What is release?

Letting go is an act of mercy, buying things to save and release the living beings who have been captured, captured, imprisoned and killed!

No matter how much money you have, you can set free.

If you have more money, you can put it more. If you have less money, you can put it less.

There are many benefits of releasing life. According to the famous Master Hanshan of the Ming Dynasty, releasing life has great merits:

1、 Let go and unite with nature.

2、 Let go of the Buddha.

3、 Free life to avoid three disasters. (Three disasters: sabre, epidemic and famine).

4、 Let go of Jiu Heng (Jiu Heng: 1. Get sick and have no cure. 2. Be burned by fire. 3. Fall across the cliff. 4. Curse by poison. 5. Punk by the king's law. 6. Indulge in the water. 7. Take away the essence from others. 8. Be eaten by evil animals. 9. Be trapped by hunger and thirst.)

5、 The release life is long.

6、 The release officer was rewarded.

7、 Give birth to grandchildren.

8、 Let the family celebrate.

9、 Free yourself from worries.

10、 Release less disease.

11、 Let go of the grievances.

12、 The crime of letting go is clean.

13、 Let Guanyin be kind.

14、 Let go of all virtuous people.

15、 Let go and make good friends.

Zhuge Changqing reminded everyone to always think about the "Shed's Law":

Give up=give up before you get it=the more you give up=the more you get

Let go, as long as you live alive. For example:

Flying in the sky: sparrows, eagles, pheasants, all kinds of birds, etc.

Running on the ground: snakes, earthworms, foxes, weasels, frogs, insects, etc;

In the water: fish, eel, turtle, crab, etc.

Those who pray for wishes, blessings, health, marriage, etc. should be released more.

It is huge, simple and convenient. We should persevere.

As long as the economy allows, we should release more animals.

"Guangming Jiesheng" has published many stories of Jiesheng, and excerpts are shared with those who are destined.

True story 1: The freed fox returns to help

"Guangming Jiesheng" story: When I was on business in Tangshan, an old man told me a story about Jiesheng, which was his own experience.

The old man told me that before 1976, he was the administrator of a reservoir in Tangshan. He often stood alone in the distribution room beside the reservoir. Because he often has nothing to do, he likes fishing. With the continuous improvement of fishing technology, the fish he catches often cannot eat, so he keeps it in a big tank. This large tank is placed in a simple kitchen.

One night in the early summer of 1976, before he slept, he heard something moving in the kitchen. He picked up the guy and went to see. It turned out that a wild fox who came to steal fish accidentally fell into the tank and could not climb up. Thinking that there were fewer unidentified fish in the past few times, I wanted to kill this annoying and unlucky fox. When he shone a bright flashlight on the fox, he saw that the fox's eyes were full of fear, even tears, and his heart softened again... Finally, he released the wild fox.

Later, his fish were never less. Two or three times, when he got up in the morning, there were some pheasants and hares in front of his house. He felt that the fox was a spiritual and conscientious animal. To his surprise and emotion, the wild fox actually saved his life when the big earthquake came suddenly.

At about 3:00 a.m. on July 28, 1976, when he was asleep, he was awakened by a kind of quick scratching sound and purring sound. He recognized that it was the fox and got up and opened the door. The wild fox looked up at him anxiously, and circled around the place again and again, like a mute full of words with urgent matters. He thought, maybe the fox didn't find the prey, and was hungry, so he came to ask for help. However, just when he wanted to go back to the house to get something to eat and give him relief, the fox suddenly grabbed his sandal belt and pulled it out. He suddenly had a premonition. So he followed the fox to the yard. At this time, the world-shaking 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck, and the power distribution room where he lived collapsed instantly

Until now, the old man still cannot forget the fox that was released by him and came to save him. He said with emotion, "The earth is a big family. Most creatures and animals are closely related to human beings. Although animals can't speak, they also have the same thinking, spirituality and conscience..."

True story 2: Four tortoises come to life at a dead end, and three return to shore Shane

The story of "Guangming Free Life Network": At about 4:30 p.m. on September 12, 2004, I went to Baoji for a meeting. When I passed the gate of the Cultural Palace, I met a boy who was about eighteen or nine years old (with an accent of Hebei) and was carrying four big turtles that had grown up for more than 20 years. They were selling in the street. At that time, there were a lot of people watching, because the four turtles were very beautiful with flowers on their backs. Some people want to buy them very much, but the price is too high. I asked the child how much it costs for one. The child said, 30 yuan for each. I said, "Can you reduce it? I want all four." The child said, "Not a penny.". I spoke hard. I knew that the price reduction seemed hopeless because none of them had been sold from the morning to the afternoon. (Maybe these four turtles were predestined with me in my previous life!) I thought at that time that after the four turtles were sold, they would be killed and eaten. It was pathetic. I decided to buy all of them.

Say to the child: I want all four turtles, and the price is as you say, but you must follow me and put them into the river (because I'm afraid). The child said: Yes. Finally, the child and I called a red Xiali taxi and took the tortoise with them to the bank of the Weihe River, which is about 5 kilometers away from Baoji. After putting the tortoise into the water, a magical phenomenon appeared. I have seen this phenomenon many times from books, and I also want to believe and know it. And from the process of releasing the tortoise, it really proves that the spirituality of all kinds of beings in the book is the same.

After putting the four turtles into the water, the four turtles made a circle in the water, and then returned to the shore at the same time, with their heads stretched out, as if listening to us. After a while, the four turtles went back to the water for a circle and returned to the shore again, with their heads stretched out, their eyes flashing, looking at the three of us, and they were not afraid of us catching them again. He seemed to know that he would go back and forth three times in this way, and finally landed on the shore, I said to them, "After reincarnation, do more good deeds, do more good deeds, convert to Buddhism, convert to the law, and convert to monks." After I said that, I said goodbye to the four turtles with my hands, and the four turtles also extended their front left legs to meet us for a long time before returning to the river. The driver and the boy selling tortoises were shocked. (Zhuge Changqing: Those who release animals are moving and have unlimited blessings. The tortoise is the most spiritual. If the funds are available, you can release more tortoises.) The driver said that it scared my hair up at that time; The little boy who sells tortoises said that I will never do this business again in my life. I said: All living beings have Buddha nature. It is the same as human beings, but its appearance and skin are different. Divine awareness and spirituality are the same as human beings.

This incident taught a lesson to the little boy and taxi driver who sold tortoises on the spot. The driver said that he was a butcher in a food factory who had killed pigs for more than 20 years. He will never hurt a living creature again. This is a true story. I hope that people should not covet delicious food and hurt an animal for no reason. All living beings have spirituality. They are really poor. They should cherish their lives and protect them.

The four turtles came to the end of the road, and the three turtles came to the shore.

I urge you to be merciful and cherish your life to abstain from killing and releasing.

Release should be consistent and conform to the ritual.

As long as "do nothing evil, pursue all good, and persevere", we will respond to all requests. To have a good fate, in fact, is very simple, that is, to do good deeds such as releasing and giving food. If you do more good deeds, you will be rewarded.

放生，就是救助生命、超度债主、化解业障，放生越多，福报越大。

  什么是放生？

  放生就是看到有生命的异类众生，被擒被抓被关被杀，命在垂危之际，发慈悲心，买物救赎，予以解救释放的一种行为！

  如果大家有时间，建议大家多放生。

   不论钱多钱少，都可以放生。

  钱多的多放，钱少的可以少放，功德很大。

    放生的好处很多，我国明代著名的憨山大师说，放生有巨大功德：

  一．放生合天心。

  二．放生顺佛意。

  三．放生免三灾。（三灾：刀兵灾、疾疫灾、饥馑灾）。

  四．放生离九横（九横：1、得病无医。2、为火所焚。3、横堕山崖。4、毒药咒诅。5、王法诛戳。6、水中沉溺。7、非人夺精气。8、为恶兽所啖。9、饥渴所困。）

  五．放生寿命长。

  六．放生官禄盛。
   七．放生子孙昌。

  八．放生家门庆。

  九．放生无忧恼。

  十．放生少疾病。

  十一．放生解冤结。

  十二．放生罪垢净。

  十三．放生观音慈。

  十四．放生普贤行。

  十五．放生结善缘。
   诸葛长青提醒大家要经常思考“舍得定律”：

  舍得 = 有舍才有得 = 舍得越多 = 得到越多

  放生，只要活得生灵就可以。譬如：

  天上飞的：麻雀、老鹰、山鸡、各类鸟类等等。

  地上跑的：蛇、蚯蚓、狐狸、黄鼠狼、青蛙、昆虫等等；

  水里的：鱼类、黄鳝、乌龟、螃蟹等等。

  凡是祈求愿望者、祈求福报、祈求健康、祈求婚姻等等，要多放生。

  放生福报巨大，简单方便。应当持之以恒。

  只要经济允许，应当多放生。

   “光明放生网”刊登很多放生故事，摘录分享给有缘者。

  真实故事一：放生的狐狸返回救命

　　“光明放生网”故事：到唐山出差時，有一位老者给我讲了一个有关放生的故事，说是他自己的亲身经历。

　　这位老人告訴我，在1976年以前，他是唐山某水库的管理员，经常一个人驻守在水库边的配电室里。因常常闲来无事，他喜欢上了垂钓，随着垂钓技术的不断提高，他钓的魚常常吃不了，就存养在一口大缸裡。这口大缸则放在简易搭建的厨房里。

　　1976年初夏的某个晚上，他还沒睡，就听到厨房里有动静，他抄起傢伙去看个究竟。原來是一只前來偷吃魚的野狐不小心掉进了缸里，怎么也爬不上來了。想到前几次不明鱼就少了，就想弄死这支讨厌而倒霉的狐狸。当他用强光手电照着狐狸时，他看到狐狸的眼裡满是惊恐，甚至还有眼泪，他的心又软了……最终还是放了这只野狐。

　　后来，他的鱼就没再少过。有兩三次，他早晨起來，房門前还放着一些山鸡野兔什么的。他就感觉到这只狐狸是一只有灵性、有良心的动物。更令他意想不到、感慨万端的是，大地震驟來時，這隻野狐居然挽救了他的命。

　　1976年7月28日凌晨3時左右，熟睡中的他，被一種急促的抓挠声音和嗚嗚叫声吵醒，他听出來是那只狐狸，就起身下床打开房門──那隻野狐焦躁不安地仰脸望著他，並一次次地就地兜圈子，像一个有急事的滿腹话语的啞巴。他就想，可能狐狸沒找到猎物，饿急了，來求援了。可是，就在他想回屋里取吃的東西给他救济時，那隻狐狸忽然咬住了他的涼鞋帶，狠命地往外拉。他忽然有一种什么預感。于是，隨狐狸來到院子裡。就在這時，举世皆惊的7.8級的大地震轰然降临，他居住的配电室瞬間即被震塌……

　　直到現在，年迈的老人还念念不忘那隻被他放生、又來救他的狐狸，感慨万端地說：“地球就是個大家庭，大多数的生物、动物与人类息息相关，动物尽管不会语言，却也有着同样的思维、灵性和良心……”

　　真实故事二：四乌龟绝路逢生，三回头靠岸谢恩

　　“光明放生网”故事：2004年9月12日下午4时30分前后，我到宝鸡开会，路过文化宫门口时，碰见一个男孩约十八、九岁（口音是河北人）身背四只成长20余年的大乌龟，在街道叫卖，当时围观的人很多，因为，四只乌龟身净背花，特别好看。有的人很想买，但却嫌价太高，我问小孩，一只卖多少钱，小孩说，每只30元，我说：“能不能少，我四只全部要。”小孩说：一分也不少。说话口气较硬，我知道降价看来无望，因為从上午已到下午一只也未卖出手，（也许这四只乌龟与我前世有缘吧！）我当时便想，四只乌龟出手后，就会被人杀吃，太可怜了，我决定全部买下放生。

　　就对小孩说：四只乌龟我全要，价钱就按你说的办，但你必须跟我走，将它们放到河里去（因為我害怕）。小孩说：可以。最后小孩跟我叫了一辆红色夏利出租车，带上乌龟一同坐车到远离宝鸡市外约5公里处较深的渭河水岸去放，把乌龟放到水中后，出现了神奇般的现象。这种现象我从书本上曾多次看到，我也很想信也知道这些，而从这次放乌龟的过程中，确实证明了书本上所说的，不论哪一类众生灵性都是一样的。

　　当把四只乌龟放到水里去以后，四只乌龟在水里转了一个圈，便同时回到岸边，头伸起来，好像在听我们说话，等了一会，四只又回到水里去转了一个圈又回到岸边，头伸起来，眼睛在闪动，望著我们三人，也不怕我们再来抓它，他好像知道，这样往返三次，最后一次上岸边，我对它们说：“来生转世后，多做善事，多做好事，皈依佛，皈依法，皈依僧”我说完后，用手给四只乌龟再见，四只乌龟也伸出前左腿向我们再见多时，才返回河里去了。当时在场的司机和卖乌龟的男孩都给吓愣了。（诸葛长青：放生者感天动地，自有无限福报。乌龟的是最有灵性的，如果资金条件可以，可以多多放生乌龟）司机说，当时把我吓的头髮都立起来了；卖乌龟的小男孩说，我今生再也不做这个生意了。我说：一切众生，皆有佛性，他和人是一样的，而是它的外型和外面披的皮各不一样，神识和灵性是和人类一样的。

　　这件事，教训了当场卖乌龟的小男孩和出租车司机，司机说：他从前是一个杀过20余年猪的食品厂屠宰人员，他从今往后再也不伤一个生灵了。这件事是一个真实的故事，望众人千万不要贪图美味无故伤害一个动物，一切众生皆有灵性，他们确实太可怜了，要珍惜他们的生命，保护他们的生命。

　　四乌龟绝路逢生，三回头靠岸谢恩。

　　劝大家慈悲為怀，惜生命戒杀放生。

   放生要持之以恒，放生要符合仪轨。

  只要“诸恶莫作、众善奉行、持之以恒”，就会有求必应。要有好命运，实际上很简单，那就是进行放生、施食等善事，多做善事，必有福报。
