After graduating from junior high school, I went out to work in other places to learn art. Every time I went to a place, I went to pornographic places too many times. I can't remember. I have ruined so many people, hurt so many people, and led to the humiliation and suffering of their families and ancestors. I am a sinner forever! People like me are going to hell!

Every day I think of porn in my mind. I watch pornographic things every day. Every day I think of YIN, the opposite sex. When I open my mouth and shut up during work, it is obscene and obscene words, which affects the physical and mental health of many friends. I also take my cousin and friends to pornographic places. As soon as I see a woman, I will like YIN, which has basically become inertia. Life is completely occupied by obscenity, like a devil guiding me, I can't control my thoughts and behavior. I'm like a ghost.

There are many diseases in the body, such as premature ejaculation, prostate, frequent urination, poor memory, kidney deficiency, spermatic cord, and many other male diseases.    在人生旅途上，人生难免会走错路。

   走错了路，怎么办？

     不要着急，只要认真改过，重新回到大路上来就可以。

    佛家说：不论多大罪业，只要诚心忏悔改过，都可以消除罪业。

    道家说：发心行善积德，必然福星高照。

    儒家说：人非圣贤，孰能无过？改了就好了。

    今天，学习传统文化、持续做好忏悔、施食等“国学改运五合一”的有缘者“换新”，给诸葛长青写来他的忏悔文章。

   诸葛长青看了他的忏悔文，为他真心改错，诚心努力修正自己而高兴。是啊，人非圣贤，孰能无过？只要发心改过，命运就会发生彻底改变，命运就会越来越好。这里把他的忏悔文分享有缘者，希望天下有缘者看了此文，都能发愿弘扬传统文化，教化更多人远离邪淫，远离过错，走上幸福吉祥的道路。阿弥陀佛。

    大家好，我叫换新，今年28岁，男，汉族。

   现在我想向公众公开忏悔自己的邪淫罪业，希望大家给予我这个罪人一次改过的机会，让自己的内心充满光明，去除黑暗的一面。

   如果有犯过邪淫的朋友这篇文章希望能帮助到您，让您更深刻的戒邪淫，如果没犯过邪淫的朋友可以警示自己，以免堕入深渊而后悔终身。

     本人邪淫了12年，记得是从13岁前就有犯邪淫了。刚开始是在村里一户人家里看到了黄色碟片，有很多小孩也在看，看过之后自己有一股冲动但是那时还小不懂，之后就忘记了。第二次是在之后的有一段时间里......开始犯邪淫，我真是畜生不如啊，我真的不是人啊,“禽兽没有智慧，不知道伦理，所以乱来。但是自己生而为人，却违逆伦理，自己真的连禽兽都不如，天打雷劈都不为过啊”.......

     （诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。愿天下人共同努力，共同抵制黄色光碟图片视频，让孩子们有一个清静的生活空间。青少年教育，需要一个清静的环境。好的环境，培育出好的人才；恶劣环境直接影响孩子们健康成长）

   我初中毕业后，就出门去外地打工学艺去了。记得那是2003年的秋天，因为自己从小就比较内向，不爱说话不爱主动去交朋友，出门后自己也就比较自闭，有时很无聊空虚，感觉主要还是因为自己的淫欲心太重，从出门后自己就不由自主的学会了手YIN，在这期间基本每天都犯手YIN，白天黑夜都有，刚开始在广州打工时主要就是自己手YIN，有大概3年时间，那时每天手YIN导致脸上长满痘痘，内心更加的自闭身体发育很差，现在自己骨骼很小，跟当初年轻时手YIN有很大关系，心态也更加偏激，有恨心。 

   那时还不知道是手YIN害成这样的。之后就离开了那个地方，去了另外一个地方工作，去了新的地方之后还是一样，经常自己手YIN，对很多异性有过过分的侵犯，非常喜欢看那些打扮漂亮的女生而去意YIN他们，白天看到女生就意YIN,晚上就出去找那些色情场所。

  （诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。愿世人们共同努力，一起摒弃那些色情场所，为孩子们成长提供健康环境。也祝天下年轻人，能够远离色情场所。色情场所害人害己害社会，罪业深重啊）   

   自己用手机看那些色情的图片和视频还有文字小说，每天基本脑子里就想着这些色情的东西，没做几个月又换了地方，好像是去了***那边，还是一直在犯这些邪淫的行为，就在***区工作期间自己第一次去了色情的场所，以身体去犯了邪淫，那时也才十几岁，还偷看隔壁的异性洗澡，基本每天都会手YIN,真的像着了魔一样，这一次身体犯了邪淫之后，以后去色情场所更加频繁了，自己当初根本就像行尸走肉，人又瘦身体更差了，自己却还执迷不悟。     

   （诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。愿世界能够清静整洁，愿世界能够没有色情破坏，愿儒释道文化传遍全国全世界，让青少年都得到健康的圣贤教育。让青少年都能得到智慧加持，走圣贤之路。）     

   之后又去了***等地工作，在这些地方工作还是一直犯邪淫，越来越严重，每到一个地方就去找色情场所，去的次数太多了记不住了，自己糟蹋了那么多人，伤害了那么多人，导致她们家族及历代祖先蒙羞遭难啊，我是千古罪人啊！像我这种人真是要下地狱的啊！

   每天脑子里全部都想着色情，每天都看色情方面的东西，每天都意YIN异性，在工作期间开口闭口就是邪淫下流的话语，影响了很多朋友的身心，还带着堂弟和朋友去色情场所，只要看见女人就会意YIN,，基本已成了惯性，生活完全被邪淫占据了，像有一个魔鬼在我身上指引我一样，完全控制不住自己的思想，控制不住自己的行为,活生生的像个鬼一样。

    （诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。佛教文化研究发现，邪淫的人，身上会有吸精鬼、色魔、情魔、欲魔等缠绕，让邪淫的人最后精神恍惚、迷恋邪淫、丧失健康，最后丧失魂魄，精尽而亡。所以，禁止邪淫，恢复清净心，持续忏悔改过，持续行善积德，非常重要。）           

   之后自己谈了一个女朋友，在这期间我们是异地恋，每当一聚就会犯邪淫后来订婚了又分了，我对不住她对不住她家人啊，她还去过我家，我对不住我父母，让两家父母为了我们操心受罪。

    到2013年经介绍又找了一个女朋友后来我结婚了，跟我妻子可想而知我们的婚姻是非常不美满的，没结婚之前也跟她犯过邪淫，结婚后也犯，在她娘家也犯，现在跟她就差没离婚了，我还骂过她父母，真心的对不住她父母啊。

   还有在***，在老家的镇上也去过色情场所，我真的写不下去了，我罪孽滔天，深知罪恶深重，愧对祖先愧对父母啊，对不起被我伤害的人啊，我真的枉为人，畜生都比我强啊，有时痛苦的时候都想死。 

     （诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。邪淫有一个罪业果报就是婚姻不幸福。所以，及时忏悔罪业十分重要。只要及时忏悔，及时改正过错，持续行善积德，多做善事，一切都会慢慢变好。有缘者可以多看《玉历宝钞》、《太上感应篇》、《了凡四训》、《寿康宝鉴》、王善人、刘善人等善书经典，让自己加速改正缺点，恢复善道）

   在这12年期间，人活的没有一点活力，经常恐惧，很喜欢自己一个人呆着，好像很怕跟别人接触，如果是跟人家说话都好像说不出来，非常的不自信，还有抑郁症想死的感觉，经常是无精打采，脑袋都是空的，走路也困，像做什么事都做不好，现在才知道是肾精不足邪淫纵欲引起的。

   身体方面有很多疾病，早泄，前列腺，尿频，记忆力差，肾虚，精索等等很多男科疾病，面向让人看到了经常是催之以鼻，很恶心的面向，两眼空洞，毫无气色。还有之前去检查精子活力都基本快没有了，影响生育，检查得了乙肝，不知道是不是邪淫引起，但是肯定有关系，因为肝肾同源啊。

   像这样的状态这样的身体还能做什么事呢？现在自己婚姻很不和谐，家庭不美满，事业一事无成，身体衰败，还欠外债几万等等都跟邪淫有直接的关系。邪淫的后果太可怕了，当初犯邪淫很快乐，为了一时的快乐换来了这么重的苦果，太不值得了，现在受了苦难，死后更要受苦，悔不当初啊，现在也知道自己为什么2岁左右时就割掉了左肾，还留下很大一块疤痕，这都是累世邪淫的果报啊。

   (诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。邪淫会摧毁健康、会破坏事业、会影响财运、会让相貌变丑、会让记忆力丧失、会让婚姻不幸福，尤其是会直接毁坏身体健康防疫系统。只要持续忏悔改过，多多止恶行善，一切都会好起来)        

    希望朋友们千万别犯邪淫啊，邪淫直接能毁灭一个人，切记，一点都不要去沾。

   以上说的句句属实，如有一处假话，天打雷劈，不得好死，本人已皈依，不敢再大众面前妄语！！！

   很庆幸自己当初在“百度戒色吧”遇到了佛法，找到了人生的方向，知道了如何行善积德，如何改变人生。 

   今后首先要孝顺父母，现在正慢慢地往着光明的大道而前行，比以前好很多了，但是也是很多障碍与困难。造了这么重得业，短时间是消不了的，但是我相信一定会坚持下去一定会成功，因为我不想做废人不想做垃圾。
