Hello, Mr Zhuge Changqing.

   I love copying sutras.

   If I have copied several Vajra Sutras, what should I do with them?

   Do I need to burn the copied sutras?

                                     A Buddhist practitioner

Teacher Zhuge Changqing answers as follows.

    Greetings, Amitabha Buddha.

    You have a refined mind, continue to be refined, and also copy the sutra, which is of great merit.

    What should I do after copying the sutras? Zhuge Changqing advises.

   1. Do not burn the copied sutras.

   2、You can bind it up and keep it for yourself. When storing it, you can put it in the highest part of the bookcase or put it together with the sutra (underneath the sutra).

   3. You can donate it to the temple. When you go to the temple, first go and offer incense, then find the monk and ask him. You can say, "Hello Amitabha Buddha, I am here today first to offer incense, and second to donate my own copy of the Vajra Sutra, may I ask if you can accept it?" The temple will usually accept it.

   There are familiar, larger Buddhist organisations etc. nearby to which you can also donate.

   4. Sutra copying is recommended.

    Zhuge Changqing: Sutras are the crystallisation of the wisdom of the Buddha and Bodhisattvas. When copying, you should wash your hands and clean your mouth, and write carefully, so that you can write them as something like calligraphy, so that when you donate them, others will like to collect them. Of course, one does not have to be good at calligraphy, as long as one writes carefully. The layout should be neat and tidy.

    It can be written as if it were a work of calligraphy.

    1) If it is written with a brush, it should be on Xuan paper, which is easy to keep.

    2) If you use ordinary hard pen and ordinary white paper, it is best to print out the form, or print out the form on a computer and write carefully, choosing neat paper, or if it is ordinary white paper, you can type the squares, just like a work of calligraphy. This will do.

   我喜欢抄写经书。

   如果我已经抄写了几部《金刚经》，如何处理？

   是不是需要把抄好的经文焚烧了呢？

诸葛长青老师解答如下：

    阿弥陀佛你好：

    你有精进心，持续精进，还抄写经书，功德很大。

    抄写经书之后怎么办呢？诸葛长青建议：

   1、抄好的经书，不要烧掉。

   2、可以装订起来，自己保存，存放的时候，可以放在书橱的最高处，也可以和经书放一块（放在经书下面）。

   3、可以捐给寺庙，你去寺庙的时候，先去上香，然后找到出家人询问。你可以说:“阿弥陀佛你好，我今天来一是上香，二是捐赠自己抄写的《金刚经》，请问你们是否可以收下？”寺庙一般都会收下。

   附近有熟悉的、较大规模的佛教组织等，也可以捐给他们。

   4、抄经书建议：

    诸葛长青：经书是佛菩萨的智慧结晶，抄写的时候要洗手净口，认真书写，可以写成类似书法作品，这样捐赠的时候，别人喜欢收藏。当然，不一定书法好，只要认真书写就可以。版面要整洁一些。

    可以像写一部书法作品一样写。

    1）如果是毛笔，应当用宣纸，便于保存。

    2）如果用普通硬笔、普通白纸，最好打印好表格，或者用电脑打印出来表格，认真书写，要选择整齐的纸张，如果是普通白纸，可以打好方格，就像书法作品一样。这样就可以。   

    3)为了抄经书静心，你可以参照诸葛长青老师《金刚经：《金刚经》仪轨？如何念？如何回向？》文章，整理一个自己的简单仪轨进行。这样抄写的效果更好。

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
