21 tips for leading employees

The famous Japanese entrepreneur Yukio Matsushita's 21-point skills on enterprise leadership and staff management are necessary for management.

The 21 tips are:

(1) Let everyone know their position and don't forget to discuss their work performance with them;

(2) Give rewards, but rewards should be commensurate with achievements;

(3) If there is any change, it should be notified in advance. If employees can receive the notice first, their work efficiency must be relatively high;

(4) Involve employees in plans and decisions related to their immediate interests;

    （13）提出建设性的批评，批评要有理由,并找出改进的方法；

    （14）在责备某人之前，先指出他的优点,表示你只是希望能帮助他；

    （15）以身作则，树立好榜样；

    （16）言行一致,不要让员工弄不清要到底应该做什么；

    （17）把握住每一个机会,表现你以员工为骄傲，这样能使他们发挥最大的潜力；

    （18）假如有人发牢骚，需赶紧找出他们不满之处；

    （19）尽最大可能，安抚不满的情绪,否则所有的人都会受到波及；

    （20）制订长、短期目标,以便让人们据以衡量自己的进步；

    （21）支持你的员工，应有的权力与责任是不可分的。
