Giving food is a miraculous inspiration.

Giving food is something that Buddha Shakyamuni personally enlightened at the invitation of Moon Love Bodhisattva and Venerable Ananda Bodhisattva, and anyone can do so.

Giving food has infinite merits and virtues such as making offerings to the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, good deities and sages, overcoming debtors and sentient beings, harmonising the three realms, changing destinies and promoting cultivation.

It is simple and convenient to give food, requiring only a cup of water, some rice, a ritual and a clean place to achieve immeasurable merits such as transcendence, accumulation of blessings, promotion of cultivation and change of destiny.

According to the Buddha, as long as one has a good heart, one can give food to men and women, the elderly and children, and to those who are at home.

To give food in accordance with the rituals, beginners can search for the Zhuge Changqing Food Giving Rituals (15-step concise version).

The Buddha said that if you keep on giving food, you will be blessed by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and all the good deities.

The food-giving instructions given by the Buddha at the request of the Bodhisattva Yue Ai are recorded in the Buddha's Sutra on the Great Dhammapada on Giving Manna Flavour to Hungry Ghosts.

The contents of the food offering given by the Buddha at the invitation of Venerable Ananda Bodhisattva are recorded in The Buddha's Sutra on the Rescue of Flaming Hungry Ghosts.

A student who loves traditional Chinese culture, "Buddha's Heart", dreamed of grapes after giving food, and Zhuge Changqing shared his answer as follows.

Letter from Buddha's Heart.

Amitabha Buddha. Hello, Mr. Zhuge Changqing.

I am very fortunate to have learned your culture of five-in-one practice. I am very receptive to the principle of cause and effect.

I have done two releases since I read about your culture of releasing life, and I will continue to release life and be a vegetarian for almost three years now.

I have also been chanting the mantra (paramita) for 3 months.

I started to give food on the first day of August this year, but at first it was not easy, but I always had dreams after I started to give food a few days ago.

The following are my dreams.

I. Dreaming about the singer Fei Xiang.

Yesterday I dreamt during the day that the singer (Fei Xiang) came to sing at my house and stayed at my house, and that some of my friends from school in my teens came to my house as guests, and the atmosphere was not bad, and I myself was drinking hot water.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha Buddha. Fusheng Wuqiantianzong.

1. To dream that the singer Fei Xiang comes to your home as a guest is an omen that you will become famous in the future and be assisted by noble people.

2. To dream that your classmates visit your home and you drink hot water is an omen of giving food to overtake limitless sentient beings, and they thank you through this dream.

3. In future, no matter what you dream, the next time you give food, you will invite them to return to you.

I dreamt of a crying girl.

At 4am this morning, I dreamt that a girl with very long hair was crying because she had lost her love.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha Buddha. Blessed be the Infinite Heavenly Father.

If you dream of a crying girl, she is a good friend from your past life who has come to ask you to overtake her, so give food and invite her to overtake her.

Dreaming of a bullfight.

There were bullfights in my dream before, not very clear, but there were many people and foreigners, cows, dogs, and car rides with mostly unfamiliar faces (all very serious).

Dreaming of bullfighting, this is your tired life experience, you have been a foreigner, the dream appears cows, foreigners, etc., they come to you and remind you to invoke the return to the supernatural.

Fourth, I dreamed that I stole grapes. The grape vine was full of purple grapes.

A very good dream about eating grapes.

Grapes = fruit of cultivation = leap in cultivation.

An omen that you have continued to give food and do good deeds and have the fruit of your practice.

If you make a wish to become a Buddha and continue to refine your practice, you will surely become a Buddha in this life.

V. Dreaming that my cousin is pregnant and there is a strange pregnant woman etc. Some dreams are not coming true.

Dreaming that my cousin or someone else is pregnant is an omen that some beings have been reincarnated as human beings with the help of your almsgiving.

Sixth, dreams of having eaten meat beings are sad.

I often cry very sadly when I remember past events or beings whose flesh I have eaten before.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha Buddha. Venerable Fusheng Infinite Sky.

These are the sentient beings whose meat you have eaten, and you are asked to repent and return to them.

Repent and return a little each day, and give food inviting a little return.

7. What is the difference between how much food is given?

Teacher Zhuge Changqing, I do almsgiving once or twice a day, you suggest morning, noon and night or more than once a day. What is the difference?

1. If you have time, Zhuge Changqing suggests that it is best to do this three times a day, morning, noon and night, because the more times you do it, the more beings you can overtake.

2. if one is usually very busy, Zhuge Changqing recommends that it is best to do it twice a day in the morning and in the evening.

exceptionally busy, it is best to guarantee once a day

If you are super busy, it is better to guarantee once every two days.

3. Doing good deeds and accumulating virtue is like making bank deposits, only by making more deposits can you make more and more bank deposits.

Giving food is a great merit, and giving food continuously is a continuous deposit to the bank.

4. No matter what you dream of in the future, the next time you give food, please give it back.

持续精进施食，必有无量功德、神奇感应。

施食，是佛祖释迦牟尼佛应月爱菩萨、阿难尊者菩萨邀请亲自开示的，任何人都可以做施食。

施食具有供养佛菩萨善神圣贤、超度债主宗亲众生、和谐三界、改变命运、促进修行等无量无边功德。

施食，简单方便，只需要一杯水、一些米、一个仪轨、一个干净地方，就可以实现超度、积累福报、促进修行、改命运等无量功德。

佛祖说，只要有善心，不论男人女人、老人小孩、出家在家都可以施食。

佛祖说，持续施食，可以得到诸佛菩萨、诸位善神护佑。

佛心同学来信：

阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青老师您好。

很幸运，能学到您的五合一修行文化。我很接受因果道理。

自从读过您的放生文化后到现在做过两次放生，我会继续放生，吃素将近有三年的时间了，

还有念咒语（准提咒）有3个月。

从今年的阴历8月初一开始施食，一开始做的不顺手，但从前几天开始做施食后总有梦。

以下是我的梦境。

一、梦到歌手费翔。

昨天白天做梦见歌手（费翔）来我家唱歌，还住在我家，还有几位我十多岁时的同学朋友来我家做客，气氛还不错，我本人喝热水。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

1.梦到歌手费翔到你家做客，预兆你未来会名扬天下，贵人相助。

2.梦到同学到家里做客，你喝热水，预兆施食超度无量众生，他们通过这个梦境来感谢。

3.以后不论梦到什么了，下一次施食都招请回向一下。

二、梦到哭泣女孩。

今天凌晨4点多，梦见位头发非常长的女生因失恋哭泣。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到哭泣女孩，她是你累世好朋友前来求你超度，施食招请超度回向就可以。

三、梦到斗牛。

之前梦里出现过斗牛场面，不是很清晰，但有挺多人也有外国人，有牛，狗，还有坐车大部分是陌生面孔（都很严肃）。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到斗牛，这是你累世经历，你做过外国人，梦境出现牛、外国人等，他们来找你，提醒你招请回向超度。

四、梦见自己偷吃葡萄。葡萄藤接满了紫色葡萄。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到吃葡萄，非常好的梦境。

葡萄=修行果报=修行飞跃。

预兆你持续施食，行善积德，有了果报。

如果你发愿成佛，持续精进，此生必会成佛。

五、梦见我的表姐怀孕，还有位陌生孕妇等等有些梦想不起来了。 

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到表姐、别人怀孕，预兆有众生借助你的施食超度，投胎做人了。

六、梦到吃过肉类众生就很伤心。

我经常想起往事或之前被我吃过的众生肉就会哭的很伤心。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

这是被你吃过的肉类众生，要求你忏悔回向。

每天忏悔回向一下，施食招请回向一下。

七、施食多少有什么区别？

诸葛长青老师，我每天做一次或两次施食，您建议每天早中晚或多次的。有什么区别？

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

1.如果有时间，诸葛长青建议每天早中晚三次最好，因为做的次数多，就可以超度更多众生。

2.如果平时很忙，诸葛长青建议最好每天早晚两次；

特别忙，最好每天保证一次；

超级忙，最好两天保证一次。

3.行善积德，就好像银行存款，只有多去存，银行存款才能越来越多。

施食就是大功德，持续施食就是向银行持续存款。

4.以后不论梦到什么，下一次施食都招请回向一下。

What are the acts of abstaining from killing and releasing

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
