结伴杀蛇　各受其报

　The De-Obsessed

　　Chen Le Hao, a native of Tianwo Village, Teguang Township, Mazu, Lianjiang County, Fujian Province, lives in No. 39 of the village. He is now forty-five years old and has been suffering from a strange disease of general weakness and lack of energy. For more than thirty years, he has been pouring talismanic water and eating incense ash, but to no avail; he has been seeing Chinese and Western doctors, but his condition remains the same! The results of examinations at the General Hospital of Taiwan, National Taiwan University and Chang Gung Hospital all showed that "all functions were normal and healthy". He has been prescribed stimulants, taken vitamins, and all methods and medicines seem to have no effect on him! He had sought help from all places where there were spirits and spirits, but his strange illness was not working!

　　His father, Mr. Chen Daohai, said that he could not think of any karma he had created or anything he had done to hurt his conscience.

　　One summer in 1947, when Chen Lehao was only seven or eight years old (a naughty age), he found a snake hole in the earthen wall of his old house and invited his neighbours to kill a snake with a red stork crown on its head. After killing it, many (he could not remember how many) grey and black snakes of different lengths and sizes came out of the cave and surrounded the red-crowned snake.

　　Two years later, his neighbour's friend died of poison after being bitten by the snake, and his son was soon stricken with this strange weakness of the body. He said, "In the past 30 years, I could have built several large buildings for my son's medical treatment!"

　　He was fortunate enough to come across a good knowledgeable person who told him the other day, "This is a karmic disease that is haunted by karmic obstacles, so why not go to a Buddhist monastery and worship the Samadhi Confession?"

　　He listened and took his son to a temple in Taipei on the 27th of April. On that day, in addition to worshipping the Samadhi Water Confession, a firework was added. The tablet he requested was "Buddha's power to recommend the red-crowned snake king and his family to be reborn on the lotus position", which aroused the curiosity of the monk and he asked about it.

It was hoped that he would be relieved of his grievances and have his wishes fulfilled.

　　陈乐浩，福建连江县马祖苔光乡田沃村人，住该村三十九号，现年四十五岁，患全身软绵，欲振乏力的怪病已三十多年了。三十多年来，灌符水，吃香灰，毫无作用；看中医，求西医，病况依然！到荣总以及台大、长庚等大医院检查的结果，都是“各部机能一切正常，健康无恙”。开的兴奋剂注射了、维他命吃下了，一切方法、一切药剂，对他似乎都不能产生作用！凡有鬼神灵异的地方也都求过，他的怪病就是不好！

　　他的父亲陈道海老先生说：他一直想不出自己曾经造过什么业，做过什么伤天害理有违良心的事！

　　目前，他父亲陈道海突然想起来：一九四七年的一个夏天，那时陈乐浩还只是七、八岁的孩子（正是顽皮的年龄），他在老宅的土墙上发现了一个蛇洞，他邀约了邻居，将一条头上长有红鹳冠状的蛇诱出打死了；那蛇不长，只有七、八尺，手臂粗。打死后，洞中竟然窜出了很多（他已记不清有多少）长短大小不同的灰黑色的蛇，把红冠状的蛇包围了起来，他吓得逃开了，而他的邻居朋友，却冒险将打死了的红冠蛇抢回去烹食了。

　　两年之后，他的邻居朋友被蛇咬后毒发丧生，他的儿子不久就患了这种全身软绵乏力的怪毛病。他说：“三十多年来，我为儿予医的钱，可以盖好几栋大洋楼呢！”

　　总算他有福缘，日前踫到一位善知识告诉他：“这是被业障所缠的因果病，不妨到佛教寺院中去拜一拜三昧水忏看看。”

　　他听信了，于四月二十七日带着儿子到了台北市某寺。当天，除拜三昧水忏之外，并加放了一口焰口。由于他要求写的牌位是“佛力超荐红冠蛇王及其眷属往生莲位”，引起山僧好奇，问起才知。

希望他从此能解冤释结，各遂所愿，冥阳两利。
