Zhuge Changqing said that practice is like climbing a mountain. You need confidence, perseverance and patience to reach the top of the mountain.

1、 Confession and killing Shifu for many years

On the evening of May 4

The disciple sat on the bed and recited the "Heart Sutra". After reading the second chapter, he turned back to "Shifu who has been killed for many years", and suddenly burst into tears. Then he could not stop. He cried for more than half an hour!

Afraid of disturbing the parents next door, I buried my face in the pillow and "cried violently". I could not express my grief and regret! Crying all over with sweat, or unbearable sadness and regret Gradually, it seemed like a big lotus rose, and then moved away from me. At this moment, I cried like I was going to say goodbye to my master forever. It seems that the lotus flower of Shifu has gradually disappeared, and I have slowly recovered my mood. My eyes are swollen with tears, and my mouth is numb with tears

After reading the Sutra for three times, I made a routine confession, but I forgot to apologize to Shifu for the scene just now, thinking that Shifu had forgiven me just now. (Since the killing of Shifu in the dream last year, disciples have been giving food and chanting sutras back to Shifu. The apology communication was only the first month, and then I directly returned to Shifu. The disciples think this matter is serious and should be returned for life.)

You have hurt your master for many years. Now, after your tearful repentance, your master has forgiven you.

The next step is to continue to return to the Master who has been hurt by you for many years.

This is also a way to make up for mistakes and thank Master for his cultivation.

2、 Dream of acne on your face

Then I had the following three dreams in the evening:

1. I dreamed that my right face was covered with acne and acne.

I couldn't help squeezing out one with my hand, but the pus came out of that one and it looked a little disgusting. So I wondered whether to do "beauty"?

Dreaming that your face is covered with acne and pimples indicates that you have creditors in this area on your face and need to repent.

2. I dreamed that my classmate was a seven-star ladybug

I dreamed that the class was discussing a classmate (forgot whether he was a human or an insect?). This classmate was very special. A male classmate in the class said that he dared not offend him, and the teacher also said that he was "preferential". At this time, there was an insect crawling over, and the teacher accidentally stepped on it. Fortunately, the ground was concave, and it was not trampled to death. I went to get it out and let it go quickly. Others asked me what was it? I said it was a seven-star ladybug, because it looked a little like a seven-star ladybug from a distance.

It indicates that you have hurt your classmates, insects and ladybugs for many years. You should repent and turn back.

3. Dream of bed

I dreamed that in a room, there were two symmetrical identical beds, placed next to each other, covered with white sheets. There is a symmetrical balcony outside. My mother and I were inside. I asked my mother: Why not separate (into two rooms)? My mother replied: Yes, it can be separated. After that, she personally pulled out a long strip of tape from the wall to separate the two adjacent beds. Of course, the height of the tape was not enough..

Dreaming of the bed augurs that you have a "fire bed hell" karma and need to repent and eliminate it.

What is fire bed hell?

Zhuge Changqing will share with you the data of "The Cause and Effect Map: The Transformation Map of Hell".

Fire Bed Hell:

The fire bed hell is like the iron plate burning in the world.

According to The Law of Scripture, "Men who commit adultery hold copper pillars and women lie on iron beds."

Another example is the "Sutra of the Meditation of the Dharma", which states that those who love killing, burning, roasting, frying, cooking, braising, smoking all raw meat or trampling on insects will be imprisoned after death; And the torture lasted for a long time, which was beyond human imagination. Even if this crime is eliminated, if you commit other crimes, you will fall into other hell and suffer one by one until the crime is eliminated.

The fire bed hell is a serious crime and must be eliminated.

Zhuge Changqing suggests that you add:

"Go back and eliminate me, my mother, and my father's crime in the fire bed hell".

Keep going back, and it will gradually disappear.

5、 Fall on one's own pillow

1. Neck pillow. Day of May 5: I woke up in the morning and found myself "asleep"! This pillow has been sleeping at home for several months, and it is all right. Today, I suddenly fell asleep! The neck cannot move. I thought for a second: Isn't it a felony to kill Master? I deserve it. It's better to accept it than go to hell. Read the Vajra Sutra once

On the evening of May 5:

I feel that this is a bit more serious than the "pillow"! My neck hurts and I can't move. I still have a low fever in the evening. Pay off debts... Be patient.. I think so. When I returned from the evening meal, it seemed to be a little better, but it was not much better.

During the routine confession in the evening, I apologized and communicated with Master this time. I cried for a while. It seems that the low fever is gone after the confession..

I hardly slept this night, and my neck was too painful to move. It seems that I can't move as if I was pinched by someone. It's too painful. It hurts to stand, to sit, to lie, and to chant Buddha's name is useless. I turned on my mobile phone to play the "truth of the Buddha's condemnation".

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Blessed life is limitless.

The neck pillow is a sign that there are enemies and creditors on your neck to collect debts.

They need you to repent and return.

Teacher Zhuge Changqing sent you a magic weapon: repent and return to whatever you meet.

If you encounter problems in the future, don't worry, repent sincerely and do more deeds such as releasing life, giving food and chanting.

(2) Dream of washing clothes. Mian Mian Qiangqiang seemed to have slept for a while and had a dream: my father brought me two buckets of clothes and said they were ready. I looked at some clothes on one of the buckets, and they were washed. But other clothes don't seem to have been washed. I went to check with my father and planned to wash the clothes that looked like they hadn't been washed.

----I dreamed that I had washed my clothes, which foreshadowed the elimination of some criminal karma.

----I dream that there are still clothes to wash, which augurs that there are still many karma and crimes to be eliminated.

The dream reminds you and your father that they have sinned and need to repent and go back to eliminate.

(3) Dream of ribs, excrement and urination. He is cutting vegetables in the kitchen. I saw a man following him. At first glance, it looked like my living cousin, and then it looked like it was not him.. I saw a drain next to the bucket of clothes, on which a cut raw ribs fell. According to the principle of "saving", I should tell my father to let him pick it up, but I didn't agree with them eating meat, so I didn't say anything. Then I saw that the stewpot in the kitchen was actually placed in the excrement urinal in the toilet...

Then I woke up from a dream, my neck ached, and I watched the dawn...

First, it forebodes that you and your father both have the crime of killing animals and eating meat and need to repent.

The second is the omen that a male creditor appears and needs to repent.

The third is to do a good job in the five-in-one (repentance, feeding, chanting, releasing, and vegetarian) transformation of Zhuge Changqing National Studies.

Fourth, if the family still eats meat. You can add back: let my father and mother eat meat, enemy creditors, attached beings, and so on. In return, they don't eat fish or meat, but only grains and vegetables.

(4) The neck pillow becomes lighter. Day of May 6. Finally, it was about 6 o'clock before dawn, and I suddenly thought of "self-help", so I picked up the "Dizang Sutra" and read half of it. After 8 o'clock, I hurried to make a meal and read the rest of the "Dizang Sutra" in the afternoon. It seems that the neck is not so painful when reading the sutra, although it also hurts. I read the article "Xuanhua Shangren Zhuanhong Platform" on my mobile phone this afternoon when I was free. It didn't take long to read it. Suddenly, I felt that my neck was a little loose. It was not as tight as before. It was amazing! So I had a brainwave and silently recited "Nanwu Guanyin Bodhisattva" to the wonderful and solemn 72-hand-eye Guanyin Bodhisattva image of "Master Xuanhua". I don't know if I recited it for half an hour. Sometimes I feel chilly. In short, it seems that my body is a little "relaxed". But the neck still hurts. It just feels a little less than before.

Amitabha! Teacher, what do you say about me? If it is a serious crime and a light punishment, I will endure for a few more days.

You recite the Tibetan Sutra and read the information of the Venerable Master Xuanhua, and get energy blessing. Your creditor also gets energy. Although it is a slight easing, we should increase the intensity of repentance.

譬如，面对自己累世此生过错罪业，必须诚心忏悔、行善积德、及时回向。

如果不诚心诚意去做，那就很难飞跃。

诸葛长青说过，修行如爬山，你要信心、恒心、耐心，才能到达山顶。

为了帮助更多人改变命运，诸葛长青根据古今圣贤智慧、国学传统文化儒释道文化智慧，提出了“国学改运五合一”（忏悔、施食、念诵、放生、吃素）。

诚心诚意去做的，都实现了飞跃。

核心就是必须认真落实啊。

修行路上，必须努力做好“五合一”，实现新飞跃。

下面，诸葛长青结合一位“郭同学”来信，谈一谈修行要注意的问题。

诸葛长青老师好！

抱歉弟子又来打扰！

下面是这两天发生在弟子身上的小疑事，能否肯请老师抽空帮忙解答呢？

非常感谢！！

一、忏悔杀害累世师傅痛哭流涕

5月4日晚

弟子单盘坐在床上念诵《心经》，第二篇念完回向到“累世杀害过的师父”时，突然失声痛哭，然后完全停不下来，一哭就哭了大半个小时！

怕声音惊扰隔壁父母，于是我把脸埋在枕头里“猛哭”，那种悲痛和悔恨的心情无法言表！哭得一身汗，还是抑制不住的悲伤悔恨.....渐渐好像感觉有一朵大大的莲花升起，然后离我渐行渐远，此刻我仿佛要和师父永别似地哭得“肝肠寸断”。仿佛师父的莲花渐渐消逝了，我也慢慢平复了心情，眼睛哭肿了，嘴巴哭麻了.....

念完3遍心经后，我例行拜忏，可是就刚才那幕却忘了跟师父道歉，以为刚才师父原谅我了（自从去年梦境里杀害师父以来，弟子施食，念经一直有回向师父。道歉沟通只是刚开始那一个月，后来就直接回向了。弟子认为这个事情比较严重，应该终生回向）

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

你累世伤害过你师父，现在，经过你的痛哭流涕的忏悔，你的师父已经原谅你了。

下一步，要持续回向累世被你伤害的师父离苦得乐、离开超生。

这样也是弥补过错，感恩师父培养之恩。

二、梦到脸上长痘痘

接着晚上做了以下3个梦：

1.梦见自己的右脸长满了痤疮和痘痘。

我忍不住用手挤掉一颗，结果那颗流出了脓，看起来有点恶心。于是心里寻思着要不要去做一下“美容”？

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到脸上长满了痤疮和痘痘，预兆你脸上有这方面的债主，需要忏悔回向。

认真忏悔回向就可以。具体参考老师忏悔文章。

2.梦到同学是七星瓢虫

梦见班里正在讨论一个同学（忘了这同学究竟是人还是昆虫？），这个同学很特别，班上有一个男同学说自己不敢得罪他，老师也说特别“优待”他。这时正巧有一只昆虫爬过来，老师一脚不小心踩到了，幸亏那块地是凹面的，它没被踩死，我过去把它弄出来，让它赶紧出去，别人问我这时什么？我说是一只七星瓢虫，因为远远地看着它有点像七星瓢虫一样发光闪亮亮的。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

预兆你累世伤害过同学、伤害过昆虫、伤害过七星瓢虫，要忏悔回向。

3.梦到床

梦见在一个房间里面，有两张对称的一模一样的床，挨着放一起，上面铺着白色的床单。外面有一个对称的阳台。我和我妈在里面，我问我妈：为何不隔开(成两个房间)呢? 我妈回答说： 可以呀，可以隔开呀。说完她亲自从墙壁拉出一条长长的胶带，把两张挨着的床隔起来，当然胶带的高度不够。。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

梦到床铺，预兆你们有“火床地狱”罪业，需要忏悔消除。

什么是火床地狱呢？

诸葛长青给你分享《因果图鉴：地狱变相图》资料。

火床地狱：

火床地狱，犹如人间的铁板烧。

《经律异相》云：“犯邪淫者，男抱铜柱，女卧铁床。”

又如《正法念处经》云：喜爱杀生、烧、烤、煎、烹、焖、熏众生肉或贱踏小虫者，死后均堕此狱；又其刑苦时间极长，非人能想象。即便此罪消毕，倘有犯其它罪业，再堕其它地狱一一受罪，直至罪业消竟。

火床地狱，罪业深重，必须回向消除。

诸葛长青建议你每次施食、念诵等功德回向中，添加：

“回向消除我、我母亲、父亲火床地狱罪业”。

持续回向，慢慢就消除了。

五、自己落枕

1、脖子落枕。5月5日白天：早上起床突然发现自己“落枕”了！这个枕头在家睡了几个月，都没事。今天却突然落枕了！脖子不能动弹。我转念一想：这该不会是杀害师父的重罪轻受吧？活该我报应，没事，欣然接受，总比下地狱好多了。念了一遍《金刚经》

5月5日晚：

感觉这比“落枕”有点严重啊！脖子又疼又不能动，傍晚的时候还有点低烧。还债还债。。。忍耐忍耐。。我这么想。傍晚施食回来的时候，好像稍微好一丁点，基本也没太大起色。

晚上例行拜忏的时候，这回特别跟师父道歉沟通了，我哭了一小会。拜忏完后好像低烧没有了。。

这个晚上几乎没睡着，脖子太疼了，几乎不能动弹。好像被人掐住“七寸”似地不能动弹，太痛苦了。站着疼，坐着也疼，躺着更疼，念佛号也没有用。我打开手机播放“地藏菩萨灭定罪真言“。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

脖子落枕，预兆你脖子上有冤亲债主讨债。

他们需要你忏悔和功德回向。

诸葛长青老师送你一个法宝：遇到什么就忏悔回向什么。

以后遇到问题，别着急，诚心诚意忏悔，多做放生、施食、念诵等功德回向就可以。

（2）梦见洗衣服。勉勉强强好像睡了一会，做了一个梦：我爸拎着两桶衣服给我，说洗好了。我翻看其中一个桶面上的几件衣服，的确洗好了。但是其他的衣服好像还没洗过。我过去找我爸确认一下，打算洗洗那些看起来像没洗过的衣服。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

----梦到洗好了衣服，预兆消除了一些罪业业障。

----梦到还有衣服没洗，预兆还有许多业障罪业需要消除。

梦境，提醒你和你爸爸都有罪业，需要忏悔回向消除。

（3）梦见排骨、屎尿盆。他正在厨房切菜。我看到他身后跟着一个男子，第一眼看好像我健在的表弟，再一看好像又不是他。。我看到装衣服的桶旁，有一个下水道口，上面掉了一块切好的生排骨。按照”节约“原则我应该告诉我爸让他捡起来的，但是我不赞成他们吃肉，所以就没吭声。然后看到厨房的炖锅居然放在厕所的屎尿盆里。。。

然后梦醒了，脖子生疼，眼睁睁地看着天亮。。。

诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

一是预兆你和你爸爸都有杀生吃肉罪业需要忏悔回向。

二是预兆有一个男子债主出现，需要忏悔回向。

三是做好诸葛长青国学改运五合一（忏悔、施食、念诵、放生、吃素）。

四是如果家人还吃肉。可以回向添加：让我爸爸、妈妈吃肉的冤亲债主、附体众生等离苦得乐、离开超生。回向他们不吃鱼、不吃肉，只吃五谷杂粮和素食青菜。

（4）脖子落枕变轻。5月6日白天。终于熬到天亮了大概6点多点，我突然想起“自救”，于是拿起《地藏经》念了一半，8点多赶紧去做一次施食，下午把剩下的《地藏经》念完。念地藏经的时候好像脖子没那么疼痛难忍，虽然也疼。今天下午有空看了一下手机上的”宣化上人专弘平台”文章，没看多久，突然感觉脖子好像稍微松了点，没有像之前紧紧的无法动弹，好神奇啊！于是我灵机一动，对着”宣化上人“那尊妙好庄严的72手眼观世音菩萨图像小声默念“南无观世音菩萨”，不知道是否有念半个小时，感觉有时候身上凉飕飕的，总之好像真个身体稍微“轻松”了点。但是脖子还是疼，只是感觉比之前好像稍微缓和了一些。

阿弥陀佛，老师您说我这是咋回事呢? 如果是重罪轻罚，那我再忍耐几天。

你念诵《地藏经》、看宣化上人资料，得到能量加持，你的债主也得到了能量。虽然是稍微缓和，还是要加大忏悔回向力度。
