They should accurately grasp the internal and external opportunities of cross-border M&A, reduce the business risks of enterprises, master the core resources of production and operation, cultivate and accumulate a group of international talents skilled in applying international business rules, cultural environment, laws and regulations, expand the target market step by step, and gradually expand the scale of overseas M&A according to their actual conditions.
Shopping malls are like battlefields. Mao Zedong Thought is the essence of the decades of struggle experience of the Chinese revolution, especially its practical philosophy of "defeating the strong with the weak". For Chinese enterprises to grow rapidly in the brutal commercial competition and ultimately challenge multinational companies, it has absolutely the function of pulling out the weight of the enemy.

很多企业家可能不熟悉《论语》,但却喜爱《毛泽东选集》。
在国际企业界里,毛泽东的影响力估计不低于韦尔奇。在中国,韦尔奇和GE有着非同寻常的影响力。
很多公司把GE作为奋斗目标,越来越多的职业经理人则将杰克·韦尔奇当作自己的榜样。有一段时间,伏案研读《杰克·韦尔奇自传》几乎成为很多经理人的必修课。与此同时,很多企业家办公室书架上摆列着《毛泽东选集》,恐怕不仅仅是出于感谢和冲门面,更多的是想领悟毛主席“战略上蔑视敌人,战术上重视敌人”的谋略智慧。
听说唐骏甚至比陈天桥还喜欢毛泽东,他曾经包了一个专列,带领员工浩浩荡荡上井岗山。他们两人原本并不认识,在一次会上初次相逢。后来,在昆仑饭店,唐骏跟陈天桥谈起,他最佩服的就是毛泽东,陈天桥说太好了,“我也敬佩毛泽东。”于是,两人握在了一起,会师一般。几天后,经理人的翘楚站在了网络新贵的麾下,唐骏回忆说,结盟会谈不到半小时,连待遇都没谈。
华为总裁任正非在部队期间就是“学毛选标兵”,明眼人看到,华为的市场攻略、客户政策、竞争策略以及内部管理与运作,无不打上“毛式”斗争哲学的烙印。据说任正非一有功夫,就读毛选,琢磨把毛泽东的兵法化为华为的战略。
毛泽东讲过一句著名的话:一个领袖和一个普通人的区别在于前者敢于坚持自己的观点,敢于坚持别人认为是错误的东西,错误到头了真理也就出现了。
这启发了万通集团董事局主席冯仑的思路。一天深夜,他悟到:企业家不要拘泥于现实中各种各样的道德评判。
他回忆道,在刚开始做生意的时候,有一个人说他不好,他就睡不着觉;若干年以后有100个人说他不好,他睡不着觉;今天有100万人说他不好,他很高兴,因为“至少有1000万人在注意我。”
企业的国际化更是企业家的国际化。中国现在的一些所谓大企业家,目前只能够从狭小的角度大谈他们企业自身国际化的理想和战略,但缺乏担当在国际市场中主导自己行业发展的雄才大略和领头人的胆略。他们可能对毛泽东的一个方面战术运用的不错,但对于整体的毛泽东商业思想,却领会不够。这其实反映出中国企业乃至整个社会对国际化的陌生。
与发达国家相比,中国企业开展跨国并购的时间还不长,绝大部分企业开展跨国并购尚处于初始阶段。他们要准确把握好跨国并购内部和外部的时机,降低企业经营风险,掌握生产和经营的核心资源,培养和积累一批熟练运用国际商业规则、人文环境、法律法规的国际化人才,分阶段、分步骤地进行目标市场拓展,根据自身实际条件,逐步扩大海外并购规模。
商场如战场。毛泽东思想是中国革命几十年斗争经验的精华,尤其是其“以弱胜强”的实践哲学观点,对于中国企业在残酷的商业竞争迅速成长并最终挑战跨国公司,绝对有四两拔千斤的功用。
由此看来,中国的企业家要掀起学习毛主席商业思想的新高潮就不难理解了。毛泽东为什么不能成为中国企业家的商业图腾呢?
