1、 Introduction to Chen Tuan's ancestor.

Chen Tuan (871-989) was named Tunan, Fuyangzi, and Mr. Xiyi.

Han nationality, a famous Taoist scholar and hermit in the Five Dynasties and Early Song Dynasty.

Chen Tuan inherited the tradition of elephant mathematics since the Han Dynasty, and put Huang and Lao's thought of inaction, Taoism's cultivation of alchemy, Confucian cultivation, and Buddhist meditation into the same stream, which had a great impact on the Neo-Confucianism of the Song Dynasty. Later generations called them "Chen Tuan's Ancestor", "Sleeping Immortal", and Xiyi's Ancestor. Hidden in Jiushi Rock of Wudang Mountain, moved to Yuntai Temple of Mount Hua, and wrote many books. Chen Tuan is a legendary master of traditional mysterious culture.

The ancestor of Chen Tuan was born on October 10, the 12th year of Xiantong reign of Emperor Yizong of the Tang Dynasty (871). He was eclipsed on July 22, the second year of Duanjong reign of Emperor Taizong of the Song Dynasty (989). He was 118 years old.

When Chen Tuan was young, he liked to read hundreds of books about classics and history. Once he saw it, he could not forget it. In Changxing (930-933) of the Tang Dynasty after the Five Dynasties, he failed to win the title of Jinshi, so he did not seek to become an official. From the Later Jin Dynasty to the Later Zhou Dynasty, he entertained the landscape for more than 20 years. He said that he had met Sun Junfang and Yu Pi Chushi, and said that Jiushiyan in Wudang Mountain could live in seclusion. After entering Wudang Mountain, he was convinced and filled the valley, but he drank several cups a day.

According to the people of the Northern Song Dynasty, he once entered Sichuan in Tianfu (936-944) in the later Jin Dynasty, and learned the sleeping skill "nose lock" from He Changyi, the capital of Qiongzhou Tianshi Temple. Wei Tai called it "or three years of sleep". Chen Tuan originally had great ambitions, but he was "outnumbered", and was tired of the chaos of the Five Dynasties. He also contacted many hermits of high Taoism, so he gradually formed the idea of "coming out of the world". When I was in Sichuan in the second year of Tianfu (937), there was a poem that said, "I said that Fu Rong was really unreal. I was drunk and gave up the bridle to pay homage to Gao Gong. Because of listening to the metaphysics, I realized that the world was in a dream."

About the next week or some time ago, Chen Tuan moved to Yuntai Temple in Huashan and stopped at Shaohua Stone Room. "I can't afford to sleep for more than 100 days". According to the National History of the Song Dynasty, about this time, he had a close relationship with two other legendary figures, Lv Dongbin and Li Qi (or "Li Qi"). Then disciple Chen Jingyuan called him and Tan Qi as teachers and friends. Since then, its name has been greatly improved.

In November of the third year of the late Zhou Xiande (956), Shizong "held the heroes in captivity with the idea of not being convinced by the four sides, and practiced the house with the method of" Tuan Zeng ", and hid without ambition, so there must be a talent far away, so he called to the lower part of the palace", and asked for the technique of flying up yellow and white. "Your majesty is the Son of Heaven," he said, "we should take the rule of the world as our duty, and use it as our duty. Give the name "Mr. Baiyun" and return to the mountain; He also ordered Tao Gucao to issue an edict to the governor of Huazhou, who asked for everything when he was old.

In the fifth year of Xiande (958), the governor of Chengzhou, Zhu Xianhe, resigned to his post, and Shizong ordered fifty pieces of silk and thirty kilograms of tea to be given.

Chen Tuan pinned his hopes on Zhao Kuangyin for the unification of the five dynasties and ten countries.

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan, the ancestor, once gave guidance to the confused Zhao Kuangyin and planned for the future.

When Zhao Kuangyin was confused, penniless, and his career failed, after passing through Huashan Mountain, Chen Tuan, the masterful old man, immediately asked his disciples to invite him to the mountain, explain the general situation of the world to him, encourage him to fight with high morale, and show him the way of the world through chess, and set a masterful strategy for Zhao Kuangyin to seize the world.

The most interesting thing is that Chen Tuan also played a game of chess with Zhao Kuangyin. Chen Tuan asked Zhao Kuangyin to bet on Mount Hua. Of course, Zhao Kuangyin was very happy. Finally, Zhao Kuangyin, who lost the chess game, gave Huashan to Chen Tuan (Zhao Kuangyin was penniless at that time, and he was dubious about his fight against the world. He also promised to exempt the rent tax near Huashan when he fought against the world.). Later, Zhao Kuangyin became the emperor of the Song Dynasty. Chen Tuan was very happy and said, "Since then, the world has been stable.".

After Zhao Kuangyin died, Zhao Guangyi, the successor of Taizong, was summoned twice. For the first time in the early years of Taiping and rejuvenation, Taizong was very generous. The second time was in the ninth year of Taiping Xingguo (or the first year of Yongxi, 984).

According to the records of such books as "Records of Taizong", "Long Compilation of the General Annals of the Continuation of Zizhi", and "A Brief History of the Eastern Capital", Chen Tuanfu went to Bianjing and was seen in the Yanying Hall in a feather suit. Taizong was very polite. As the Prime Minister Song Qi and others said, "You should be independent and not snobbish, so it is called a scholar outside the country. After 40 years in Huashan, you will spend nearly 100 years of your life, and you will say that the world is safe, so you can also read this meaning when you come to Hajj. Even if you refer to Zhongshu, you can try to speak with it."

Song Qi asked, "Can you teach me the way to cultivate myself?" Chen Tuan replied: "People who knead mountains and fields are useless at that time, and they don't know the magic of the fairy yellow and white. There is no magic formula to explain the principle of health care. If the sun is shining in the sky, how can it benefit the world? The holy dragon is beautiful today, with the appearance of heaven and man, reaching the present and ancient times, and deeply studying the rule of chaos, there is really a benevolent and saintly master. It is the monarch and his ministers who are united in heart and virtue, and prosper in the autumn of governance, and practice diligently, which is not the reason." Song Qi and others said on the table, and Taizong respected more. In October, the imperial edict was issued, titled "Mr. Xiyi" ("Xi means to ignore the sight, Yi means to ignore the hearing," which comes from the Tao Te Ching! There is a mistake here! "Seeing is not to see the name Yi." Hearing is not known as Xi, and there is great music has the faintest notes, so I hope to refer to listening! "), and ordered Yousi to repair Mount Hua Yuntai Temple. After a few months, it will be returned to the mountain.

2、 Part of the story of Chen Tuan's ancestor

Chen Tuan was good at reading the Book of Changes. He devoted his whole life to the cultivation of Taoism, and wrote the eighty-first chapter of "Zhixuan Chapter" with the main content of guiding cultivation and returning pills, and devoted himself to the cultivation of Taoism. He further developed the method of Taoist cultivation and created a series of schemata such as the "Limitless Map" to explore the origin of life and find a way to prolong life by using the theoretical system of "conforming to people" and "reversing to return the pill". Therefore, he was honored as the "ancestor of Chen Tuan" by later Taoists.

Chen Tuan understood the general idea of the Eight Diagrams, and he never looked at anything since then. He was so proud to be born. At the age of 18, his parents died, so he scattered his family wealth and lived in seclusion in the mountains. Later, I dreamed that Mao Nu taught him the great method of refining the form to return to the Qi, the Qi to return to the spirit, and the spirit to return to the void, so I followed the instructions.

Scholars and doctors came from thousands of miles in admiration, but Chen Tuan lay on his side and ignored them. When everyone saw him snoring like thunder, they all sighed and went away.

The Emperor Mingzong of the Later Tang Dynasty heard of his high name, and sent an envoy to send him out of the mountain with an edict. Chen Tuan did not disobey the imperial edict, so he had to come to Luoyang to have a rest and meet the emperor. When he saw the Son of Heaven, Chen Tuan refused to worship. Man Wenwu was shocked, but Ming Zong was not surprised. He exclaimed, "A high scholar should not be treated with common courtesy.". He was sent to the Lixian Hotel for relief and care. Chen Tuan has no use. Sooner or later, he just meditates on the futon. Ming Zong drove Xinglixian Hotel several times. Sometimes he happened to fall asleep and didn't dare to disturb him, so he went back. Mingzong knew that he was a strange person, and he paid more attention to him. Chen Tuan refused to let him take an important position.

The prime minister, Feng Dao, suggested to the Emperor Mingzong, "At the time of the wind and snow, Chen Tuan alone will be cold. Your majesty can send an envoy, bring a jar of good wine, and then choose three beautiful women to give him wine to warm his feet. If he drinks wine and wants beautiful women, he doesn't worry that he will not accept the official!" The Emperor Mingzong nodded and said, "Select three young girls from the palace and send them with good wine," Mr. Wang never refuse. "Chen Tuan gladly accepted it, opened a cup and drank freely, and did not refuse the beautiful women she sent. The Emperor Mingzong saw Long Yan Darun. The next day, he sent Feng to add the rank of official, but only three beautiful women were in the room, so Chen Tuan could not be seen. Feng asked" Where is Mr. Chen Tuan? "The beautiful woman said: "After drinking, Mr. Chen fell asleep and woke up at five o'clock. He said that we had worked hard all night and had nothing to give to each other, so he wrote a poem and asked us to reply to the Son of Heaven. Then he went out in the air." Feng had to lead the three beautiful women back to see and drive. At first glance, the poem said:

Snow is the body and jade is the cheek. Thank you for your gift.

Virgos do not enjoy the dream of Wu Gorge, and the Goddess goes down the balcony.

After reading the poem, Emperor Mingzong sighed and sent people to look around without any news.

Once, a woodcutter was cutting grass at the foot of the mountain. He saw a corpse in the cave, and the dust was an inch high. The woodcutter felt pity and was ready to dig a hole and bury it. When he pulled up, he recognized Mr. Chen Tuan. The woodcutter said, "What a good Mr. Chen Chuan, I don't know why he died here?" He stretched his waist, opened his eyes, and said, "You are sleeping happily. Why did you wake me up?" The woodcutter laughed.

Wang Kui, the governor of Huayin County, came to Huashan to see Chen Tuan in person. When we arrived at Jiushiyan, there was no half hut in a piece of stone. He asked him, "Where is your residence?" Chen Tuan laughed and said casually:

At the top of Pengshan Mountain is my palace. When I leave, I will cross the morning breeze.

Therefore, if you don't lock up the gold, you will get a cloud when you come.

Wang Kui wanted to cut wood and build an temple for him, but Chen Tuan firmly refused.

Later, these four verses came to the ears of Emperor Shizong of Zhou, and he knew that Chen Tuan was a high scholar, so he was specially summoned to ask him how long the country was going. Chen Tuan recited four more poems:

A good piece of wood is lush without competition.

If it is to last for a long time, add more treasure.

Emperor Shizong's surname is Chai, his name is Rong, his wood is lush, and his name is exactly the same as his name. He also has the word "Chang Chang". He thought it was a good omen, but he didn't know that Zhao Taizu took Zhou as the emperor, and his country name was Song. The word "Song" was added to the word "wood". The Song Dynasty enjoyed the country for a long time. Chen Tuan had already known in advance. Shizong wanted to give Chen Tuan the best title. Chen Tuan refused to accept it and insisted on returning to the mountain.

Five years later, Emperor Taizong was in power for twenty years, and had not yet established the crown prince. He was very anxious and thought: "Only Chen Tuan can predict the disasters and blessings of human life. Only ask him to decide this matter." Just thinking of this, the maid reported that Chen Tuan asked for an interview. Taizong was shocked and asked him to enter the palace; "What's your advice this time, sir?" Chen Tuan said, "I know your majesty has doubts in his heart, so I'm here to judge for your majesty."

Taizong laughed and said, "I knew you had the vision to predict, and today it is! I am worried about the establishment of the prince. Xiangwang Yuankan is tolerant and loving, and has the degree of emperor, but I don't know how lucky you are. I also want you to visit Xiangfu."

Chen Tuan took orders and came back at the door of Xiangfu. Taizong asked, "Why didn't you come back before you went in?" Chen Tuan said, "I have seen that all the people running back and forth in front of the Xiang Mansion have the blessing of the general. Why do you need to see King Xiang again?" So Taizong made up his mind that he would call King Xiang to be the prince today, which is later the Emperor Zhenzong.

Chen Tuan stayed in Kyoto for a month and still returned to Jiushiyan. At this time, Uncle Mu, over a hundred disciples such as Zhongfang, all built their houses under the Huashan Mountain and listened to him every day to teach the Book of Changes.

One day, Chen Tuanmingmen dug a stone chamber on the high rock of Zhang Chaogukou. After the stone chamber was chiseled, Chen Tuan and his disciples went to watch, and saw the clouds like green. Chen Tuan thought to himself, "This is what Mao Nu said, 'put the phase into the green smoke.". After that, he sat on the ground with his knees bent, his right hand supported him, and closed his eyes. The doorman then made a stone box to hold his body, and put it in the stone chamber with a few zhang long iron rope. As soon as the doorman left, the rock collapsed and immediately turned into a precipice. The five-color auspicious clouds sealed the valley mouth, which gradually disappeared after several decades. Later generations called this place Xiyi Gorge.

3、 Chen Tuan's contribution to Chinese culture

Zhuge Changqing: In the study of Chinese Taoist culture, Chen Tuan is an important person and an important part of Taoist culture.

1. Founder of Tai Chi Diagram.

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan, the founder of Chinese Tai Chi culture, created a series of "Yi" pictures, such as the "Tai Chi Diagram" and the "Congenital Square and Circle Diagram"

Chen Tuan advocated the integration of the three schools of thought to govern the Book of Changes, to study, to govern the mind, to govern the body, and to govern everything in the world. Under the guidance of this academic thought, Shao Yong (the third disciple of Chen Tuan), a great scholar, has been engaged in the study of congenital Yi for 30 years. "The stove is not in the winter, the fan is not in the summer" has written the great book "The Emperor's Extreme Classic", which is still an important reference book for natural sciences such as physics, astronomy, ecology, natural environment, etc. It revived the study of elephant numbers. At the end of the Han Dynasty, the development of the number of images reached its peak, and every word has its own characteristics. The method of annotating the book of changes with images has been exhausted. After the impact of the metaphysics of the Jin and Tang Dynasties, the book of changes soon tended to decline. Starting from Taoism, Chen Tuan referred to the study of Yi, invented the figure theory, highlighted the image number, changed the original tedious and tedious way of annotation like mathematics, and made the study of Yi emerge from nowhere, develop again, and occupy an important position in the history of the study of Yi.

4. The world's first sleeping immortal.

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan is an outstanding contributor to Taoism's health culture.

Chen Tuan's ancestors wrote the "Finger Mysteries", "View the Void", "Fetal Breath Code" and "Yin Zhen Jun Huan Dan Ge Note", etc., and practiced them personally, and became the first person in the world to sleep.

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan's ancestor proposed to use "body and mouth as furnace", "palace as stove", "kidney as water", "heart as fire", and "liver as wood" to make liver wood generate heart fire to refine kidney water, so as to achieve "dust and change" and form an invaluable "golden pill" in the human body; Its core is to "cultivate the heart and nourish the kidney" to control people's desire, not let the barbaric desire overflow, and achieve "all desires are not disturbed". This is the purpose of his internal alchemy cultivation. The internal alchemy cultivation rules like this, which can strengthen and prolong life, still have important practical significance.

Chen Tuan highly respected the "Limitless Map", and guided and improved the Taoist philosophy of internal alchemy, not only making himself the first to become "the world's sleeping skill first", but also making the internal alchemy theory, which is secret but not handed down, public and socialized, and promoting the development of the Chinese national fitness movement, which has benefited for thousands of years. Chen Tuan abandoned the external elixir and paid attention to the internal elixir.

5. Taoist materialism

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan's works such as "Guijian" and "Xinxiangpian" have led ancient Chinese physiognomy to the category of materialism.

The "Guijian" clearly states: "Those who have the sky are expensive, those who have the land are rich, and those who have the people are longevity". There are days, there are places, and personnel are not repaired. People should not judge by appearances. As long as there is "one day", people in nature should only rely on labor and wisdom to exchange for life and wealth. "There is land", live in the world, and regulate themselves with the virtues of the Chinese nation such as "morality, benevolence, righteousness and propriety". The harmony of "heaven, earth and man" is not delusional, not delusional, which is an important sign of human's whole, noble, rich and longevity. He recognized the "water and fire" of natural matter as the source of human life, reiterated the view of ancient materialistic philosophers that the origin of all things in the universe is material, and maintained the materialistic "correspondence between man and nature".

6. Confucianism and Taoism

Zhuge Changqing: Chen Tuan, the father of Confucius, wrote the Fables of the Three Peaks, the Collection of Gaoyang, the Collection of Diaotan, the Collection of Mu Yan, and the Commentary of Poetry, etc. He is erudite and versatile, and later generations regard him as "the founder of Confucianism"

Chen Tuan did not compete with the world, was not greedy for wealth, and did not seek official status. He was not only universally respected by the public, but also repeatedly summoned by the court. (He has advised many times about the way to govern the country, and all of them have been approved by the emperor.) Tang Xizong gave him the title of "pure and modest man". Zhou Shizong gave him "Mr. Baiyun" and Song Taizong gave him "Mr. Xiyi". Chen Tuan has become a model in the ancient history, political history and cultural history of the Chinese nation. Yu Ji, a scholar of the Yuan Dynasty, appraised him as "the book of the book, the teacher of a hundred generations" in his "Praise on the portrait of Mr. Chen Xiyi".

7. Leave behind the magic "calligraphy"

Chen Tuan's ancestor wrote the word "happiness and longevity", which is unique and respected by later generations.

All over the country, such as Jinanyue, Dazu, Tongnan, Emei Mountain, Huashan, Penglai Wonderland in Shandong Province, have preserved the two-character stone carving of "Fu Shou" written by Chen Tuan, which is unique and contains the eight-character philosophy of "Tian Gives Fu, Lin Gives Longevity", which is praised by the world. Its moral is to publicize the philosophy of family and nature, pay attention to ecological balance, protect the natural environment, and eat coarse cloth and clothing, leaving a valuable fortune for future generations.

Ancestor Chen Tuan: He is proficient in chess and has the ability to strengthen the brain and improve intelligence.

Chess is a kind of sports in China to increase knowledge and strengthen the body. In Qionglai County, Sichuan Province, opposite the Dianyi Cave in Baihe Mountain, there is the Xianren Cave in Chessboard Mountain, where Chen Tuan often plays chess; Huashan still retains a "Bo Tai", commonly known as "Chess Pavilion". It is said that Chen Tuan and Zhao Kuangyin won Huashan by chess. Its remains are here. "Since ancient times, Huashan has not received food" is the legend. The appearance of Chen Tuanlong still has its value and significance.

4、 Chen Tuan's song of enlightenment

1. Sleepy songs

I am clumsy by nature, but I like sleeping. I am not tired except breathing.

The universe is always empty, and life is generally drunk,

Who is busy with his work? It is not like sleeping in the hall overnight.

Chang'an is full of fame and profit. What's the end of the bustle?

The world does not know the dream and wakes up. When Huang Liang feels guilty, he is really ashamed.

Don't you see, Chen Tuan found out the formula, and the medicine in the cauldron was prepared on the pillow.

Not again. Idiots are more serious about dreams, so they have a long life.

I am really happy to sleep alone, but I still haven't woken up in the morning.

2. Encouraging sleeping poems

Ordinary people have nothing important, but sleep is important. The whole world is at rest, and the soul is motionless.

I feel that I have nothing to know, and the more greedy I become. You can laugh at people in the dust, but you don't know that dreams are dreams.

Most people have no dreams, and their dreams are immortals. The real person has no sleep, but sleep is a cloud.

The stove is close to medicine. There is another day in the pot. Want to know that in sleep, the world's most mysterious.

3. Sleeping song

I love sleeping, I love sleeping, do not lie on the mat, do not cover the quilt.

Stone pillow, coir raincoat covering the ground. You can sleep in the north and south.

Mount Tai was destroyed by thunder and lightning, and the vast sea water fell into the air. The Lilong shouted the ghosts and gods, and I was sleeping soundly at that time.

Think of Zhang Liang, think of Fan Li, talk about Cao Cao, and stop talking about Liu Bei. Two or three gentlemen only fight for petty annoyance.

Fight like a minister, facing the breeze, in the clouds at the top of the mountain, open your eyebrows, untie your belly, and sleep!

What's more, the jade rabbit rises in the east and the red wheel falls in the west.

4. Muddled song

Muddled through the years, muddled wake up muddled sleep.

Confused and unaware, the sky is bright, and the heart and lungs are buried in confusion.

It is rare for the world not to be confused, but I am confused.

The high place in Huayin is my palace. When I leave, I will fly across the morning breeze.

After ten years of walking in the world of mortals, I look back on the green mountains and dream frequently.

Zi Shou contends for glory and sleeps. Although Zhu Men are rich, they are not as poor.

I am worried about seeing the sword and halberd supporting the dangerous master, and I am worried about listening to the music.

Take the old books and go back to the old hiding place. Wild flowers sing like birds in spring.

7. Singing Girl

Ice muscle is bone and jade is cheek. Thank you for sending it.

Virgos do not dream of the Wu Gorge. They toil and rain on the balcony.

8. Seven unique

Sleeping in the middle of the night, neither cold nor heat nor years.

Peng Zushou is eight hundred years old, no more than Chen Tuan.

9. Two lamenting poems

The right and wrong side of the world wants to rest, and the ban on drum leakage in the Sixth Street has just begun to spread.

Those who admire the fame and wealth of the world should always lead their souls.

10. Dragon sting method

The dragon returns to the Yuan Sea, and the sun lurks in the yin. People say that they sting the dragon, but I sting the heart.

Silence hides its use and deep breath. White clouds lie high, and there is no bosom friend in the world.

Later generations, because of his metaphysical reasoning skills, combined him with Dongfang Manqian [i.e., Dongfang Shuo], another strange man who was good at calculation in the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and took their words as "Xiyi Manqian" to describe strange people and strange people. Typical is the Qing Dynasty novel "The Wizard of Oz", in which Yu Bing, the immortal cultivator, once said, "I see that the Taiji is extremely magnificent. It must be Xiyi and Manqian, who are willing to worship the Golden Elixir and guide the way."

道教神奇文化传奇:道教高人陈抟老祖(图)
道教文化,神秘莫测,自古以来是推动中国文化前进的重要力量。

    许多道教高人,为中华民族发展做出了卓越贡献。

    诸葛长青认为,在我们研究道教文化过程中,必须熟悉知道一个人,这个人就是神秘的道教高人----陈抟老祖。

    陈抟老祖,宋朝开国皇帝赵匡胤的秘密军师;

    陈抟老祖,第一个公开八卦太极图的人;没有陈抟老祖,今日之人还不知道周易八卦太极图如何画、如何摆布......。

    陈抟老祖,第一个公开河图洛书的人;没有陈抟老祖,今日之人就仍然怀疑河图洛书是真、是假,是一幅画还是一本书......。

    陈抟老祖,一个神奇而又真实的人。

     诸葛长青和有缘者一起,穿越历史的隧道,一起去拜访这位神奇的道教高人---陈抟老祖。

    一、陈抟老祖简介。

    陈抟(871年—989年)字图南,号扶摇子,赐号希夷先生。

    汉族,五代宋初著名道教学者、隐士。

    陈抟继承汉代以来的象数学传统,并把黄老清静无为思想、道教修炼方术和儒家修养、佛教禅观会归一流,对宋代理学有较大影响,后人称其为“陈抟老祖”、“睡仙”、希夷祖师等。隐于武当山九室岩,移华山云台观,多著述。陈抟是传统神秘文化中富有传奇色彩的一代宗师。
    陈抟老祖,生于唐懿宗咸通十二年(871年)十月十日, 羽化于宋太宗端拱二年(989年)七月二十二日,享年118岁。
   陈抟年少时,好读经史百家之书,一见成诵,悉无遗忘,颇有诗名。五代后唐长兴(930~933年)中,举进士不第,遂不求仕进,从后晋至后周,娱情山水,凡二十余年。自言曾遇孙君仿、麞皮处士二人,谓武当山九室岩可以隐居。因入武当山,服气辟谷,但日饮酒数杯

   据北宋人文同称,他于后晋天福(936~944年)中曾入蜀,从邛州天师观都威仪何昌一学睡功“锁鼻术”。魏泰谓其“或一睡三年”。陈抟本有大志,然“数举不第”,且厌五代之乱,又所交往者多高道隐士,因此逐渐形成“出世”思想。天福二年(937年)在蜀时,有诗云:“我谓浮荣真是幻,醉来舍辔谒高公。因聆玄论冥冥理,转觉尘寰一梦中。”
   大约在后周或稍前,陈抟移居华山云台观,又止少华石室。“每寝处,多百余日不起”。据宋朝《国史》称,大约在此期间,他与另外两位传奇人物吕洞宾、李琪(或作“李奇”)交往甚密。再传弟子陈景元又称其与谭峭为师友。自此,其名大振。

   后周显德三年(956年)十一月,世宗“以四方未服,思欲牢笼英杰,且以抟曾践场屋,不得志而隐,必有奇才远略,于是召到阙下”,问以飞升黄白之术。抟答曰:“陛下为天子,当以治天下为务,安用此为?”命为谏议大夫(一说“拜左拾遗”),固辞不受。赐号“白云先生”,放归山;又命陶谷草诏,令华州刺史每事须供,岁时存问。
   显德五年(958年),成州刺史朱宪陛辞赴任,世宗令赍帛五十匹、茶三十斤赐抟。
    陈抟将五代十国的统一寄希望于赵匡胤。

    诸葛长青:陈抟老祖,曾经为迷茫的赵匡胤指点江山、筹划未来。

   赵匡胤命运迷茫、身无分文、事业无成的时候,经过华山,神机妙算的陈抟老祖,立刻让弟子邀请他上山,给他讲解天下大势、鼓励他斗志昂扬打天下,并通过下棋为他开示天下之道,为赵匡胤夺取天下定下了神机妙策。

   最有意思的是,陈抟老祖还和赵匡胤下了一盘棋,陈抟老祖要求赵匡胤以华山为赌注。赵匡胤当然很高兴,最后,输棋的赵匡胤写字据把华山送给了陈抟老祖(赵匡胤那时候身无分文,对自己打天下半信半疑。还承诺打下天下就免除华山附近的租税。)。后来,赵匡胤做了宋朝皇帝,陈抟老祖非常高兴,说:从此天下安定矣。

   赵匡胤去世后,接班的太宗赵光义曾两次召见。第一次在太平兴国初年,太宗待之甚厚。第二次在太平兴国九年(或雍熙元年,984年)。

   据《太宗实录》《续资治通鉴长编》《东都事略》等书记载,陈抟复至汴京,以羽服见于延英殿,太宗甚为礼重。因语宰相宋琪等人曰:“抟独善其身,不干势利,所谓方外之士也。入华山四十年,度其年近百岁人,且言天下安治,故来朝觐,此意亦可念也。即令引至中书,卿可试与之语。”

   宋琪问:“先生得玄默修养之道,可以授于人乎?”陈抟答曰:“抟山野之人,于时无用,亦不知神仙黄白之术,吐纳养生之理,非有方术可传。假令白日冲天,亦何益于世?今圣上龙颜秀异,有天人之表,博达今古,深究治乱,真有道仁圣之主也。正是君臣协心同德、兴化致治之秋,勤行修炼,无出于此。”宋琪等表上其言,太宗更加敬重。十月下诏,赐号“希夷先生”(希指视而不见,夷指听而不闻,出自道德经!此处有误!视之不见名曰夷。听之不闻名曰希,又有大音希声,所以希指的是听!),并令有司增葺华山云台观。数月后放还山。
    二、陈抟老祖部分故事

   陈抟好读易经,手不释卷。他一生修道,编写了导养、还丹为主要内容的《指玄篇》八十一章,并致力于导养之道。他进一部发展了道教修炼之法,创作出《无极图》等一系列图式,以“顺以生人”,“逆以还丹”的理论体系来探究生命的起源,寻找延年益寿之方,因此被后世道教徒尊奉为“陈抟老祖”。
   陈抟通晓了八卦大意,从此无书不看,飘飘然有出世之志。十八岁那年,父母双亡,他于是抛散家财隐居山中。后来梦见毛女传授他炼形归气、炼气归神、炼神返虚的大法,便遵命奉行。
   士大夫们不远千里慕名而来,陈抟却侧身而卧,不予理会。众人见他鼾声如雷,都纷纷叹息而去。
   后唐明宗皇帝听说了他的高名,御笔亲书派使者持诏征他出山。陈抟不违抗圣旨,只得来到洛阳歇见天子。见了天子,陈抟却不拜,满朝文戊大惊失色,明宗却不怪,感叹说“高士是不用常礼来对待的”。就将他送到礼贤宾馆,释心照料。陈抟一无所用,早晚只在蒲团上打坐而已。明宗三番五次驾幸礼贤宾馆,有时恰好逢他睡卧,也不敢惊动他,就回去了。明宗心理知道他是一个异人,对他愈加敬重,想让他担任要职,陈抟根本不答应。

   丞相冯道向明宗建议说:“眼下正值风雪交加之际,陈抟独座蒲团,必然寒冷。陛下可派一使者,带上一坛佳酿,再选美女三人送他佐酒暖足。他如喝了酒,要了美女,不愁他不接受官爵!”明宗点头称是,从宫中选出妙龄少女三人,和美酒送去,”望先生万勿推辞。“陈抟欣然收下,开杯畅饮,对送来的美女,也不推辞。明宗见了龙颜大润。第二天派冯前去加封官爵,但只见三位美女在房中,早以不见陈抟踪影。冯问“陈抟先生哪去了?” 美女说:“陈先生喝完酒倒头便睡,五更时才醒,他说我们一夜辛苦,无物相赠,于是就提诗一首,让我们回复天子,然后就飘然出门而去。”冯只好领三个美女回朝见驾。明宗一看,那诗写的是:
   雪为肌体玉为腮,多谢君王送得来。

   处士不兴巫峡梦,空烦神女下阳台。
   明宗读了诗,叹息不已,派人四处寻访,毫无消息。

   有一次,有个樵夫在山下割草,见山凹里有一具尸骸,尘埃有一寸高。樵夫心中怜悯,准备挖个坑埋起来。拖起来时,却认得陈抟先生,樵夫说:“好个陈传先生,不知为什么死在这里?”只见陈抟把腰一伸,睁开双眼,说:“正睡的快活,为什么把我搅醒了?”樵夫大笑不已。
   华阴县令王逵,亲自来到华山求见陈抟。到了九石岩,见光光的一片石头,绝无半间茅舍。就问他:“先生的住处到底在什么地方?”陈抟大笑,随口吟道:
   蓬山高处是吾宫,出即凌虚跨晓风。
   因此不将金锁闭,来时自有白云封。
   王逵要为他伐木建庵,陈抟坚决推辞。
   后来这四句诗传到周世宗耳里,知道陈抟是为高士,特地将他召来,问他国运长短。陈抟又吟出四句诗:
   好块木头,茂盛无赛。
   若要长久,添重宝盖。
   世宗皇帝姓柴,名荣,木头茂盛,正合姓名,又有“长久”二字,以为是佳兆,却不知赵太祖代周为帝,国号宋,“木”添盖了一个“宋”字。宋朝享国长久,陈抟已经预先知道了。世宗要将极品的爵位授给陈抟,陈抟不愿意接受,坚决请求回山。
   端拱五年,太宗皇帝在位二十年,还没立下太子,心急如焚,思忖:“惟有陈抟最能预言人事祸福,只有请他来决断这见事才好。” 正想到这里,内侍报告说陈抟求见。太宗大惊,请他进宫,问道;“先生这次来有什么指教?” 陈抟说:“老夫知陛下胸中有疑,特来为陛下判断。”

   太宗大笑道:“我就知道先生有预测的眼力,今天果然如此!我正为立太子一事而烦恼不堪,襄王元侃宽容慈爱,有帝王之度,但不知福分如何,还烦先生到襄府一看。”

   陈抟领命,才到襄府门前就回来了。太宗问道:“先生为何没有进去就回来了?” 陈抟说:“老夫已看过,襄府门前来回奔走的人都有将相之福,何必再见襄王呢?”太宗于是打定主意,即日宣召,立襄王为太子,就是后来的真宗皇帝。
   陈抟在京都,有住了一个月,依然回到九石岩。这时穆伯长,种放等一百多人门人,都筑室在华山之下,朝夕听他讲授《周易》。

   一天,陈抟命门人在张超谷口的高岩上凿一间石室。石室凿好后,陈抟同门人一起前往观看,只见云烟如翠。陈抟心想:“这就是毛女所说的‘将相入翠烟”了。说完,屈膝盘坐在地上,右手支颐,闭目而逝。门人于是制作了石匣盛放他的尸体,并用几丈长的铁索琐住,安放在石室内。门人刚一离开,那块岩石自己崩塌,立刻变成了绝壁,只见五色祥云,封住谷口,几十天后才渐渐散去,后人于是把这个地方叫做希夷峡。
   三、陈抟老祖对中华文化贡献
   诸葛长青:研究中国道教文化,陈抟老祖是很重要的一个人,是道教文化的重要组成部分。

   1、太极图创始人。
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖创绘“太极图”、“先天方圆图”等一系列《易》图,成为中国太极文化的创始人。

   在陈抟以前未见有“太极图”,亦未形成太极文化形态及其理论体系。自陈抟创绘出“太极图”、“先天方圆图”、“八卦生变图”等一系列《易》图,并发表《太极阴阳说》后,才出现了有宋代大儒周敦颐的《太极图说》、张载的《太和论》、邵雍的《皇极经世》,程颢、程颐、朱熹等的《易传》,从而才有中华独有的太极文化形态和一系列理论的形成,尤其是宋代理学家的形成,推动了宋代历史的进步。张载(1020——1077)字子厚,继承陈抟的“宇宙一气论”,提出了“太虚即气论”,两者契合,成为宋代唯物论的先源。不难看出,陈抟应是当之无愧的中国太极文化的创始人,宋代理学的奠基人。
“龙图”第一人
   2、著《易龙图序》、传河洛数理成为中国“龙图”的第一人。
   诸葛长青:河图洛书,从陈抟老祖公开,才有了今日人们看到的神秘图形。“龙图”又名“河图”,是“龙马始负图”和“河龙图发”传说的简称,早在《尚书雇命》中有“河图”记载,因未见图,两汉时期学者争论不休,各说不一。有《河图》20卷在隋炀帝(杨广)时因战乱烧毁而失传。在五代后周时,陈抟著《龙图序》,又名《易龙图序》,从道家文化宝库中传出了《龙图》的基本内容后,人们才知道“龙图”是一个物象数理起源图示,后来科学家认定“河图为数学之母”,“数学为科学之母”,因而才知道《河图》的重大作用。《易龙图序》对南宋伟大数学家秦九韶的《数术九章》以启迪作用。他在自序中数学基础“自爰河图洛书,八卦九畴”,即为明证。可见陈抟应是中国“龙图”第一传人。

   陈抟的图书之学对后世有深远的影响。由他开启的图书之学,经过师承传授,逐渐受到宋人关注,成为宋学一个重要组成部分。尤其当它被置入朱子《周易本义》之后,其声望随着朱子地位的升高而升高,这种来自道家的文化很快被儒家吸收,遂即成为正宗的官学,对中国文化发生了重要的影响。中国的医学、兵法、丹术、算学、文学、堪舆、遁甲等学科皆援引之、吸收之。因此,陈抟对易学乃至中国文化的贡献不可磨灭
   3、注释《正易心法》,倡先天易学,为中国自然科学的发展提供了有力参考。
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖,主张周易预测要结合实际,不要高推圣境。要走实战路线。他的先天易学,是宋代新“易”学始祖。新就新在把“道儒佛”三家之学融合在一起,三教互补,融会贯通,形成中国古代完整的哲学体系。

   陈抟主张融合三家以治《易》、以治学、以治心、以治身、以治天下一切。在这一学术思想的指导下,大儒邵雍(陈抟的第三弟子)从事研究先天易学长达30年之久,“冬不炉,夏不扇”写出了《皇极经世》巨著,至今仍是物理学、天文学、生态学、自然环境学等自然科学的重要参考工具书。它复活了象数易学。象数易学发展到汉末达到了顶峰,一字一句必有其征的以象注《易》法已山穷山尽,经晋唐玄学易的冲击,很快趋向式微。陈抟从道家入手,参证易学,发明图说,彰显象数,一改象数学原有的繁琐、乏味的注经方式,使象数易学绝处逢生,再度向前发展,在易学史上占有重要的地位。
   4、天下睡仙第一人。
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖是道家养生文化的杰出贡献者。

   陈抟老祖著《指玄篇》、《观空篇》、《胎息诀》和《阴真君还丹歌注》等,并亲自实践,成为天下睡仙第一人。
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖提出以“身口为炉”、“宫室为灶”、“肾为水”、“心为火”、“肝为木”,使肝木生心火以炼肾水,达到“成尘得变”,结成人体内的无价“金丹”;其核心是“修心养肾”控制人的欲望,不让野蛮的欲望泛滥,达到“诸欲不扰”。这是他内丹修炼的目的,象这样的强身延年的内丹修炼法则,至今仍具有重要的现实意义。
   陈抟十分推崇《无极图》,并指导和完善道教内丹哲理,不仅使自己率先成为“天下睡功第一”,而且把秘而不传的内丹学说公开化、社会化,推动了中华全民健身运动发展,功在千秋。陈抟摈弃外丹,注重内丹。   

   5、道教唯物论
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖著《龟鉴》、《心相篇》等,把中国古代相学引向唯物论的范畴。
   《龟鉴》明言:“有天者贵,有地者富,有人者寿”。有天、有地,人事不修,是徒有相也。人不可貌相,只要“有天”,人在自然界,只要靠劳动和智慧去换取生活财富,“有地”,身处世间,以“道德仁义礼”等的中华民族美德来规范自己。“天地人”三者的协调一致,不妄想,不妄为,这就是人的全相、贵相、富相、寿相的重要标志。他把自然物质的“水火”认作人的生命之源,重申了古代唯物哲学家认为宇宙万物的本源是物质的观点,维护了唯物的“天人相应论”。
   6、儒师道祖
   诸葛长青:陈抟老祖著《三峰寓言》、《高阳集》、《钓谭集》、《木岩集》、《诗评》等,博学多才,后世尊他为“儒师道祖。”
   陈抟与世不争,不贪富贵,不求仕禄,不仅受到社会人士的普遍尊重,而且受到朝廷多次召见。(曾谏过多次治国之道,均得皇帝恩准。)唐僖宗赐他为“清虚处士”。周世宗赐他为“白云先生”,宋太宗赐他为“希夷先生”。陈抟集“道德文章已系于一身”,成为中华民族古代史、政治史、文化史上的一代楷模。元代学者虞集在《题陈希夷先生画像赞》中评价他为“图书之传,百世之师”。
  7、留下神奇“书法”
   陈抟老祖书写“福寿”二字,独具特色,为后世所推崇。
   今安岳、大足、潼南、峨眉山、华山、山东蓬莱仙境等全国各地,皆保存了陈抟书写的“福寿”二字石刻,此二字独具特色,内含“田给予福、林付长寿”八字哲理,受到世人赞叹。其寓意是宣传道家人与自然、注重生态平衡、保护自然环境、粗食布衣等哲学思想,为后人留下一笔宝贵财富。
   8、棋艺
   陈抟老祖:精通棋艺,立健脑益智之功。
   弈棋是中国一门增知强身的一项体育运动,古往今来受到社会的普遍重视。四川省邛崃县的白鹤山点易洞对面有棋盘山仙人洞,是陈抟修炼时常弈棋的地方;华山至今还保留一个“博台”俗称“下棋亭”,传说陈抟与赵匡胤以棋局赢华山,其遗迹在此。“自古华山不纳粮”,就是讲的这个传说故事。陈抟龙图出现仍有它存在的价值和意义。

    四、陈抟老祖悟道歌

   1、喜睡歌
我生性拙惟喜睡,呼吸之外无一累。
宇宙茫茫总是空 ,人生大抵皆如醉,
劳劳碌碌为谁忙,不若高堂一夕寐。
争名争利满长安,到头劳攘有何味?
世人不识梦醒关,黄粱觉时真是愧。
君不见,陈抟探得此中诀,鼎炉药物枕上备。
又不见,痴人说梦更认真,所以一生长愦愦。
睡中真乐我独领,日上三竿犹未醒。
  2、励睡诗
常人无所重,惟睡乃为重。举世皆为息,魂离神不动。
觉来无所知,贪求心愈浓。堪笑尘中人,不知梦是梦。
至人本无梦,其梦本游仙。真人本无睡,睡则浮云烟。
炉里近为药,壶中别有天。欲知睡梦里,人间第一玄。
  3、睡歌
臣爱睡,臣爱睡,不卧毡,不盖被。
片石枕头,蓑衣覆地。南北任眠,东西随睡。
轰雷掣电泰山摧,万丈海水空里坠,骊龙叫喊鬼神惊,臣当恁时正酣睡。
闲想张良,闷思范蠡,说甚曹操,休言刘备。两三个君子,只争些小闲气。
争似臣,向清风,岭头白云堆里,展放眉头,解开肚皮,打一觉睡!
更管甚,玉兔东升,红轮西坠。
   4、糊涂歌
糊里糊涂度年岁,糊涂醒来糊涂睡。
糊涂不觉又天明,复向糊涂埋心肺。
明明白白又糊涂,糊涂饮酒糊涂醉。
世人难得不糊涂,独我糊涂有真味。
   5、华山游
华阴高处是吾宫,出即凌空跨晓风。
台殿不将金锁闭,来时自有白云封。
   6、归隐
十年踪迹走红尘,回首青山入梦频。
紫授纵荣争及睡,朱门虽富不如贫。
愁看剑戟扶危主,闷听笙歌聒醉人。
携取旧书归旧隐,野花啼鸟一般春。
   7、辞歌女
冰肌为骨玉为腮,多谢君王送到来。
处士不生巫峡梦,空劳云雨下阳台。
   8、七绝
昏昏黑黑睡中天,无寒无暑也无年。
彭祖寿经八百岁,不比陈抟一觉眠。
   9、叹世诗二首
(其一)
千门万户锁重开,星斗排空静悄然。
尘世是非方欲歇,六街禁鼓漏初传。
(其二)
银河斜转夜将阑,枕上人心弄未闲。
勘叹世廛名利者,多应牵役魂梦间。
  10、蛰龙法

龙归元海,阳潜于阴。人曰蛰龙,我却蛰心。
默藏其用,息之深深。白云高卧,世无知音。
   后人因为他的玄学推理之功,将其与汉武帝时期另一位擅长推算之理的奇人东方曼倩【即,东方朔】,取其二人的字合成为“希夷曼倩”,来形容奇人异士。典型的有清代小说《绿野仙踪》里面,修仙之人于冰曾说“我见台驾气宇异常,必是希夷曼倩之流,愿拜求金丹大道,指引迷途。”
