This is the victory of our Taiwan line of pursuing honesty, prosperity and peace, right? Thank you for your support, so that I can have another four years to complete the reform required by Taiwan. I will not live up to your expectations for me.

The reason why we can be re-elected this time is that the people are sure that we will reject corruption and adhere to clean and honest efforts, right? We also affirm our efforts to open up, loosen the ties and revitalize the economy, right? The people also affirm that we have the opportunity to shelve disputes, strive for peace across the Straits and turn the crisis into business opportunities, right? everybody. During my campaign, I have traveled all over Taiwan to listen to the voice of the people and constantly reflect on myself. I will carefully review which policies are popular with the people, and we will continue; What policies are criticized by the people, we will review them, improve them, and stop when necessary. At the same time, we will continue to seek your opinions. I will invite people's organizations to have a discussion with me every month, listen to your opinions deeply, and write down what you think. I will make necessary improvements one by one and modestly.

Within ten years, we will join the TPP Trans-Pacific Economic Agreement, so that Taiwan can truly be reborn, okay!

At the same time, in the next four years, the relationship between the two sides will be more harmonious, more mutual trust and less opportunities for conflict. I will make sure that we have an orderly, peaceful and stable environment in Taiwan!

At the same time, I will continue to expand our opportunities to interact with the international community, so that our people can travel around the world with more dignity, and the world can go through, so that we can strut on any major road in the world.

We hope to strengthen cultural exchanges and economic and trade exchanges with the world, so that Taiwan can stand proudly on the world economic and cultural map, and become an important force to promote cultural exchanges and economic development!

We will continue to promote reform, and I will vigorously promote it to transform Taiwan and lay a strong foundation for the fair, just and orderly development of Taiwan. Fellow villagers, I will use my life to defend the "sovereignty of the Republic of China", the security of Taiwan and the dignity of the people of Taiwan.    这不是马英九个人的胜利，这是台湾人民的胜利！

   诸葛长青：开篇锣鼓说赢了，立刻调动全场情绪，非常好的开场白。

   这是我们一条追求清廉、繁荣与和平的台湾路线的胜利，对不对啊？这个胜利，台湾人民给了我最清楚的信息，要我继续朝这条路线走下去。台湾人民也给了我明确的使命。让我尽力完成创造台湾新历史的任务。

   感谢大家对我的支持，让我能够再有四年的机会去完成台湾所需要的改革，我一定不会辜负大家对我的期待。

   这一次我们之所以能够连任，是因为人民肯定我们拒绝贪腐、坚持清廉的努力，对不对？也肯定我们开放松绑、振兴经济的努力，对不对？人民也肯定我们搁置争议、争取两岸和平，把危机转变为商机的机会，对不对？各位。这也是人民肯定我们采取正确、正派、有效的活路外交，赢得了国际的尊重与支持，让台湾人民能够遨游世界，对不对？

   当然，我也了解，许多的人对我们还有更高的期许。大家希望我们在照顾弱势之外，要更重视分配的正义，要继续缩小贫富的差距，同时要重视青年就业的问题，以及如何协助他们实现他们的台湾梦，对不对！

   请各位放心，我会继续重视环境的保护与生态的保育，我们会重视农渔业的有序发展，我们更会重视人民对政府施政的感受。我在这里保证一定全力以赴，不达目标，绝不终止。

   我要在这边特别强调，在竞选的过程当中，我听到了民进党蔡主席跟亲民党宋主席对我许多的批评与建议。我觉得他们的意见都非常的宝贵。我会了解，虽然看问题的角度不一样，但是我们关怀台湾的心都是一样的。因此我会感谢他们，并且慎重的研究及评估，只要对人民，对台湾人民有利的，我都一定会采纳。好不好！

   未来，我连任之后，每半年至少会邀请在野的政治领袖共商国是，希望能真正找到对人民真正有利的政策，大家一起为台湾奋斗，好不好！

   在我这次竞选的过程当中，我跑遍台湾各地，倾听人民的声音，也不断地自我反省，我会仔细地检讨有哪一些的政策受到人民的欢迎，我们会继续；哪些政策受到人民的批评，我们会检讨，会改进，必要的时候会停止。同时，我们会再继续征求大家的意见。我每个月都会邀请人民团体跟我座谈，深刻地听取大家的意见，把大家心头的话记下来。我会一一地、谦虚地进行必要的改进。

   诸葛长青：这一部分重点谦虚沟通，体现领导者的博大胸襟，赢得支持。

   对此我特别要向各位报告，我们这次的连任，希望未来的四年，台湾弱势的民众能够得到更多的照顾，我们贫富的差距可以进一步地缩短，还有在经济方面我们一定要推动结构性的改变，让台湾有更多发展的空间，十年内我们要加入TPP跨太平洋经济协议，让台湾真正能脱胎换骨，好不好！

   同时，未来的四年，两岸的关系会更和谐会更有互信，冲突的机会会更小。我一定会让我们台湾有一个有序、和平、稳定的环境好不好！

   同时，我一定会继续扩大我们跟国际社会互动的机会，让我们的人民能够更有尊严的遨游全世界，全世界走透透，让我们在全世界任何一条大马路上都能够昂首阔步。

   我们希望加强跟全世界的文化交流，跟经贸的往来，让台湾在世界经济及文化的版图上能够昂然竖立，成为推动文化交流及经济发展重要的力量，好不好！

   我们还要继续推动改革，我会大刀阔斧的来推动，让台湾脱胎换骨，要为我们台湾公平正义有序发展奠下坚强的基础。各位乡亲，我会用生命来扞卫“中华民国的主权”，台湾的安全和台湾人民的尊严，生生世世要为台湾奋斗到底，好不好！这是我对台湾最庄严的承诺。
