Zhuge Changqing, a researcher of the traditional culture of Chinese traditional culture, believes that this is because the Chinese nation, in line with the law of heaven, is constantly striving for self-improvement, and is full of virtue.

As Taishang Laojun said in "Taishang Induction":

There is no way out of luck or misfortune. The reward of good and evil goes hand in hand.

Looking around the world, why is the fate of a country, a person, an organization, etc. not the same?

As long as we stop evil and do good, we will have a good fate and good fortune.

People are not saints and sages, who can make mistakes?

If you correct your mistakes and do good deeds, everything will be better.

According to the article of the Supreme Emperor's Sensation, he once did evil things, and then repented. He never did anything bad, and all good things were done. You will be lucky for a long time. It's also called turning evil into good.

Good people speak good words, value good deeds and do good deeds. There are three good things in a day, and three blessings will come from heaven.

The murderer speaks evil, sees evil, and acts evil. There are three evils in a day, and it will happen in three years.

How to do good? Zhuge Changqing suggested that we should do a good job of honoring our parents, releasing food, printing more scriptures, encouraging others, promoting good laws, and spreading Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture. These are immeasurable merits.

Zhuge Changqing recommends that those who are destined to read "The Supreme Sensation", from which you will experience the true meaning of life. Experience the important role of "doing good and accumulating virtue". It is recommended that those who are destined to do more releasing and giving food to experience the joy of doing good deeds and accumulating virtue.

Zhuge Changqing believes that "The Supreme Sensation" directly reveals the core secret of life.

The secret is to do good and accumulate virtue, stop evil and do good.

The Supreme Sensation attaches importance to doing good and eliminating evil, with the purpose of changing people's minds and persuading people to do good.

The good deeds and the evil deeds advocated by the "Supreme Sensation", such as patriotism and love for the people, respect for the long and love for the young, and kindness to things, are all part of the traditional Chinese virtues. After the "Supreme Sensation", they are more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and are very helpful to regulate the behavior of the world, which is exactly its significance.

According to the Supreme Emperor's Induction, "the earth has a god of sin, which is calculated according to the seriousness of human offenses", "there are three Taipei god of war on the human head, recording human sins, and seizing their discipline", "there are three corpses in the human body, who are always talking about human sins on the day of Geng Shen", so people's actions are judged through the ghosts and gods of heaven and earth. Zhuge Changqing believes that the reason why many people have different destinies has a lot to do with how many people do good.

When people act unjustly and disobediently, they will "seize the discipline when they are big, and seize the calculation when they are small", and the calculation of reduction will lead to poverty and consumption when they are suffering more ", and finally," the calculation will lead to death ", and people will die; If you deserve to die, it will also affect your descendants. As the saying goes, "if you are the way, you will advance, and if you are not the way, you will retreat", then "the way of heaven will bless you, and the fortune will follow. The evil will be avoided, and the gods will defend you. What you do will be done, and the immortals will be winged." If you change evil from good, you will turn evil into good.

Although the concept of bearing responsibility in this book is somewhat similar to the Buddhist concept of karma, it is also different from the Buddhist concept. Buddhism believes that cause and effect link the past, present and future generations. The book emphasizes the butterfly effect of the present and human on the environment. The most direct consequence of doing evil is the death of the body. Cultivation and life preservation is the philosophy of Taoism. The existence of life forms in the world is fundamental. We should pay more attention to the world and cherish the life in reality. So "those who want to live forever" must avoid the mistakes of "hundreds of things", big and small.

It advocates "accumulate virtue and work hard, be kind to things", emphasizes "loyalty to filial piety, friendship and fraternity, self-restraint, respect for the elderly and cherish the young", and embodies Confucian ethics. In the Confucian doctrine, the five principles of ethics are particularly emphasized, and the hierarchy of monarchs and ministers, fathers and sons, and couples is clearly defined. In the "Supreme Emperor's Induction", "disturbing the state affairs", "disobeying the order", "using the words of wives and concubines", "disobeying the parents' instructions", "men are not loyal, women are not submissive, do not deal with their affairs, and do not respect their husbands" are also used as the criteria for evil deeds. so to speak,

In fact, the "Chapter of Supreme Sensation" establishes the principle of living in the world based on the Confucian moral norms and Taoism and the law of nature. Ren Farong, President of the China Taoist Association, also pointed out that the purpose of Taoist enlightenment is to purify the people's minds, make people calm, be charitable, and benefit the world, so as to play a positive role in the harmonious coexistence of society and people. Therefore, from its own standpoint, Taoism has formed its own characteristic doctrine in the view of good and evil retribution. This doctrine is the doctrine of the principle of heaven. That is to say, we believe that there is a cycle in the way of heaven and that there is a commitment to good and evil.

Its core subject still revolves around the issue of life and death, and inherits the doctrine of "Tao sets up life to reward the good, and death to threaten the evil" in Laozi Xianger Note.

The Taoist doctrine of "bearing responsibility" originates from the "Taiping Sutra", which means that if ancestors accumulate virtue and do good deeds, they can shade their descendants; If the forefathers have repeatedly committed evil, future generations will suffer innocent disasters. That is, as people often say, "the forefathers plant trees and the posterity enjoy the cool; the forefathers cause trouble and the posterity suffer". It is characterized by the commitment of the generations.

However, there are two interpretations of "bearing responsibility" in the Taiping Classic. The first is, "The successor is the former, and the loser is the latter. The successor means that the ancestors acted in accordance with the heart of heaven, made a small mistake, didn't know it, spent a long time, and gathered together for many times. The future generations will be punished by their relegation, and will be punished by their misfortunes. The loser is that the ancestors will be defeated by the future generations.". The second is, "three unified symbiosis, the growth of common things is called wealth, wealth symbiosis desire, desire symbiosis evil, evil symbiosis evil, evil symbiosis cunning, cunning symbiosis harm, but not only chaos, failure and not only, can not be reconsidered, because it is also the reverse of its origin, so it is called bearing". It means that heaven, earth and man coexist and grow property. If you want more, you will be evil, so you can't deal with it. Until the property is exhausted, you will not know that it will return to the source of nihility. One is to bear the responsibility of good and evil, and the other is to say that the law of heaven circulates.

It can be seen that the cycle of retribution of the Heavenly Way is caused by people's evil deeds and appetites, and brings great harm to future generations and nature (including society). In order to prevent people from suffering harm and disaster, people should learn, channel and practice Taoism to relieve the "burden". Channel cultivation means that people should follow the code of conduct of "Tao", act according to the meaning of "Tao", accumulate merit and accumulate virtue, and be good at benefiting others.

In the theory of commitment, Taoism also attaches special importance to and believes in the retribution of good and evil in the world.

The "Taiping Sutra" also says that the good will prosper, the evil will become ill, and good and bad things come from the body.

In Laozi Xianger Note, it is said that the Tao sets up life to reward good and death to threaten evil. Do good, and the way will follow; If you do evil, the harm will follow. It is believed that good luck, bad luck and life and death are retribution according to people's good and evil behaviors. Therefore, those who believe in cultivation should do good deeds and accumulate virtue, so that the spirit can be connected with the heaven, so that they can grow into immortals.

Taoism's doctrine of bearing responsibility for good and evil and retribution in this world has a very important impact on future generations.

It is said in the "Induction" that there is no way to disaster or good fortune. Only people can call themselves. The reward of good and evil goes hand in hand. There is a god of sin in heaven and earth. Doing good deeds and accumulating virtue can prolong life and even become immortals. If you have committed a crime, you will be punished according to the seriousness of the crime. Encourage people to pursue a positive outlook on life. At the same time, it also integrates the theory of reincarnation and retribution. If you practice good deeds, you can ascend to the immortal kingdom. If you commit evil deeds, you will be punished in hell. After the death of mortals, family members should practice good deeds by chanting sutras and praying for Taiyi to save the suffering of Heaven.

In human beings, on the day of Geng Shen, they often reach Tiancao and speak of human sin. On the dark day of the moon, so is the Kitchen God. Ordinary people have their mistakes. If they are big, they will seize the discipline, and if they are small, they will seize the calculation. There are hundreds of things that are too big or too small. Those who want to live long must avoid them first. If it is the Tao, it will advance; if it is not the Tao, it will retreat. Don't follow the evil path, don't deceive the dark room. Accumulate virtue and work hard, and be kind to things. Loyalty, filial piety, friendship and fraternity, self-restraint, and compassion for the elderly and the young. Insects, plants and plants can't be hurt. We should be merciful to people's evil, happy to people's good, help people's emergency, and save people's danger. See what you get from others as you get from yourself. See the loss of others as your own. Don't show off others' short, and don't show off their long. Suppress evil and promote good, push more and take less. Don't complain about being humiliated. Be flattered. Do not seek reward for kindness, and do not repent of others. The so-called good man is respected by everyone and blessed by the way of heaven. All evils are far away, and the gods defend them. What they do must be done, and the immortals can hope for it.

Those who want to be immortal should set up 1300 good deeds, and those who want to be immortal should set up 300 good deeds or act unjustly and perversely. Take evil as power, and endure as cruelty. The evil thief is kind and secretly insults the king. Slow down, and rebel. Take advantage of ignorance and slander students. To falsely frame and cheat, and to criticize relatives. Strong and unkind, ruthless and self-use. It's better to be right than wrong. Abuse the lower part to take the merit and flatter the higher part. Don't feel gratitude, and don't stop complaining. Disdain the people of heaven and disturb the state. Reward and injustice, punishment and innocence. Kill people to get money, dump people to get position. Kill and subdue, and demote the righteous and the virtuous. Ling Gu forced the widow to abandon the law and take bribes. Take straight as curve, and take curve as straight. The most important thing is to enter lightly. Don't change what you know, don't do what you know. Self-sin leads him to block the magic. Slander sages and invade morality. Shoot and fly away, sting and startle the habitat, fill the hole and cover the nest, hurt the fetus and break the egg. May people lose and ruin their success. Danger to one's own safety and reduce one's own benefits. Change evil for good, and discard private for public. To steal one's ability is to cover one's good. Form the ugliness of a person, and criticize the privacy of a person. Consume people, goods and money, and leave people's bones and flesh. Invade loved ones, help others to make mistakes, show ambition to be powerful and humiliate others to win. Lose Miao Jia and break marriage. To be rich and proud, to be shameless, and to accept the favor. Put blame on others and sell evil. Sell false reputation and store risk. Defeat others' strong points and promote their own weaknesses. Take advantage of threats to kill people. Cut without reason, and cook without ceremony. Scatter grain and disturb all living beings. A broken home. Take its treasure. Breaking water and setting fire to harm people's houses, disturbing people's scale, defeating people's achievements, damaging people's utensils and using the poor. May he be demoted when he is honored. See him rich, may he break up. Seeing his beauty, he was motivated to take it seriously. If you lose money, you will die. If you don't succeed, you will be cursed. Seeing him lose his temper, he said he had passed.

Laugh at his lack of body. Seeing his talent can be weighed down. Bury insects and hate people. Use drugs to kill trees. Angry master, contradict father and brother. It is better to invade than to seize. To plunder and become rich, to seek relocation by cunning. Reward and punish injustice, and enjoy the festival. Abuse him and intimidate him. The wind scolds the rain. To fight and fight, and to pursue friends. Using the words of wives and concubines violates the parents' instructions. Get new and forget the past. He is dishonest and greedy for money. Make evil words and slander people. Destroy the right person, curse the right person, abandon the right person, and turn away from the right person.

It refers to the heaven and earth to prove that they are despicable and evil, and lead the gods to supervise indecent things. Give and regret, pretend not to return. We should make extra efforts to achieve our goals. Excessive lust, evil heart and kind appearance. Dirty food discourages people, and the left way confuses people. The short ruler is narrow, and the light scale is small. The false mixed with the true, and the profiteering. Overcome the good and despise the bad, call a fool suddenly, be greedy, curse and seek rectitude. Alcoholism is disorderly, and the flesh and blood are bitter. Men are not loyal and women are not submissive. He who does not marry his wife does not respect his husband. Every good boastful, often jealous.

Do nothing to your wife, disrespect to your aunt, despise the spirit, and disobey your orders. It is useless to act as a threat. He cursed himself and hated him. Over the well and over the stove, people jump. Abortion with damage to children is more secluded. Huila sings and dances, and Shuodan howls angrily.

They spit and drown in the north, chant and cry in the kitchen. They also burn incense on stoves and use filthy firewood as food. When the night rises, the punishment will be executed in eight sections. The spitting meteor refers to the rainbow. It refers to the three lights. It looks at the sun and the moon for a long time. The spring and the moon set fire to the wax. It curses the north. Kill a turtle and hit a snake without any reason. If it is such a crime, the commander will follow its seriousness and seize its discipline. If you count it all, you will die. Death has more responsibilities, but it will affect your descendants. And those who take money from others are taking it into consideration of their wife's family, and gradually die. If you don't die, there will be water and fire thieves, dead objects, diseases and other things, so you should take them straight. The murderer is also killed in vain.

Those who take money that is not Xi's, for example, leakage of breast to save hunger, poison to quench thirst, and not being full for a while, are also close to death. A man's heart is rooted in good. Although good has not yet been done, good spirits have followed. Or the heart is evil, and evil has not yet been done, but the evil god has followed. Some of them have done evil things, and then repent of them. They will not do any evil, and all good things will be done. You will be lucky for a long time. It's also called turning evil into good. Therefore, good people speak good words, value good deeds and do good deeds. There are three good things in a day, and three blessings will come from heaven. Vernacular Translation of "The Emperor's Response"

Tai Shanglaojun said, "There is no way for people to have good fortune or bad fortune. It is all brought by themselves. Good will be rewarded and evil will be rewarded. Just like the figure closely follows the body, it will never make mistakes.

Therefore, between heaven and earth, there are gods who are in charge of the fault to reduce the life span according to the seriousness of the crime. (A man's life is one hundred days, and twelve years is one discipline). Not only was his life reduced, but also he was punished for poverty and loss. Adversity came one after another, and everyone hated him, and punishment and disaster followed. He has no part in the good fortune. The evil spirit made him suffer. When the life span has been reduced, it is the time of death.

Santai Shenjun holds gold and jade, and has a position of office, and a field of earth; The Beidou Divine King is in charge of prolonging life, injecting death, disaster and blessing. They record people's sins on their heads and take their account. There are three more corpses in the human body (the upper corpses god Peng Tui, the middle corpses god Peng Zhi, and the lower corpses god Peng Jiao), which are located in the human brain, chest, and abdomen respectively. They often come to see Tiancao on the day of Gengshen (every 60 days) to denounce human sin. On the last day of each month, the Kitchen God will also report the guilt of a family. If the crime is large, the punishment will be reduced by 12 years, and if the crime is small, the punishment will be reduced by 100 days. There are more than 100 kinds of sins, big and small. Those who want to prolong their life should first avoid major and minor mistakes.

We should go ahead and do things that are moral. Those who practice Taoism should also follow and practice the right way; You can't do anything that is not moral, and you should stop at the precipice. For those who practice Taoism, they should retreat from the evil ways. Don't follow the path of evil, don't hide, don't cheat. Do good deeds with strength, and accumulate more yang and yin virtues. Be compassionate and love living things. Loyal to the country, filial to parents, and friendly to brothers and sisters. Correct yourself first, and then persuade others to pity and relieve the helpless. Respecting the old and caring children. Insects, plants and trees can't be hurt. If someone else is unlucky, you should pity him and be glad that others do well. When others are in urgent need, they can help. When others are in danger, save them immediately. We are one. The gains and losses of others are equal to our own. Don't publicize the shortcomings of others, and don't boast about your own advantages. Stop evil, praise good, give more to others and take less. To be bullied, not resented, and loved by others, you should be frightened like falling from the sky, and intensify your efforts to accumulate merits. Give favors without asking for rewards. Give alms to others without regret.

The so-called good man, we all respect him, and God will bless him, and he deserves to be blessed, and he doesn't want to come. The evil gods and evil stars fear him and dare not offend him. The spirits of the gods protect him everywhere. Everything they do is bound to succeed, reaching the desire of becoming gods and immortals. The immortals are both beautiful in form and spirit, and are true to the Tao. They should do 1300 good deeds. Earthly immortals are neither hungry nor thirsty, nor cold or hot. We should do three hundred good deeds.

If you think about improper things, do things against the truth, do bad things, say that you are capable, have the heart to kill people or things, secretly harm good people, cheat the head of state or parents behind your back, be arrogant to teachers, do not fulfill your duties, deceive laymen, slander classmates, wronged good people with false facts, deceive people with false facts, and criticize relatives of the same race. Attacking his selfishness, his temperament is just violent and merciless, his temperament is vicious and surly, he is willful and does not listen to good advice. To be right and to be wrong. Get close to evil people and evil things, and stay away from good people and good things. In order to win rewards, regardless of the sufferings of the people, and in order to gain favor, they are willing to use clever methods to flatter and cater to the meaning of the peak. Accept the kindness of others without thanking or repaying, be humiliated by others, hold hatred in your heart, and keep thinking. They despise the people and do not attach importance to their feelings. Instead of serving the country and the people, it is illegal and disorderly. Reward the unjust and punish the innocent. He kills his life by scheming to make people lose the case, and then takes the opportunity to replace him. Kill those who surrender to the city, expel the righteous and reject the wise. Abuse orphans and persecute widows. Accepting bribes, not following the law to deal with the matter, not distinguishing the right from the wrong, only blind because of bribery. A misdemeanor is sentenced to a felony. Seeing the person facing the death penalty, he did not pity him, but resented him. He is shameless, loses his conscience, and deliberately implicates others in his guilt. He keeps the art of health care secret. Ridicule and slander sages and persecute moral people. I hope that others will make mistakes, fear others' success, destroy others in every way, put others in a dangerous situation, in order to seek their own security, reduce others' property, increase their own interests, exchange their own bad for others' good, in order to seek private interests, do not hesitate to harm the public welfare. Stealing others' skills, such as works, design patterns, patents, etc., concealing others' advantages, publicizing others' scandals, criticizing others' private secrets, consuming or wasting others' property, gossiping, and separating people from their closest relatives. Seize the beloved things of others. Help others to do evil, indulge their will, and bully others. Insult others to win. Damage other people's crops and destroy their marriage. To get rich without money, to be arrogant without doing good, to escape punishment or difficulties, and dare to do something shameless. The kindness done by others will be attributed to others if they have made mistakes. The misfortune that you should suffer and your sin should be transferred to others. Don't be practical, and win the reputation of position and reward by virtue of wealth and cunning, which hides the heart of treachery and harmfulness. Frustrating others' talents makes people unable to stretch, conceal their shortcomings, refuse to admit mistakes, rely on their power, intimidate others, and comply with their own actions. Indulge the violent nature, or allow the villain to kill the life of the character. Tailor clothes for the sake of fashion, kill animals and cook them for their own food, and discard the grain that feeds people at will. Labouring the people and disturbing them. Make a person bankrupt, take the opportunity to take his treasure, break the dyke or set fire, causing damage to other people's homes, death and injury. The cause of others has a scale. They deliberately confuse it and make it impossible to succeed. Damage other people's appliances and articles, making them unusable. Seeing the glory and honor of others, I hope they will be demoted. Others get rich and hope that he will go bankrupt and die. Seeing the beauty of other people's wives and daughters, they have a lustful heart. If you owe someone money or property, you don't have to pay the debt if you want him to die. If you can't do what you want, you will curse and hate others. When others are unhappy, they will talk about their usual mistakes. People who see ugly people do not pity but laugh at them. People who see talented people do not praise them but depreciate them.

Bury poison in the dark, use magic tricks to frighten people, and use poison to kill flowers and trees. Hatred, anger and rudeness towards teachers. Be unfilial to your parents and disrespect your brother and sister. They resort to power between seeking and seeking, and do not pay attention to reason and law. They like to take secretly or by force. To plunder for wealth. Don't be down-to-earth and seek promotion by crafty means. Reward and punish favoritism, unfairness, ease and enjoyment, and indulgence. They are cruel, mean and bluff to their servants, which makes people afraid. I always complain about things that are not satisfactory. If the wind and rain are not smooth, they will scold and scold. They gossip, make people fight and litigate, profit from it, and blindly join the illegal alliance, association, and society. It is unreasonable to adopt wives and concubines, contrary to the lessons of parents. He likes the new and dislikes the old, speaks deceitfully, embezzles money and deceives his boss. Fabricate bad words against people and slander innocent people. Destroy the reputation and personality of others, think they are upright, and abuse the gods and think they are just. Abandon the things that follow the natural law, follow the things that are against the natural law, deviate from the closest relatives, and instead pay homage to others. If you have a bad intention, ask heaven and earth to witness and do dirty things, and ask the gods to observe. After giving alms, he repented and refused to repay the money he owed. He does not keep his duty and wants to seek fame and wealth. Focus on luxury decoration. Excessive lewdness and intemperance. The heart is vicious and the appearance is kind. The scale is unfair, the buying volume is long, the selling volume is short, the scale is uneven, the selling is light, the buying is weighed, and the fake goods are mixed with the real goods to sell. Obtaining benefits by improper and proper methods. Rely on money to force innocent people to keep their jobs and cheat stupid people. He is insatiable about fame and wealth. Curse the gods of heaven and earth, and prove your rightness. People who are addicted to alcohol are apt to do things against virtue. Angry disputes with family members are intolerable, men are unfaithful and not good. Women are not gentle and gentle. The husband does not treat his wife well, resulting in family disharmony, and the wife does not respect her husband. Between husband and wife, words are often exaggerated. And I often feel jealous and suspicious. The husband has improper words and deeds to his wife and children, and the daughter-in-law has no filial piety to her parents-in-law. For the dead parents and ancestors, they violated the etiquette or were not religious when they were buried. Violate the orders of the Lord. What we do on weekdays is not beneficial to our individual society and country, and we secretly have selfish intentions. He has hatred in his heart, curses and curses others, treats others unfairly, favours the people he likes and repels the people he hates. Crossing wells or stoves. Skip food or people. The retribution is just equal to the value of taking other people's money. Be greedy or willful and unjustly kill people. It is the disaster of changing swords that can't escape death. Seizing ill-gotten wealth is like eating poisonous preserved meat to satisfy hunger and drinking poisonous wine to quench thirst. Not only can you temporarily eat, but you lose your life immediately.

When the mind is moved by good or evil, good or bad is decided.

Once did evil, but later woke up and repented. Don't do evil for small reasons, don't do good for small reasons, and change after change; Put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha. It is not the empty words of the ancients.

One should be good at speaking, seeing and doing good. If there are three good deeds in a day, and you actively do good deeds and accumulate virtue, then in less than three years, God will bless you; If a person always speaks evil, treats evil and acts evil, and there are three evils in a day, then within three years, God will surely bring disaster on him.      自从伏羲女娲开辟中华民族以来,我们的祖先就倡导“止恶行善”。

   止恶行善,符合天道,符合因果规律,符合生生不息的大道。

   不同国家为何命运不一样?

   中华民族为何能持续发展?

   中国国学传统文化研究者诸葛长青认为,这是因为中华民族,符合天道,自强不息、厚德载物,始终做好“止恶行善”。

   正如太上老君在《太上感应篇》中说:

   祸福无门,唯人自召。善恶之报,如影随形。

    放眼天下,一个国家、一个人、一个组织等命运又何尝不是如此呢?

    只要止恶行善,就会有好命运、好福报。

    人非圣贤,孰能无过?

   有错改了、积极行善积德,一切都会好起来。

   《太上感应篇》说:其有曾行恶事,後自改悔,诸恶莫作,众善奉行。久久必获吉庆,所谓转祸为福也。

   吉人语善,视善,行善。一日有三善,三年天必降之福。

   凶人语恶、视恶、行恶,一日有三恶,三年天必降之祸。

   诸葛长青认为,《太上感应篇》直接开示了人生的核心秘密。

   这个秘密就是:行善积德、止恶行善。

  《太上感应篇》重视行善去恶,目的在于改变人心,劝人向善。

   《太上感应篇》所竭力倡导的善行,竭力主张去除的恶行,诸如爱国爱民、敬长爱幼、慈心于物等等思想,都是中国传统美德的组成部分,经《太上感应篇》的提倡,就更加深入人心,对规范世人的行为是大有帮助的,这正是它的意义所在。
   《太上感应篇》认为,“大地有司过之神,依人所犯轻重以夺人算”,“又有三台北斗神君在人头上,录人罪恶,夺其纪算”,“又有三尸神在人身中每到庚申日,辄上诣天曹言人罪过”,于是人们的作为通过天地鬼神来裁决。诸葛长青认为,为何很多人命运变化不一,与这个人行善多少有很大关系。

   当人非义而动、背理而行时,就会“大则夺纪、小则夺算”,而算减则贫耗,多逢忧患”,最终“算尽则死”,人就离开了人世;如果死有余辜,还将殃及子孙。所谓“是道则进,非道则退”,则“天道佑之,福禄随之,众邪避之,神灵卫之,所作必成,神仙可翼。”若改恶从善,则将转祸为福。
   该书中的承负观念,虽然与佛教因果报应有些相似,但又与佛教观念有一定的不同。佛教认为因果通前世、今世、后世三世,该书则更强调现世与人对环境的蝴蝶效应,作恶有过的最直接后果就是肉体的消亡。修身保生是道教的哲学,现世生命形式的存在是根本,要更加重视现世,更加珍惜现实存在的生命。所以“欲求长生者”,就必须回避大大小小“有数百事”的过错。

  《太上感应篇》它提倡“积德累功,慈心于物”, 强调“忠孝友悌,正己化人,矜孤恤寡,敬老怀幼”,则体现了儒家伦理。在儒家学说中,尤其强调五伦纲常,认为君臣、父子、夫妇的等级界限分明,而在《太上感应篇》中亦以“扰乱国政”,“违逆上命”、“用妻妾语”、“违父母训”、“男不忠良,女不柔顺,不和其事,不敬其夫”作为恶行的准则。可以说,

   《太上感应篇》实际上建立的是,以儒家道德规范和道家道法自然为标准的立身处世准则。中国道教协会会长任法融道长也指出,道教教化的目的在于净化人心,使人心神宁静,好善乐施,济世利人,从而为社会和人们的和谐共处起到积极作用。所以,道教从自己的立场出发,在善恶报应观上构成了符合自己特色的教义。这一教义,就是天道承负说。即相信天道有循环,善恶有承负。

   其核心主体则还是围绕生死问题,承扬于《老子想尔注》中“道设生以赏善,设死以威恶”的教义思想。

   道教的“承负”之说,源自《太平经》,意思是祖先积德行善,则可荫及子孙;若先人屡屡犯过作恶,后人将无辜蒙受灾祸。即人们常说的“前人种树,后人乘凉;前人惹祸,后人遭殃”。其特点是前辈后辈相承负。

   但对于“承负”的论述,《太平经》中有两种解释。其一是,“承者为前,负者为后。承者,乃谓先人本承天心而行,小小过失,不自知,用日积久,相聚为多,今后生人,反无辜蒙其过谪,连传被其灾。负者,乃先人负于后生者也”。其二是,“三统共生,长养凡物名为财,财共生欲,欲共生邪,邪共生奸,奸共生猾,猾共生害,而不止则乱败,败而不止,不可复理,因究还反其本,故名承负”。意即天地人三统共生,长养财物,欲多则生奸邪,以至不可复理,直到财物穷尽才知还返回虚无之源本。其一说的是善恶承负,其二则是说天道循环。

   由此可见,天道的循环承负报应,是因人作恶和嗜欲造成的,并给后人和自然界(包括社会)带来极大危害。为免人们遭受危害和灾祸,人们应当学道、信道、修道,以解除“承负”之厄。信道修道就是要求人们遵循“道”的行为准则,按“道”意来处世行事,积功累德,好善利人。

   在承负之说中,道教还特别重视并相信现世的善恶报应。

   《太平经》也为说:善者自兴,恶者自病,吉凶之事,皆出于身。

   《老子想尔注》中则说:道设生以赏善,设死以威恶。行善,道随之;行恶,害随之也。认为吉凶祸福和生死都是随人行善恶行为来报应的。所以,信道修道之人,应行善积德,使精神与天通,乃可至长生成仙。

   道教善恶承负和现世报应的教义,对后世有非常重要影响。

   《感应篇》中说:祸福无门,唯人自召。善恶之报,如影随形。在天地间有司过之神,行善积德则可延年加寿,乃至成仙。犯过作恶,则依所犯轻重,给以减少生命年限的惩罚。鼓励人们追求积极向上的人生观。同时,还融会了轮回报应学说,修道行善则可升入仙国,犯过作恶则将会在地狱受到刑罚。凡人死后,家人当信道行善,诵经祈祷太乙救苦天尊救度。






   附录:太上感应篇原文

   太上曰:祸福无门,唯人自召。善恶之报,如影随形。

   是以天地有司过之神依人犯轻重,以夺人算。算减则贫耗,多逢忧患,人皆恶之,刑祸随之,吉庆避之,恶星灾之,算尽则死。

   又有三台北斗神君,在人头上,录人罪恶,夺其纪算。又有三尸神,在人身中,每到庚申日,辄上诣天曹,言人罪过。月晦之日,灶神亦然。凡人有过,大则夺纪,小则夺算。其过大小,有数百事,欲求长生者,先须避之。是道则进,非道则退。不履邪径,不欺暗室。积德累功,慈心於物。忠孝友悌,正己化人,矜孤恤寡,犹老怀幼。昆虫草木,犹不可伤。宜悯人之凶,乐人之善,济人之急,救人之危。见人之得,如己之得。见人之失,如己之失。不彰人短,不炫己长。遏恶扬善,推多取少。受辱不怨,受宠若惊。施恩不求报,与人不追悔。所谓善人,人皆敬之天道佑之,福禄随之。众邪远之,神灵卫之,所作必成,神仙可冀。
  欲求天仙者,当立一千三百善,欲求地仙者,当立三百善苟或非义而动,背理而行。以恶为能,忍作残害。阴贼良善,暗侮君亲。慢其先生,叛其所事。诳诸无识,谤诸同学。虚诬诈为,攻讦宗亲。刚强不仁,狠戾自用。是非不当,向背乖宜。虐下取功,谄上希旨。受恩不感,念怨不休。轻蔑天民,扰乱国政。赏及非义,刑及无辜。杀人取财,倾人取位。诛降戮服,贬正排贤。凌孤逼寡,弃法受贿。以直为曲,以曲为直。入轻为重,见杀加怒。知过不改,知善不为。自罪引他,壅塞方术。讪谤贤圣,侵凌道德。射飞逐走,发蛰惊栖,填穴覆巢,伤胎破卵。愿人有失,毁人成功。危人自安,减人自益。以恶易好,以私废公。窃人之能,蔽人之善。形人之丑,讦人之私。耗人货财,离人骨肉。侵人所爱,助人为非,逞志作威,辱人求胜。败人苗稼,破人婚姻。苟富而骄,苟免无耻,认恩推过。嫁祸卖恶。沽买虚誉,包贮险心。挫人所长,扬己所短。乘威迫胁,纵暴杀伤。无故剪裁,非礼烹宰。散弃五谷,劳扰众生。破人之家。取其财宝。决水放火,以害民居,紊人规模,以败人功,损人器物,以穷人用。见他荣贵,愿他流贬。见他富有,愿他破散。见他色美,起心科之。负他货财,原他身死。干求不遂,便生咒恨。见他失便,便说他过。
  见他体相不具而笑之。见他才能可称而抑之。埋蛊厌人,用药杀树。恚怒师傅,抵触父兄。强取强求,好侵好夺。掳掠致富,巧诈求迁。赏罚不平,逸乐过节。苛虐其下,恐吓於他。怨天尤人,呵风骂雨。斗合争讼,妄逐朋党。用妻妾语,违父母训。得新忘故。口是心非,贪冒於财,欺罔其上。造作恶语,谗毁平人。毁人称直,骂神称正,弃顺效逆,背亲向疏。
  指天地以证鄙坏,引神明而监猥事。施与後悔,假借不还。分外营求,力上施设。淫欲过度,心毒貌慈。秽食馁人,左道惑众。短尺狭度,轻秤小升。以伪杂真,采取奸利。压良为贱,谩蓦愚人,贪婪无厌,咒诅求直。嗜酒悖乱,骨肉忿争。男不忠良,女不柔顺。不和其室,不敬其夫。每好矜夸,常行妒忌。
  无行於妻子,失礼於舅姑,轻慢先灵,违逆上命。作为无益,怀挟外心。自咒咒他,偏憎偏爱。越井越灶,跳食跳人。损子堕胎,行多隐僻。晦腊歌舞,朔旦号怒。
  对北涕唾及溺,对灶吟咏及哭。又以灶火烧香,秽柴作食。夜起露,八节行刑。唾流星,指虹霓。指三光,久视日月,春月燎腊,对北恶骂。无故杀龟打蛇,如是等罪,司命随其轻重,夺其纪算。算尽则死,死有余责,乃殃及子孙。又诸横取人财者,乃计其妻子家口以当之,渐至死丧。若不死丧,则有水火盗贼,遗亡器物,疾病口舌诸事,以当妄取之直。又枉杀人者,是易刀兵而相杀也。
  取非羲之财者,譬如漏脯救饥,鸩酒止渴,非不暂饱,死亦及之。夫心起於善,善虽未为,而吉神已随之。或心起於恶,恶虽未为,而凶神已随之。其有曾行恶事,後自改悔,诸恶莫作,众善奉行。久久必获吉庆,所谓转祸为福也。故吉人语善,视善,行善。一日有三善,三年天必降之福。凶人语恶、视恶、行恶,一日有三恶,三年天必降之祸,胡不勉而行之。 

《太上感应篇》白话翻译

   太上老君说:“人的祸福没有门路,完全是由自己招来。善有善报,恶有恶报。就像人影紧跟着形体一样,绝不差错。
  所以天地之间,有专管过错的神明,按照犯罪的轻重,来削减年寿。(人活一百天叫一算,十二年叫一纪)。不但年寿被减,而且罚他贫困损耗。患难的事情纷至沓来,大家都厌恨他,刑罚祸害跟着而来。吉祥之事,没有他的份儿。凶煞恶煞使他受灾殃。到了年寿已减尽时,就是死期。
  三台神君掌金玉,禄位,土田;北斗神君掌延生,注死,祸,福。他们在人的头上,记录人的罪恶,夺其纪算。又有三尸神在人的身体中,(上尸神彭倨,中尸神彭质,下尸神彭矫,)分别居于人脑,胸,腹部,每到庚申日(每六十天有一日)时常进见天曹,检举人的罪过。每月最后一天,灶神也会检举一家的罪过。罪过大的削减十二岁纪也,罪过小的削减百天。大小罪过,共有一百多种。想延年益寿的人,先要避免大小过错。
  合乎道义的事,应勇往直前去做。修道者,对于正道,亦应遵而修之;不合道义的事,做不得,更应悬崖勒马而不为。修道者,对于邪道,应退而弗修。不走邪恶之路,不明瞒,不暗骗。力行好事,多积阳功阴德。发慈悲心,爱护生物。尽忠国家,孝顺父母,友爱兄弟姐妹。先端正自己,然后劝化他人,怜惜和救济孤寡无依靠的人。尊敬老人,爱恤他人的幼儿。昆虫草木,尚且不能伤害。别人有不吉利事,应怜悯他,高兴别人做好事。别人有急需时,慨然济助。别人有危险时,立刻救他。人我一体,他人的得失,等于自己的得失。不宣扬他人的缺点,不夸耀自己的优点。阻止恶事,表扬善事,把多的让给人,自己取少的。受人欺侮,不怨恨,受到宠爱,要看成像天上掉下来一般惊畏,并加紧积功德。给人恩惠,不求报答。施舍给人,没有后悔。
  所谓善人,大家都尊敬他,上天会保佑他,应得福禄,不求自来。邪神凶星敬畏他,不敢相犯,众神之灵处处保护他,做任何事必定成功,可达成成神成仙的愿望。天仙者形神俱妙,与道合真,要做一千三百件善事。地仙不饥不渴,寒暑不侵。要做三百件善事。
  如果对不正当的事动念头,违反道理做事,做了坏事,反说自己能干,忍心残杀人或物,暗中加害好人,背后欺瞒元首或双亲,对教师傲慢,对自己的职务不尽责,哄骗外行人,诽谤同学,以不实冤枉好人,以假充真骗人,挑剔同族亲戚。攻其阴私,气质刚暴无慈爱心,性情凶狠乖戾,一意孤行,不听善劝。以非为是,以是为非。亲近恶人歹事,远离善人好事。为争取功赏,不顾民间疾苦,为求得宠,不惜用尽欺巧方法拍马屁,去迎合上峰的意思。接受别人恩惠不感谢不报答,受别人欺辱,怀恨于心,念念不休。看不起百姓,不重视民情。不为国为民,反而违法乱搅。奖赏不义之人,弄罚无罪的人。谋财害命,用计谋使人丢官司,然后乘机取而代之。杀死投城降服的人,驱逐正人,排拒贤人。凌辱孤儿,逼迫寡妇。接受贿赂,不遵照法律处理事件,是非曲直不明辨,只因贿赂瞎了眼。轻罪判重弄。看到临死刑的人,不哀怜,反而嗔怒他。不知廉耻,丧失天良,自己的罪过,故意牵扯别人,把济世养生的技艺,保密不公开。对圣贤讥笑又诽谤,迫害有道德的人。射杀飞禽,赶捉走兽,掘挖蛰虫,吓惊栖鸟,毁损洞穴鸟巢,使虫鸟走兽无法居住,伤害怀孕的动物,弄破它们的蛋。希望别人有过失,怕别人成功,百般破坏,使别人陷于危险境地,以求得自己的安稳,扣减别人财物,增加自己利益,用自己不好的,换取别人好的,为了图谋私利,不惜妨害公益。偷取别人技能,如作品,设计图案,专利品等,掩蔽别人的优点,宣扬别人的丑事,指摘别人的阴私秘密,消耗或浪费别人的财物,搬弄是非,使人与至亲反目分离。侵夺别人心爱之物。帮助别人为非作歹,放纵意志,作威作福。侮辱他人以求自己胜利。损伤别人农作物,破坏人家的婚姻。取非财致富,不知行善反而骄奢,侥幸逃过刑罚或难关,竟还敢做出没廉耻的事。别人所做的恩德,硬说自己的功劳,自己有过犯,则推到别人身上。自己该受的灾祸,自己的罪恶,移嫁他人。不务实际,凭财势奸巧争得地位,奖赏等美名,包藏奸诈害人之心。挫折别人才能,使人不能舒展,掩饰自己短处,不肯认错,仗著威势,胁迫他人,顺己之所为。放纵暴戾心性,或纵容恶人杀伤人物生命。为了时髦而裁制衣着,为自己的口腹,宰杀动物烹煮来吃,把养人的谷物,任意抛弃不珍惜。劳役人民,扰害百姓。使人破产,乘机取他的财宝,破坏堤防或放起大火,造成别人家宅毁坏,生命死伤。别人的事业具有规模,故意弄乱它,使之前功尽弃不能成功。损坏别人的器具物品,使他无法使用。看到别人荣华贵显,希望他被降免。别人发财,希望他破产亡家。看到他人妻女貌美,便起了邪淫之心。欠人财物,希望他死,不必还债。非分的奢求,不能遂心,就咒骂怀恨他人。人家有不如意时,就议论他平日的过错。见外貌丑怪的人,不怜悯,反而讥笑,见人有才能,不称赞反而贬抑他。
  暗地里埋下蛊毒,用邪术妖法魇魅人,用毒药杀伤花草树木。对老师怀恨,发怒,无礼之至。不孝双亲,不敬兄妹。取求之间诉诸强权,不讲情理法,喜欢用奸计暗取或恃强夺取。为求财富而掳人劫夺财物。不脚踏实地,以奸巧弄假的手段求得升迁。赏罚偏私,不公平,安逸享乐,放纵不节制。对部属佣人,刻薄残暴,虚张声势,使人害怕。不如意的事,一味怨尤。风雨不调顺,就诃责怒骂。搬弄是非,使人打斗诉讼,从中取利,盲目加入不法的盟帮,会,社,随声附和。采纳妻妾不合道理的话,违背父母的教训。喜新厌旧,口是心非,贪污钱财,欺瞒上司。捏造不利人的坏话,造谣毁谤平白无辜的人。毁坏别人的名誉和人格,自以为正直,污骂神明自以为公正。离弃顺天理的事,去效法逆天理的事,背离至亲骨肉,反而向外人献殷勤。存心不良,反叫天地做见证,做污秽事,请神明照察。施舍财物,后又懊悔,欠人财物不肯偿还。不守本分,妄想钻谋名利富贵。把精力都放在奢侈豪华布置。邪淫过分,纵欲不节。内心恶毒,外貌慈和。把变质脏腐的食物,拿给人吃。以妖法邪术迷惑大众。尺度不公,买入量长,卖出量短,秤升不平,卖出称轻,买入称重,以假货掺杂在真货内卖出。以不当正当方法获取利益。仗势恃财强迫清白人家操守贱业,欺骗愚笨的人。对名利财势,贪得无厌。对天地神祗咒诅,证明自己理直。嗜酒如命的人,容易做出违反德性的事。与家人怨忿争执不忍让,男人不忠实,不行善。女人不温柔和顺。丈夫不善待妻子,造成家庭失和,太太对丈夫不敬重。夫妻之间,说话往往夸张不实。并且时常起嫉妒疑忌之心。先生对妻子儿女有不得体的言行,媳妇对公公婆婆不孝敬。对去世的父母祖宗,安葬时违礼制或祭祀不虔诚。违背长上的教令。平日所作所为,尽是对个人社会国家无益的事,暗中怀有私心。心有怨恨,自咒又咒人,待人不公,偏袒自己喜欢的人,排斥自己讨厌的人。跨越水井或炉灶。跳过食物或人身。溺婴打胎。行为不能光明正大。月底年终歌舞,会误了正经事。每月初一及恨气恼,每天清晨怨而号哭,面向北方,擤鼻涕,吐痰,大小便。面向炉灶歌唱哭泣。用灶火点燃线香。用污秽不洁净之木柴烧饭菜,夜间起来赤身露体,一年八大节气:四立二分二至,施行刑罚。对流星吐口液,手指彩虹,常常以手指日月星,以眼注视日月。春季烧山林猎捕走兽。向北方口出恶言。无缘无故,杀伤龟蛇。
  就以上所列一百七十项之罪,司命之神按罪之大小,重罪夺其死,尚抵不过罪恶,就由子孙承当灾祸之报。利用恶势力或其他不正当手段,逼取别人的金银财宝。横取的人,灾祸抵消有余者,便由他的妻子家人担当。或以死丧之灾消祸,如侥幸不死,便有水灾,火难,盗抢,贼偷,遗失用具,疾病,官司,口角等报应,报应轻重,他恰好与横取他人钱财的值相等。逞贪或任性冤枉杀人。正是换刀兵之灾相报,难逃一死。夺取不义之财,就像吃有毒的肉脯充饥,饮有毒的酒解渴,不但不能暂时果腹,紧接著就丧失了性命。
  念头动于善或恶,吉凶便已决定。
  曾经为非作歹,以后觉醒改悔,勿以恶小而为,勿以善小不为,过而能改,善莫大焉;放下屠刀,立地成佛。并非古人之虚言。
  一个人做到语善、视善、行善。一日有三善,积极行善积德,那么用不到三年时间,上天就会赐福于他;如果一个人总是语恶、视恶、行恶,一日有三件恶,那么不到三年,上天一定会降祸于他。为什么不勉励实行感应篇呢?
