Zhuge Changqing believes that Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are broad and profound, and the core is to persuade people to do good and accumulate virtue.

Good fortune, wealth, auspiciousness, and plain sailing are all the result of good deeds.

Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are concerned about all sentient beings, advocating to do good deeds, accumulate virtue, benefit the society, enlighten wisdom and get rid of troubles. Among them, we find that Confucianism advocates benevolence, Taoism advocates virtue, and Buddhism stresses goodness, all of which have the same core. Doing good deeds and accumulating virtue is the basis of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture.

Confucianists say that good is rewarded with good and evil with evil.

The Buddhist said, "Don't do any evil, and do all good.".

The Taoist school said: God is selfless, and always with good people.

Throughout the ancient and modern books of sages and sages, Zhuge Changqing believed that all sages and sages silently transmit a universal truth. In the afternoon of February 19, the Chinese Buddhist Association went to the border region of Yunnan Province to carry out charitable donation activities at the Xishuangbanna Branch of Yunnan Buddhist Academy under the leadership of Xuecheng, president of the Chinese Buddhist Association.

In order to effectively solve the difficulties in teaching and other aspects of the Buddhist Academy, the Chinese Buddhist Association went to the border area of Yunnan Province to donate materials such as multimedia, copiers, 100 sets of monk clothing and Chinese translations of the Southern Buddhist scriptures to the Xishuangbanna Branch of the Yunnan Buddhist Academy. These materials are not only teaching and living supplies, but also reflect the concern of the Chinese Buddhist Association for the Southern Buddhist community and the Southern Buddhist education.

President Xuecheng said at the donation ceremony that the Chinese Buddhist Association attaches great importance to the education of Southern Buddhism, especially the education of Southern Buddhism. The cultivation of outstanding monks depends on education. It is hoped that the Southern Buddhism community will continue to strengthen talent construction, gradually solve the problems of the small number of monks, the shrinking of Buddhist temple education, and the lack of high-quality monks, and continue to maintain the nature of Southern Buddhism. Chinese Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism and Southern Buddhism constitute a complete Buddhism. China is also the only country in the world with three major languages of Buddhism.    命运好、富贵吉祥、一帆风顺的，都是行善积德换来的。

   儒释道都是关心每一个众生，倡导行善积德、造福社会，开悟智慧、脱离烦恼。其中，我们发现，儒家倡导仁，道家倡导德，佛家讲究善，这三者核心都是一样。行善积德，是儒释道文化的基础。

    儒家说：善有善报、恶有恶报。

   佛家说：诸恶莫作、众善奉行。

    道家说：上天无私，常与善人。

   遍览古今圣贤书，诸葛长青认为，所有圣贤经典都默默的传送一个宇宙真理，行善积德，是一切的根本。我们来看看：儒家的论语、大学、易经、弟子规、孝经、三字经等，是劝人行善的；佛家的金刚经、地藏经、十善业道经等都也是劝人行善；道家的道德经、太上感应篇、文昌帝君阴骘文、关圣帝君觉世真经、俞净意公遇灶神记等也是劝人行善的。最近佛教协会在会长学诚法师带领下，到云南开展了慈善调研活动。把佛家的慈悲慈善精神普及天下......

   在中国佛教协会的组织下，中国佛教协会慈善公益委员会联合北京市仁爱慈善基金会、四川文殊院福慧慈善功德会、河北三宝佛教慈善基金会、苏州和合文化基金会、苏州弘化社慈善基金会、常州宝林慈善基金会、扬州文峰慈善基金会，共募集慈善资金100万元，于2016年2月19日至25日赴云南省边境地区的部分南传佛教寺院开展慈善活动，并对南传佛教的现状进行调研，了解南传佛教寺院和僧人的真实状况和需求，从而更好地做好南传上座部佛教工作，发挥南传佛教在维护民族团结、边疆稳定、睦邻友好、加强与东南亚国家的南传佛教文化交流、对话与合作等方面的积极作用。

　　2月19日下午，中国佛教协会赴云南省边境地区慈善慰问团一行，在中国佛教协会学诚会长的带领下来到云南佛学院西双版纳分院开展慈善捐赠活动。

　　为了切实解决佛学院教学等方面的困难，中国佛教协会赴云南省边境地区慈善慰问团一行向云南佛学院西双版纳分院捐赠了教学使用多媒体、复印机、100套僧衣以及汉译南传大藏经等物资，这些物资不仅是教学、生活用品，更体现了中国佛教协会对南传佛教界以及南传佛教教育的关心。

　　云南佛学院西双版纳分院副院长都三说法师向学诚会长介绍了西双版纳佛教的概况以及云南佛学院西双版纳分院的机构设置、学科专业情况、师资以及在校学生的学习情况等。

　　学诚会长在捐赠法会上作开示时说，中国佛教协会非常重视南传佛教，特别是南传佛教教育工作。优秀僧才的培养要依靠教育，希望南传佛教界要继续加强人才建设，逐渐解决僧人数量少、佛寺教育萎缩、高素质僧才匮乏等局面，继续保持南传佛教本色。汉传佛教、藏传佛教和南传佛教构成了一个完整的佛教，我国又是世界上唯一具有三大语系佛教的国家，三大语系佛教彼此之间要多交流、多学习，共同进步、共同提高、共同发展。学诚会长最后向佛学院师生致以新春的祝福和诚挚的问候。

　　捐赠仪式后，慰问团一行在都三说副院长的陪同下，先后参观了佛学院教学楼、办公室、师生食堂等。学诚会长在参观佛学院校舍过程中还详细了解了师生的工作和生活情况，认真听取了都三说副院长对佛学院建设工作的意见和遇到的困难。学诚会长表示，中国佛教协会会继续关注南传佛教教育的发展，希望与佛学院师生共同为学校的建设发展出谋划策，努力提升学校的办学水平。
