Confucius said: filial piety is the most important thing in life.
Confucius said, "Filial piety begins with being close to others, and ends with being loyal to others."
Filial piety is the foundation of the three emperors and five emperors, and the principle of all kinds of things.
Zhuge Changqing: Can you imagine that if a person is not filial to his parents, will he respect the old people in the world? Will he sincerely respect his superior? Only the subordinates who are filial to their parents are worthy of great use and reuse.
The Book of Commerce said, "There are 300 criminal laws, and there is no more serious crime than unfilial piety."
Zhuge Changqing: Filial piety to parents is omni-directional. It is also unfilial to not protect your body. It is not filial to do immoral things and humiliate parents.
How can filial piety be considered filial piety? Zhuge Changqing believes that it can be summarized into five items:
One is to make parents happy in spirit;
Second, financially, let parents have no worries about food and clothing;
Third, be ambitious and make parents feel proud;
Fourth, physically, let parents never worry;
Fifth, in doing good deeds, let parents be praised.
Zhuge Changqing believes that it is filial piety to do these five things.
Those who are close to their parents should often visit and buy daily necessities;
People who are far away from their parents should often call and go home to see their parents on holidays.
Confucius, the supreme master of Dacheng, taught his disciples: "When they are in front of their parents, they should be filial to their parents; when they are out, they should obey their teachers, be cautious in their words and deeds, be honest and trustworthy, speak little, love people widely, and be close to those who are virtuous. After practicing this way, if there is any spare power, they should learn literature knowledge."
Zhuge Changqing believes that as a leader, manager and enterprise leader, you should demonstrate and vigorously promote filial piety so that your subordinates are filial to their parents. Otherwise, it is terrible if your subordinates do not respect their parents. It is difficult for a person to achieve a great cause and sincerely assist you if he or she is not filial to his or her parents.
As for the importance of filial piety, Zhuge Changqing contacted more people and learned more in the process of learning from ancient and modern times and traveling around the world. You can see that the big leaders, big cadres, big entrepreneurs and big winners around you are all people who respect their parents.
Confucius is one of the "seventy-two sages", whose appearance is very similar to Confucius' "son", and has a profound understanding of Confucius' thought. He concluded:
If a person can be filial to his father and mother, respect and love his brother, but likes to offend his superior, this kind of person is very rare. People who don't like to offend their superiors but like to rebel have never been like this. The gentleman devotes himself to the foundation of filial piety, and the foundation is established, and the "Tao" comes into being.
Confucius' disciples later sorted out the Analects of Confucius and put this passage at the front of the Analects of Confucius.
It can be seen from this that Confucius thought directly points to the strength of the people.
Confucius also said, "Filial piety is the foundation of virtue and the foundation of teaching."
"The Book of Filial Piety" says: "The highest degree of filial piety is to the gods, and to the world."
At the time of Qin Shihuang, the prime minister Lv Buwei organized a large number of outstanding talents and wrote a great book, "The Spring and Autumn of Lu Family". In the book, filial piety is highly respected.
Raise filial piety to the position of governing the country.
Zhuge Changqing believes that this is true of a country, an organization and an enterprise.
Let's take a look at the description of filial piety in Lu's Spring and Autumn Annals: "
To rule the world and govern the country, we must first focus on the fundamental, and put the non-fundamental behind. The so-called "fundamental" is not about cultivation, but about personnel. It is not about people being poor and making people rich, or people being sparse and making people large, but about fundamental.
Nothing is more important than filial piety. If the monarch is filial, his reputation will be glorious, the people below will obey, and the people in the world will praise him; If the ministers are filial, then they will be loyal to serve the monarch, the officials will be honest, they will be able to sacrifice themselves in the face of disasters, and the scholars and people will be filial, then they will work hard, attack will be overcome, guard will be solid, not tired, and not defeated.
Filial piety is the foundation of the three emperors and five emperors, and the principle of all kinds of things.
Zhuge Changqing: Filial piety is the foundation of a person, a country and a long history. Leaders, managers and entrepreneurs must set an example, practice filial piety in person, educate subordinates and employees to practice filial piety, and the country, cause and enterprise will develop for a long time.
After mastering a principle, all good things will appear, all bad things will be removed, and the world will obey, probably only filial piety!
So the reviewer must first base on his attitude towards his relatives, and then extrapolate to his attitude towards ordinary people; It must be based on his attitude towards people with important relationships, and then on his attitude towards people with minor relationships.
If there is such a person who is filial to those who are close to and important to him, and who are not indifferent to those who are slightly alienated from him, then it is prudent and generous to be filial. This is the way that the first king used to govern the world! Therefore, love your relatives, dare not hate others, respect your relatives, and dare not neglect others.
Love and respect are all used to serve relatives, and light is applied to the people and spread to the whole world. These are the filial piety of the Son of Heaven!
Zengzi said, "The body of a person is born by his parents. How dare you not be careful when using the body given by his parents? Living in peace is not respectful, not filial, serving the monarch is not loyal, not filial; the residence is not careful, not filial; making friends is not honest, not filial! Being brave in the face of war is not filial. If the above five situations cannot be done, the disaster will affect the family, how dare you not be careful?" The Book of Commerce said, "There are 300 articles in the criminal law. There is no more serious crime than unfilial piety."
Zengzi said, "There are five ways for the former king to govern the world: advocating morality, respecting dignity, respecting the elderly, respecting the elderly, and caring for the young.
These five are the methods that the first king used to make the world stable. So we advocate morality because it is close to the sages and sages, so we advocate honor because it is close to the monarch; So respect the old man because he is close to his parents, so respect the old man because he is close to his brother, so love the young man because he is close to his brother. "
Zengzi said, "When parents gave birth to themselves, their sons dare not destroy them; when parents raised themselves, their sons dare not abandon them; when parents saved themselves, their sons dare not hurt them, so when crossing the water, they took the boat instead of the marsh, and when walking, they took the road instead of the path. It can be called filial piety to protect the limbs and body, so as to guard the ancestral temple."
There are five ways to keep fit: renovate the house, make the bedding comfortable, and control the diet, which is the way to maintain the body; Set up five colors, set up five colors, and arrange patterns. This is the way to maintain the eyes, make the six laws accurate, make the five tones and cherish, and make the eight tones coordinated. This is the way to maintain the ears. 'Cook the rice, cook the meat, and harmonize the taste. This is the way to maintain the mouth. The face is pleasant, the speech is pleasant, and the manner is respectful. This is the way to maintain the will. These five principles, which are implemented in turn, can be called good health care.
Le Zhengzi hurt his foot when he left the hall. His foot was healed but he didn't go out for several months. His face still had a sad color.
The students asked him; "Sir, you hurt your foot when you came down from the hall. Your foot has healed but you haven't gone out for months. Your face still has a sad color. What's the reason?"
Le Zhengzi Chun said, "It's really good of you to ask this question. I heard it from Zengzi and Zengyu heard it from Kongyu. The parents gave birth to the son in good condition, and the son should return his body to his parents in good condition, without losing his body or damaging his body. This can be called open filial piety. A gentleman never forgets filial piety in every move. I forget filial piety, so I am sad.", The body is not private, but left by parents.
Zhuge Changqing: If you don't protect your body, you are also not filial.
The fundamental upbringing of the people is filial piety, and filial piety is filial piety.
It is possible to support parents, it is difficult to respect parents, it is possible to respect parents, it is difficult to make parents comfortable, it is possible to make parents comfortable, and it is difficult to be consistent.
After their parents die, they should be careful not to bring bad reputation to their parents. It can be said that they can start well and finish well. The so-called benevolence is to regard filial piety as benevolence; The so-called ceremony is to practice filial piety; The so-called righteousness is to take filial piety as appropriate, the so-called faith is to take filial piety as faith, and the so-called strong is to take filial piety as strong. Joy naturally results from the practice of filial piety. Criminal law will naturally be enforced because of violating filial piety.
Zhuge Changqing: Thank Fuxi Nvwa, our ancestor of human beings has set the rules of respecting their parents; Dacheng is the most holy. Thank Confucius for leaving the wisdom of filial piety to China; Thank ancient and modern sages and sages for their unswerving and earnest teachings that our Chinese children must do their utmost in filial piety; The rise of the Chinese nation must focus on filial piety.

作为领导者,你的属下应当是孝敬父母的人,这样的人才可大用、重用。

孔子说:孝道是人生最重要的。
子曰:“夫孝,始于事亲,中于事君,终于立身。”
孝道,是三皇五帝的根本,是各种事情的纲纪。
诸葛长青:可以想象,如果一个人连自己的父母都不孝敬,他会尊敬天下的老人吗?他会真心尊敬自己的上级吗?只有孝敬父母的下属,才是值得大用、重用的。
《商书》上说,“刑法三百条,罪过没有比不孝顺更重的了。”
诸葛长青:孝敬父母是全方位的,不保护自己身体,也是不孝顺。做不道德的事,让父母蒙羞更是不孝顺......。
如何尽孝算是孝顺呢?诸葛长青认为,可以概括为五条:
一是精神上,让父母开心快乐;
二是经济上,让父母衣食无忧;
三是志向上,让父母内心自豪;
四是身体上,让父母从不担心;
五是行善上,让父母被人赞美。
诸葛长青认为,做到这五条,算是尽孝了。
离父母近的应当常去看望,经常买点日常用品;
离父母远的应当常打电话,过节应当回家看看父母。
我们的大成至圣先师孔子教育弟子们说:“弟子们在父母跟前,就孝顺父母;出门在外,要顺从师长,言行要谨慎,要诚实可信,寡言少语,要广泛地去爱众人,亲近那些有仁德的人。这样躬行实践之后,还有余力的话,就再去学习文献知识。”
诸葛长青认为,作为领导者、管理者、企业领袖,应当以身示范、大力推行孝道,使你的属下是孝敬父母的人,否则,如果你的属下不孝敬父母,那是很可怕的。一个人连父母都不孝敬,很难成就大事业,很难衷心辅佐你啊。
对于孝道的重要性,诸葛长青在学习古今、游学天下过程中,接触人多了,了解的多了,发现的确如此啊。大家可以看看,你周围的大领导、大干部、大企业家、大成功者,都是孝敬父母的人。
孔子“七十二贤”之一、外貌酷似孔子的“有子”,对孔子的思想理解十分深刻,他总结说:
如果一个人能够孝顺爹娘、敬爱兄长,却喜欢触犯上级,这种人是很少见的。不喜欢触犯上级,却喜欢造反,这种人从来就没有过。君子专心致力于孝顺这个基础,基础树立了,“道”也就由此而产生了。
孔子的弟子们后来整理《论语》,把这段话专门放在《论语》的最前面。
由此可以看出,孔子思想直指人心的力度。
孔子还说:“夫孝,德之本也,教之所由生也。”
《孝经》云:“孝弟之至,通于神明,光于四海,无所不通。”
到了秦始皇时候,宰相吕不韦,组织了一大批杰出的人才,编写了一部伟大的书籍《吕氏春秋》。书中对于孝道更是高度推崇。
把孝道提高到治理国家的位置。
诸葛长青认为,一个国家如此,一个组织如此,一个企业更应如此。
让我们看看《吕氏春秋》中关于孝道的描述:”
凡是统治天下,治理国家,必先致力于根本,而把非根本的东西放在后边。所谓根本,不是说的耕耘种植,而是致力于人事、致力于人事,不是人民贫困而让人民富足,人口稀少而让人口众多,而是致力于根本。
致力于根本,没有比孝道更重要的了,君主做到孝,那么名声就卓著荣耀,下面的人就服从,天下的人就赞誉;臣子做到孝,那么侍奉君主就忠诚,居官就清廉,面临灾难就能献身,士人百姓做到孝,那么耕耘就用力,攻必克,守必固,不疲困,不败逃。
孝道,是三皇五帝的根本,是各种事情的纲纪。
诸葛长青:孝道是人立身之本,立国之基,源远流长的基础。领导者、管理者、企业家领袖,必须以身作则,亲自践行孝道,教育下属、员工行孝道,国家、事业、企业才会长久发展。
掌握了一种原则因而所有的好事都会出现,所有的坏事都去掉,天下都会顺从,大概只有孝道吧!
所以评论人一定先根据他对亲人的态度,然后再推及到他对一般人的态度;一定先依据他对关系重要之人的态度,然后再推及到他对关系轻微之人的态度。
假如有这样一个人,对跟他关系亲近重要的人行孝道,而对跟他关系轻微疏远的人也不怠慢,那么这就是谨慎笃厚于孝道了。这就是先王用来治理天下的方法啊!所以,热爱自己的亲人,不敢厌恶别人,尊敬自己的亲人,不敢怠慢别人。
把热爱尊敬全都用在侍奉亲人上,把光明施加在百姓身上,推广到普天下。这些就是天子的孝道啊!
曾子说:“人的身体是父母所生,使用父母给予的身体,怎敢不小心谨慎呢?平居不恭敬,不是孝顺,侍奉君主不忠诚,不是,孝顺;居官不谨慎,不是孝顺;交友不诚实,不是孝顺!临战不勇敢,不是孝顺。上面五种情况不能做到,灾祸就会连累到亲人,怎敢不小心谨慎呢?”《商书》上说,“刑法三百条,罪过没有比不孝顺更重的了。”
曾子说:“先王用来治理天下的方法有五条:崇尚道德,崇尚尊贵,尊敬老人,尊敬年长的,爱护年幼的。
这五条,就是先王用来使天下安定的方法。所以崇尚道德,是因为它接近干圣贤,所以崇尚尊贵,是因为它接近于君主;所以尊敬老人,是因他接近于父母,所以尊敬年长的,是因为他接近干兄长,所以爱护年幼的,是因为他接近于弟弟。”
曾子说:“父母生下了自身,儿子不敢毁坏;父母养育了自身,儿子不敢废弃;父母保全了自身,儿子不敢损伤,所以渡水时乘船而不浒涉,走路时走大路而不走小路。能保全四肢身体,以便守住祖庙,可以叫做孝顺了。”
养身之道有五条:整修房屋,使卧具安适,节制饮食,这是保养身体的方法;树立五色,设置五采,排列花纹,这是保养眼睛的方法,使六律准确,使五声和惜,使八音协调,这是保养耳朵的方法’把饭做熟,把肉煮熟.调和味道,这是保养嘴的方法,面色和悦,言语动听,举止恭敬,这是保养意志的方法。这五条,依次更替实行,就可以叫做善于保养身体了。
乐正子春下堂时伤了脚,脚好了可是几个月都不出门,脸上仍然有忧愁的颜色。
学生们问他说;“先生您下堂时伤了脚,脚好了可是几个月都不出门,脸上仍然有忧愁的颜色,请问这是什么缘故?”
乐正子春说:“你们问这个问得真好啊,我从曾子那里听说过,曾于又从孔于那里听说过这样的话,父母完好地把儿子生下来,儿子要完好地把身体归还父母,不亏损自己的身子,不毁坏自己的形体,这可以叫敞孝顺了。君子一举一动都不忘记孝道。我忘记了孝道,因此才忧愁。”所以说,身体不是白己私有的,而是父母亲留给的。
诸葛长青:不保护自己身体,也是不孝顺。
人民根本的教养是孝顺,行孝道是奉养。
奉养父母是可以做到的,对父母恭敬是难做到的,对父母恭敬是可以做到的,使父母舒适是难做到的,使父母舒适是可以做到的,能始终如一是难做到的。
父母死了以后,自己行为谨慎,不要带给父母坏名声,可以叫做能善始善终了。所谓仁,就是以孝道为仁;所谓礼,就是实行孝道;所谓义,就是以孝道为宜,所谓信,就是以孝道为信,所谓强,就是以孝道为强。欢乐自然会由于实行孝道而产生。刑法自然会由于违背孝道而施行。
诸葛长青:感谢伏羲女娲啊,我们的人类始祖定下了孝敬父母的规矩;大成至圣啊,感谢孔子老师,是他给中华留下了孝道的智慧文字;感谢古今圣贤啊,感谢他们矢志不渝的谆谆教诲我们中华儿女必须尽孝道;中华民族崛起,必须抓好孝道。
