How to transform 14 business opportunities into wealth
Business opportunities, regardless of their size, must be opportunities that can generate profits in an economic sense. Business opportunities are expressed as the imbalance between the generation and satisfaction of demand in terms of time, place, cost, quantity and object. After the old business opportunities disappear, new business opportunities will appear again. Without business opportunities, there will be no "transaction" activities. The transformation of business opportunities into wealth must meet five "right" requirements: the right products or services, the right customers, the right price, the right time and place, and the right channels. At present, the business opportunities we can recognize can be roughly summarized into 14 types:
1. The shortage of business opportunities is rare.
Shortage is the first reason for economic firms to make profits. There is no shortage of air, but in the plateau or in the sealed space, air will also be a business opportunity. All useful and scarce things can be business opportunities, such as high technology, truth, authenticity, knowledge, etc.
2. Time opportunity
Far hydrolysis can't quench thirst. When demand is expressed as a shortage of time, time is an opportunity. The plane is faster than the train. Although the hormone does not cure diseases, it can delay life. They all have business opportunities.
3. Price and cost opportunities

4. Convenience business opportunities

14种商机如何转化为财富
商机无论大小,从经济意义上讲一定是能由此产生利润的机会。商机表现为需求的产生与满足的方式上在时间、地点、成本、数量、对象上的不平衡状态。旧的商机消失后,新的商机又会出现。没有商机,就不会有“交易”活动。商机转化为财富,必定满足五个“合适”:合适的产品或服务,合适的客户,合适的价格,合适的时间和地点,合格的渠道。目前我们能认识的商机大致可归结为14种:
1、短缺商机物以稀贵。
短缺是经济洋行牟利第一动因,空气不短缺,可在高原或在密封空间里,空气也会是商机。一切有用而短缺的东西都可以是商机,如高技术、真情、真品、知识等。
2、时间商机
远水解不了近渴。在需求表现为时间短缺时,时间就是商机。飞机比火车快,激素虽不治病却能延缓生命,它们都有商机存在。
3、价格与成本商机
水往低处流,“货”往高价上卖。在需求上的满足上,能用更低成本满足时,低价替代物的出现也是商机,如国货或国产软件。
4、方便性商机
江山易改,懒性难移。花钱买个方便,所以“超市”与“小店”并存。手机比电话贵,可实时性好,手机是好商机。
5、通用需求商机
周而复始,永续不完。人们的生存需求如吃、穿、注行每天都在继续,有人的地方,就有这种商机。
6、价值发现性商机
天生某物必有用。一旦司空见惯的东西出现了新用途定是身价大增,板兰根能防“非典”,醋能消毒,涨!赚!
7、中间性商机
螳螂捕蝉,麻雀在后。人们总是急功近利,盯住最终端,不择手段。比如挖金矿时,不会计较卖“水的”的价格,结果黄金没挖着,肥了“卖”水的。
8、基础性商机
引起所有商机的商机。对长期的投资者来说,这是重要的。如社会制度、基础建设、商业规则等,中国在加入WTO之后的五年内,将重排一系列商机。
9、战略商机
未来一段时间必然出现的重大商机。时间倒流。20年前,中国人面临着这种商机,今天出现了“下岗”和“致富”的天壤致富之别,就是后者主动“下岗”,利用了这个商朵。
10、关联性商机
一荣俱荣,一损俱损,由需求的互补性、继承性、选择性决定。
可以看到地区间、行业间、商品间的关联商机情况。
11、系统性商机
发源于某一独立价值链上的纵向商机。如电信繁荣,IT需求旺盛,IT厂商赢利,众多配套商增加,增值服务商出现,电信消费大众化。
12、文化与习惯性商机
由生活方式决定的一些商机。比如:各种节日用品、生活与“朝拜”的道具。
13、回归性商机
人们的追求,远离过去追随时尚一段时期之后,过去的东西又成为“短缺”物,回归心理必然出现。至于多久回归,看商家的理解了。
14、灾难性商机
由重大的突发危机事件引起的商机。
