　　On this day, the National Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Beijing. Gree's research and application of key technologies for inverter air conditioners (including automatic torque control technology, software full power factor correction technology, single chip integrated module, and self-made inverter compressor) won the National Science and Technology Progress Award, making it the only air conditioning company to win the award since its establishment.

　　As we all know, the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the highest level of the national science and technology awards, is established by the State Council to commend Chinese citizens and organizations that have made creative contributions in the process of technological research, technological innovation, promotion and application of advanced scientific and technological achievements, and promotion of high-tech industrialization. The key technology of Gree Inverter Air Conditioner, which won this award, realises the stable operation of inverter air conditioners at a low frequency of 1 Hz, making the room temperature constant and comfortable. The project was awarded a total of 11 national authorised invention patents and one open international invention patent. This is a historic breakthrough in the field of air conditioning technology.

　　In this regard, BING Xuwei, President of the China Household Electric Appliance Research Institute, said that the National Science and Technology Progress Award is a great recognition of GREE's insistence on independent research and development and leading the development of the industry. GREE has not only promoted the transformation and upgrading of the air conditioning industry, but also led the future development trend of air conditioning in the world.

According to statistics, up to now, the total sales of inverter air conditioners applying the scientific and technological achievements have exceeded 17 million sets, achieving an annual electricity saving of 9.58 billion kilowatt hours, equivalent to an annual saving of 3,352,200 tons of standard coal and a reduction of 8,715,900 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.

Gree did not hesitate to choose the latter, transforming the achievements of scientific and technological innovation and the glory of the National Award for Scientific and Technological Progress into the love and responsibility of the enterprise for consumers, taking the lead in implementing the "two-year free exchange policy for inverter air conditioners", i.e. from January 1, 2012, all purchasers of i series, U series and Sleeping Beauty-II six series of inverter air conditioners, due to any quality problems with the products themselves, will be entitled to a free exchange policy within two years. Any quality problems with the product itself will be replaced free of charge within two years.

　　In this regard, GREE President Dong Mingzhu told reporters that, at present, GREE 1HZ inverter technology has been fully applied to all of GREE's home air conditioning products. The advanced and reliable GREE 1HZ inverter technology is the solid backing for GREE's solemn commitment to consumers to make "two-year free exchange of inverter air conditioners". "The 'two-year free exchange of inverter air conditioners' is not a temporary promotional strategy, but will form a long-term operational mechanism. Gree hopes that through this upgrade of its service commitment, it will call on the whole industry to pay more attention to the real needs of consumers and improve their lives." Dong Mingzhu said.

　　日前，格力获颁空调行业首个国家科技进步奖。面对成果和荣誉，格力先想到的是百姓利益，毅然将变频空调免费包换”期限由1年延长至2年，将科技创新成果转化成百姓利益，并以实际行动引领行业服务升级。

从1年到2年的跨越，这是对产品质量和技术实力的巨大挑战。格力为何敢做出如此极具挑战性的承诺？答案其实很简单，就是其对自身品牌和产品质量的高度自信，而这份自信来自于格力长期以来对于科技创新和不断掌握核心科技的坚持。  

一、格力空调首获国家科技进步奖

　　2月14日，对于格力来说，是个幸福的日子。

　　在这一天，国家科学技术奖励大会在北京举行。格力变频空调关键技术的研究和应用（包括自动转矩控制技术、软件全程功率因数校正技术、单芯片集成模块、自制变频压缩机）荣获国家科技进步奖，成为该奖项设立以来唯一获奖的空调企业。

　　众所周知，作为国家科学技术奖中级别最高的奖项，国家科技进步奖是国务院为表彰在技术研究、技术创新、推广应用先进科学技术成果、促进高新技术产业化等过程中做出创造性贡献的中国公民和组织而设立的。获此殊荣的格力变频空调关键技术，实现了变频空调1赫兹低频稳定运行，使房间温度恒定舒适。该项目共获得11项国家授权发明专利，1项公开国际发明专利。这是空调技术领域历史性的突破。

　　对此，中国家用电器研究院院长邴旭卫表示，国家科技进步奖是对格力电器坚持自主研发、引领行业发展的极大认可，格力电器不仅推动了空调产业的转型升级，而且引领了世界空调未来的发展趋势。

据统计，截至目前，应用了该科技成果的变频空调累计销售超过1700万套，实现年节约用电95.8亿度，相当于每年节约335.22万吨标准煤，减少871.59万吨二氧化碳排放。

二、格力提出“两年包换”领导服务升级

　　面对这一行业内首个国家级奖项，是把荣誉珍藏起来，还是转化成消费者的利益？格力毫不犹豫地选择了后者，将科技创新的成果和国家科技进步奖的荣耀转化成企业对于消费者的爱和责任，率先推行“变频空调两年免费包换”政策，即自2012年1月1日起，凡购买i系列、U系列、睡梦宝-Ⅱ六大系列变频空调，因产品本身任何质量问题，两年内免费包换。

　　对此，格力电器总裁董明珠向记者表示，目前，格力1HZ变频技术已全面应用于格力电器的全部家用空调产品。格力1HZ变频技术的先进性和可靠性，是格力此次向消费者做出“变频空调两年免费包换”这一郑重承诺的坚实后盾。“‘变频空调两年免费包换’不是一时的促销策略，而是将形成长效的运行机制。格力希望通过此次服务承诺的升级，号召全行业更加关注消费者的真正需求，改善消费者的生活。”董明珠说道。

　　作为空调行业的领导者，出于对消费者的责任心，格力电器一次次以实际行动引领着行业服务升级。早在2005年，格力电器就率先实施“整机六年免费包修”政策，引发全行业跟进。2011年3月，格力再开行业先河，推出“变频空调一年免费包换”政策。此次更是将免费包换的年限延长至两年，实现服务再度升级。

对于格力“两年包换”政策的推出，中国消费者协会相关负责人表示，格力此举不仅体现了空调龙头老大对消费者的责任心及其在产品质量和售后服务方面的实力，而且将进一步加快节能环保空调的推广，并对中国家电业甚至制造业产生深远影响。 

三、格力科技创新精神深植DNA  

诸葛长青：格力空调舍得拿出资金搞科研、拿出资金搞服务，令人敬佩其远见卓识。换位思考，如果不舍得投入，那里能够换来美好明天？

每一种幸福的背后，其实都少不了长期默默的付出与坚持。  

　　格力变频技术喜获国家科技进步奖，这种幸福是来之不易的。在这光鲜的殊荣背后，是格力研发团队数月乃至数年以来的倾力投入和默默奉献。

　　格力有一支功底扎实、团结稳定的研发队伍。据董明珠介绍，2000年以来，公司便开始注重前沿技术的研究，持续加大科研经费的投入，不限上限。公司先后成立了2个国家级技术研究中心、3个研究院（制冷研究院、家电技术研究院、机电技术研究院），主要负责前沿技术的储备工作，掌握新的研究方向、新的发展动向，及时研究和储备最新、最高端的技术。此外，公司每年还拿出不少于一千万元的资金用于科技创新基金，为科技人才提供良好的平台。目前，格力研发人员已增至5000多位。

　　董明珠表示，科技创新是中国制造业发展的力量源泉，是企业可持续发展最有力的后盾。格力作为全球最大的家用空调生产企业，坚持履行企业的社会责任，加快低碳节能技术的创新和推广，是我们义不容辞的责任。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
