Amitabha Buddha.
To be calm, cool and clear inside, ah.
1. It is recommended to choose the morning, noon and evening to concentrate on. Zhuge Changqing teacher suggests that you do this: do go to bed early and get up early. You can go to bed between 9pm - 10pm and get up at 4:30am, so there's plenty of time to do it.
2, whether reciting the Buddha's name, reciting the sutra, reciting the food ritual, do not be in too much of a hurry, too much of a hurry will affect the effect. Do not rush, too rush your mind is very confused ah. Especially when it comes to giving food, it is important to have a pure mind and not to worry about anything. If you are worried about being seen by your acquaintances, you can choose a silent place to do it.
3, if you rush to chant, you will be inwardly impatient, it is not recommended to chant during working hours, because there are too many disturbances. If you enjoy chanting as soon as you have time, it is also good to suggest that you can choose to chant the Buddha's name, as it has few words, so that it does not matter if others interrupt. You can choose to chant when no one is around, when you are in the car, when you are out and about, this is better
4. If you recite the sutras, you must choose a fixed time to do so. Because of the number of words in the sutra, it should be done with concentration so that it works well. It is recommended that the chanting be done early in the morning, in the evening or at noon.
5. If you do penance, choose a quiet time to do it and do not do it in a hurry. You are dizzy because you have a wrongdoer. You can communicate immediately, saying "Hello all the wrongdoers, please don't be in a hurry, you will slowly do the food offering back to them and so on", and then recite 10 Buddhist prayers back to them once, and then invite them to participate in the food offering when the food offering is done.
6, specifically according to their own situation, rationalize their time, to find the best time to do.
If you have strong faith and persevere, you will be blessed.
Zhuge Changqing
Repentance, food giving, life releasing, vegetarianism and chanting the Buddha's name touch the heaven and earth with compassion and merit.

Continued food giving dissolves karmic obstacles, resolves grievances and debts, and has immense merit.

Food Giving Questions and Answers.
I. What are the benefits and blessings of giving food? Twenty great benefits and twenty great blessings.
One, one will not suffer from hunger, thirst, poverty, illness or disease.
Secondly, if a person eats or tastes something, if it is beautiful or not, it will be a good taste.
Thirdly, when he enters the wilderness, he will not be harmed by insects, poisons, or herbs.
Fourthly, he is a demon, a god, a rakshasa, a spirit, a ghost or a sprite, but he is seen as a Buddha.
Fifth, all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, celestial immortals and dragons and gods protect him as if he were an eye.
Sixthly, all epidemics and diseases, such as karma and demons, will not come near him.
Seventhly, his life expectancy is increased, his sleep is peaceful, and his touch is auspicious.
The eighth, when he is in the wilderness and has little water and grass, he is naturally comfortable.
Ninth, he has a pleasant head, a lustrous skin and body, and no evil colour.
Tenth, he has good friends, even bodhisattvas as companions.
Repeatedly.
One, he will always be born in the future to a kshatriya king.
Two, he has the power of colour, longevity, happiness and eloquence.
Third, he will always be born to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
The fourth is a person who appears in the place where he or she is.
Fifth, he is always served with respect by others.
Sixth, all his treasures are untouchable.
Seventhly, all his desires are fulfilled.
Eight, he is not born with hunger or thrift.
Nine, he is always born in heaven and enjoys great happiness.
Tenth, he is always happy with dharma and is not hungry or thirsty. These are the twenty kinds of great blessings.

What are the benefits of giving food? There are ten benefits.
1. To give great alms and to perform sandalwood buddhism.
2. To recommend the karma and benefit the ghosts.
3. Making good connections.
4. Receiving the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and the spirits they recommend.
5. To eliminate the evil spirits of the world.
6. Eliminate one's own karma.
7. To increase the fullness of good fortune.
8. Extinguishing calamities and prolonging life
9. To live in peace and happiness.
10. Enhancement of one's karma.
What is the basis for giving food? What do the Buddhist scriptures say about giving food?
1. The Sutra on Giving Manna to Hungry Ghosts says, "Though one gives to an Arhat or a Prabhupāda, one's present reward is limited and limited, but one is rewarded with 500 kalpas of human and heavenly rewards. If you give a tithe of food to a hungry ghost, you will be blessed with bodhi, and bodhi is unlimited.
2. The Sutra of the Flaming Mouth of Salvation says: "If a bhikkhu, bhikkhuni, ubhasai or ubhayi always gives food to a hungry ghost with this secret word and the name of the four Rudras, he or she will have unlimited blessings. They will have a longer life span, increased colour power, and good roots."
3. The Sutra on the Taste of Manna says, "If a person is seriously ill, or if he is ill with demons, he should give three vessels of porridge and seven incantations to the hungry demons in the wilderness. After two or seven days of this, the sickness will be cured.
4. The Sutra on the Taste of Manna says: "If there are heavy sins and obstacles that are difficult to be removed, incanting milk porridge to the hungry ghosts every day for seven days will eliminate all sins and obstacles.
5. It is also said, "If a man who can inspire his husband can practise every day. If he gives food one day, all the hungry ghosts in the world will be fed. If he gives food for many days, all the hungry ghosts in the ten directions will be satisfied.
6. The Sutra of the Flaming Mouth of Salvation says: "There is no difference in the merit and virtue of making offerings to the Hundred and Thousand Kushanas.
7. In the Sutra of the Rescue of the Face, it is said, "Always practising pure conduct and having full attainment, one makes offerings to a hundred thousand kushanas of the Buddha's merits and virtues.
8. "The Sutra on the Giving of the Hungry Ghosts": "These are the various kinds of offerings to all the Buddhas in the ten directions without distinction.
9. The Sutra on the Taste of Manna: "Hungry ghosts in all ten directions rejoice in food and drink. At that time, the Buddhas of the ten buddhas praised the practitioner and conferred the bodhicitta on him. All the bodhisattvas rejoice in their love, and all the dragons and celestial beings offer incense and flowers, snuff bottles, and all kinds of music and tricks to the performer.
10. The Sutra of the Flaming Mouth of Salvation says: "The bhikkhu, bhikkhuni, ubhasai, and ubhayi who recite this secret word have all the good roots. All non-humans, night forks, bodhisattvas, and all evil spirits dare not harm them.
11. The Sutra of the Saviour of the Face says: "The four sages who recite this dharani are brightly coloured and have a strong memory of their virtue. All non-human beings, demons, etc. All the nightjars, rhodasas and hungry ghosts fear this person and cannot bear to see him.
12. The Sutra on the Taste of Manna says: 'If one can hold this sutra in the next life, one will know that one has taken in twenty great gatherings of blessings and virtues.
Zhuge Changqing: Sincere food giving is of great merit, and perseverance is the answer to every request.
Zhuge Changqing wishes all those who have the good fortune to honour their parents, do good deeds, give food and donate scriptures for printing, great fortune and good fortune.
不论是念佛号、念经、做施食仪轨等,要内心清净,不要匆忙。

阿弥陀佛:
要做到沉着冷静、内心清净啊。
1、建议选择早上、中午、晚上集中精力做。诸葛长青老师建议你这样做:做到早睡早起。可以晚上9点--10点之间睡觉,清晨4:30起床,这样时间就很充足了可以了。
2、不论念佛号、念经、念施食仪轨,都不要太匆忙,太匆忙就会影响效果。切忌匆忙,太匆忙你的心就很混乱啊。尤其是施食,清净心很重要,不需要担心什么。如果担心熟人看见,可以选择寂静的地方进行。
3、如果抢时间念诵,就会内心急躁,不建议上班时间念诵,因为干扰太多。如果自己很喜欢一有时间就念,也很好,建议你可以选择念佛号,因为佛号字数少,这样别人打断也不要紧。可以选择无人的时候、坐车的时候、外出的时候念诵,这样比较好
4、如果念经,就必须选择固定时机进行。因为经文字数多,应当集中精力进行,这样效果好。建议把念经的时间放在清晨、晚上或者中午进行。
5、如果做忏悔,要选择安静的时间内,不要匆忙进行。你头晕是有冤亲债主。你可以立即沟通,说“各位冤亲债主你们好,请不要着急,你会慢慢做施食回向他们等等”,然后念10声佛号回向他们一次,施食的时候再召请参加施食就可以。
6、具体根据自己的情况,合理安排自己的时间,找出最佳时间来做。
坚定信心持之以恒,必有福报。

佛祖释迦牟尼佛说,不论男女、出家在家,任何人都可以施食的。

施食问答:
一、施食有什么好、福德?二十大好处、二十大福德。
一者,现在不为饥渴穷厄,疾病衰祸,恼娆身心。
二者,人有所食啖,若美不皆成上味。
三者,其人所入野道,虫毒和合草药,终不能伤。
四者,其人鬼神罗刹,精魅魍魉,观之如佛。
五者,其人诸佛菩萨,天仙龙神,护如眼睛。
六者,其人所有疫病,若业若魔,不能近身。
七者,其人寿命增进,卧安觉安,触事吉祥。
八者,其人隘矿野乏少水草,自然称适。
九者,其人头貌怡悦,肤体光泽,无有恶色。
十者,其人常逢善友,乃至菩萨为伴侣。
复次:
一者,其人未来常生刹利王家。
二者,其人具足色力,寿乐辞辩。
三者,其人常生诸佛菩萨前。
四者,其人所在之处伏藏自现。
五者,其人恒得他人恭敬侍接。
六者,其人所有财宝无能夺得。
七者,其人意欲所愿悉得称遂。
八者,其人不随饥俭劫难生。
九者,常生天上受尊胜乐。
十者,常以法喜禅悦无饥渴。是为二十种大福德聚。
(诸葛长青:施食的好处真是不可思议,有求必应啊。但是施食必须符合仪轨要求,具体看附件的仪轨)
二、施食有什么利益?有十种利益:
1、作大布施,行檀波罗蜜。
2、超荐有缘,普利幽冥。
3、广结善缘。
4、得诸佛菩萨及所超荐鬼神之护佑。
5、消世间灾厉之气。
6、消自业障。
7、增满福德。
8、消灾延寿
9、居处安乐。
10、道业增进。
三、施食有何依据?佛经如何说施食?
1.《施饿鬼甘露经》云:「虽施阿罗汉、辟支佛,现受其报有限有量,但得五百劫人天果报。善施饿鬼一揣之食,是人福德即是菩提,菩提者不可限量,是故福寿不可限量。」
2.《救拔焰口经》云:「若比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷,常以此密言及四如来名号,加持食施饿鬼,便能具足无量福德。寿命延长,增益色力,善根具足。」
3.《甘露味经》云:「又復一法,若人遇大重病,及诸鬼病等,当作麵粥三器,咒之七遍,於旷野中,施诸饿鬼。如是二七日,所遇病痛即得除癒。」
4.《甘露味经》云:「若復有重罪恶业累障,难可除断者,每日咒乳粥以施饿鬼,满足七日,一切罪障悉灭无餘。」
5.又云:「若能振发丈夫之人,日日修行。一日施食,一天下饿鬼皆得食喫。多日施食,十方六趣,一切饿鬼尽得饱满。」
6.《救拔焰口经》云:「则同供养百千俱胝如来功德等无差别。」
7.《救面然经》云:「常修净行,具足成就,供养百千俱胝恆河沙数如来功德。」
8.《施诸饿鬼经》云:「即如是种种以供养十方一切诸佛无异。」
9.《甘露味经》云:「十方饿鬼,欢喜饮食。当尔之时,十方剎土现在诸佛遥讚行者,復与遥授菩提之记。一切菩萨欢喜爱念,一切天龙各各将香花、瓔珞,种种伎乐遥施行者。」
10.《救拔焰口经》云:「比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷诵此密言,善根具足。一切非人,夜叉罗剎,诸恶鬼神不敢侵害。」
11.《救面然经》云:「诸四眾诵此陀罗尼,顏色鲜洁,威德强记。一切非人,步多鬼等。夜叉罗剎,并诸饿鬼,皆畏是人,心不忍见。」
12.《甘露味经》云:‘若当来世能持此经,当知是人已为便摄二十种大福德聚。
诸葛长青:真诚施食、功德巨大,持之以恒、有求必应。

戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些
1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.
2. Do not abet others to kill.
3. Do not help others to kill.
4. Abstain from eating meat.
5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.
6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.
7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.
8. Do not abuse the animal.
9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.
10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same.
1、不亲手杀生。
2、不教唆别人杀生。
3、不帮助别人杀生。
4、戒除肉食。
5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。
6、凡有祭拜,不管拜的是什么,一律用素菜、鲜花、水果,不用牲礼。
7、见人杀生,应加劝阻,或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效,或他不卖,则应对被杀之动物起同情心,若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。
8、不虐待动物。
9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。
10、自己戒杀放生,也劝别人戒杀放生。
