    With the result, I am so grateful for the trust placed in me by the Election Committee and the support of the public, so that I can, in the next five years, serve Hong Kong and the public in the post of the Chief Executive. I will shoulder this great responsibility with a humble and grateful heart. (Zhuge Changqing: This is a very good statement which brings us closer together)

   I would also like to thank Mr Henry Tang and Mr Albert Ho, whose participation has brought substance to this Chief Executive election.

    The election has shown me my shortcomings. I welcome your continued advice and criticism, and I sincerely hope to work with Mr Tang and Mr Ho in the future to build our future together.

   During the election, the battle was fierce and sparks inevitably flared. Now that the election is over, it is time to start working together. I sincerely hope that we can be united and tolerant, and that we can inject positive energy back into Hong Kong. I also hope that all sectors, all walks of life and all districts can work together to put economic, social and political development back on track. I understand that the job of the Chief Executive is a very difficult one, but I will do my best to rise to the challenge with the philosophy of "doing what is right and seeking change in the midst of stability"!

   During the past election campaign, I have come to feel more deeply that Hong Kong people, like me, have an unwavering belief in upholding core values. The rule of law, human rights, honesty, integrity, freedom of the press, speech and assembly are not only part of our lives as Hong Kong people, they are even more important elements indispensable to "one country, two systems", "Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong" and a high degree of autonomy.

   I pledge to the 7 million people of Hong Kong that the freedoms and rights enjoyed by the people of Hong Kong today will remain unchanged after I take office. At the same time, I will set an example by leading the civil service and the accountability team to build a government of integrity and honesty. Although this is a 1,200-member Election Committee election, the active participation of the public has laid the foundation for the election of the Chief Executive by universal suffrage in 2017. I will summarise, reflect on and review the experience of this election, so as to prepare for the formulation of a fair and open election method and the establishment of a healthy and progressive election culture in the future.

   We have to uphold the core values of Hong Kong, and at the same time actively address many social issues to maintain harmony and stability in Hong Kong. In terms of economic and livelihood policies, I will work with the public on social issues such as unfair distribution, high prices, housing, health care and education, in order to resolve the deep-rooted conflicts in Hong Kong. Hong Kong has many favourable conditions. Hong Kong people are hardworking, flexible and full of creativity, and with the strong support of our country, as long as we make good use of these conditions, the economy can continue to grow and people's livelihood can be improved. I stress that we do not need big changes, we just need to be moderately proactive and seek changes in a stable manner.

   Fellow citizens, we are not tenants of a small island, we are a family, and even though we do not share a common background, our next generation has a common future.

   I was "born and raised in Hong Kong" and have been nurtured and benefited by Hong Kong. I have always been grateful to Hong Kong and I thank you for giving me the opportunity. I understand that individual strength is limited, but together we can make things happen. There are many capable and dedicated people in Hong Kong, and as long as we have the same goal and work together, we can make Hong Kong a more prosperous, just and progressive society.

   In the future, I will continue to take a chair, a book and a pen and go out with my governing team to the people to listen to your views, as long as you are willing to talk! I, Leung Chun-ying, wish to be a "pro-people Chief Executive", "single-minded" for Hong Kong!

   The pledge I make today will become a historical record, and I will be under the supervision of the seven million people in Hong Kong under the sun.

    有了结果，我好感激选委对我的信任及市民对我的支持，使我可以，在未来五年，在行政长官这个岗位上服务香港、服务市民。我会以谦卑感恩之心，肩负这一重大的责任。（诸葛长青：这句话非常好，拉近了彼此的距离）

   我也要多谢 唐英年先生及何俊仁先生，他们的参与为这场行政长官选举带来实质的意义。

    选举让我看到自己不足之处，我欢迎大家继续提点我、批评我，亦衷心希望日后可以同唐先生及何先生合作，共建未来。

   选举期间，战况激烈，难免火花四起。选举已经结束，合作应该马上开始。我衷心希望大家可以团结包容，将正能量重新注入香港；我亦期望各行业、各阶层、各地区齐心合作，令经济、社会和政治发展可以重回正轨。我明白行政长官的工作非常艰巨，但我一定会克尽己任，以「行之正道，稳中求变」的治港理念，迎难而上！

   在过去的选举工程中，我更加深刻感受到香港人和我一样，对维护核心价值都有坚定不移的信念。法治、人权、诚信、廉洁、新闻、言论和集会自由，不仅是我们香港人生活的一部份，更加是「一国两制」、「港人治港」、高度自治不可缺少的重要元素。

   在这里，我向七百万市民承诺，我上任之后，香港市民今天所享有的自由及权利，絶对不会有任何改变。同时，我亦会以身作则，带领公务员及问责团队，确立一个诚信、廉洁的政府。今次虽然是一场1200 人的选举委员会选举， 但市民积极的参与， 已经为2017年普选行政长官奠下基础。我会把今次选举的经验好好总结、反思和检讨，为日后制定公平公开的选举办法、以及建立健康进步的选举文化，做好准备。

   我们要维护香港的核心价值，同时亦要积极解决很多社会问题，保持香港的和谐稳定。在经济、民生政策上，我会就分配不公、高物价、房屋、医疗及教育等社会问题，与市民共谋对策，解决香港的深层次矛盾。香港有好多有利的条件，香港人勤奋灵活，充满创意，加上国家的大力支持，只要我们善用这些条件，经济就可以持续发展，市民生活就有所改善。我强调，我们不需要大改变，只需要适度有为，稳中求变。

   各位市民，我们不是小岛的房客，我们是一家人，我们即使没有共同的背景，但我们的下一代有共同的未来。

   我「生于斯，长于斯」，受到香港栽培和恩惠，对香港，我一直怀着感恩和报效的心，感谢大家给我机会。我明白到个人力量是有限的，但齐心就事成，香港有很多有能之士及有心人，只要大家目标一致，携手共进，就可以将香港建设成更繁荣、更公义，更进步的社会。

   日后，我会继续拿着一张櫈，一本簿，一枝笔，和我的管治团队走入群众，听取你们的意见，只要你们肯讲，我就肯听！我，梁振英，希望做一个「亲民的特首」，「一心一意」为香港！

   今天，我作出的承诺，将会成为历史记录，我会在阳光下，接受全港七百万市民的监督。

   我深信，「齐心」，香港一定会成功！

What are the acts of abstaining from killing and releasing

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
