The Chinese nation is like the sea, containing all the wisdom between heaven and earth.

After Christianity entered China, it quickly integrated with the local culture of China to form a new Christian culture.

Zhuge Changqing's research believes that the core purpose of Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Jesus Christianity and Islam is to stop evil and do good, eliminate evil deeds, and return to self purification.

We should be grateful to Confucius of Confucianism, Laozi of Taoism, Sakyamuni Buddha of Buddhism, Jesus of Christianity and Muhammad of Islam. They all came to the world to silently dedicate themselves, enlighten the society, change people's hearts, and make the world more happy and harmonious.

With the integration of global villages in the world, it is necessary for us to understand the wisdom of various religions.

Today, Zhuge Changqing shared the Christian research article of Professor Laozhang of Peking University, about the basic knowledge of Christianity. Zhuge Changqing believes that reading these basic Christian knowledge will help you quickly understand the basic Christian knowledge;

(1) The Bible

Zhuge Changqing: This part is a summary of answers to questions about the Bible.

Q: What kind of book is the Bible?

Answer: The Bible is the classic of our Christianity and the revelation of God to people, including the way of life that God loves the world and prepares salvation for people in Christ. The Bible is divided into two major parts, namely 39 volumes of the Old Testament and 27 volumes of the New Testament. "Covenant" refers to the contract between God and man. "Old Testament" refers to the original covenant made by God and his chosen people as * * people; Later, because of the people who broke the covenant and sinned, God gave his only beloved son to save the world from death and blood, and made a new covenant with people. Therefore, the original covenant is the old covenant, and the new covenant is the new covenant. But the New Testament does not abolish the Old Testament, but rather completes the Old Testament.

Zhuge Changqing suggested that those who have a predestined relationship can read the Bible properly, so that you can have a cultural platform for communication when you contact with those who believe in Christianity.

Q: What do you think of the contents of the Bible?

Answer: The Bible is all the words inspired by God [2 Tim. 3:16]. People are moved by the Holy Spirit and speak the words of God [2 Peter 1:21]. The Bible is the criterion of our faith and conduct, and the food of our spiritual life.

Q: Why should I read the Bible?

Answer: Reading the Bible can help us (1) gain life by believing that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God [cf. 5:39, 20:31]; (2) Have the wisdom to be saved; (3) Accept the lesson, supervise the responsibility, and be able to learn righteousness through rectification; (4) Be complete and ready to do all kinds of good deeds [2 Tim. 3:15-17].

Q: What attitude should we take when reading the Bible?

Answer: (1) Love the words of God, read and think often; (2) Do what God says; (3) Take the word of God as food and absorb the nourishment of spiritual life from it (see Psalms 1:2119:97; Matt 4:4; Jer 15:16); (4) Seek with an open mind and explore new light and emotion from the Bible (see Matthew 7:7-8, 11:25).

Zhuge Changqing believed that the Christian Bible, the Buddhist Sutra of the Mind, the Vajra Sutra, and the Sutra of the Earth, the Taoist classics such as the Tao Te Ching, the Sutra of Tranquility, and the Supreme Sensation, and the Confucian classics such as the University, the Doctrine of the Mean, the Analects of Confucius, the Mencius, and the Shangshu, all told about the basic laws of the universe, reminding people to put aside greed, hatred, and ignorance, and always do good deeds and accumulate virtue, to benefit mankind, and to achieve self-leap.

Q: What incorrect attitudes should we avoid when reading the Bible?

Answer: (1) Don't take meaning out of context. Let all the Bible speak to us; (2) Don't misinterpret the Bible according to your personal will, but decompose the Word of God according to your personal will; (3) Don't try to understand things that you don't understand; (4) Don't stick to words and sentences, but understand them according to the precise meaning, because "that word is to make people die, and the precise meaning is to make people live" (2 Tim. 2:15; 2 Pet. 1:20, 3:16; 2 Cor. 3:6).

Q: What should we do with Bible books?

A: The Bible records the word of God, so we should cherish and cherish it. However, we should not use the Bible as a magic book, let alone as a tool to ward off evil spirits.

Q: Why are there two versions of the Chinese Bible called "God" and "God"?

A: This is only the difference in translation. "God" and "God" are the same word in the original text of the Bible. Because some people claim to be translated as "God" and others claim to be translated as "God" in our church, for a long time, our church has maintained two versions, which coexist and use.

(2) God

Zhuge Changqing: This part is a summary of answers to questions about "God".

Q: What does "Jehovah" mean?

A: "Yahweh" is a transliteration of the Hebrew name of God by Christianity, which originally means "own forever". The God we believe in is eternal (Rev. 3:14-15) and the Almighty who was, is and will be forever (Rev. 1:4, 8).

Q: What does "trinity" mean?

Answer: The God we worship is the only true God. He has three positions, namely the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All three are honored and worshipped together. In the ministry of creation and redemption, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit all work together. There are many places in the Bible that show the principle of the Trinity. For example, the Lord commanded his disciples to "baptize in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit" (see Matthew 28:19); When Paul blessed the Corinthian church, he also said, "May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the touch of the Holy Spirit always be with you all" (2 Cor. 13:14).

Q: What is the most fundamental and essential attribute (virtue, or temperament) of God?

Answer: The most fundamental and essential attribute of God is "love", because God is love (1 John 4:8, 16). Not only is the Trinity relationship a love relationship, but God's creation, selection and redemption of people are also based on his love. God wants people to be able to understand and accept his love, and love him with all their heart, soul, effort and heart (see Luke 10:27). God loves people with "eternal love", and at the same time attracts people with his love (see Jer 31:3; Hos 11:4).

Q: How does God love others?

Answer: God's love for people is the same as the love of the Father for the Son in the Trinity (see John 17:23). He is compassionate, gracious, slow to anger, and full of love (see Psalm 103:8). He loves all things created, and his love is extremely precious. The world can take refuge in him (see Psalms 36:5-7). God's deepest love for human beings is manifested in that in order to save the world, he even gave up his only beloved son, and through Jesus Christ's death on the cross, reconciled people with God and returned to his love (Sam. 8:32; John 3:16; John 4:9-10).

Q: Did God create everything in heaven and earth?

Answer: All things in heaven and earth are created by God (Genesis 1:1-2:3; Psalms 33:6); And it belongs to him, as the Psalm says: "The heaven belongs to you, and the earth belongs to you; the world and its fullness are built by you" (Psalm 89:11). Therefore, all things are telling about the glory and power of God (see Psalm 19:1).

Q: Did God stop working after he created everything?

Answer: No, after God created all things, he used his powerful command to hold and manage all things. All things are not only from him, but also depend on him, and finally will be attributed to him (cf. 1:3; Rom. 11:36). God's work in the universe has never stopped, especially after the fall of Adam, God's rescue, call, treatment and comfort of mankind has never stopped. So the Lord Jesus said, "My father has done things until now, and I have done things" (John 5:17).

Q: Is God the Father?

Answer: God is the father of all spirits (Genesis 2:7; Heb 12:9). He gives life and breath to all people, but not all people know him. Those who believe in the Lord, because they know the Lord Jesus, know this heavenly Father, who can be reborn by the Holy Spirit (see 1 John 2:23; Gifts 3:5-6); He was led by the Holy Spirit and called him "Abba, Father" (see 4:5-6). But it is not only by mouth, but also by showing the righteousness of God in his deeds, because the scripture says: "All who do justice are born of him", "All who are born of God do not sin", "He cannot sin, because he is born of God" (John 2:29, 3:9).

Q: Is human history also under the control of God?

Answer: Yes, God is the master of human history. He "holds power in the country of man"; He "supports the humble, overthrows the wicked to the ground", and can "set the most humble to take power" (Psalm 147:6; Dan 4:17). His authority "governs all things". From the beginning, he "calls the generations" and dominates the whole human history (see Psalms 103:19; Isa 41:4). May all glory, majesty, power and authority belong to him, from ancient times, and now, and forever and ever (1 Corinthians 2:10; Jude 25).

Q: How do you understand God's holiness?

Answer: God is holy (see Lev 19:2; 1 Peter 1:15). His name is "Saint" (entry 57:15). It is also known as "evil person" (see 34:14). He "has a clean eye, and does not see evil or evil" (Ha 1:13). The way of the wicked is hated by him; He who pursues righteousness is loved by him (see Proverbs 15:9).

Q: How do you understand God's righteousness?

A: God is a just God (Contest 45:21). "Everything he does is just" (Psalm 145:17). "He loves righteousness, and the upright will see his face"; "But the wicked and those who love violence hate in their hearts" (Psalms 11:4-7). He "never acquitted the guilty" (Exodus 34:7). God cannot tolerate the oppression of people, so the Bible calls him the father of the orphan and the God who vindicates the poor and the oppressed (see Psalm 68:5). God's delight is not to offer him "thousands of rams, or thousands of rivers of oil". What he asks of the world is to be righteous, merciful, and walk with him with humility (Sam. 6:6-8). He will not show partiality to others, and will repay everyone according to their deeds on the day of judgment, showing his righteousness (Sam. 2:5-11).

Q: How do you understand God's faithfulness?

A: God is a faithful God (Deuteronomy 7:9; 1 Cor. 1:9). His love for people will never change. Even if a man deviates from him, he can't bear to abandon him (cf. 11:8). The scripture says, "Even if we break faith, he is still trustworthy, because he cannot betray himself" (2 Tim. 2:13). No matter how many promises he gives to people, they will be fulfilled through Jesus Christ (2 Cor. 1:20).

Q: What does prayer mean? What is the content of prayer? Is there a certain form? Why say "in the name of the Lord" and "Amen" at the end of prayer?

Answer: Prayer is when people talk to God, communicate with God, and call on God. The main contents of prayer include thanksgiving to God (Psalm 95:2; Phil. 4:6), asking God to forgive sins (Psalm 51:1-3, 19:12-13), and interceding for others (Psalm 2:1). There is no certain form of prayer. You can pray aloud or silently in your heart; You can use a certain prayer or not; You can pray kneeling, standing or sitting; Pray regularly in the morning or evening; You can also pray at any time and place without stopping (1 Thess 5:17-18). At the end of the prayer, he said, "In the name of the Lord", which is the command and promise of the Lord Jesus himself (see John 14:13-14). Finally, "amen" means "real" and "sincere wish".

Zhuge Changqing: People find that people who believe in Jesus Christ often say amen, which means "real" and "sincere wish"

Q: What should we pray for?

Answer: We ask for the kingdom of God and the righteousness of God. That is to say, we pray for the will of God to be done on the earth, just as we walk in heaven (Matthew 6:33, 9-13). In addition, we should thank God for the food and clothing our Father gave us; Confess your sin in front of God and ask the Father to forgive and forgive (see 1 John 1:8-10). We should also ask the heavenly Father to guide our daily life and work, so that we can take the heart of Jesus as our heart, act in a manner commensurate with the grace of being called, and glorify the name of God the Father in all things.

Q: Should we pray for others?

A: The Bible teaches us: "Pray, pray, intercede and give thanks for all people" (Tim. 2:1). The "ten thousand people" here include not only brothers and sisters in the Lord, but also our flesh and blood compatriots and people from all over the world. We should not only pray for the church, but also for the prosperity and peace of our country, and for world peace and human progress.

Zhuge Changqing: Here we pray for mankind in the world, which embodies the spirit of Buddha and Bodhisattva. Therefore, the core of all religions is the same, which is to stop evil and do good for mankind and make them happier.

Q: What should we pay attention to when we pray?

Answer: (1) Ask according to God's will, and let God's will be fulfilled on us. Don't ask according to your own private will (see Matthew 26:39-42, 20:20-23);

(2) Pray sincerely to the secret Father, and do not pretend to be good and deliberately let others see it (see Matthew 6:5-6);

(3) Be humble and do not think you are righteous (see Luke 18:9-14);

(4) Ask in faith without doubt (see Matthew 21:22; Heb 11:6; James 1:6);

(5) When praying for patients, do not forbid them to seek medical treatment and medication (cf. Tim. 5:23; Luke 5:31; Col. 4:14).

(3) Christ

Zhuge Changqing: This part is about the question and answer about Jesus Christ.

Q: Who is Jesus Christ?

Answer: Jesus Christ is the only son of God the Father and the second of the Trinity God. He has the image of God and is equal to God. He was with God from the beginning and was one with the Father. All things are created by him. He is the true God and eternal life, that is, eternal life (see John 1:1-3:18, 10:30; Phil 2:6; John 5:20).

Zhuge Changqing: Jesus, it is God who sent the spirit down to earth.

Q: How did Jesus Christ come into being?

Answer: Jesus Christ was born by the virgin Mary, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit. He was born in Bethlehem, Judea, more than 1900 years ago. Later, he grew up in Nazareth, Galilee, and worked as a carpenter when he was young. There are few biblical records about the childhood of Jesus Christ. According to the Gospel of Luke, he once listened in the temple and obeyed his parents; In a nutshell, he said, "Jesus' wisdom and stature, as well as God's and people's love for him, have all increased together" (see Luke 2:41-52).

Zhuge Changqing: People often say that the "Virgin Mary" is the mother of Jesus Christ.

Q: What is the meaning of "Tao becomes flesh"?

Answer: "Tao" refers to the Holy Son who was with God at the beginning. The incarnation of Tao means "God appears in the flesh", "becoming the form of man" (cf. Tim. 3:16; Phil. 2:7-8); This is Jesus Christ. So Jesus Christ has both complete divinity and complete humanity.

Zhuge Changqing: The sanctification of Jesus in flesh is the same as that of Confucius in Confucianism, Laozi in Taoism and Sakyamuni in Buddhism.

What is the meaning of the "Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven" preached by the Lord Jesus?

Answer: "The kingdom of heaven" means that God is king and dominator. God is the master of human history, and will also be the master in human hearts (Luke 11:2,17:20-21). The "Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven" that the Lord Jesus preaches is the good news to tell the world that "the Kingdom of Heaven is near". The kingdom of the Father and the will of the Father will be realized and implemented on the earth, just as in heaven (Matthew 6:9-10) The "kingdom of heaven" also refers to the future kingdom, that is, the "eternal kingdom" (Matt. 26:29; Ps. 145:13; Rev. 11:15)

Zhuge Changqing: Why do people who believe in Christianity often say the Gospel of God, which means spreading the ideology of God. Spread the sound of happiness.

Q: What example does the Lord Jesus leave us as a man on the earth?

Answer: The main points are: (1) The Lord Jesus obeyed the command of the Father on the earth, and glorified the name of the Father (see John 15:10, 12:28, 17:4). He wants us to do the same and honor the father's name (see Matthew 28:20; John 14:21; Matt 5:16; John 15:8); (2) His love and compassion for people, his hatred and righteous anger against sin, showed his father's love and righteousness; He taught us to be perfect, just like the Father in heaven (Matthew 5:48); (3) He wants us to be humble and serve people, because he himself came into the world "not to be served by others, but to serve people, and to sacrifice his life as a ransom" (Matt. 20:28).

Zhuge Changqing: Jesus' life, dedication to mankind, is an example to learn.

Q: The Lord Jesus has done many miraculous signs and wonders. Why do he sometimes blame or avoid those who ask for miraculous signs?

Answer: For the Pharisees and Sadducees, they will not believe that Jesus is the Christ because of seeing miracles. So the Lord Jesus rebukes them and refuses to perform miracles for them (see Matthew 16:1-4). For those who seek Jesus because they are full of bread, he will not do miracles any more, because they seek Jesus only to meet the needs of the flesh, not to seek the food of life and the way of eternal life (see John 6:24-36, 68). More importantly, the main mission of the Lord Jesus sent to the earth by the Father is to preach the gospel of the kingdom of heaven, not to drive out demons and cure diseases (see Luke 4:40-44).

Zhuge Changqing: Jesus hoped that people should not be too strict with divine powers, and should stop evil and do good at all times, which is fundamental. It is also consistent with the fact that Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism do not advocate supernatural powers.

Q: What does the Lord Jesus think of the law of Moses?

Answer: He did not come to abolish the law, but to complete it (Matthew 5:17). He put forward higher requirements for his disciples (Matthew 5:21-28), and summed up the commandments in the law as follows: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul and all your heart", and "love others as yourself" (Matthew 22:37-40).

Zhuge Changqing: There are several precepts in Christianity, such as Article 5 of the Ten Commandments of Moses: "Be filial to your parents." Article 6: "Do not kill people." Article 7: "Do not commit adultery." Article 8: "Do not steal." Article 9: "Do not make false witness to entrap others." Article 10: "Do not covet other people's houses; nor do not covet lovers' wives, servants and maidservants, cattle and donkeys, and everything else." These are all related to Confucianism Buddhism and Taoism are consistent in stopping evil and doing good. Moses, Moses was the national leader of the Jews in the 13th century BC. Historians believe that he is the founder of Judaism. It is considered to be a very important prophet in Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Bahai faith and other religions. According to the heritage of the Israelites, the five books of Moses were written by them. According to the Exodus, Moses was ordered by God to lead the enslaved Hebrews to escape from ancient Egypt and go to a rich land: Canaan. After more than 40 years of arduous journey, he died just before he reached his destination. Under the leadership of Moses, the Hebrews got rid of the miserable life of being enslaved, learned to abide by the Ten Commandments, and became the first nation in history to worship the monotheistic religion. The Ten Commandments of Moses, also known as the "Ten Commandments", is said to have been personally conveyed to Moses by God at the top of Mount Sinai, and is the admonition of God to Israel. God himself carved these words on a stone tablet and gave them to Moses. However, when Moses saw that the people did not obey these commandments at all, he destroyed the stone tablet in a rage. God also ordered Moses to make new stone tablets and put them in the Ark of the Covenant.

Q: Why was the Lord Jesus crucified?

A: Because of the false accusation of the Jewish chief priests and Pharisees, the Lord Jesus was crucified by Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor. He has no sin, but he died to bear our sin, so that since we died in sin, we can live in righteousness (1 Peter 2:24).

Q: Has the Lord Jesus been buried in the tomb after his death?

Answer: No, he rose from the dead the third day after his death. Because he is the son of God and the Lord of life, he could not be detained by death (Sam. 1:3-4; Acts 2:24). After the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, he appeared to his disciples many times (1 Corinthians 15:3-8; Matt 28:8-20; Mark 16:9-20; Luke 24:13-50; John 20:11-21:23). For forty days, he told his disciples about the kingdom of God (Acts 1:3-5). Then he went up to heaven and sat on the right side of the Father (Sam. 8:34; Col. 3:1; Heb. 1:3). The resurrection of Christ is to justify us and become the first fruits of those who sleep (Sam. 4:25; 1 Cor. 15:20). Now, he is living for a long time and praying for us (see 7:25).

Q: Will Christ come again?

Answer: Yes, Christ will come again. This is his promise (Matthew 16:27; John 14:1-3). When he comes again, (1) judge the living and the dead (2 Pet 4:1; 1 Pet 4:5), "judge each person according to his conduct", and "repay each person according to his conduct" (1 Pet 1:17; Rom 2:6). His judgment will start from the house of God (1 Pet 4:17; 2 Cor 5:10), and will judge the world in righteousness (Acts 17:31); (2) The church has "been prepared, just as the bride is dressed up, waiting for Satan and his messengers to be destroyed," finishing the last enemy destroyed, That is death "(1 Cor. 15:24-26); (4) The history of mankind will enter a new heaven and new earth that has been renewed. God will live with people and wipe away all their tears. There will be no more death, no more sorrow, crying and pain, because the past has passed (Rev. 21:1-5). All creatures will be free from the rule of corruption and enjoy the glory of the freedom of God's children (Rev. 8:19-22). Humans" The knowledge of the LORD shall fill the earth as water fills the sea "(Isaiah 11:9).

Zhuge Changqing: Jesus Christ, like Buddha, Bodhisattva and the good god, always protects the earth's human beings.

Q: Can we know the day of Christ's coming?

Answer: The coming of Christ is the hope of all saints; But no one can know the exact time of his return, and no one can calculate it. When the Lord Jesus was alive, he said, "No one knows that day or that hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father" (Mark 13:32). Therefore, before the Lord comes back, we should live godly, watch and wait, and strive to do all kinds of work that the Lord has arranged and entrusted. For when he comes, he will judge us according to our deeds and work in the world (Matthew 7:21-27, 25:31-46; 1 Cor. 6:9-10; Eph 5:5; Rev. 22:10-15).

(4) Holy Spirit

Zhuge Changqing: This part is the answer to the "Holy Spirit" in the basic knowledge of Christianity.

Q: Who is the Holy Spirit?

Answer: The Holy Spirit is the third of the Trinity God. The Lord Jesus commanded his disciples to baptize (baptize) people "in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit", listing the Holy Spirit with the Father and the Son (see Matthew 28:19). The spirit, also known as the "comforter" or "trainer" (John 14:16), gives wisdom and revelation (Eph 1:17) to witness Christ and guide us into all truth (John 15:26, 16:13). He is always with the disciples and intercedes for them (John 14:16-18; Rom 8:26).

Q: How does the Holy Spirit work in people's hearts?

Answer: We can recognize that Jesus Christ is the Lord because of the work of the Holy Spirit in human hearts. The kingdom "could not have said that Jesus was the Lord if it had not been moved by the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor. 12:3). When the spirit comes, it will make people blame themselves for sin, justice and judgment, move people to confess and repent, believe in the Lord Jesus, and give people spiritual life (see John 16:8, 3:5-8).

Q: Why is the body of a believer "the temple of the Holy Spirit"?

Answer: Because the Holy Spirit lives in us, our body becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit and the place where God lives through the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 6:19). Therefore, we must remove all filth from the body and soul, because the Holy Spirit is a holy spirit and a holy spirit. He cannot live in an unclean heart. The Holy Spirit moved us to "be holy" (1 Pet 1:2; 2 Thes 2:13).

Q: What is the manifestation of the Holy Spirit's fullness?

Answer: (1) Have the ability to testify to the Lord (Acts 1:8, 23:1-4); (2) Be wise and understand the will of the Lord (cf. 28:3, 31:3; Acts 6:3; Ephesians 5:15-18); (3) Produce rich fruit of the Holy Spirit, and fill it with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and temperance from the Holy Spirit (see 5:22-23).

Q: What does the gift of the Holy Spirit mean?

A: Broadly speaking, the gift of the Holy Spirit refers to the salvation of God through Christ. All the grace that God has given us in Christ can be seen as the gift of the Holy Spirit (cf. 5:15). In a narrow sense, the gift of the Holy Spirit refers to the different abilities or abilities that the Holy Spirit has given to each person in order to fulfill God's trust in the process of building the church (1 Cor. 12:4-7; Eph. 4:11-16).

Q: Do all ages, churches and believers receive the same gifts?

A: Not all the same. The gifts received by the Corinthian church and the Ephesian church are not exactly the same as those received by the Roman church (see 1 Cor. 12:38; Eph 4:11; Rom. 12:6-8). As for the gifts that each person receives from God, it is "one is this, and the other is that" (1 Cor. 7:7). These are all things that the Holy Spirit "distributes to everyone according to his will" in order to benefit everyone (1 Cor. 12:7-10, 11). Therefore, among all kinds of gifts, let us yearn for the gift of building the church (1 Cor. 14:12).

Q: What is "destroying the touch of the Holy Spirit" and "misusing the gift of the Holy Spirit"?

Answer: After we have received grace, we should examine everything under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The good and the beautiful should keep all kinds of evil things and abstain from doing. Therefore, to obey the guidance of the Holy Spirit is to "destroy the touch of the Holy Spirit" (1 Thess 5:19-22). "The Holy Spirit is shown to everyone for the benefit of others" (1 Thess 12:7), "in order to complete the saints, each of them should do his duty and build the body of Christ" (Eph 4:12). If you take the gift of the Holy Spirit as a means to show off yourself or pursue personal fame and wealth, it is a misuse of the gift, which is not beneficial to yourself and others (1 Cor. 13:1-2). It is not enough to seek to build yourself without building the church (1 Cor. 14:1-9). As for those who commit crimes in the name of "spiritual grace", they are even more insulting to the gracious Holy Spirit, and will be punished more severely (see Heb 10:26-31).

Zhuge Changqing: This is an advanced state, just as the Buddha said in the Vajra Sutra: Everything that is done is like a dream and a bubble, like dew and electricity, so we should do it. As Lao Tzu said in the "Tao Te Ching", "Tao can be taught and is very important".

(5) Salvation

Zhuge Changqing: This part is about gratitude in the basic knowledge of Christianity.

Q: How was man made?

Answer: According to the Bible, man was created by God from the dust on the earth, but he was created in the image of God (see Genesis 1:26). And God blew his anger into his nostrils, making him a living man with spirit. So the Bible says that man is the glory of God, because man is the masterpiece of God's creation (1 Cor. 11:7).

Zhuge Changqing: These stories of Christianity are the same as those of Chinese Taoist Fu Xi Nu Wa.

Q: How do you understand that man is created in the image of God?

Answer: It mainly means that people are created according to God's temperament, that is, God's love, God's righteousness and holiness, as well as God's wisdom, knowledge and free will. The Bible describes the image of God as "righteousness and holiness with truth" (Eph. 4:24). After Adam fell, although the world has sinned and lost the glory of God, it is still possible for mankind to record, know and love God; He still has the heart of right and wrong, and the desire to seek truth, justice and holiness; There is still a love relationship between people (Sam. 2:14-15, 3:23).

Q: How did Adam, the ancestor of mankind, fall?

Answer: Satan seduced Adam and his wife Eve by snakes, and made them disobey the word of God and eat the fruit of the tree of good and evil that God forbid them to eat (see Genesis 2:16-17). Since man has sinned, his relationship with God has lost harmony, and the relationship between man and man has also lost harmony (see Genesis 3:1-19, 4:1-15).

Zhuge Changqing: This is to remind people to put down greed, hatred, and delusion, and not to kill and steal, drink, drink, drink, drink, drink, drink, and sleep. Be alert to yourself at all times before you leap.

Q: After Adam fell, did God discard the man he created?

A: No, God is looking for people. He called Adam and said, "Where are you?" He asked Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?" (Genesis 3:9, 4:9) Since then, God has been looking for people, implementing the redemption of mankind, and has been waiting for the reconciliation between man and his and between people. The whole human history revealed by the Bible is a history of God's search for human beings, a history of God's redemption of human beings, until he lives with people in person, there is no death, sorrow, crying, pain in the world, and everything is updated (see Revelation 21:1-5).

Q: What is the reason why Christ Jesus died and bled?

Answer: When we were still sinners, when we were still far away from God, and when we were enemies with God, Christ Jesus died for us. This shows the love of God, so that we can be reconciled with God through his death (Sam. 5:8-11). He made the sinless one sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ. He reconciled the world to himself in Christ and did not impute their transgressions to them (2 Cor. 5:19-21).

Q: What is justification?

Answer: Justification means being counted as righteous, and sinners are not considered as sinners by God in Christ Jesus (Sam. 4:22-25); Sin is forgiven, reconciled with God, and saved (Sam. 4:7, 5:1).

Q: How can people be justified?

Answer: "Justification is done by faith", not by performing meritorious deeds, not by abiding by the laws and regulations of the Jews, but "by the grace of God, because of the redemption of Christ Jesus, it is justified in vain" (Sam. 3:23-28). For the righteousness of God is added to all who believe by faith in Jesus Christ (Sam. 3:22). But this does not mean that the law will be abolished, but that justification is not based on the merit of the law. The scripture says, "So have we abolished the law because of faith? Absolutely not! It is more to strengthen the law" (Rom. 3:31). The Lord Jesus said, "I have not come to abolish, but to complete" (Matthew 5:17); He put forward higher requirements on how to obey the law (see Matthew 5:20-48).

Q: Why does James say that "people are justified by deeds, not just by faith"?

Answer: This is not contradictory. True faith must be manifested in behavior, because faith without behavior is dead. True faith is parallel to action, and it is through action that it is complete (see James 2:17, 21-26).

49 Q: What is salvation? How can we be saved?

Answer: To be saved is to be redeemed by God. To be saved by God means to be saved from sin (Matthew 1:21). Salvation is due to grace and faith (Ephesians 2:8).

Q: Since salvation is due to grace, why should we "make efforts to be saved" because of faith?

Answer: We are redeemed by God and justified in the presence of God. It is entirely out of God's free gift. But we should also rely on the help of the Holy Spirit to do our part; We should also strive to clean ourselves. This is how to achieve salvation (2 Corinthians 7:1; Philippians 2:12-13; John 3:3).

Q: Why do believers confess and repent?

Answer: Because we are not "perfect people", and we all have one kind of sin and one kind of debt, so we should confess our sin and repent before God. The Bible tells us, "If we say we are innocent, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in our hearts. If we confess our sins, God is faithful and righteous, and will forgive our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness (John 1:8-9).

Zhuge Changqing: repent your sins, restore your peace, and realize a leap of wisdom.

(6) Church

Zhuge Changqing: This part is about the basic knowledge of Christianity in the church.

Q: What does the church mean? What is the foundation of the church

Answer: The church is the congregation chosen by God and redeemed by the blood of the Lord Jesus. The church is the home of God (cf. Tim 3:15), the temple of the Holy Spirit (cf. 2:20-22; 1 Cor. 3:16), the body of Christ, the bride of Christ (cf. 19:7; Eph 1:22-23), the pillar and foundation of truth (cf. Tim 3:15), and a group of believers. The only foundation of the church is Jesus Christ, and there is no other foundation (1 Corinthians 3:11).

Q: Why should the children of God be one?

Answer: Let the disciples become one. This is the prayer before the death of the Lord Jesus Christ. The prayer of the Lord Jesus said, "Holy Father, please keep them in the name that you have given me, so that they can be one, just as we are.... Let them all be one, just as your Father is in me, and I am in you, so that they can also be in us." (John 17:11, 21) The heart of unity is given by the Holy Spirit, so the Bible teaches us to "strive to keep the heart of unity given by the Holy Spirit" (Eph 4:3).

Zhuge Changqing: This is to remind people to always maintain their original compassion.

Q: How do you keep the spirit of unity?

Answer: (1) Be modest, gentle and patient in all things. Everyone thinks others are better than themselves (cf. Phil. 2:2). Accept the brothers accepted by the Lord and enrich themselves from the grace of others (cf. 15:7); (2) "Forgive each other with love", regardless of past estrangement, suspicion and hatred; (3) Communicate with each other in peace, seek common ground while reserving differences, respect each other, and do not repel and attack each other (Ephesians 4:2-3); (4) Keep the new command given by the Lord and love each other as the Lord loves us (see John 13:34-35).

Zhuge Changqing: The modesty, gentleness and patience of Christianity also admonishes people to keep discipline, endure humiliation and make progress.

Q: What is the mission of the church on earth?

Answer: (1) Shepherd the believers, so that they "become one in the truth, know the Son of God, and grow up to be full of the stature of Christ" (Eph. 4:12-13); (2) Witness Christ, preach the gospel, and lead people to the Lord (Mark 16:15); (3) As a "golden lampstand", let the light of God's truth illuminate the world through the church, reveal justice, uphold justice, condemn evil, and drive out the darkness (see Matthew 5:14-16; Rev. 1:12-13); ⑷ Like the Lord Jesus, serve people and society (see Mark 10:45; 1 Peter 4:10-11).

Zhuge Changqing: I am grateful to all the Christian pastors who promote the Dharma, and to all the people who promote the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. They have made great contributions. They keep the light of humanity's charity burning bright.

Q: What is the significance of worshippers or gatherings?

Answer: On the one hand, you can worship God with your brothers and sisters when you attend church and gathering. Because the Lord had promised: "Wherever two or three people meet in my name, there will be me among them." (Matt. 18:20) On the one hand, brothers and sisters can communicate with each other, serve each other, reflect the love of each other between the members, and care for each other, stimulate love, and encourage good deeds (cf. 10:24-25); They can also hear and learn in the gathering, be cultivated and trained (1 Corinthians 14:31).

Zhuge Changqing: Worship can encourage exchanges and promote each other.

Q: How many sacraments (or sacraments) does the church have?

Answer: There are mainly two kinds, namely baptism (or baptism) and Holy Communion (or bread breaking). These two sacraments (or sacraments) were set up by Christ himself, and are used to show invisible spiritual grace through visible material forms.

Zhuge Changqing: The baptism and communion you often hear are the basic rituals of Christianity

Q: What is the meaning of baptism (or baptism)?

Answer: The meaning of being baptized (or baptized) is to show that our old people have returned to the death of the Lord, buried with him, and raised with Christ to become new people; At the same time, it is also a public demonstration of his determination to be a disciple of the Lord, to forsake sin, to submit to Christ, and to live for the Lord (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-4).

Zhuge Changqing: Baptism reminds people to wash away the dust and karma, and restore peace and quiet.

Q: What is the way of baptism (or baptism)?

A: Due to historical reasons, churches in various countries have always had two ways of "water baptism" and "baptism". Local churches can adopt "baptism" or "water point" according to their own traditions or the requirements of believers. When "Baptism" is adopted, it is generally to set up a bath in the chapel or gathering place to facilitate baptism.

Q: What kind of people can be baptized or baptized?

Answer: Those who are baptized or baptized must truly repent, trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and understand some basic principles (if possible, it is better to have a period of study of the Tao); And they have the performance of rebirth in life. After investigation, they are considered qualified (cf. 6:2-4; 1 Peter 3:21).

Zhuge Changqing: If you believe in Christianity, you must sincerely repent, otherwise it will have no effect.

Q: What does the bread and wine (or juice) in the Holy Communion indicate?

A: The broken bread in the Holy Communion (or the bread breaking, or the Lord's supper) shows the body that the Lord gave up for us. The cup of blessing indicates the new covenant that the Lord has made for us (see Matthew 2626-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:14-20; 1 Cor. 11:23-25).

Q: What is the meaning of receiving the Eucharist or taking part in breaking bread?

Answer: ⑴ Remember the death of the Lord for us; ⑵ Intersect with the life of the Lord and receive the supply of life from the Lord; ⑶ Wait for the coming of the Lord; ⑷ It shows the connection between saints, as if the members belong to the same body; (5) Do as the Lord does (1 Corinthians 10:16-17, 11:23-26; John 6:53-56; Acts 2:42-46); (6) Some brothers and sisters, according to their own tradition, "humility" (or "foot washing") before receiving the Holy Communion is to commemorate the example left by the Lord Jesus, serve each other and forgive each other (see John 13:3-16).

Zhuge Changqing: This is the same as the "merciless and compassionate" advocated by Buddhism, the "good as water" advocated by Taoism, and the "benevolent love" advocated by Confucianism. We are not destined to be merciful and compassionate. It refers to the view that all living beings are in the same body as themselves, and have the absolute compassion of pulling out pain and happiness and equality. That is, the Bodhisattva above the beginning of the earth, takes people born in themselves, takes the sufferings of all living beings as their own sufferings, and has a sad heart. Beiben Mahayana Nirvana Sutra 16 (the second part of the first 12 · 458): 'For example, when parents see their son suffering, they are distressed, and the pain and poison of the first minute, they are unable to leave; The same is true for the Bodhisattva Mahatha who lives in the earth. Seeing that all living beings are entangled by worries and diseases, their hearts are worried, their thoughts are like children, and their pores and blood are flowing out, so the name is "one child" [The sixth volume of Maha, the second volume of the sixth volume of Maha, the second volume of the second volume of Maha, the fourth volume of the Xuanyi of the Dharma Sutra],

Q: What attitude should we take to receive the Eucharist or to break bread?

Answer: ⑴ Accept with confidence; ⑵ Examine yourself. If you are guilty, repent before the Lord, and then eat this cake and drink this cup; ⑶ Distinguish between the body of the Lord and the ordinary eating and drinking, so as not to eat and drink your own sin; (4) We should accept it rightfully, that is, take it seriously and accept it with godliness, so as not to offend the body and blood of the Lord (1 Cor. 11:27-34).

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. We should learn the spirit of Jesus and other saints, dedicate ourselves and benefit the society.

Q: What are the main festivals of the church?

A: There are mainly Christmas and Easter. Christmas commemorates the birth of the Lord on December 25th of the Gregorian calendar. Easter commemorates the resurrection of the Lord on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the lunar equinox. Three days before Easter, Friday, is Good Friday, commemorating the death of the Lord Jesus for us. Some believers believe that they can remember the birth, death and resurrection of the Lord at any time, so they can also not observe the festival on the prescribed day. As for the Old Testament commandment, "Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy" (Exodus 20:8), it is generally observed on Sunday to commemorate the day of the Lord's resurrection; Some are still observed on Saturday.

Zhuge Changqing: Now, Christmas and Easter have spread to all parts of the world as culture.

Q: How should we deal with different traditions of belief and etiquette?

Answer: Under the premise of one Lord, one faith, one baptism (baptism) and one God, we should respect each other for some different traditions, and do not force uniformity or impose on others. The teaching of the Bible is: (1) Don't debate what you doubt; (2) Don't look down on each other and judge each other; ⑶ Accept one another as Christ accepts us; (4) Pursue the things of harmony and the establishment of virtue, and no one will lay down a stumbling block for his brother (Sam. 14:1-19, 15:7; Eph. 4:1-6).

Zhuge Changqing: Jesus Christ hopes that the people of the world will love each other, help each other, stop evil and do good, just like Sakyamuni Buddha, Laozi, Confucius, and Mohammed, to make the world better, let mankind get rid of misery, and return to the happy world.

  今天,诸葛长青分享北京大学laozhang教授的基督教研究文章,关于基督教基础知识。诸葛长青认为,阅读这些基督教基础知识,会让大家迅速了解基督教基本知识;

  答:(1)要按着神的意思求,让神的意思成就在我们身上,不可按自己的私意妄求(参太26:39-42,20:20-23);

  (2)要真心诚意祷告暗中的父,不可假冒为善,故意叫人看见(参太6:5-6);

  (3)要存心谦卑,不可自以为义(参路18:9-14);

  (4)要凭着信心求,不疑惑(参太21:22;来11:6;雅1:6);
