戒邪淫：为何总有淫欲心？如何戒除邪淫？

What is practice?

Zhuge Changqing believes that practice is to correct your wrong thoughts and behaviors.

Recently, many people who are destined to practice have studied Buddha and Bodhisattva, learned sages, and worked hard.

Some practitioners asked how to abstain from prostitution.

Why is there always lust?

Why do you always commit adultery?

Zhuge Changqing here unifies the solution for the predestined.

To get rid of lewdness, you can do three things:

First, cut off the root of evil.

Zhuge Changqing's research found that the heart of evil and lust is heavy, which is mostly related to his own or his family's long life and this life's evil and lust. What shall I do?

It can be relieved by repentance and merit return.

First, repentance.

1. Confess your own immorality and sinful deeds for many years (anything related to immorality can be repented).

Zhuge Changqing suggested that you repent in this way:

amitabha. Blessed life is limitless.

Disciple * * sincerely repented. I confess that I should not be lewd, should not peek at beautiful handsome men, should not be lewd, should not watch pornographic pictures and videos, should not be prostituted, should not seduce men and women, should not open brothels, should not masturbate, should not write and sell pornographic books and magazines, should not spread lewd, and so on

(Zhuge Changqing suggested: repent every morning and evening until the lust is eliminated).

2. Confess to the demon king, the devil king, the spirit sucking ghost, the spirit eating ghost, the lust ghost, the man's ghost, the woman's ghost, the lover who has been hurt for many years, the woman who has been in debt for many years.

Zhuge Changqing suggested that you repent in this way:

amitabha. Blessed life is limitless.

Disciple * * sincerely repented.

The demon king, the devil king, the spirit sucking ghost, the spirit eating ghost, the lust ghost, the male ghost and the female ghost on my body.

I apologize and repent to you, because my lewdness affects you, interferes with you, and causes you to be possessed. Sorry, please forgive me. I promise not to commit adultery again. Please leave me. thank you!

My lovers, husbands and wives, women and men who have been hurt for many years, and men and women who have been in debt for many years are waiting for you. I'm sorry. I confess to you that I was ignorant and did a lot of things to you. Please forgive me, and I vow to do more merits such as releasing life, chanting Buddha, and giving food to return to you. Please rest assured.

(Zhuge Changqing suggested: repent every morning and evening until the lust is eliminated).

3. Make a wish (Zhuge Changqing: You should do it sincerely).

amitabha. Blessed life is limitless.

Hello, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, good gods, disciple * * * makes three wishes here:

I vowed to stop evil and do good. I vow to abstain from immorality, eliminate all kinds of evil thoughts, abide by moral precepts, and do more good deeds. Do more meritorious deeds and go back to eliminating the evil karma, and transcend the grievances of the creditors, the attached beings, the ancestors of generations, the abortions, the ghosts, the hurt men and women, and so on. Go back and eliminate your own immorality.

2. Make a vow to promote the law and promote life. I vow to learn Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Christianity and Islam, promote the law and promote life, and benefit human society.

3. Make a vow to represent the law for all living beings. I vow to do good deeds and accumulate virtue, so that all living beings can see the benefits of learning Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and other laws through me.

4. If you hear that your parents and grandparents have sex, you should repent for them.

Why should we repent on behalf of the family's parents and elders, because their sins will directly affect their children and future generations.

Second, return.

Zhuge Changqing suggested that we should do more good deeds such as releasing life, giving food, chanting Buddhist names and signs, chanting Buddhist scriptures, eating vegetarian food, and printing scriptures.

1. Return to all the enemies and creditors, attached beings, generations of relatives, ancestors, abortions, ghosts, lovers, women and men who have been hurt for years, men and women who have been in debt for years, and so on.

2. Go back and eliminate your years of immorality.

(Zhuge Changqing suggested that every merit and virtue should be returned for a lifetime).

Second, create a good environment.

The ancients said: "Those who stay close to red will be red, and those who stay close to ink will be black.".

Zhuge Changqing believes that it is very important to create a positive and healthy environment for yourself. You should do the following:

1. Every minute, we think about good, optimistic and good.

2. Stay away from friends who have lewd behaviors.

3. Change your mobile phone and new number.

4. Apart from work and study, I don't surf the Internet.

5. Stay away from all videos and pictures related to beautiful and handsome men.

6. Once you find that you have evil thoughts, repent immediately.

7. If you have the desire to commit adultery, you should think about the evil retribution of syphilis, AIDS, and family destruction caused by prostitution. Remind yourself with bad karma.

Third, continue to do good deeds and accumulate virtue.

We will continue to do a good job in the "five in one" method of changing the fate of Zhuge Changqing (repentance, almsgiving, release, chanting, vegetarian), and continue to do good deeds and accumulate virtue.

Just persevere.

无量天尊。

何为修行？

诸葛长青研究认为，修行就是修正自己的错误思想和行为。

部分修行者询问，如何戒除邪淫问题。

为何总有淫欲心？

为何总犯邪淫？

诸葛长青这里统一给有缘者解答。

要去掉邪淫，可以做三点：

第一：斩断邪淫的根。

诸葛长青研究发现，邪淫心重，多与自己或者家族累世、此生邪淫重有关系。怎么办呢？

可以用忏悔、功德回向方法来解除。

一是忏悔。

1、忏悔自己累世此生邪淫罪业（与邪淫有关的都可以忏悔）。

诸葛长青建议，你可以这样忏悔：

阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

弟子***真诚忏悔。我忏悔累世和此生不应当邪淫、不应当偷看美女帅哥、不应当邪淫之心、不应当看邪淫黄色图片视频、不应当卖淫嫖娼、不应当勾引男人女人、不应当开妓院、不应当手淫、不应当撰写贩卖观看黄色书刊、不应当传播邪淫等等（所有与邪淫有关的都要忏悔）

（诸葛长青建议：每天早晚都在忏悔，直到淫欲心消除为止）。

2、向自己身上的妖王、魔王、吸精鬼、啖精鬼、色鬼、男子鬼魂、女子鬼魂、累世情人、累世伤害过的女子男子、累世欠过情债的男子女子等忏悔。

诸葛长青建议，你可以这样忏悔：

阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

弟子***真诚忏悔。

我身上的妖王、魔王、吸精鬼、啖精鬼、色鬼、男子鬼魂、女子鬼魂。

我向你们道歉忏悔，因为我的邪淫影响你们，干扰你们，导致让你们附体，对不起，请原谅。我保证不再犯邪淫了，请你们离开我。谢谢！

我身上的累世情人恋人、累世丈夫妻子、累世伤害过的女子男子、累世欠过情债的男子女子等你们好，对不起，我向你们忏悔，我原来愚昧无知，做了很多对不起你们的事情，请你们原谅我，我发愿多做放生、念佛、施食等功德回向你们离苦得乐立刻超生。请你们放心。

（诸葛长青建议：每天早晚都在忏悔，直到淫欲心消除为止）。

3、发愿（诸葛长青：你要诚心诚意去做）。

阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

各位佛菩萨、各位善神你们好，弟子***在这发三个愿：

一发愿止恶行善。我发愿：戒除邪淫，去掉各类邪心邪念，遵守道德戒律，多做善事。多做功德回向消除罪业、超度自己和家人身上的各位冤亲债主、附体众生、累世宗亲、历代祖先、堕胎婴灵、孤魂野鬼、伤害过男子女子等离苦得乐立刻超生。回向消除自己的邪淫罪业。

二发愿弘法利生。我发愿：学习佛法、道法、儒法、基督法、伊斯兰法，弘法利生，造福人类社会。

三发愿为众生表法。我发愿：努力行善积德，让众生通过我看到学习佛法道法儒法等好处。

4、如果听闻父母、祖辈有邪淫，要替他们忏悔。

为何要代替家族父母长辈忏悔，因为他们的罪业会直接影响子女后代。

二是回向。

诸葛长青建议，一定要多做放生、施食、念诵佛号道号、念诵佛经、吃素、印经书等功德。

1、回向自己和家人身上的一切冤亲债主、附体众生、累世宗亲、历代祖先、堕胎婴灵、孤魂野鬼、累世情人、累世伤害过的女子男子、累世欠过情债的男子女子等等离苦得乐、立刻超生。

2、回向消除自己的累世邪淫罪业。

（诸葛长青建议：每次功德都回向，持续一生）。

第二：创造好的环境。 

古人说：近朱者赤、近墨者黑。

诸葛长青认为，给自己创造积极向上、健康奋进的，环境十分重要，你要做到如下几点：

1、每分每秒，都想好的、看好的、做好的。

2、远离有邪淫行为的朋友。

3、换手机，换新号。

4、除了工作学习，不上网。

5、远离一切与美女帅哥有关视频、图片。

6、一旦发现自己有邪心邪念，立刻忏悔。

7、有邪淫之心，你就想想邪淫导致的梅毒、艾滋病、家破人亡等恶报。用恶报提醒自己。

第三：持续行善积德。

持续做好诸葛长青改命运“五合一”方法（忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素），持续行善积德。
