诸葛长青说：毛泽东的领导艺术，也是无穷的宝库。可以写出很多本书。今天只把自己顿悟的五点送给大家吧。
诸葛长青认为：
毛泽东者，中华帝王也。
其身上洋溢着中华民族最杰出的智慧、最耀眼的光芒。、
他胸怀天下，服务人民，兼顾世界苍生。诸葛长青认为，毛泽东即是人间的佛菩萨、玉皇大帝选中的人间的帝王。
毛泽东的身上处处洋溢着耀眼的光芒，令人仰视、令人钦佩。
作为企业家，应当学习毛泽东的五点领袖特质：
一是胸怀天下。
纵观天下，胸怀天下，这是毛泽东的大气魄。
诸葛长青从“中华宇宙龙脉理论”研究认为，毛泽东上乘伏羲之龙脉、身负炎黄之谋略、汲取古今中外文化之精华、下延万年文化之基础，是一条开辟中华民族新纪元的时代巨龙。

当然，你也要发誓造福社会：多做一些救助贫困、多慰问敬老院、孤儿院，多捐款救助失学儿童、贫困大学生，要多放生、不杀生，要多印刷弟子规、三字经、论语、了凡四训、道德经、心经等儒家、道家、佛家的经典善书教育社会、改变人心，为中华民族的崛起而奋斗。
五是斗志昂扬。
奋斗者，必须面对各类情况。
风雨兼程、事情突变、山林茂密、城市万千......。
毛泽东下定决心、励志成功，终于克服各类困难打出了一个新天下。
诸葛长青研究发现：

戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

2、不教唆别人杀生。
3、不帮助别人杀生。
4、戒除肉食。
5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。
6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。
7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。
8、不虐待动物。
9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。
10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
