Invincible youth: How to be an invincible boss? The key is to attach importance to talents:
1. Put people first
The phrase "people are our most important asset" has been said by many business people. Sometimes it is just a topic for joking. Sometimes it is believed by some, but no one takes it as the core of business activities and the basis for leaders to allocate time.
I'm not saying that most enterprises ignore "people", but "putting people first" has its special meaning, which means "doing everything about people right", not just casually.
2. Persistent pursuit of talents

5. Training! Training! Training!
You and I live in an era of "intellectual capital": 75% to 90% of the work done by the white-collar class will be replaced by a $239 microprocessor in the next decade. What have we done to make ourselves more valuable? Only training! Training! Train!. Ignoring training, we will pay for the future consequences.
6. Cultivate the ambition of being a leader from the beginning
The purpose of training should not be just to improve skills. The ultimate goal of training should be to cultivate "mature entrepreneurial spirit" in every employee who works for us.
7. Cultivate open communication
In the whole supply chain, if there is any bit of bureaucracy that hinders real-time communication between people, it must be uprooted.
With the new technology and the faster pace of change, people who act must be able to make decisions immediately, and good decisions can not be delayed for a second. This means that everyone must have access to all information. Sharing information is a must.

3.不找庸才填空缺
如果你是不知有悔的人才鉴赏家,你绝对不会将就接受次等的人才。你宁可让某个职务空在那里——同时逼其他人加倍努力成才——而不会轻易找个庸才「填补空缺」。
在这个创意密集的时代,才华其实是一种无所不在的概念。因此「追求卓越」其实就是在企业组织的每一个角落,「追求卓越的人才」。
4.态度与热情才是关键
谈到才华,你要寻找的是什么?我慢慢相信,测试领导能力成熟度最大的考验,是一个人有没有能力应付「无形事物」,每一位卓越的教练,都有一样的想法:态度与热情才是关键!如果你的动作有点慢,你可以用热情与态度来弥补。
5.训练!训练!训练!
你我生活在一个「智慧资本」的时代:白领阶级所做的工作,有75%至90%会在未来十年,被一台价值239美元的微处理器取代。我们做了什么,好让自己更有价值呢?只有训练!训练!训练!。忽略训练,我们将为未来的恶果买单。
6.一开始就要培养当领导者的抱负
训练的目的不该只是增进技能。训练的最终目标,应该是在每个为我们效力的员工身上,培养「成熟的创业精神」。
7.培养开放的沟通
在整条供应链中,如果有任何一丁点官僚,阻碍了人与人的实时沟通时,都必须连根拔除。

8.把「赢得人心」奉为圭臬
拿过九次NBA总冠军的洛杉矶湖人队教练菲尔?杰克逊,在2001年赢得第八次冠军时曾说,「教练的工作,便是赢得球员的心。」

10.人类最深沈的需求,便是获得赏识
美国心理学家威廉·詹姆斯曾说,「人类最深沈的需求,便是获得赏识。」而最具才华的人,会带着他们的才华,前往他们觉得最受赏识的地方。
赏识意味着许多东西:机会、经济报酬、公司重视工作与家庭之间的平衡等。但是名列第一的,应该是单纯的尊重。
11.表达对员工家人关心
有些组织确实在乎你是「个人」,认为你不只是朝九晚五的炮灰。这些组织的领导者会多付出一些,来表达他们对于员工家人关心。
12.每个员工都是独特的人
要了解经营人才是「一次只应付一个人」的工作,得花费不少时间。人才不能轻易归类。我们全都独一无二,一种尺寸只适合一个人。
我们能以标准化的人力资源评鉴工具来测量美式足球的球员吗?不能!
13.敬重年轻人
「历史上前所未见地,孩子们对某项与社会息息相关的创新,比他们的父母更感到得心应手,也更为熟悉,」《经济学人》写道,「网络引发了历史上头一次由年轻人主导的工业革命。」
14.创造领导的机会
创造领袖的方法,便是让他们领导。你要是发现一个出色的人,直接让他负责主导某件事。马上。
