5. The five colors make people blind; The five tones are deafening; The five tastes make people feel good; It is maddening to gallop on the hunt; A rare commodity is a nuisance.

6. It takes the saint as its belly and not as its eye. Therefore, it takes this from the other side.

7. Disgraces and disgraces are frightening. What is it? It is said that a pet or disgrace is like a shock when it is received and a disgrace when it is lost.

8. Kongde's tolerance is based on Tao.

9. A bend is complete, and a twist is straight; A depression makes a profit, and an opening makes a new one; Less is gain, more is confusion.

10. The enterprise is not established; Those who cross cannot; The person who sees himself is unknown; He who is himself is not outstanding; Those who self attack have no work; He who is proud is not long.

11. People follow the earth, the earth follows the heaven, the heaven follows the Tao, and the Tao follows the nature.

12. Tao is always nameless. Small as it is, there is no minister in the world. If the marquis can keep it, all things will be in harmony with each other, and heaven and earth will be in harmony, so as to bring down nectar. The people will not order it, but they will be in balance.

13. Generous, late bloomers, great music has the faintest notes, great form Is beyond shape. " The Tao is obscure, and the only way to start and succeed is the Tao.

14. The Tao generates one, two, three, and all things. All things are negative to Yin and embrace Yang, and the Qi is harmonious.

15. Don't go out to know the world; Without looking into your eyes, you can see the way of heaven. He who goes far knows little. It is based on the fact that the sage knows when he can't, knows when he can't see, and does nothing.

16. How can the way of heaven be like a bow? Those who are high should be restrained and those who are low should be promoted; If there is a surplus, it will be damaged, and if it is insufficient, it will be supplemented. The way of heaven is to make up for the deficiency while the way of man is not to make up for the deficiency. Who has more than enough to serve the world? There is only Tao. It is based on the sages and does not rely on them. It is based on the achievements and does not dwell on them. It does not want to see the sages.

17. There is nothing weaker than water in the world, and there is no one who can defeat a strong person. The weak is stronger than the strong, and the soft is stronger than the strong.

18. The sage said, "If you accept the dirt of a country, you are the leader of the country; if you accept the misfortune of a country, you are the king of the world.".

Zhuge Changqing believed that if you read these words and understand their connotation, you can understand the laws of heaven, earth and humanity, and you can better handle all aspects of problems.

(2) Act morally.

What is morality?

Zhuge Changqing believed that "virtue" means doing more good deeds and accumulating virtue. Only by doing good deeds and accumulating virtues can we achieve long-term development and prosperity.

Reading the ancient and modern history, you will find that Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching repeatedly reminds people to do more good and accumulate virtue.

Zhuge Changqing put forward a new point of view in his research. Lao Tzu said the Tao Te Ching, "Tao+virtue" is a natural unity, which should not be classified.

Next, Zhuge Changqing will share some famous lines about doing good deeds and accumulating virtues in Laozi's Tao Te Ching with those who are destined to do good deeds:

1. It is based on the fact that the sage comes before his own body; and he lives outside his own body. Not because it is selfless and evil. Therefore, it can become private.

2. The best kindness is like water. Water is good for all things, but it does not fight. It is the evil of all people, so it is almost the Tao The only thing is that men do not fight, so they are not special.

3. To be virtuous is to be virtuous; To be virtuous without losing virtue is to have no virtue.

4. Stick to the ancient ways and know the beginning of the ancient times by keeping the present in mind. It is called Tao discipline.

5. He who does not know how often to act is vicious. Knowing that constant tolerance is the public, the public is the king, the king is the heaven, the heaven is the way, the way is long, and death is not dangerous.

6. I don't know if there is such a thing; Secondly, they should be praised by their relatives; Secondly, fear it; Secondly, we should humiliate them.

7. Be simple, have few selfish desires, and have no worries.

8. It is based on the sage holding one as the world style: it is not self seeing, so it is clear; It is not self righteous, so it is obvious; He does not fight himself, so he is meritorious; Not proud, so long. It is the only thing that men do not fight, so the world cannot fight with them.

9. Focus on the root, and be quiet. It is because saints never leave their baggage all day long. Although there is a glorious view, Yan is detached. How can the master of ten thousand chariots light the world with his body? If you are light, you will lose your foundation; if you are impetuous, you will lose your monarch.

10. A good man is not a good teacher; He who is not good is good. Do not value their teachers, do not love their resources, though they are wise and mysterious. It means to be clever.

11. I can't help doing what I want to do. You can't do the world's divine tools.

12. Hold an elephant, and the world will go. To go without harming is peaceful. Joy and bait, stop passing.

13. If you want to give something to others, you must strengthen it; If you want to be weak, you will be strong; If you want to abolish it, you must strengthen it; If you want to take it, you must stick to it. It is called Weiming. The weak are stronger than the strong. The fish cannot escape from the abyss, and the sharp weapon of the country cannot be shown to others.

14. Tao often does nothing. If the duke can keep it, all things will change.

15. If one gets one, one day will be clear; The land gets one tranquility; God gets a spirit; The valley gains a profit; All things are born by one; Hou Deyi thought the world was right.

16. The staff sergeant heard the truth and practiced it diligently; The sergeant heard that, if alive, if dead; The corporal sniffed and laughed. Not laughing is not enough for Tao.

17. Who is the relative of name and body? Who has more body or goods? What is the disease? Therefore, if you love very much, you will spend a lot; if you hide too much, you will die. It can last for a long time if you are satisfied with what you have but not humiliated.

18. Sages are always unconcerned and take people's hearts as their hearts. We are good for those who are good, and we are good for those who are not. I believe those who believe, and I believe those who do not. Sages are in the world, and Sheshe cares for the world. People pay attention to their eyes and ears, and saints are children.

19. The Tao is born, the virtue is livestock, the object is shaped, and the potential is formed. All things respect Tao and value virtue. The respect of Tao, the value of virtue, and the life of Mo and Fu are always natural. Therefore, the way of life, the virtue of livestock, the growth of education, the pavilion of the poison, the breeding of the overlay. It is called Xuande to be born without anything, to do without relying, and to grow without killing.

20. Those who are good at building will not pull out, those who are good at holding will not take off, and descendants will not stop offering sacrifices. When cultivating the body, its virtue is true; Cultivating at home is more virtuous than others; Cultivating in the countryside, its virtue is strong; To cultivate the state, its virtue is abundant; To cultivate the world, its virtue is universal. Therefore, we should look at the body, the family, the township, the state, and the world. How can I know that the world is right? So.

21. Virtue is thicker than a child. Poisonous insects do not sting, beasts do not follow, birds do not fight.

22. Administer the country with justice, employ troops with wonder, and conquer the world with nothing

23. Misfortune is the source of happiness; Happiness is always a curse

24. There is no such thing as stinginess in managing people. To be mean is to take early. Early service means to accumulate virtue. If you accumulate virtue, you will never fail. If there is nothing wrong, you will never know its extreme. You can have a country without knowing its extreme. The mother of a country can last long. It is a deep-rooted way to live forever.

25. Governing a large country is like cooking small dishes. The devil is not the god who brings the word to the world. If it is not a ghost, its god will not hurt others. Neither the gods nor the saints hurt. The husband and the wife don't hurt each other, so the virtue is handed over to them.

26. The Tao is the mystery of all things, the treasure of a good man, and the treasure of a bad man. Good words can be respected and good deeds can be added. How can people abandon their bad deeds?

27. To do nothing, to do nothing, to taste nothing, and to complain in virtue

28. The river and sea can be the king of the valley. Because they are good at following, they can be the king of the valley. If the saints want to go up to the people, they will talk about it; If you want to be the first, you must be the last. It means that the saints are superior to the people, and the people are not harmful. It is based on the happiness of the world. The world can't compete with them because they don't compete.

29. If the people are not afraid of power, they will be mighty. He who does not visit his place does not hate his birth. The only thing I can do is not be tired of. It is because the sage knows not what he sees and loves not what he thinks. Therefore, the former takes this place.

30. The people are hungry because of the amount of food tax; It is difficult to govern the people because they have done well; People's light death, with its thick survival, is light death. A man who has nothing to do with life is worthy of life.

31. Great resentment; There must be residual grievances. Can Ann do good? It is the saint who holds the left deed without blaming others. There is Deschi, but there is no Desche. Heaven has no relatives, and often works with good people.

32. Bad faith, bad faith; Those who are good do not argue, and those who argue are not good; He who knows does not know well, but he who knows well does not know well. Sages don't accumulate, since they think they are human, they become more and more; The more we communicate with others, the more we have. The way of heaven is beneficial but not harmful, and the way of saints is not controversial.

诸葛长青对《道德经》研究多年,有一些新观点。


一、关于《道德经》。


《道德经》,是中国古代圣贤诸子百家之一老子作品,是道家哲学思想的重要来源。


《道德经》以“道+德”为主线,讲述了“天地人”大学问。


全书共有八十一章,文字五千言。又称《道德真经》、《老子》、《五千言》、《老子五千文》。

譬如:我们经常说的“天长地久、金玉满堂、上善若水、见素抱朴、自知之明、千里之行,始于足下、大器晚成、受宠若惊”等,都是出自《道德经》。

3.富 贵 而 骄 , 自 遗 其 咎 。功 遂 身 退 , 天 之 道 也 。


4.凿户牖以为室,当其无有室之用。故有之以为利,无之以为用。


5.五色令人目盲;五音令人耳聋;五味令人口爽;驰骋畋猎令人心发狂;难得之货令人行妨。


6.是以圣人为腹不为目,故去彼取此。


7.宠辱若惊,贵大患若身。何谓宠辱若惊?宠为上辱为下,得之若惊,失之若惊,是 谓宠辱若惊。


8.孔德之容,惟道是从。


9.曲则全,枉则直;洼则盈,敝则新;少则得,多则惑。


10.企者不立;跨者不行;自见者不明;自是者不彰;自伐者无功;自矜者不长。


11.人法地,地法天,天法道,道法自然。


12.道常无名。朴虽小,天下莫能臣也。侯王若能守之,万物将自宾,天地相合,以降甘露,民莫之令,而自均。


13.大方无隅,大器晚成,大音希声,大象无形。”道隐无名,夫唯道善始且善成。


14.道生一,一生二,二生三,三生万物。万物负阴而抱阳,冲气以为和。


15.不出户知天下;不窥牖见天道。其出弥远,其知弥少。是以圣人不行而知,不见而明,不为而成。


16.天之道其犹张弓欤?高者抑之,下者举之;有余者损之,不足者补之。天之道,损有余而补不足,人之道则不然,损不足以奉有余。孰能有余以奉天下?唯有道者。是以圣人为而不恃,功成而不居,其不欲见贤。


17.天下莫柔弱于水,而攻坚强者莫之能胜,其无以易之。弱之胜强,柔之胜刚,天下莫不知,莫能行。


18.是以圣人云:“受国之垢,是谓社稷主;受国之不祥,是为天下王。”正言若反。


诸葛长青相信,大家读了这些话,体会其中内涵,就可以理解天道、地道、人道规律,就可以让自己更好地处理好各方面问题。


(二)行德。


什么是行德?


诸葛长青认为,“行德”,就是多行善事,行善积德。多行善积德,才能长久发展,富贵吉祥。


翻阅古今历史,大家会发现,老子《道德经》反复提醒人们多行善积德。


诸葛长青研究提出一个新观点,老子讲《道德经》,“道+德”浑然天成,自成一体,不应分类。


下面,诸葛长青将老子《道德经》关于行善积德的一些名句分享有缘者:


1.是 以 圣 人 后 其 身 而 身 先 ﹔ 外 其 身 而 身 存 。非 以 其 无 私 邪 。故 能 成 其 私 。


2.上 善 若 水 。水 善 利 万 物 而 不 争 ,处 众 人 之 所 恶 , 故 几 于道。……夫 唯 不 争 , 故 无 尤 。


3.上德不德,是以有德;下德不失德,是以无德。


4.执古之道,以御今之有,能知古始。是谓道纪。


5.不知常,妄作,凶。知常容,容乃公,公乃王,王乃天,天乃道,道乃久,殁身不殆。


6.太上,不知有之;其次,亲而誉之;其次,畏之;其次,侮之。


7.见素抱朴,少私寡欲,绝学无忧。


8.是以圣人抱一为 天下式:不自见,故明;不自是,故彰;不自伐,故有功;不自矜,故长。夫唯不争,故天下莫能与之争。


9.重为轻根,静为躁君。是以圣人终日行不离辎重。虽有荣观,燕处超然。奈何万乘之主,而以身轻天下?轻则失本,躁则失君。


10.故善人者不善人之师;不善人者善人之资。不贵其师,不爱其资,虽智大迷。是谓要妙。


11.将欲取天下而为之,吾见其不得已。天下神器,不可为也。


12.执大象,天下往。往而不害,安平泰。乐与饵,过客止。


13.将欲歙之,必固张之;将欲弱之,必固强之;将欲废之,必固兴之;将欲取之,必固与之。是谓微明。柔弱胜刚强。鱼不可脱于渊,国之利器不可以示人。


14.道常无为而不为。侯王若能守之,万物将自化。


15.之得一者:天得一以清;地得一以宁;神得一以灵;谷得一以盈;万物得一以生;侯得一以为天下正。


16.上士闻道,勤而行之;中士闻道,若存若亡;下士闻道,大笑之。不笑不足以为道。


17.名与身孰亲?身与货孰多?得与亡孰病?是故甚爱必大费,多藏必厚亡。知足不辱,知止不殆,可以长久。


18.圣人常无心,以百姓心为心。善者吾善之,不善者吾亦善之,得善。信者吾信之,不信者,吾亦信之,得信。圣人在天下,歙歙为天下浑其心。百姓皆注其耳目,圣人皆孩之。


19.道生之,德畜之,物形之,势成之。是以万物莫不尊道而贵德。道之尊,德之贵,夫莫之命而常自然。故道生之,德畜之,长之育之,亭之毒之,养之覆之。生而不有,为而不恃,长而不宰,是谓玄德。


20.善建者不拔,善抱者不脱,子孙以祭祀不辍。修之于身,其德乃真;修之于家,其德乃馀;修之于乡,其德乃长;修之于邦,其德乃丰;修之于天下,其德乃普。故以身观身,以家观家,以乡观乡,以邦观邦,以天下观天下。吾何以知天下然哉?以此。


21.含德之厚,比于赤子。毒虫不螫,猛兽不据,攫鸟不搏。


22.以正治国,以奇用兵,以无事取天下


23.祸兮,福之所倚;福兮,祸之所伏


24.治人事天莫若啬。夫为啬是谓早服。早服谓之重积德。重积德则无不克。无不克则莫知其极。莫知其极,可以有国。有国之母,可以长久。是谓深根固柢长生久视之道。


25.治大国若烹小鲜。以道莅天下,其鬼不神。非其鬼不神,其神不伤人。非其神不伤人,圣人亦不伤人。夫两不相伤,故德交归焉。


26.道者万物之奥,善人之宝,不善人之所保。美言可以市尊,美行可以加人。人之不善,何弃之有?


27.为无为,事无事,味无味,大小多少,报怨以德


28.江海所以能为百谷王者,以其善下之,故能为百谷王。是以圣人欲上民,必以言下之;欲先民,必以身后之。是以圣人居上而民不重,居前而民不害。是以天下乐推而不厌。以其不争,故天下莫能与之争。


29.民不畏威则大威至。无狎其所居,无厌其所生。夫唯不厌,是以不厌。是以圣人自知不自见,自爱不自贵。故去彼取此。


30.民之饥,以其上食税之多,是以饥;民之难治,以其上之有为,是以难治;民之轻死,以其上求生之厚,是以轻死。夫唯无以生为者,是贤于贵生。


31.和大怨;必有馀怨,安可以为善?是以圣人执左契而不责于人。有德司契,无德司彻。天道无亲,常与善人。


32.信言不美,美言不信;善者不辩,辩者不善;知者不博,博者不知。圣人不积,既以为人,己愈有;既以与人,己愈多。天之道利而不害,圣人之道为而不争。
