It is often mentioned that leaders have charisma. What is charismatic leadership?

    一个合适的故事往往可以减轻拒绝和批评对人造成的强烈刺激，这样既达到了目的，又避免伤害感情。林肯把讲故事的手法发挥到了极致，即使是在与内阁成员进行最严肃的谈话时，仍然抽出时间讲一段轶事，以表明他究竟是怎样想的。而用来讨论政策和国家方针大计的会议，也往往由总统的一段故事来圆满结束。

　　树立榜样、共启愿景和善于交流这三个方面，就是一个魅力型领导的基本功夫。他们也正是凭借这样的本领，使属下心悦诚服，使自己成为整个组织的灵魂人物。
