Greetings, Teacher Zhuge Changqing.

    Teacher, I would like to ask you a question about reciting the Earth Store Sutra.

   1. Can I recite one in two or three days? I would like to spend one hour a day at noon to recite only one-half or one-third of it. Then I will chant back every day. Is this possible?

   2. During the recitation of the Earth Storey Sutra, if someone comes in, or if I answer the phone in the middle of the recitation, will it affect the effect?

   3. Teacher, how many times is the merit of reciting one Ksitigarbha Sutra equivalent to the merit of giving food? Is the degree of merit equal to that of the two?

   4. Recently, I have been slack in giving food, I don't want to do it, I can't get up in the morning, and I have reasons to delay it in the evening. I don't know why.

Zhuge Changqing replied as follows.

   Amitabha Buddha. It is very good that you have a refined mind.

   1. If you wish to recite the Earth Store Sutra, you can partially return it or finish it and return it.

    If you have time to finish reciting it, you can return it all to your grieving relatives and your goal.

   If you are too busy to finish reciting it all at once, then you can partially return the recitation to your grieving relatives and your goal.

   2. What if someone interrupts the recitation of the Earth Store Sutra?

   If someone disturbs you, you can immediately communicate internally and say "all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all the unjust relatives and relatives, etc., I'm sorry, please wait, I'll continue later" and then, after leaving to deal with it and then come back to continue, it is possible. If you have finished reciting the Earth Store Sutra, you can return to it.

  If someone interferes, leaves for something or for some other reason, and you are unable to finish reciting the Ksitigarbha Sutra, then you can continue the next day, but you cannot return to it, it is useless.

    3. Which is more meritorious, reciting the Earth Store Sutra or giving food?

    Amitabha Buddha. According to Zhuge Changqing, the two are not the same form, but the merit is just as great.

   As Buddha Shakyamuni Buddha said in the Vajra Sutra: "All dharmas are equal, there is no higher or lower dharma".

"If you practice all good dharmas, you will attain Avalokiteshvara."

    It's like a Mercedes or a BMW, which would you say is better?

    The size of one's merit and virtue in chanting and giving food is specifically related to the size of one's sincerity and the size of one's merit and virtue blessings. In the future, when you have more merit, you may only need to recite one Buddha's name and you will have infinite Dharma power.

    Therefore, do not have a separate mind about the Dharma, but learn to chant whatever you like.

   In order to improve, you can learn to practise the "Five-in-One" theory of Buddhist studies proposed by Zhuge Changqing.

    What is Zhuge Changqing's "Five-in-One" theory of Buddhist studies? It means that on the basis of filial piety to your parents and good deeds, you should do a good job of "repentance, giving food, releasing life, chanting and eating vegetarianism", and act in three dimensions to quickly resolve karmic obstacles, improve your blessings and become a Buddha.

    4. Why are you sometimes lazy and reluctant to give food?

   Amitabha Buddha. If you are lazy in giving food, it is because there are unjust relatives who obstruct you.

   Some of your unjust relatives are so aggrieved that they need your sincere repentance and demand that you must repent before they will forgive you.

   This is why Zhuge Changqing has repeatedly stressed and asked everyone to put repentance first.

   You will not be slack in giving food if you consistently do your penance well.

   In addition, you should call on your unjust relatives who do not want to do the food giving to participate in the food giving.

   5. How can I recite the Earth Store Sutra if I am very busy?

   Teacher Zhuge Changqing suggests that if you are very busy, you can adopt the "1+1" approach.

  "1+1" = Ksitigarbha's number + Ksitigarbha Sutra = recite more of the bodhisattva's number during the week + recite the Ksitigarbha Sutra at weekends

   If you are very busy and don't have time to recite the whole Ksitigarbha Sutra, Teacher Zhuge Changqing suggests that you can just recite the Ksitigarbha Sutra, so that no matter how many times you recite it 5 times, 10 times, 1,000 times, etc., it will all go back to you.

   If you are very busy but have time on Saturday and Sunday of the weekend, then you can use Saturday and Sunday to recite the entire Earth Store Sutra.

   You can also recite the Earth Store Sutra during the week, but only as a study for your own practice.

   6、What are the rituals for reciting the Earth Store Sutra?

    Appendix: Introduction to the Earth Store Sutra

   The Earth Store Sutra, in Chinese, was translated by the Tang Dynasty monk Shikonanda.

   Zhuge Changqing: The Earth Store Sutra is also known as the Earth Store Bodhisattva Benevolent Sutra, the Earth Store Benevolent Sutra, the Earth Store Benevolent Sutra, and the Earth Store Benevolent Vow Sutra.

     In the sutra, it is recorded that Shakyamuni Buddha was in the grieved palace (the second level of the six heavens in the realm of desire), speaking to his mother, Lady Moya.

    In the sutra, the Buddha praises Earth Store Bodhisattva's grand vow of "not becoming a Buddha until hell is empty and all sentient beings have been eliminated, and only then will Bodhi be realized", and introduces typical examples of Earth Store Bodhisattva's practice in the causal process, such as the story of the Brahminess and the Light-eyed Lady who saved her mother.

   Through the questions asked in turn by Manjushri Bodhisattva, Māyāvāda, the Buddha's mother, the Bodhisattva of Fixed Self-Realisation, the Four Heavenly Kings, the Bodhisattva of Universal Virtue, the Bodhisattva of Universal Peace, the Bodhisattva of Great Speech, the Heavenly Son of Yama, the King of Vicious Demons, the King of Lords of Life, the God of Firmament, the Bodhisattva of Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of Voidness, and the dialogue between the Bodhisattva of Earth and Shakyamuni Buddha, the conditions of hell are introduced, and the various ways in which sentient beings can liberate themselves from birth and death, repent of karmic obstacles, and save their loved ones from suffering are explained. The methods.

   In this sutra, Shakyamuni Buddha also states that the task of educating and enlightening the world after his own death and before Maitreya's attainment of Buddhahood is the responsibility of the Bodhisattva of the Great Vow, Jizo.

   This sutra describes the merits and virtues of the original vows of the Bodhisattva and the vows of his original life, and emphasises that recitation of this sutra will lead to incredible benefits and the elimination of immeasurable sins.

   The sutra is divided into thirteen sections: (1) The Divine Power in the Palace of Renli Heaven, (2) The Assembly of Bodies, (3) The Karma of the Living Beings, (4) The Karma of the Living Beings in Yama, (5) The Name of the Hell, (6) The Praise of the Buddha, (7) The Benefit of the Living and the Dead, (8) The Praise of the Kings of Yama, (9) The Name of the Buddha, (10) The Merit and Virtue of the Measure of Alms, (11) The Protection of the Earth God, (12) The Benefit of Seeing and Hearing, ( (xiii) the item on enjoining human beings and heaven. This is one of the most important texts, along with the Ten Wheel Sutra, dedicated to the deeds of the Bodhisattva Kṣitigarbha. It is included in the 13th volume of the Dazhengzang.

　　The Three Sutras of the Earth Store: The Sutra of the Original Vow of the Earth Store Bodhisattva, the Sutra of the Ten Chakras of the Earth Store of the Great Collection of the Mahayana, and the Sutra of the Ascension of Good and Evil Karma are the three most important of the Earth Store Sutras.

  Do not do evil, practice all good deeds, be persistent and have your requests answered. Cheers everyone!

    老师，想向您请教一下关于念诵《地藏经》的问题：
   1、我可以两天或者三天念诵完一部吗？就是一天花费中午1个小时的时间只念送二分之一或者三分之一。然后每天都回向。这样可以吗？
   2、在念诵《地藏经》的过程中，如果有人进来的话，或者中途接电话一类的会影响效果吗？
   3、老师，念诵一部《地藏经》的功德相当于施食几次的功德啊？？这两个度化冤亲债主的程度一样吗？
   4、最近施食懈怠了，总是不想去做，早上起不来，晚上又有理由耽搁了。不知道为什么。

   阿弥陀佛。你有精进心，非常好。
   1、念《地藏经》，如果想回向，可以部分回向，也可以念完回向。

    如果有时间念完，可以全部回向你的冤亲债主和你的目标。

   如果你很忙，做不到一次性念完，那么可以把念诵部分回向你的冤亲债主和你的目标。

   2、如果念诵《地藏经》有人打扰怎么办？

   如果有人打扰，你可以立刻内心沟通说一下“各位佛菩萨、各位冤亲债主、累世宗亲等，对不起，请等一下，我一会接着念”然后，离开处理完毕再回来接着进行，是可以的。如果继续念完了《地藏经》，可以回向。

  如果有人干扰，有事情离开或者其他原因，导致你彻底没办法完成念诵《地藏经》，那么你第二天可以继续念，但是不可以回向，回向没有用。
    3、念《地藏经》和施食功德哪个更大？

    阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青认为，二者形式不一样，功德一样大。

   正如佛祖释迦牟尼佛在《金刚经》里说：“诸法平等、法无高下”。

“修一切善法，则得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。”

    就好像奔驰车和宝马车，你说哪个更好？

    一个人念佛、施食功德大小，具体根据个人的诚心大小、功德福报大小有关系。等你将来功德大了，或许你只需要念一句佛号、就具备无穷法力。

    所以，对佛法不要有分别心，你喜欢什么，就认真去学习念诵什么。

   为了精进，你可以学习实践诸葛长青提出的学佛“五合一”理论。

    何为诸葛长青学佛“五合一”理论？就是在孝顺父母、行善积德的基础上，做好“忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素”五合一，立体行动，迅速化解业障、提升福报、迅速成佛。

    4、为何有时候懒惰懈怠不愿意施食？

   阿弥陀佛。如果你施食懈怠，是因为有冤亲债主阻挠。

   有些累世冤亲债主们很委屈，他们需要你的真诚忏悔，要求你必须忏悔，他们才会原谅你。

   这也是为什么诸葛长青老师反复强调、让大家把忏悔摆在第一的原因。

   你持续做好忏悔，就不会施食懈怠了。

   此外，你应当召请让你不愿意做施食的冤亲债主参加施食。
   5、如果自己很忙，如何念诵地藏经？

   诸葛长青老师建议，如果你很忙，可以采取“1+1”的办法：

  “1+1”= 地藏王菩萨号+地藏经 = 平时多念菩萨号+周末念地藏经

   如果你很忙，没时间念完整部诵地藏经，诸葛长青老师建议你可以只念地藏王菩萨号，这样不论你念诵5遍、10遍、1000遍等多少都可以回向的。

   如果你很忙，但是每周周末的周六周日有时间，那么你可以利用周六周日念诵念完整部《地藏经》。

   平时也可以念诵《地藏经》，但是只作为自己的修行学习用。

   6、念诵地藏经有什么仪轨？

    念经书，应当符合仪轨，具体你可以参考诸葛长青老师的新浪博文：

    附录：《地藏经》简介

   《地藏经》，中文版本是唐朝高僧实叉难陀翻译的。

   诸葛长青：《地藏经》又称《地藏菩萨本愿经》、《地藏本愿经》、《地藏本行经》、《地藏本誓力经》》。

     经中记载了释迦牟尼佛在忉利天宫（欲界六天的第二层天），为母亲摩耶夫人说法。

    佛在经中赞扬了地藏菩萨「地狱不空，誓不成佛，众生度尽，方正菩提」的宏大誓愿，并介绍了地藏菩萨在因地修行过程中的典型事例，如婆罗门女、光目女救度母亲的故事。

   还通过文殊菩萨、佛母摩耶夫人、定自在王菩萨、四天王、普贤菩萨、普广菩萨、大辩长者、阎罗天子、恶毒鬼王、主命鬼王、坚牢地神、观世音菩萨、虚空藏菩萨的依次提问，以及地藏菩萨与释迦牟尼佛的对话，介绍了地狱的状况，解释了众生解脱生死、忏悔业障、救拔亲人眷属苦难的种种方法。

   释迦牟尼佛还在此经中表明，自己入灭之后至弥勒成佛以前的无佛世界中，教育度化世人的任务由大愿地藏菩萨负责。

   本经叙说地藏菩萨之本愿功德，及本生之誓愿，强调读诵此经可获得不可思议之利益，消灭无量之罪业。

   全经分为十三品： (一)仞利天宫神通品，(二)分身集会品，(三)观众生业缘品，(四)阎浮众生业感品，(五)地狱名号品，(六)如来赞叹品，(七)利益存亡品，(八)阎罗王众赞叹品，(九)称佛名号品，(十)校量布施功德缘品，(十一)地神护法品，(十二)见闻利益品，(十三)嘱累人天品。与《地藏十轮经》同为专门阐述地藏菩萨事迹的重要典籍。收於《大正藏》第十三册。

　　地藏三经：《地藏菩萨本愿经》、《大乘大集地藏十轮经》、《占察善恶业报经》是地藏经中最重要的三部。

  诸恶莫作，众善奉行，持之以恒，有求必应。大家加油！

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
