According to the Weifang Evening News, Shandong has held six elections for the top ten filial sons.

This year, Shandong Province will continue to carry out the selection of filial sons and hold the award ceremony. Hou Jianghong and Pang Zhiyong, reporters of the Weifang Evening News, reported that at 7:30 p.m. on September 23, the opening ceremony of the 6th Shandong Top Ten Filial Piety Stars Award Party and the Qingzhou Filial Piety Culture and Arts Festival was held in the Yunmen Theater in Qingzhou, Shandong Province, hosted by the Shandong Provincial Office for Aging and the Weifang Municipal Government, and hosted by the Weifang Municipal Office for Aging and the Qingzhou Municipal People's Government.

On the basis of the traditional filial piety culture, the 45-year-old Chu Yuguo in Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, has constantly expanded the connotation of filial piety culture, integrating entrepreneurship, caring for employees, and actively doing public welfare undertakings into the filial piety culture, vigorously promoting the cultural construction of managing enterprises with filial piety, caring for employees, and helping development with filial piety, and integrating the filial piety culture into career development and management. Chu Yuguo often said to the cadres and workers that "the son wants to be raised, but not to be loved", which made many cadres and workers deeply understand the profound connotation of filial piety. Chu Yuguo was born in Wangfenshan District, Qingzhou, Emperor Shun. His family was difficult since childhood. He had four brothers and sisters. Many colleagues of Chu Yuguo told reporters that as long as Chu Yuguo came home from work, he would personally wash his father's feet and cut his toenails. His mother's cervical and lumbar vertebrae were not good. He massaged her with his hands, never using a massager. In 2009, Chu Yuguo's old father died of heart disease, and his mother died of lung cancer in 2010. The successive death of his parents greatly touched him. "At the beginning of 2009, I planned to take my parents to travel around the country, but I was too busy with my work to go there. Chu Yuguo told the reporter with emotion, and had a deeper understanding of the sentence "I want to raise my son, but I don't want to stay with him".

Chu Yuguo told the reporter that he never forgets to promote filial piety while doing a good job in enterprise management. "Our bank has set up a staff care committee, which has a special person responsible for the marriage and funeral of the staff, to solve the worries of the staff. Chu Yuguo told the reporter that in order to solve the practical difficulties of some elderly people receiving the new agricultural insurance subsidy, he asked the relevant business departments to formulate special service measures in time, actively open the green service channel for the elderly, simplify the procedures, and introduce a series of preferential policies: for the elderly who are over 90 years old without ID card, It can provide valid certificate collection such as the household register to receive subsidies, and the elderly who are ill and have difficulty in moving can receive old-age subsidies and pensions from their children with a power of attorney, which has won the praise of the majority of the elderly. On the Double Ninth Festival, he personally goes to some nursing homes to chat and play chess with the elderly.

Chu Yuguo also insisted on taking "filial piety culture" as the basis of development, taking the initiative to assume social responsibilities and obligations, and caring about social public welfare undertakings. This year, when he saw that many mountain villages had a difficult draught, and the left-behind elderly had a more difficult draught, he called on employees to show filial piety and respect for the elderly and offer love.       山东省今年又继续进行孝子评选并举行颁奖典礼。《潍坊晚报》记者侯江宏、庞志勇报道说：9月23日晚7时30分,山东青州云门剧院内,由山东省老龄办、潍坊市政府主办,潍坊市老龄办、青州市人民政府承办的第六届山东省十大孝星颁奖晚会暨青州孝文化艺术节开幕式隆重举行。

　　山东省老龄办主任张雪燕告诉记者,始于2005年的“山东省十大孝星”评选,迄今已经成功举办了六届,社会反响强烈。在孝星典型事迹的感染下,全省各地都涌现了大批尊老、敬老、孝老楷模,社会各界和众多爱心人士、爱心企业纷纷为老年人办好事、办实事,营造了孝敬老人、家庭和睦、社会和谐的浓厚氛围,促进了和谐家庭、和谐社区、和谐社会建设。

  《褚玉国:提拔员工要看孝不孝顺》
　　百善孝为先,孝顺父母、尊敬老人是家庭和睦的重要因素,是齐鲁文化的重要组成部分,也是中华传统美德的精髓。

    而山东青州市45岁的褚玉国则在传统孝文化的基础上,将孝文化的内涵不断扩展,把干事创业、关心职工、积极做好公益事业等融入到孝文化中,大力推行以孝治企、孝感员工、孝助发展的文化建设,将孝文化融入到事业发展和经营管理之中。“子欲养而亲不待”是褚玉国经常对干部职工说的一句话,这句话让很多干部职工深刻感悟了孝的深刻内涵。9月23日晚,记者第一时间在颁奖现场采访了第六届“山东省十大孝星”获得者——青州农村商业银行股份有限公司董事长、党委书记褚玉国,他也是潍坊市唯一获此殊荣者。
   诸葛长青：像褚玉国“提拔员工要看孝不孝顺”的做法值得赞扬，因为这也是弘扬中国文化的一个有效方法。
  1、爱给父母洗脚拉家常
　　褚玉国出生在舜帝青州王坟山区,从小家庭困难,兄妹四个,他是老大,所以他觉得照顾父母责无旁贷。“回到家,我喜欢给父母做顿可口的饭菜,把平时工作上的事情跟父亲交流一下,父亲听到我工作上取得的成绩后就感到非常高兴。”褚玉国回忆起和父母拉家常的情景,非常怀念。
　　褚玉国的很多同事告诉记者,褚玉国只要忙完工作回家,都要亲自为父亲洗脚、剪趾甲。母亲颈椎、腰椎都不好,他用手给母亲按摩,从来不用按摩器。褚玉国常说,“孝敬父母不能等,工作再忙也要常回家看看。”而他作为公司的“一把手”,更多的心思都放在了工作上。

    诸葛长青：褚玉国以身示范，值得赞扬。孝敬父母的人自然富贵吉祥。
　　2009年,褚玉国的老父亲因心脏病去世,母亲因患肺癌于2010年去世,父母的相继离世对他触动很大。“2009年初,我打算带着父母到各地旅游一下,但是忙于单位工作没有去成,遗憾的是没过几个月父亲突发心脏病去世了。”褚玉国动情地告诉记者,对“子欲养而亲不待”这句话有了更深刻理解。
   2、以孝治企员工很欢迎
　　“百善孝为先,一个员工如果不孝顺老人,那他就丧失了人性,工作肯定干不好,所以我们提拔公司管理人员把孝顺父母作为提拔的重要依据。”褚玉国告诉记者,他在抓好企业经营管理的同时,时刻不忘宣扬孝道。在他的提议下,将“孝文化”作为企业文化的重要组成部分,在全行内部大力开展“孝老爱亲”活动,积极组织开展“孝心大使”评选、“孝文化”大讨论,带领员工学习《弟子规》和有关孝亲敬老先进人物的事迹。

     诸葛长青：在企业内部推行弟子规、推行论语、推行孝道，功德巨大。企业也会越来越好。

　　“我们银行成立了职工关爱委员会,有专人负责职工的婚丧嫁娶,解决职工的后顾之忧,同时还实施了小伙房、小食堂、小菜园、小图书室、小澡堂‘五小设施’建设,领导真是太关心我们职工工作和生活了。”职工马国保告诉记者。
　　“我是今年1月份办的喜事,职工关爱委员会帮着我们家筹备婚礼,我父母对单位的操办非常满意,我要以优异的工作成绩回报单位的关心和帮助。”今年结婚的24岁职工赵嘉庆激动地告诉记者。
    3、参与公益关爱老年人
　　“作为社会公众企业,我们应该为孝老事业尽一份责任。”褚玉国告诉记者,为解决部分老人领取新农保补贴时存在的实际困难,他要求有关业务部门及时制定专项服务办法,积极为高龄老人开通了绿色服务通道,简化程序,出台了一系列优惠政策:对年满90岁无身份证的老人,可以提供户口本等有效证件领取补贴,身患疾病、行动不便的老人可以凭委托书由子女代领高龄补贴和养老金,赢得了广大老人的赞许。每逢重阳节,他都亲自到一些敬老院中,陪老人聊天、下棋。
　　褚玉国还坚持以“孝文化”为发展根本,主动承担社会责任和义务,关心社会公益事业。今年,当看到许多山区村庄吃水难,留守老人吃水更难的情况,他号召员工孝亲敬老奉献爱心,在他的带动下,农商行个人捐款、企业赞助共计130万元,为13个山区吃水困难的村庄解决了吃水问题。2009年以来,他为敬老事业个人捐款10万元。
