Few outside people know that Liang Wengen, who was born in a humble family, has been a Mie craftsman for many years. Because he is the fourth in his family, he is called "Mie Fourth".

"The fourth year old Mie has two skills, one is to make Shau Kei baskets, and the other is to make construction machinery." On September 20, Liang Yonghe, Liang Wengen's playmate, commented to the reporter about Liang Wengen in his eyes.

Liang Yonghe stood at his home and pointed at the ordinary village surrounded by hills and sighed: "It is really not easy for him to go out of such a poor village and make today's career."

Daotong Village, an unknown ordinary small mountain village, is located at the foot of the Xuefeng Mountain in western Hunan, under the jurisdiction of Maotang Town, Lianyuan City, Hunan Province. Liang Wengen's ancestral home is here. Although Lianyuan City is the base of energy and raw materials in Hunan and the world's largest coal touch base, known as the "coal sea" and the "hometown of nonferrous metals and non-metals", it seems that it has nothing to do with Daotong Village. Liang Rongqing, the grandfather of Liang Wengen, is a famous bamboo craftsman. He is honest and not good at talking, but he can read and has a good reputation in the village. In the eyes of 71-year-old Liang Yongda, Liang Wengen, who came from a poor family, is not only smart and eloquent, but also extremely stable.

He told reporters that Liang Wengen's original name was based on the clan faction "Yong", which is actually "Liang Yonggen". In 1988, Liang changed "Yong" to "stable". Insiders said that there are two meanings, one is career stability, and the other is being stable.

The high and low profile of private aircraft

However, in the eyes of the outside world, Liang Wengen, who has always been low-key and steady, also has a rich and powerful side.

Now Liang Wengen is a rich country (with a total wealth of more than many small African countries). There are two listed companies, Sany Heavy Industry and Sany International, under the control of Sany Group. At present, Liang Wengen holds 58% of the equity of Sany Group, 1686.58 million shares of Sany Heavy Industry and 1203.5 million shares of Sany International. The reporter drove to Daotong Village, Maotang Town, Liang Wengen's hometown and asked how to get to Liang Wengen's home? A daughter-in-law surnamed Sun who married from Linxiang said, "You drive straight along the cement road to the house opposite the 'helicopter apron', which is Liang Wengen's home."

The helicopter apron is the landmark building of Liang Wengen in his hometown, and it is also the symbol of his wealth.

The helipad in front of the reporter, which is the size of a basketball court in front of the main entrance of the Liang family's ancestral home, is a regular circle.     9月18日，来自湖南省委组织部和长沙宣传部门的官员均向时代周报独家证实：上级已于近日完成了对57岁的三一集团董事长、掌舵人梁稳根的人事考察。

    对此重大消息，记者在参加9月19日“三一重工世界最长臂架泵车下线新闻发布会”时，又分别向三一董事长梁稳根和总裁唐修国进行了当面求证，均得到准确回应。

9月20日，时代周报记者从武汉驱车近600公里，深入湖南涟源大山深处梁稳根的老家踏访，试图清晰还原这位中国首富的成长发迹之路。

   华丽跨越无悬念

    9月19日，长沙冷空气突然来袭，气温骤降18摄氏度，但三一重工董事长、掌舵人梁稳根却满面春风。

   下午4时许，梁稳根陪同湖南省副省长于来山、长沙市委书记陈润儿等领导步入新闻发布会现场。他身穿深蓝西服和浅色衬衣，戴一副无框金丝边眼镜，未打领带，看起来轻松而干练。

   入座前，梁稳根接受了时代周报记者的独家采访。

    记者首先对其“已顺利接受考察”表示恭喜。

    为了进一步核实该消息的准确性，在新闻发布会现场，时代周报记者又采访了三一集团的二号人物—总裁唐修国，针对上述消息，唐再次予以了正面回应。

    在和本报记者交换名片之后，面对记者“关于考察”的询问，唐修国显得格外愉悦，他说：“你们应该祝贺梁总，来考察的是梁总，不是我。”但他同时表示，这确实是三一重工的大事，更是党和国家对三一重工这个企业的高度关注和重视。

   当记者想进一步了解梁稳根的身份变化后，唐修国等三一重工的高管是否也会顺应调整时？唐认为现在还不便多说。

    在新闻发布会现场，时代周报记者向前来参会的长沙市市长张剑飞询问，面对记者“长沙市怎么看待这次对梁稳根的考察”的提问，张稍显迟疑后，婉转作答：“关于三一重工梁总身份的转变，现在还处在考察阶段，你们最好再找党务部门作进一步了解。”

   不过，本报记者注意到，会场的座次和名签安排也有些微妙变化。

   而且，在下午4时25分，梁稳根作为第三个发言者走向演讲台发言时，面对数十家中外媒体的镜头，他在几分钟的简短发言中再三强调“三一重工要为祖国献礼，要为国家赢得更大荣耀”，令人印象深刻。

    业内观察人士评价，尽管早在多年前青岛海尔CEO张瑞敏、中石化董事长李毅中等企业家也曾先后进入中央高层序列，但有一个不可忽略的背景是，这些企业均是国企或央企。而作为拥有个人财富超过350亿的下海民营企业家，此次若能顺利晋升，梁稳根应是中国民企第一人。

    学界人士认为，此举的象征意义更大于政治意义。

    复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院教授浦兴祖指出：“以民营企业家的身份进入国家权力核心，既表明执政党对民营经济发展的态度，也有利于民营企业家所在阶层的利益表达。”

    他认为，在中国相当长的一段时期中，民营企业家时常被看做是“资本家”，长期以来被拒执政党的权力中心之外。尽管民营经济在国民经济中的地位日益重要，但民营企业家的社会地位却仍不高，频遭歧视。

    据记者了解，当前令人尴尬的实际情况是，不少民营企业家由于对中央政策把握不好，判断国内外形势悲观，导致大量民企将资产和经营转移到国外。

    但民营经济越发重要的作用不容忽视，事实上，党中央也早已意识到。早在上世纪，民营企业家想要入党都要经过层层考核。近年来，开始放宽对民营企业家的入党要求。在十六大上，开始提出民营企业家成为中央委员或中央候补委员的可能性。

因此，梁稳根的晋升机遇，意义非凡。

    “吸收民营企业家入党已完成了第一步，加入国家执政党中心则是第二步。”浦教授认为，通过吸收各阶层不仅扩大了党的社会基础，同时也促进了民营企业的发展。

     记者了解到，梁稳根能成为高层部门的考察对象，除了他在三一重工的巨大贡献外，也与其做人低调和在与当地政府的关系中所体现出的从政禀赋有关。

    按照浦教授的说法，如不出意外，梁稳根的消息近期将有结论。

   走出山沟的“篾老四”

    外界鲜有人知，出身寒微的梁稳根，父祖辈均是篾匠，他也干过多年篾匠，因在家中排行老四，人称“篾老四”。

    “这个篾老四就会两门手艺，一个是编筲箕箩筐，一个就是做工程机械。”9月20日，梁稳根的发小玩伴梁永和这样向记者评价他眼中的梁稳根。

    梁永和站在自家门口指着被丘陵围绕的普通村庄感慨：“他能从这么个穷山恶水的村子里走出去，并做出今天这番事业，确实不容易。”

     这个名不见经传的普通小山村—道童村，地处湘西雪峰山余脉的山脚下，属湖南涟源市茅塘镇所辖，梁稳根的祖籍就是这里。虽然涟源市是湖南的能源原材料基地和世界最大触煤基地，素有“煤海”、“有色金属和非金属之乡”的美誉，但似乎均与道童村毫无关联，隐没于山坳间的几百农户多年来一直以种植稻、麦、薯类和外出打工为主要生计。

    但梁稳根却给这个小山村带来了意外和惊喜，成为当地家喻户晓的传奇。

     记者看到，当前该村最恢弘的建筑物就是梁稳根的老宅，两层小洋楼，地势很高，白色墙体、水红色琉璃瓦，楼房前是一个250平方米的院落，种满了名贵花草藤萝，院门两侧蹲着两个汉白玉底座的狮子，门楣上的春联已经泛白。

   老屋里住着其堂兄弟梁胜堂一家，也算是代为看管。

    据梁永和介绍，梁稳根家当初是道童村最穷的，甚至连住的土墙屋都不是自己的，“甚至快到了要饭的地步”。

    梁稳根的祖父梁荣卿，是小有名气的篾匠，为人厚诚，不善言谈，但识字能书，在乡里颇有清名。父亲梁柳清，也继承了篾匠家传手艺，母亲肖圭元为人娴淑，两人共育子女7人，6男1女，梁稳根排行第四，从小就和父母一起编制篾货出售换取家用，当时家庭十分清苦。

   而梁稳根人生最大的转机还是发生在改革开放前恢复高考时，他考取了长沙的中南矿冶学院（现为“中南大学”）的金属材料系，1983年毕业后进入兵器工业部，1986年下海创业创办三一重工，直至今天成为中国首富。

   除拥有财富外，梁稳根还有一个幸福的小家庭。

    涟源市当地一位官员告诉记者，梁稳根的妻子李立华是荷塘镇人，当年为该市妇幼保健院医生，两人结为连理后十分恩爱，育有一子，三一重工很多员工偶尔也能看到夫妇二人在厂区内散步的身影，那一刻的梁稳根显得优雅而温情。

   在71岁的梁永大看来，寒苦家庭出身的梁稳根不仅聪明，出口成章，而且为人极其稳重。

   他向记者透露，梁稳根原名是按宗族派系“永”字派别起的，实为“梁永根”，在1988年，梁特地将“永”改为“稳”，知情者说，其中有两层涵义，一为事业稳定，二为做人稳重。

   私人飞机的高调与低调

   不过，在外界看来，素来低调稳重的梁稳根也不乏富贵逼人的一面。

   现在的梁稳根富可敌国（其财富总量超过很多非洲小国），由其掌舵的三一集团旗下共有两家上市公司三一重工和三一国际，当前梁稳根持有三一集团58%的股权，持有三一重工168658万股，三一国际120350万股，仅以9月20日收盘价格计算，梁稳根的身家高达335亿。

    当前的梁稳根，不仅拥有720万的豪华座驾—迈巴赫62。而且，在祖籍道童山村里，还拥有一个私人停机坪，经常停在上面的，是价值数千万的私人飞机，与当年的寒苦判若两人。

    记者驱车行至梁稳根的老家茅塘镇道童村，问及梁稳根的家怎么走？一个从临湘嫁过来的孙姓媳妇说：“你们沿水泥路一直往前开，到了有‘直升飞机停机坪’正对着的那户，就是梁稳根的家。”

   直升飞机停机坪—是梁稳根在当地老家的标志性建筑物，更是他的财富标志。

    记者眼前的这个位于梁家祖籍正门前如篮球场大小的直升飞机停机坪，呈规则圆形，原为一个池塘，为开凿隧道的工程高标水泥浇铸而成，半径20米左右，比标准的篮球场略小，停机坪中间是‘三一重工’的企业徽标，周遭有约30厘米高出地面的护栏，在小山村中显得突兀而醒目。

    57岁的村民肖阳红向记者回忆，每次清明和春节，梁稳根回老家祭祖时，都会自驾直升飞机在此地降落。  

    诸葛长青：有孝心的人才会有福报。

     知情者向时代周报记者介绍，作为顶级富豪梁稳根标签的这架私人飞机，大概为美国生产的“豪客900”系列的商务型私人直升机，其售价一般在500万美元以上，飞行一次的耗油量一般都在1800元左右，其保养费更是昂贵。

   “梁稳根每次从飞机上下来，都会向围观的村民们招手问好，他总是很和气。”

    梁稳根除了富贵逼人外，在捐赠善款时也是一掷千金。

    诸葛长青：有慈善心的人才会有飞跃。

    陪同记者采访的当地乡镇官员说：“梁稳根自己发家后也为村镇做了很多善事，捐款高达数千万。”

    记者了解，道童村一条长达15公里左右的水泥路及桥梁，是梁稳根捐赠200多万修建。还有距其祖宅不远坐落于道童村、竣工于2006年的“三一中学”，也是梁稳根捐资2500万左右修建。

    “据不完全统计，梁稳根为涟源和茅塘镇合计捐赠已超过6000万。”上述官员说。

      诸葛长青：仅仅老家就捐助了6000多万，这样的人必有福报啊。

     梁稳根对父母十分孝顺，他多年前就将同为86岁高龄的双亲接到三一重工总部长沙县和自己共同起居，并安排二哥专职照料，而且，梁有空就为年迈的父母洗脚修剪指甲。

   此外，梁稳根的家风甚严，对待亲眷从不宽待迁就。

    一个著名的小例子是，梁的夫人李立华有一个娘家亲戚因在三一重工的工作中受气后想调整岗位，遂请李找梁说情，但遭到拒绝。事实上，在三一重工的中高管理层中，裙带相关者可谓寥寥。

    梁稳根会否离开三一

     众所周知，梁稳根正是凭借个人独特的魅力带领三一集团一路成长壮大。然而，当完成身份转变之后，他是否会离开打拼了22年的三一重工集团呢？

     当前，很多企业家拥有公司负责人和政府行政角色的双重身份，诸多民营企业家纷纷通过各种手段成为人大代表或政协委员，让外界倍感质疑。这种运作背后的实质，不仅可以借此提高自己的社会地位，更多是为了利用身份资源进行各种非市场化运作的“权力寻租”。事实上，这种政企不分家的行为在国企与央企中尤甚。

     而现在，梁稳根所领导的三一重工集团也将面临这种局面，而且，可能的新身份显然不同于人大代表和政协委员。

    知名财经评论人叶檀就此认为，如果梁稳根真如预期那样进行身份转换，他在三一重工这个企业中的职务应该有所变化。

    她认为，可能到来的新身份，无论对于三一还是梁稳根自身，都足以是一笔宝贵的无形资产，它为企业带来的价值不可估量。可以预见的是，消息正式公布的当天，三一股价必定大涨。同时，也会提升股票市场的低迷情绪。

    “然而，我们应该问问，这对于其他公司来说是否公平？”

    叶檀认为，为了保证公平，梁稳根应退出企业，退出企业家的身份。实际上，当叶檀得知梁即将转换身份时，其表现的更多是惊讶：“很难想象巴菲特突然成为美国政府财政部副部长，听起来像是黑色幽默。”不过，她并不否认企业家也可步入高层政坛，但她认为必须满足特定要求。她举例指出，高盛的人最后到美国财政部担任官员的比较多。但首先要经过特定的程序。其次，必须与之前的企业划清界限。

     叶檀尖锐指出：“梁稳根既不能是原来企业三一重工的高管，也不能再持有三一的股票，否则，就无法保证这个企业在市场运作中的市场公平。”对此，业内人士纷纷认为，可能到来的新身份不仅是社会地位的象征，更意味着实实在在的权力。社会需要的是更纯粹的企业家，不带政治情结而只作为职业经理人存在。

    对此，复旦大学教授浦兴祖持相反意见。他表示，个别人的行为不至于影响整体趋势，因此梁稳根没必要退出三一重工集团。他说：“如果梁稳根退出了民营企业家的身份，反倒无法更好地表达其所在阶层的利益诉求。”

     对于梁稳根，外界更多关注的是，他日后将如何处理政企二者之间的角色转换和定位。“梁稳根进入的不是行政系列，而是执政党序列。无论他进入哪个序列，他握有权力的手，难免产生利益冲突，因此不管进入哪个序列都应该退出。”另一位来自中央财经大学不愿具名的学者认为。

     梁稳根会为了仕途从政离开一手创办的企业吗？带领企业运作22年的梁稳根如果离开，三一重工还能续写它的传奇吗？谁将成为三一重工的接班人？是老搭档、现在的二号人物唐修国，还是梁稳根26岁的儿子继承其58%的股权后成为少帅掌舵人呢？

   湖南省委一位官员接受时代周报记者采访时透露，不排除梁稳根转变身份后将按照组织安排在长沙市或湖南省任职从政。他的表示是：“现在政府里最缺乏这种有大企业管理经验的领导人，梁稳根肯定是最合适的人选之一”。
