度增加对研发的投入，还有很多的企业还没有做到这一点。低成本制造只是一个短期战略，如果中国企业希望活得长期、成功，就必须增加创新。

　　第二，小心地选择竞争的地点和方式。如果不小心地思考未来5年在哪里竞争，依什么方式竞争的话，企业的未来就有问题了。

　　第三，了解你的目标市场。要在国外竞争，中国公司必须学习和了解外国客户的需要。

　　第四，好好地管理自己的形象和品牌。如果中国企业要成为值得尊敬的全球化企业，他们必须慎重管理自己的形象和品牌。

　　第五，成为全球挑战的的赢家。随着全球的发展，这些挑战逐渐加大，他们将重视的人力资源战略。

　　第六，好好地管理全球化的风险。

　　第七，成为拥有全球优势的大师。中国企业正趋于一个有利的位置，能够充分利用发展市场和发达市场的优势。我们相信，可以建立新的组织模式，让我们再来回到开始时的那个问题。中国企业能否在国际市场成功？

　　我相信中国企业可以做到这一点，我的答案是肯定的。中国企业可以在全球市场成功，实际上我认为，在财富500强的名单上，看到更多中国企业的名字，指日可待。同样，重要的是在不远的将来，我们将看到更多来自中国的全球挑战者，成为全球知名，受人尊重的企业。
