The most scientific thing is to go to bed at about 9:00 (no more than 10:30 at the latest) and get up at about 4:00 in the morning.

Since Qin Shihuang became emperor, there have been 335 Chinese emperors.
Among the six Chinese emperors over 89 years old, the longest living is Qianlong, 89 years old!

What is the sense of going to bed early and getting up early?

Go to bed at 10:30 in the evening and wake up naturally at about 5:00 in the morning. When you get up at this time, you will be in general spirits all day.
Go to bed after 11 o'clock at night and wake up around 6 o'clock in the morning. When I get up at this time, I feel gray, depressed and tired all day.
This number is the result of many experiments by Zhuge Changqing. The results show that the Chinese health culture is true, and that the contents of the Huangdi Neijing and other explanations are in line with the principles of heaven and earth.
Zhuge Changqing and many health care experts are paying attention to the long-lived elderly. The common principle of the long-lived elderly is not to stay up late at night, go to bed early and get up early.
Why don't you stay up late, because staying up late violates the law of heaven.
For example, according to the theory of health preservation in the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, 7-9 p.m. belongs to Xu Shi, and the pericardial meridian is in order.
The pericardium is the outer membrane tissue of the heart, which mainly protects your heart muscle from working normally. If your pericardium is maintained, your body will be healthier.
From 9 to 11 p.m., it belongs to the time of Haishi, which belongs to the order of the Sanjiao Classic. The triple energizer connects all kinds of pulse. The triple energizer must be unblocked, otherwise you will get sick. If you rest at this time, your body will be very healthy.
At midnight: from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. the next day, the gall bladder is in order. Zishi is the time when yin is the heaviest. At this time, you should rest and maintain your body. The liver and gallbladder are the general of the body and protect you. If the general is injured and has problems, how to protect your body, right? Therefore, people who often stay up late will have health problems such as rough skin, dark spots, and yellow complexion.
Ugly hour in the morning: from 1 to 3 in the morning, the liver meridian is in order. Ugly, nourishing the liver is at the right time. The liver is responsible for hair production. It is at this time that the liver needs detoxification and hematopoiesis.
If you rest at this time, you will be healthy.
If you want good skin and good health, you must go to bed early and get up early.
If you want to solve the problem of rough skin, skin discoloration, yellowing, body fatigue, etc., you should always go to bed early and get up early.
So, in order to be healthy, we must conform to nature.
Zhuge Changqing's research found that if people stay up late often, they will face gray, have dark circles under their eyes, have a bad temper, get angry for no reason, worry for no reason, be depressed, often catch cold, and often feel tired. In fact, it was more than 11 o'clock, which hurt the courage and liver.
Zishi is the heaviest time of overcast cold at night.
In order to verify the changes in the "sub hour" gas field at night (focus on what happens after 11:00 p.m.).
Zhuge Changqing once meditated and observed alone (sitting on a stool) in the room on the fourth floor of a building. What would happen at 11 pm?
Zhuge Changqing clearly remembers that just after 11:00 pm, the surroundings suddenly changed when he got up. A wave of cold air rushed up from the ground, rose from his feet and legs, and soon covered his body.
You see, this cold air flows from the ground through four floors and directly to the body. What a terrible Yin Qi.
From 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., it is called Zishi, which is the time when the Qi and Yin of heaven and earth are the heaviest.
If you don't sleep at this time, you are competing with heaven and earth, and your body will be affected.
Remember, people are just a tiny particle of dust in the universe. Compared with the earth and the universe, even bacteria are inferior. Do you still want to play tug-of-war with the universe?
So, dear relatives, please remember: go to bed early and get up early!
If you are not very busy, you'd better take a rest before 10:00 in the evening, and not exceed 10:30 at the latest.
If you really need to stay up late and work overtime, you can use Zhuge Changqing's "morning and evening time exchange method".
What is the "morning and evening exchange method"?
This is a method summarized by Zhuge Changqing.
If you need to stay up late at night, you can go to bed at 10 o'clock at night, get up at 4 o'clock the next morning, and continue to complete the task, so that you have good health, good career, and all aspects.
For example, the general manager of the company will arrange you to write a planning book at 5:00 p.m. and must show it to the boss at 8:30 the next day. You are expected to work overtime until 12 o'clock.
What shall I do? If you don't work overtime, you can't finish the task; Overtime will hurt your health.
You can use Zhuge Changqing's "morning and evening exchange method":
You can work overtime until 10 o'clock in the evening and get up at 4 o'clock in the morning the next day. In this way, you can also complete the overtime task and be in good health. This method was summarized by Zhuge Changqing in his study and practice.

以前的时候,诸葛长青喜欢晚上熬夜看书学习研究文化,后来发现身体会很疲惫。于是就深入研究养生长寿文化。包括:气功、武术、刮痧、推拿、按摩等等,都进行过研究。
诸葛长青分析很多百岁老人、长寿老人。
古今长寿者,最为重要的一条是:早睡早起!
重要的事情说三遍:早睡早起、早睡早起、早睡早起!
最科学的是9点左右睡觉(最晚不要超过10点半),清晨4点左右起床。
从我国长寿之乡巴马等长寿地区来看,长寿老人共同特点都是早睡早起。
从秦始皇称帝以来,中国皇帝有335人。
中国皇帝中89岁以上的6人,最长寿的是乾隆,89岁!
乾隆很重视养生文化,乾隆就是这样,晚上9点左右睡觉,清晨4点起床。
紫禁城故宫文化研究专家向斯先生特意写过一本书《乾隆养生之谜》。
乾隆十分注重中华国学文化,尤其对养生十分重视,他甚至亲自研究黄帝内经,亲自研究养生秘法。
譬如乾隆每顿饭必须吃的东西就有豆腐,顿顿离不开豆腐、豆芽。
早睡早起有什么感应呢?
为了验证这个真理,诸葛长青做过很多次养生睡眠实验。
晚上9点睡觉,清晨4点左右自然醒,这时候起床,一天精气神很足。
晚上10点睡觉,清晨4:30左右自然醒,这时候起床,一天精气神尚可。
晚上10:30睡觉,清晨大约5点左右自然醒,这时候起床,一天精神一般。
晚上11点后睡觉,清晨6点左右醒,这时候起床,一天脸色发灰、心情郁闷、身体疲惫。
这个数字,是诸葛长青实验很多次的,实验结果说明,中华养生文化真实不虚,说明《黄帝内经》等讲解的内容都是符合天地之道。
诸葛长青和很多养生专家都在关注长寿老人,长寿老人共同一条,都是晚上不熬夜,早睡早起。
为啥不要熬夜呢,因为熬夜违背天道规律。
譬如:《黄帝内经》养生理论认为,晚上7-9点,属于戌时,心包经当令。
心包是心脏外膜组织,主要是保护你的心肌正常工作的。心包经得到养护,你的身体就会更健康。
晚上9-11点,属于亥时,属于三焦经当令。三焦通百脉,三焦一定要通畅,不通就会生病。如果你这时候休息,你的身体就会非常健康。
凌晨子时:夜里11点到次日凌晨1点,胆经当令。子时,是阴气最重的时候,这个时候,要休息养护身体。肝胆是身体的大将军,是保护你的,如果大将军受了伤,出了问题,如何保护你的身体,对不?所以,常常熬夜的人就会出现皮肤粗糙、黑斑、面色发黄等健康问题。
凌晨丑时:凌晨1点到3点,肝经当令。丑时,养肝正当时。肝主生发,肝脏要解毒、要造血,就是在这个时候进行。
如果这时候休息,身体就很健康。
如果你想皮肤好,身体好,一定要早睡早起。
如果想解决皮肤粗糙、皮肤发会、发黄、身体乏力等,都要坚持早睡早起。
所以说,为了健康,我们一定要顺应自然。
诸葛长青研究发现,如果经常熬夜的人,会脸色发灰、黑眼圈、脾气暴躁、莫名其妙发火、莫名其妙烦恼忧愁郁闷,经常感冒、经常浑身乏力。实际上就是超过11点,伤了胆气、肝气。
子时,是晚上阴寒之气最重的时候。
为了验证晚上“子时”气场有什么变化(重点观察晚上11点后什么情况)。
诸葛长青曾在一个楼的4楼房间,单独打坐观察(坐在凳子上),晚上11点会出现什么?
诸葛长青清晰的记得:晚上11点刚过,周围起床忽然发生变化,一股冷气刷的一下,从地面涌起,从双脚双腿向上升腾,一会就覆盖身体。
大家看,这股冷气从地面穿越4层楼,直接到达身体,多么厉害的阴气啊。
晚上11点到凌晨1点,称为子时,这时候是天地之气阴气最重的时候。
如果这个时候不睡觉,就是和天地较劲,那么你的身体就会受到影响。
大家记住,人只不过是宇宙一粒微尘,和地球比起来,和宇宙比起来,连个细菌都不如。还想和地球宇宙拔河比赛吗?
所以,各位亲人们,一定记住啊:早睡早起!
如果不是很忙,最好晚上10点前休息,最晚不要超过10点半。
如果确实需要熬夜加班,你可以使用诸葛长青“早晚时间兑换法”。
什么是“早晚时间兑换法”?
这是诸葛长青研究总结的一个方法。
就是如果你晚上需要加班熬夜,可以晚上到10点立刻睡觉,次日凌晨4点起床,继续完成任务,这样你的身体好,事业好,各方面都好。
譬如,公司总经理,下午5点安排你写一个策划书,第二天8:30必须拿给老板要看。你估计要加班到12点。
怎么办呢?不加班,完不成任务;加班,伤害身体。
你可以使用诸葛长青“早晚时间兑换法”:
你可以晚上加班到10点,次日凌晨4点起床,这样同样完成加班任务,身体又非常好。这个方法,是诸葛长青在学习实践中总结出来的。
这个只是基本建议,具体结合实际进行就可以。
