Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha said that no matter men, women, monks, adults and children can give food. Giving food can save the ghosts of super hungry ghosts, super creditors, change fate, accumulate blessings, promote practice, and provide for Buddha and Bodhisattva. Continue to feed and respond to every request.

Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha said that if you continue to feed, you can get the protection of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and mountain gods, and you can get the respect of all ghosts and gods. All ghosts regard it as Buddha.

So why did the Buddha talk about giving food? Why is the merit of giving food so great? Please see the "Buddha Says to Save the Hungry Ghost from the Flame", which was told by the Buddha Sakyamuni himself.

In the past few days, Zhuge Changqing had published two Buddhist sutras, namely, the Sutra of Buddha Saying to Give to Hungry Ghosts and the Sutra of Buddha Saying to Save the Face and Hungry Ghosts and the Sutra of Buddha Saying to Save the Face. In these two Buddhist sutras, the Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha gave food at the request of the Moon Love Bodhisattva and Ananda Buddha respectively.

The content of the "Dharma Sutra of Buddha Saying to Save the Hungry Ghost (translated by Tang Sanzang Shaman Da Guangzhi Bukong)" shared today is the same as that of the previous "Dharma Sutra of Buddha Saying to Save the Face and the Hungry Ghost" (translated by Tang Yutian Sanzang Shiya Nanda). Due to the different translators, the text of the sutra is slightly different. All evil spirits dare not invade. It can also achieve infinite happiness life. If you want to give to Brahman immortals. Fill a container with clean food.    阿难尊者。月爱菩萨。莲花生大士。

   福生无量天尊。元始天尊。灵宝天尊。道德天尊。太乙救苦天尊。

       南无十方三世诸佛菩萨。顶礼三界十方一切神仙。

    施食，是佛祖释迦牟尼佛亲自开示的。

  佛祖释迦牟尼佛说，不论男人、女人、出家在家、大人小孩都可施食，施食可以救助超度饿鬼鬼魂、超度债主、改变命运、积累福报、促进修行、供养佛菩萨。持续施食，有求必应。
   佛祖释迦牟尼佛说，持续施食，可以得到诸佛菩萨山神护佑，可以得到一切鬼神敬仰，所有鬼魂视之如佛。

   那么，佛祖为什么讲述施食呢？施食功德为什么大呢？请看佛祖释迦牟尼佛亲自讲述的《佛说救拔焰口饿鬼陀罗尼经》。
   在前些日子，诸葛长青曾经把佛祖释迦牟尼佛开示的施食佛经《佛说施饿鬼甘露味大陀罗尼经》、《佛说救面然饿鬼陀罗尼神咒经》两部佛经。在这两部佛经中，佛祖释迦牟尼佛分别应月爱菩萨、阿难尊者恳请开示施食。

  今天分享的这部《佛说救拔焰口饿鬼陀罗尼经》（唐三藏沙门大广智不空翻译），内容和前面的《佛说救面然饿鬼陀罗尼神咒经》（唐于阗三藏实叉难陀译）是一个内容，由于翻译作者不同，经文内容稍微不同，为了分享有缘者，诸葛长青把这部佛经刊登出来，目的是让有缘者知晓这部施食佛经。

   尔时世尊。在迦毗罗城尼俱律那僧伽蓝所。与诸比丘并诸菩萨无数众会。前后围绕而为说法。尔时阿难独居静处念所受法。即于其夜三更已后。见一饿鬼名曰焰口。其形丑陋身体枯瘦。口中火然咽如针锋。头发蓬乱爪牙长利甚可怖畏。住阿难前白阿难言。却后三日汝命将尽。即便生于饿鬼之中。是时阿难闻此语已。心生惶怖问饿鬼言。若我死后生饿鬼者。行何方便得免斯苦。

　　尔时饿鬼白阿难言。汝于明日。若能布施百千那由他恒河沙数饿鬼。并百千婆罗门仙等。以摩伽陀国所用之斛。各施一斛饮食。并及为我供养三宝。汝得增寿。令我离于饿鬼之苦得生天上。阿难见此焰口饿鬼。身形羸瘦枯燋极丑。口中火然咽如针锋。头发蓬乱毛爪长利。又闻如是不顺之语。甚大惊怖身毛皆竖。即从座起疾至佛所。五体投地顶礼佛足。身体战栗而白佛言愿救我苦所以者何。我住静处念所授法。见焰口饿鬼而语我言。汝过三日必当命尽生饿鬼中。我即问言云何令我得免斯苦。饿鬼答言。汝今若能施于百千那由他恒河沙数饿鬼。及百千婆罗门仙等种种饮食。汝得增寿。世尊我今云何能办若干饿鬼仙人等食。

　　尔时世尊告阿难言。汝今勿怖我有方便。令汝能施若干百千恒河沙饿鬼。及诸婆罗门仙等种种饮食。勿生忧恼。

　　佛告阿难有陀罗尼。名曰无量威德自在光明殊胜妙力。若有诵此陀罗尼者。即能充足俱胝那由他百千恒河沙数饿鬼。及婆罗门仙等上妙饮食。如是等众乃至一一。皆得摩伽陀国所用之斛七七斛食。阿难我于前世作婆罗门。于观世音菩萨所。及世间自在威德如来所。受此陀罗尼故。能散施与无量饿鬼及诸仙等种种饮食。令诸饿鬼解脱苦身得生天上。阿难汝今受持。福德寿命皆得增长。尔时世尊即为阿难。说陀罗尼曰。

　　那谟萨嚩怛他蘖多(引)嚩卢枳帝唵参婆啰参婆啰吽

　　佛告阿难。若有善男子善女人。欲求长寿福德增荣。速能满足檀波罗蜜。每于晨朝及一切时悉无障碍。取一净器盛以净水。置少饭麨及诸饼食等。以右手加器。诵前陀罗尼满七遍。然后称四如来名号。

　　曩谟婆誐嚩帝钵啰(二合)枳娘(二合)部(引)多啰怛曩(二合)怛他孽多也(此云多宝如来)

　　由称多宝如来名号加持故。能破一切诸鬼。多生已来悭吝恶业。即得福德圆满。

　　那谟婆誐嚩帝素噜波(引)耶怛他誐哆野(此云南无妙色身如来)

　　由称妙色身如来名号加持故。能破诸鬼丑陋恶形。即得色相具足。

　　曩谟婆誐嚩帝尾钵啰(二合)誐攞孽多怛啰(二合)也怛他孽多也(此云广博身如来)

　　由称广博身如来名号加持故。能令诸鬼咽喉宽大。所施之食恣意充饱。

　　曩谟婆誐嚩帝阿(上)婆(去)孕迦啰也怛他蘖多也(此云离怖畏如来)

　　由称离怖畏如来名号加持故。能令诸鬼一切恐怖悉皆除灭离饿鬼趣。佛告阿难若族姓善男子等。既称四如来名号加持已。弹指七遍。取于食器于净地上。展臂泻之。作此施已。于其四方有百千那由他恒河沙数饿鬼。前各有摩伽陀国七七斛食。受此食已悉皆饱满。是诸鬼等悉舍鬼身生于天上。

　　阿难若有比丘比丘尼优婆塞优婆夷。常以此密言及四如来名号。加持食施鬼。便能具足无量福德。则同供养百千俱胝如来功德等无差别。寿命延长增益色力善根具足。一切非人夜叉罗刹。诸恶鬼神不敢侵害。又能成就无量福德寿命。若欲施诸婆罗门仙等。以净饮食满盛一器。即以前密言加持二七遍。投于净流水中。如是作已。即为以天仙美妙之食。供养百千俱胝恒河沙数婆罗门仙。彼诸仙人得加持食故。以密言威德。各各成就根本所愿诸善功德。各各同时发誓愿言。愿是食人令寿延长色力安乐。又令其人心所见闻正解清净。具足成就梵天威德。行梵天行。又同供养百千恒河沙如来功德。一切冤仇不能侵害。若比丘比丘尼优婆塞优婆夷。若欲供养佛法僧宝。应以香华及净饮食。以前密言加持二十一遍奉献三宝。是善男子善女人。则成以天肴膳上味。奉献供养满十方界佛法僧宝。亦为赞叹劝请随喜功德。恒为诸佛忆念称赞。诸天善神恒来拥护。即为满足檀波罗蜜。阿难汝随我语。如法修行广宣流布。令诸众生普得见闻获无量福。是名救焰口饿鬼及苦众生陀罗尼经。以是名字汝当奉持。一切大众及阿难等。闻佛说已一心信受欢喜奉行。
