A few days ago, I visited a private yacht of up to 6 million yuan, and found that the interior decoration of the luxury yacht was exquisite, including the living room, master room, guest room, kitchen, bar, dance floor, karaoke sound, and all kinds of high-tech equipment, communication and satellite navigation systems, which perfectly combined various elements such as family leisure, business activities and outdoor enjoyment, reflecting the high quality and high taste of modern lifestyle.

Many foreigners play yachting purely for sports and leisure. Relatively speaking, Chinese people add a bit of work to yachting activities, which can be said to be both business and leisure.

Many Chinese bosses like to talk business with their partners on their yachts, which can not only show their strength to their partners, but also add a leisure atmosphere to official business and shorten the distance with their partners.

    驾着自己的游艇驶向纯净的海域，眼前只有蔚蓝的天，耳边只有呼啸的风，轻微的马达声也融化在欢声笑语里……以往让不少人向往的私人游艇活动现正一步步地走近广州富豪一族。

　　日前，广东海事局批准开设的首个游艇培训课程正式开始，标志着广州的游艇休闲活动也正逐渐走上轨道。

　　玩艇一族冒出荷尖

　　过去经常会在好莱坞电影或者香港的影视片中看到游艇，也会在香港的港口处看到停靠着的数十只游艇，有人说“衡量一个沿海城市的发达程度主要看港口的桅杆数量”，可见游艇休闲是一项显示沿海国家和沿海城市经济状况的活动。确实，游艇是高端的休闲方式之一，不管是在国内还是国外，都有这样的共识：没钱不能玩游艇。

　　而随着国内经济的发展，买得起游艇的人已有不少。一些城市“新贵”纷纷私人购入帆船和游艇，像广州番禺莱茵游艇会的游艇专用码头就停靠着9艘游艇，这些游艇的价格从130多万元到600万元不等，游艇主要是广州各行各业的老板，他们也是广州首批走进游艇生活的人。而广州游艇一族正在不断地增加呢。

　　作为奢侈消费品，游艇从4月1日开始也被列入消费税征收范畴，拥有私人游艇成为了身份的象征。不仅游艇本身的价值不菲，每年保养游艇也需要一笔不菲的投入，如一艘40尺的游艇，每个月就需花费15万左右用于油费、保养费和游艇俱乐部停泊费等方面。

　　游艇休闲商务成新宠

　　邀来三五知己，乘着游艇在海上冲浪、潜水、游泳、垂钓……进行很多活动都可以，也可什么都不做，只是躺在甲板上晒太阳，也是一件舒适、休闲的事情。

　　关上手机，开船出海，到一个寂静的地方停下来，一个属于自己的水上沙龙悄然开始：可喝喝咖啡，品品红酒、雪茄，与亲朋好友享受远离喧嚣的休闲时光；或在一个开放的空间，欣赏周围的宜人的景色，这是一种难得的享受。

　　日前参观了高达600万元的私人游艇，只见豪华游艇内部装潢精美，客厅、主人房、客房、厨房、酒吧、舞池、卡拉OK音响等一应俱全，各种高科技装备、通讯及卫星导航系统也是应有尽有，完美结合了家庭休闲、商务活动和户外享受等各种元素，体现出现代生活方式的高质量与高品位。

　　很多老外玩游艇是单纯的运动休闲，相对来说，中国人多为游艇活动增添一点工作的性质，可谓是商务休闲两不误。

　　中国不少老板都喜欢在自己的游艇上与伙伴谈生意，不仅可以向合作伙伴显示自己的实力，也是为公务增添了休闲的气氛，拉近与合作伙伴的距离。

　　一位民企老板就认为，把商务会谈、合同签署、项目谈判等活动，从沉闷的会议室或酒店转移到晴朗的游艇上，会使双方的心情更愉快、头脑更清晰，也会让合作更加顺利地进行。

白领一族是潜力玩家

　　有人将游艇比喻为“浮动的豪门盛宴”。也有专业人士认为，“游艇就像汽车一样，分有多个等级，并非只是富豪的专利，不同的人可以根据自己的实际情况玩不同的游艇。”

　　游艇目前属于高档消费，但也有人认为，游艇业发展有广阔的空间。因为除高档游艇外，也可发展普及型游艇，为白领阶层提供服务。

　　玩游艇离不开俱乐部，就像汽车需要停车场一样，游艇也需要专业码头与专业维护，这些都需要专业的游艇俱乐部来帮助打理。

　　在欧美国家，通常每年游艇的维护费、停泊费和保险费为游艇价格的10%。而国内游艇俱乐部的会员费则视其提供的服务不同而不同。游艇俱乐部还会为会员和消费者提供游艇的出租服务。广州市莱茵游艇会的负责人就表示，除了一些具备经济实力的高端消费者能拥有私人游艇以外，白领一族也可以约上三五知己或公司同事一起租用游艇，让配备的船长驾着游艇带领大家感受出海的休闲生活。

　　相关提示：要开游艇先拿正规驾照

　　在国内的沿海城市，一些天然港湾为发展游艇业提供了得天独厚的条件。作为珠三角中心城市的广州是个水岸城市，水资源丰富；此外，广州毗邻港澳，海洋资源也相当可观，这就为广州的游艇业的发展奠定了良好的基础。像广州番禺莱茵游艇会所在的洛溪新城三支乡水道，平均每小时只有0.4艘船只通过，就为私人游艇的停泊和出航提供了优良的环境。

　　广州拥有私人游艇的人日渐增多，有业内人士预测，3年内广州游艇销量可望突破百艘，享受游艇休闲的人将越来越多。但在游艇业不断发展的情况下，真正拥有由政府批出的游艇驾照却还很少，目前广州有70人左右拥有非政府颁发的游艇驾驶证。今年2月，广东海事局才颁布《广东海事局游艇驾驶员适任考试、评估和发证办法》，正式有了政府颁发的游艇驾驶证，进一步规范了游艇驾驶的安全要求。

　　日前，广州莱茵游艇会和广州航海高等专科学校共同组建了游艇驾驶培训中心，首期培训班就吸引了外企总裁、私企老总、高级金领及外籍人士等社会精英的关注，这个由广东海事局批准成立的培训班将培养出10多位首批拥有由广东海事局正式发驾照的学员。

　　目前，广州的游艇休闲已经开始一步步走向规范，但游艇行业在制造、服务等方面，政府未有制定相关的法规和标准。日前，广州市政协常委、民革广州市常委陈忠明提交提案建议重视发展游艇休闲业，相信广州的游艇业将日渐成为广州的一个亮点。
