In the process of preparing to go public in the past few months, I have always been asked by friends why your company wants to go public?

We know that the company's listing system has been tested by the market for hundreds of years, and it is indeed one of the most effective and perfect systems in the market economy today. It can allow thousands of shareholders to share the opportunities and achievements of economic development in any region and industry. At the same time, it also allows any region and industry in urgent need of development to receive financial support and assistance. Our dream and belief is: "One world, one human". Isn't the listing system of the company exactly promoting and realizing the great ideal pursued by generations in the economic field?

Some people worried and said to me, will you have less hair if you have more responsibilities after listing?

Like me, the team of SOHO China knows that after the company goes public, it will bring us more responsibilities. These responsibilities come from the trust of the majority of shareholders. The growth of SOHO China in the past 12 years has entered a mature period of more creativity and responsibility. Today's listing has made SOHO China a new life after "Nirvana", but the genes that constitute the basic spirit of SOHO China have not changed, that is, honesty, unity and innovation. Under the guidance of these principles, SOHO China will continue to create returns for shareholders and make efforts and contributions to China's economic development.

　　感谢你们，感谢你们的努力工作，感谢你们对我们的信任！

　　在过去几个月准备上市的过程中，总有朋友不断地问我，你们的公司为什么要上市？

　　我们知道，公司的上市制度经过了市场几百年的检验，在今天看来，的确是市场经济中最有效、最完美的制度之一。它可以让千千万万的股民分享到任何地区和任何行业经济发展的机会和成果。同时，也让任何急需发展的地区和行业得到财力的支持和帮助。我们的梦想和信仰是：“天下大同，人类一家”，公司的上市制度不正是在经济的领域促进和实现了几代人追求的这一伟大理想吗？

　　也有人担心地对我说，上市后责任更大了，你的头发会不会更少了？

　　SOHO中国的团队和我一样，深知公司上市后会给我们带来更多的责任，这些责任来自于广大股民对我们的信任。SOHO中国十二年的成长已经步入了它更有创造力、承担更多责任的成熟期了。今天的上市使SOHO中国成为了“涅磐”后新的生命，但构成SOHO中国的基本的精神的基因没有改变，那就是：诚实、团结、创新。SOHO中国将在这些原则的指引下不断为股东创造回报，为中国的经济发展做出努力和贡献。
