   I had a lot of setbacks in my life and work in the past.

   Then I came across Buddhism, and after I converted to Buddhism in 2011, my life has been much smoother.

Today I was asked to communicate with the president of the company in a company exercise and I couldn't say a word.   Hello, no matter what business you do. Remember, you have to like it first, liking it is the root of success.

  From your letter, it seems that you like it very much, then aspire to be good at him.

  How to grow fast as an outstanding marketer?

  Mr. Zhuge Changqing, gives you the following advice.

  1. Make a life vow and wish.

  People who achieve great things are those who do good deeds and have strong ambitions.

  Zhuge Changqing suggests that you find a clean place, kneel down on both knees and make a vow.

  My name is **** and I vow to stop doing evil and do good, to benefit society, to honour my parents and to care for others. Determined to be a good trainer and marketer, I will try to promote Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, and I will try to spread good knowledge to teach society and change hearts. I will work hard to earn money, and when I do, I will honour my parents and benefit society, vowing that I will give 3-5% of the money I earn to do good deeds. I ask all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and good gods to bless my success. I also ask my wrongdoers to understand and support me. I vow to do good deeds in this life and vow to do alms giving back to you, please bless me and support me.

  2. Make a goal plan.

  Zhuge Changqing suggests that when you have taken the vow, you calmly analyse and think about it, identify your strengths and weaknesses, continue to build on your strengths and correct your weaknesses immediately.

  List your struggle goals (how many customers to develop, how many orders to take, etc.), struggle plans (study, market, customers, image, exercise, etc.), then think calmly and start to act.

   Your salary should be disposed of scientifically. You are currently doing the right thing by giving your salary to your mother, reflecting your filial piety. Amitabha Buddha, a great man between heaven and earth, what are you afraid of? Why don't you have faith? The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of heaven and earth, the God of Goodness and the God of Wealth all protect those who do good deeds, you are the one who does good deeds, and you will have success. So, have faith and go for it!

  4, from the information you provide, your company is very good, there is a motivating atmosphere, then learn well, respect the leadership, unite colleagues, into the team, motivate passion. To quickly learn marketing skills, quickly learn how they develop the market, and quickly improve themselves.  戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
