The second is to return to the creditor in good faith.
You can calm down quickly by exceeding your enemy and creditor. How to exceed your creditors? Zhuge Changqing suggested that you learn to give food. Zhuge Changqing recommended the Buddhist chanting method of Master Zhuhong in Lianchi of the Ming Dynasty:
Since the beginning of all living beings, they have been delusional and habitual, and have not been easily dispatched. Today, teaching Buddha chanting is to fight poison with poison and stop war with force.
There are many ways to recite a Buddha Dharma. Today, the name of this Dharma is for the path, the path and the path. Because Buddha has limitless virtue, today's four-character name is enough to make it comprehensive. With Amitabha as the whole heart, the heart is full of all virtues. There are millions of people who are always happy and pure, who begin to feel the truth like Buddha, and Bodhi Nirvana.
When all living beings learn Buddhism, there are also limitless practices. Today, holding a name is enough to be comprehensive. To hold a name is to hold this mind. The mind is comprehensive, the four truths are six degrees, and even the eighty-four thousand constant sand and dust all practices are endless.
There are three ways to chant Buddha:
1. Mingzhi. That is to say aloud, loud and clear.
2. Silence. Namely, silent reading --- heart reading, lips not moving, no voice.
3. Half open and half silent. That is to say, the lips move slightly, and the voice is small, as if lying on the ear. This method is also called "Vajra Holding".
These three ways of thinking have their own characteristics:
The first method: make a sound. The Buddha chants loudly. It takes too much effort. If you recite it for a long time, you will feel dizzy.
The second method is to meditate, and it is easy to faint. It makes people fall asleep unconsciously.
The third method: half open and half silent. This method is better, and the third method is suggested. This method is to move the lips slightly and make a slight noise, so that it is continuous and dense, neither tired nor sleepy.
Zhuge Changqing: The research found that how to chant Buddha effectively?
Zhuge Changqing suggested that the three methods of "voice out, silent, half clear and half silent" should be carried out alternately.
Your recitation can be divided into three stages:
At first, "make a sound", then "half clear and half silent", and finally "silent".
In the final stage, with meditation, you can enter meditation, or meditate on problems.
Of course, you can do it according to your preference. You can use whatever method you like, or you can combine it randomly.
Everyone has different reasons for practicing for many years, so recitation can also be determined according to personal circumstances.
Misthoughts are diseases, and Buddha chanting is medicine. Buddha chanting is treating miscellaneous thoughts, but those who can't, because Buddha chanting is not kind. When miscellaneous thoughts arise, they should be processed and read with great effort. Every word and sentence should be refined, and the miscellaneous thoughts will rest.
To recite the Buddha without any distractions is to be famous. Singing Buddha with one mind and practicing all kinds of Dharma with one mind are two minds. Those who have no distractions can only concentrate on things. Now they can't, let alone reason. Therefore, those who recite Buddhism should keep their minds and do not change their practice because Samadhi is difficult to achieve.
Zhuge Changqing said many times that reciting merits and virtues is very great in the "Five in One" method of practicing and changing fortunes. You can take the three steps of "chanting the Buddha's name first - chanting the Amitabha finally - until you become a Buddha". The heart is not born, the fate is born, the heart is not dead, the fate is scattered and dead, it seems that there is life and death, there is no way to come, and then you will get it, life is smooth and death is safe, and always quiet and always shine. If you can't, put your whole body down and recite the Amitabha in secret to seek the Pure Land. If all karma is not over and life is not over, it is of great benefit to chant Buddha. Gu Yun: 'chanting Buddha Dharma is the eternal life of Jinxian.'
How close and accurate it is to recite the Buddha with this thought, since life and death are inseparable from one thought, and even all laws in the world are inseparable from one thought. If you look at the starting point of this meditation, it is the self-nature Buddha, that is, the founder came from the west. Even if you don't understand, you can use this meditation to live in bliss, and cut through life and death, without reincarnation, and finally become the ear of enlightenment. I would like to let go of all my fate, and recite and tear in the twelfth hour, which is what I hope!
It's seventy years old and can last for a hundred years. It's time to open your arms and see through the world like a drama. How can it be true? But with a word of Amitabha, you can enjoy the time, but with the Western Paradise as my home, I recite Buddhism today, and I will be born in the West in the future. How lucky it is to be happy and not worry. In case of bad things, even if you turn your mind, the Buddha's voice is urgent, but it will come back to you. I am in the world of Amitabha. How can I have a good understanding with the world, laugh back, and recite the Buddha with all my heart? This is the most peaceful and great liberation method in wisdom.
The cause of the disease is mostly from killing animals, so the emphasis is on releasing animals. The outer monk repents on behalf of the inner monk. There is a great difference in merit and virtue between the inner monk and the outer monk. I would like to empty his heart and forget all the causes, and recite Amitabha in the empty heart. Those who recite do not need to open their mouths and move their tongues, but silently reflect with their eyes. The words are clear, and the sentences are continuous, from morning to evening, from dusk to morning, and their hearts are filled. If there is pain, bear it and care for it. According to the scripture, 'chant the Buddha to the heart and kill eight billion lives and deaths', so there is a great disparity in merit and virtue.
Buddhists have no solemn signs, but only real practice.
People who live at home don't have to wear Taoist scarves. People who wear hair can often wear Buddhist clothes.
It is not necessary to beat fish and drums. A quiet person can chant Buddha silently. It is not necessary to do meetings in groups. People who are afraid of things can chant Buddhism behind closed doors. It is not necessary to enter the temple to listen to the scriptures. People who can read can chant Buddha according to the teachings.
It is better to sit at home and chant Buddha than burn incense for thousands of miles.
Worship of evil masters is not as good as honoring parents and chanting Buddha. It is better to be alone and chant Buddhism than to make more friends with demons.
It is better to pray and chant Buddha now than to send the treasury to the next life. It is better to repent and chant Buddha than to make a vow to protect the people.
It is better to recite Buddha without knowing a word than to learn the Taoist documents.
It is better to be honest and keep precepts and chant Buddhism than to talk about Zen without knowledge. It is better to believe in cause and effect and chant Buddha than to hope that demons and ghosts can be well informed. To put it simply, to put an end to evil with one's heart is like chanting Buddha, which is called a good man. It is like chanting Buddha, called Sage. To understand the mind and break the confusion is like chanting Buddha, called sage.
Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. The words of Master Lianchi are like treasures, which are refreshing; It is also like a thunderbolt from the clear sky, shaking those who have lost their way. It is enough to stop evil and do good, to persevere, to do good and accumulate virtue calmly, and to study Buddhism diligently.
A very idle person is advised to recite the Buddha. After marriage, his children and grandchildren are at home, and he is at ease. He just devotes himself to chanting the Buddha. He recites thousands of times a day, even tens of thousands of times a day. One persuades half busy and half idle people to chant Buddha, half can't, or busy or idle. Although not very busy, they can also manage things in their busy time. When they are idle, they chant Buddha hundreds of times a day, even thousands of times a day. I urge very busy people to recite Buddhism, work hard in the king's business, and rush around the family business. Although there is no free time, they must also take time to recite Buddhism in the busy time, and recite it ten times in the morning every day, or even several hundred times in the daytime.
No matter men and women, monks and laymen, noble and humble, virtuous and foolish, there is no one who can't recite Buddhism.

第二个问题:念诵中声音大小如何控制?出声音好还是默念好?
诸葛长青推荐明朝莲池株宏大师的念佛方法:
众生无始以来,妄想惯习,未易卒遣,今教念佛,是乃以毒攻毒,用兵止兵。
而念佛一法,复有多门,今此持名,是为径路之中,径而又径。因佛有无量德,今但四字名号足以赅之,以弥陀即是全体一心,心包众德,常乐我净、本觉始觉、真如佛性、菩提涅槃,百千万名,皆此一名,摄无不尽。
众生学佛,亦有无量行法,今但持名一法足以赅之,以持名即是持此一心,心赅百行,四谛六度,乃至八万四千恒沙微尘一切法门,摄无不尽。
念佛方法有三种:
1、明持。即出声念---口里念、声音较大、声音清晰。
2、默持。即无声念---心里念、嘴唇不动、没有声音。
3、半明半默持。即微动唇舌念----口里念、嘴唇微动、声音小,仿佛趴在耳朵上说话。这个方法,也叫“金刚持”。
这三种念法各有特点:
第一种方法:出声。念佛高声,觉太费力,念久了,会头昏脑涨。
第二种方法:默念,又易昏沉。使人不知不觉中睡着了。
第三种方法:半明半默持,这个方法较好,建议第三种,这个方法是嘴唇微动,微微出声,这样就绵绵密密,既不会很累,又不会打盹。
诸葛长青:研究发现,如何念佛效果好?
诸葛长青建议“出声、默念、半明半默”三种方法交替进行。
你的念诵可以分为三各阶段:
一开始“出声音”,然后“半明半默”,最后“默念”。
最后阶段,伴随默念,你可以进入禅定、也可以静心思考问题等。
当然,你可以根据自己的喜欢进行,你喜欢哪种方法就用哪种方法,也可以自己随机组合。
每个人累世修行因缘不一样,念诵也就可以根据个人情况决定。
杂念是病,念佛是药,念佛正治杂念,而不能治者,因念佛不亲切也。杂念起时,即用力加工念,字字句句,精一不二,杂念自息矣。
念念念佛,更无杂念,是名一心。一心念佛,又一心修余种种法门,是二心也。无杂念者,止得事之一心,今且未能,何况理一。故念佛者,守志不二,勿因三昧难成,而辄改修余行。

心本不生,缘合而生,心本不死,缘散而死,似有生死,原无去来,于斯会得,生顺死安,常寂常照。如或未能,便当全身放下,密密持念一句阿弥陀佛,求生净土。假使诸缘未尽,寿命未终,倍应念佛,有大利益。古云:‘念佛法门,此金仙氏之长生也。’
夫生死不离一念,乃至世出世间万法皆不离一念,今即以此念念佛,何等切近精实。若觑破此念起处,即是自性弥陀,即是祖师西来意,纵令不悟,乘此念力,往生极乐,且横截生死,不受轮回,终当大悟耳。愿放下万缘,十二时中念念提撕,是所至望!
七十古稀,百年能几,今此暮景,正宜开放怀抱,看破世间宛如一场戏剧,何有真实,但以一声阿弥陀佛,消遣光阴,但以西方极乐世界为我家舍,我今念佛,日后当生西方,何幸如之,发大欢喜,莫生烦恼。倘遇不如意事,即便拨转心头,这一声佛,急急提念,却回光返照,我是阿弥陀佛世界中人,奈何与世人一般见识,回嗔作喜,一心念佛,此是智慧中人大安乐、大解脱法门也。
疾病之由,多从杀生中来,故偏重放生也。外僧代忏,与内心自忏,功德悬殊,愿空其心,尽罢一切诸缘,于空心中单念一声阿弥陀佛。所云念者,不必启口动舌,但默默以心眼返照,字字分明,句句接续,从朝至暮,从暮至朝,心心靡间。若有痛苦,忍之耐之,一心顾念。经云:‘至心念佛一声,灭八十亿劫生死重罪’,故功德悬殊也。
学佛者无用庄严形迹,只贵真实修行。
在家居士,不必定要缁衣道巾,带发之人,自可常服念佛。
不必定要敲鱼击鼓,好静之人,自可寂默念佛。不必定要成群做会,怕事的人,自可闭门念佛。不必定要入寺听经,识字之人,自可依教念佛。
千里烧香,不如安坐家中念佛。
供奉邪师,不如孝顺父母念佛。广交魔友,不如独身清净念佛。
寄库来生,不如现在作福念佛。许愿保禳,不如悔过自新念佛。
习学外道文书,不如一字不识念佛。
无知妄谈禅理,不如老实持戒念佛。希求妖鬼灵通,不如正信因果念佛。以要言之,端心灭恶,如是念佛,号曰善人。摄心除散,如是念佛,号曰贤人。悟心断惑,如是念佛,号曰圣人。
诸葛长青:阿弥陀佛。莲池大师这些话字字如珍宝,令人耳目一新;又有如晴空霹雳,震撼那些迷路之人。止恶行善、持之以恒,平心静气行善积德、精进学佛足矣。
一劝极闲人念佛,婚嫁都毕,子孙克家,安闲无事,正好尽心尽力念佛,每日念几千声,乃至几万。一劝半忙半闲人念佛,半了不了,或忙或闲,虽不极闲,亦可忙时治事,闲时念佛,每日念几百声,乃至几千。一劝极忙人念佛,勤劳王事,奔波家业,虽无闲时,也须忙里偷闲念佛,每日晨朝十念,乃至日间或念几百。
念佛法门,不论男女僧俗,贵贱贤愚,无有一人、不堪念佛。
