Buddhist wisdom: Buddhism is an advanced psychology
Buddhism aims at the heart of the people and solves people's worries. The depth and simplicity of Buddhist theories make people admire their wisdom. Buddhism believes that the root cause of human problems and troubles lies in the "heart". Therefore, it advocates developing the infinite treasure in people's hearts, changing "nausea" into "kindness", and teaching all living beings how to "heart, mind and heart". The great Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha said eighty-four thousand kinds of methods to cure our eighty-four thousand kinds of stubborn heart diseases.
-----Zhuge Changqing
Mr. Wang, a middle-aged man in his forties, is outgoing.
Since I have followed Zhuge Changqing to learn Buddhism, Confucianism, marketing, imperial leadership and other traditional Chinese learning, I have always insisted on releasing life, giving food, helping the poor, and doing more good deeds.
Recently, he went to Shanxi to do business and called back from Shanxi.
When he communicated with a friend, the friend said that during the recent physical examination in the hospital, many physical indicators exceeded the normal ones, and his temper was particularly bad. He was always angry for no reason, often depressed, and felt that life was meaningless. I hate everyone at home. In my career, I often quarrel with my friends for no reason.
He asked what was the reason and how to solve it?
These diseases, in addition to irregular life, are generally related to the past generations of karma and this lifetime of enemy creditors.
Zhuge Changqing then observed the cause and effect and found that it was related to eating fish, snakes and beef.
President Wang immediately said excitedly, "Yes, he likes three things most, namely fish, snake and beef"
"Mr. Zhuge Changqing, according to what you said in the Secret Law of Life and Destiny, should he release his life to pay his debts? Should he repent? Should he be vegetarian?"
Mr. Zhuge Changqing told him that you were right. He was a creditor of a hostile relationship who asked for debt collection. He should first set free (put more fish, snakes, etc.), repent, and give food, and ask him to become a vegetarian slowly and cut off his greed for meat.
Let him read more about the links to the articles on almsgiving and Buddhism on the Sina blog of Mr. Zhuge Changqing, and learn how to do good and accumulate virtue. The other way is to look at the chance.
Do this well first, and you will get better later.
A happy life must start from the heart.
Many people are always asking why there are joys and sorrows in life?
Why is life sometimes angry without reason?
Why is life rich and poor unequal?
Why do entrepreneurs always have endless troubles?
.......。
The troubles of life are all in the heart.
For example, the predestined person who likes to eat meat is very fond of eating in his heart.
Without disease, people will not consider "abstaining from meat and vegetarianism".
People's hearts can't be pure, so there are troubles.
Buddha Sakyamuni once answered all the troubles and questions in life.
Buddhism is great wisdom.
Zhuge Changqing learned that the wisdom of Buddha is like a timely rain.
The great Buddha Sakyamuni said in the Lotus Sutra of the Magical Dharma that I use the Buddha Dharma to treat all living beings with equal heart and no difference, "sufficient in the world, like rain and water"
Buddha sprinkles the vast land with Buddha Dharma, and whether you are human, plant or animal, you will be nourished.
Buddhism answers the most complex questions in life with the most concise prophecy.
Believe it or not? If you don't believe it, just study the great wisdom of Buddhism.
In terms of solving people's psychological problems, Buddhism is a high-level psychology.
Zhuge Changqing read through ancient and modern historical celebrities and found that many people derive wisdom and nutrition from Buddhism.
The success of many celebrities is based on the complete wisdom of Buddhism.
Zhuge Changqing recently read an article from "Buddhist Navigation Community" and wrote it very well: Buddhism is an advanced psychology.
As we all know, psychology is a subject that focuses on the study of human spiritual life. Its origins include medicine, philosophy, science, religion, pedagogy, sociology, etc., and it has also been applied to various disciplines and undertakings.
In today's society, education, industry, commerce, medicine, military, law, politics, society, science, art, sports and so on are all related to psychology, so the importance of psychology is also increasing.
Psychology is to observe the psychological function and behavior mode of ideology. Western psychologists can study the development process of personality and the potential factors of behavior, but they can't do the transformation of personality, because it has certain limits. Buddhism can have a full understanding of human psychology and provide treatment methods. As the "Huayan Sutra" says, "When you reach the three realms, you have to rely on your heart, and the twelve causes are also restored. Life and death are all made by your heart. If your heart is destroyed, you will die."
Buddhism's interpretation of "heart" has many levels of analysis and explanation. It also uses many metaphors to explain our heart, and then teaches us how to find, reassure and purify our heart. It shows that Buddhist psychology is superior to western psychology.
1、 Buddhism's view on heart
Zhuge Changqing: Buddhism points out that "three realms of idealism, all laws of idealism", all phenomena of the universe and life, in our mind, are just the illusion of the realization of the eight senses.
1. The word "psychology" originally means "the science of interpreting the mind" in western language, and later extended to "the behavioral science of studying human problems". This development and evolution is in line with the interpretation of Buddhism on the universe and life. The so-called "mind can produce all kinds of laws". Buddhism summarizes everything in the world from the perspective of mind, and makes a fundamental discussion and interpretation of human behavior. Therefore, Buddhism has already built a mature psychological knowledge system.
2. Buddhist teachings are almost all about heart to heart, and can be seen everywhere in many classics. Among them, the analysis of human spirit by "idealism" is the most modern psychological color. Epistemology is a textbook of Buddhist psychology, which divides people's mind knowledge into eight types: eye knowledge, ear knowledge, nose knowledge, tongue knowledge, body knowledge, consciousness, mona knowledge, and alaya knowledge. It is called "mind method".
Buddhism says that the mind contains eight senses, which means that the heart is not a single element, but a collection of various factors. These factors come from the six root actions of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind body, and the consciousness of "I" is held tightly by the end of that sense. Therefore, the Alaiya sense, which collects the seeds of various senses, is accompanied by the rebirth of life and death of all living beings. Therefore, Buddhism says that the "I" at the moment is accumulated from the past to the present, and the future development of "I" depends on what I do at the moment. The so-called "to know the cause of the previous life, the recipient of this life is; to know the result of the next life, the author of this life is."
3. "Three realms of idealism, all laws of idealism", all phenomena of the universe and life, in our mind, are just the illusion of the eight senses. Our six senses of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, respectively, adhere to the color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch and method of the external environment, and have true and false knowledge according to the difference of personal judgment, and gradually construct a self-understanding universe and life. In fact, all things become, live, bad, and empty constantly change, and the mind is thinking of life and death at the moment of birth, living, difference, and extinction. What about the eternal universe and life? The world is in our hearts!
Zhuge Changqing: Buddhism uses a grand view of the universe to look at human beings. Therefore, one step is to point directly at the heart of the people. People admire and marvel at the wisdom of Buddhism.
This Alaiya, which gathers the seeds of good and evil for many years, is like a big warehouse, collecting all kinds of love, hate, and resentment that can no longer be remembered in this life. From time to time, it affects the choices of all our behaviors in this life. Buddhism calls it "ignorance worries".
Because of the karma of ignorance and worry, we are reincarnated;
When the seeds of evil causes planted in the past are present, we are upset and disowned. We create evil karma and become the seeds of evil causes;
When the seeds of good cause planted in the past are present, we have a clear heart, a clear conscience, and do more good deeds. The seeds of good cause will return to Alai's knowledge.
This is the "seed comes from the present, and the present smokes the seed" of the Buddhist theory of idealism to explain the psychological motivation of all human behaviors.
Zhuge Changqing: Buddhism uses simple prophecies to answer the ups and downs of life and destiny, which makes people marvel at the greatness of Sakyamuni Buddha. Great, Buddha Sakyamuni! What a great Bodhisattva! What a great monk!
4. Because of the influence of the past ignorance worries, we have a deviation in our emotions and judgment, and because of the rise of greed and anger, we have a false sense of delusion and misread everything in the world. Like the growth of plant seeds, they will not blossom and bear fruit without the cause of sunshine and rain. Therefore, although there are all kinds of subconscious feelings of love, hate, gratitude and resentment in the depths of human hearts, we can also rely on the present sincere intelligence to prevent evil karma and increase good karma when we encounter the external environment and things and want to be active.
5. The strength of sincerity and intelligence depends on our diligent practice of precepts, determination and wisdom. Such a psychological battle between sincerity and delusion is called "turning knowledge into wisdom" in Buddhism. "Knowledge" is the psychological burden of past experience, while true intelligence is the criticism of human beings to surmount the hardships of this life, solve internal conflicts, and avoid reincarnation in the afterlife.
6. Epistemology also analyzes people's psychological reactions into fifty-one kinds, which is called "mind ownership method", and its contents are as follows:
Five kinds of psychological behaviors exist at any time (all around): meaning, touch, feeling, thinking and thinking.
Five specially created psychological behaviors (different situations): desire, winning solution, thinking, determination and wisdom.
Eleven kinds of good psychological states: faith, diligence, shame, shame, no greed, no anger, no ignorance, light safety, no ease, no giving, no harm.
Six basic worries: greed, anger, ignorance, slowness, doubt, and evil opinions.
Twenty kinds of worry mentality: anger, hatred, anger, repetition, deceit, flattery, Kausai, harm, jealousy, covetousness, no shame, no shame, unbelief, slackness, relaxation, breathing, falling, loss of mind, lack of awareness, confusion.
Four kinds of undecided good and evil psychology: regret, sleep, seek and serve.
Buddhism is extensive and profound, and people's psychological reactions are analyzed in such a thorough and subtle way. If people who study psychology study Buddhism again, they will certainly have eye-opening gains.
Zhuge Changqing: If you are close to Buddhism, you will understand the breadth and depth of Buddhism. Confused human beings, why are they still confused? Buddha has already told people the answer. Why not go and have a look?
2、 Metaphor of heart
Zhuge Changqing: Buddhism believes that the fundamental source of human problems and troubles lies in the "heart". Therefore, it advocates to develop the infinite treasure in people's hearts, change nausea into kindness, and teach all living beings how to be attentive, secure, and find the heart.
Buddha Sakyamuni said that for forty-nine years, no matter how to talk about the four truths, the twelve karma, the six degrees, the four aspects, and so on, we can't leave our minds. Because the mind dominates all human actions, a person with a pure heart must be pure in what he does, what he says, and what he thinks; If your heart is dirty, what you see and hear must be dirty. Therefore, the scripture says, "The heart is mixed with emotion; the heart is pure with emotion."
All kinds of sufferings and troubles in the world are created by our hearts. Our hearts wander in the five interests and six paths. We have been disobedient to the command for many years. We are greedy for all kinds of outside world. We are eager to pursue, calculate and separate fame and wealth, money, power and love.
In fact, our hearts were also like the Buddha and could contain everything; Like the sun and moon, it can break the darkness; Such as fields, can grow good roots and plant good fortune; Like a mirror, it can penetrate everything and reflect everything; Like the sea, it contains unlimited energy resources
Zhuge Changqing: Sakyamuni Buddha's first sentence of becoming Buddha is that all living beings have Buddha nature. It means that everyone has the foundation of becoming a Buddha, but is covered with thick dust by greed, hatred and ignorance in the world.
In the Buddhist sutra, the Buddha uses various methods to describe the heart, and now lists ten kinds of metaphors to illustrate the heart:
1. The heart is like an ape, which is hard to control: the ancients described the heart as "an ape and a horse". They said that the heart is like an ape, which is dynamic and can't rest for a moment.
2. The heart is like a flash of lightning: the heart is like a flash of lightning, fast and incomparable, moving and thinking, galloping the universe without obstacles. For example, if you want to visit Europe and the United States, you will immediately see the scenery of Europe and the United States, as if you have experienced it. Its speed is too fast to catch up with the electric light.
3. The heart is like a wild deer chasing the sound and color: wild deer are running on the wilderness, thirsty to drink water, they chase around, looking for grassland. Our hearts are like wild deer, unable to resist the temptation of five desires and six dust, and we are always busy in camp.
4. The heart is like a thief robbing merit and virtue: our body is like a village, and the five roots are the door, while the heart is the thief of this village, stealing the merit and virtue of good deeds that we have accumulated painstakingly, causing us to be ruined. Mr. Wang Yangming once said, "It is easier to catch a thief in the mountains than it is difficult to catch a thief in the heart." If we can tame the thief in the heart and make him tame and pliable, we can be the master of the heart and cultivate the supreme merit.
5. The heart is like the enemy's body suffering: the heart is our enemy's enemy, which specially creates troubles for us and makes us suffer from all kinds of pain. The scripture says, "The sinful karma is created by the heart, and there is no sin when the heart is dead." Our heart is originally Buddhist, pure and free, but our body suffers because of various delusions. If we can eliminate our delusions, this enemy can become friends with us.
6. The heart is like a servant's annoyance. The heart is like a servant's annoyance. Driven by the dust of the guests, it climbs outward and produces all kinds of annoyance. It is said that our mind has three poisons, five covers, ten knots, eighty-eight messengers, and even eighty-four thousand troubles. These covers, covers, knots, and messengers can blind our intelligence, bind our hearts, and make us uneasy. How to turn the servant into the master depends on how we work hard on our heart.
7. The heart is like a king who can command: the heart is the king of the body and has supreme power. It can command and exercise power, direct everything, direct our eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, and produce various functions of senses and cognition.
8. The heart is like a spring of water that can't run out: our heart is like living water, flowing with infinite potential and containing endless treasure. If we can effectively use our intelligent spring, we will be free from the fear of scarcity.
9. The heart is like a painter painting: The Huayan Sutra says, "The heart is like a painter, and can draw all kinds of things." Our heart is like a painter who is good at painting, and can draw all kinds of pictures. If you wish for saints and sages in your heart, you can naturally show the style of saints and sages; The heart is as ferocious as the devil, and the face is as ferocious as the devil's Raksha. The so-called "turn with the heart" means that.
10. The heart is as boundless as the void: the body of the heart is as boundless as the void, and can contain everything in the world. The scripture says, "If you want to know the Buddha's realm, you should clean up its meaning like emptiness." The emptiness is as large as it is wide, and there is no limit to it. If we want to understand the realm of the Buddhas, we should expand our mind as boundless and carefree as the void, so that we can contain all things in the universe and cover all living beings.
3、 The way to purify the soul
Zhuge Changqing: The Buddha said eighty-four thousand kinds of methods to cure our eighty-four thousand kinds of stubborn heart diseases. Zhuge Changqing believes that meditation, charity, precepts, repentance, release, feeding, and learning Buddhism are all among them.
Modern medicine is developed, and all kinds of drugs are rare, which means that the number of diseases suffered by modern people has reached an unprecedented level. We have so-called cancer physically, but is there no incurable disease psychologically?
Greed, anger, ignorance, slowness and doubt are the patients that should not be taken lightly. If you have a disease on your body, you should not only take injection and medicine to treat it, but also take tonic to nourish it. There is an old saying in China: "A stone cures a false disease, but no medicine cures a true disease." The so-called true disease refers to a heart disease. In fact, many diseases are caused by psychological effects, such as gastrointestinal diseases. More than 80% of them can't be separated from emotions. If we can always keep calm, many diseases can be cured without medicine.
There is a mental problem. What heart medicine should be used to cure it?
The Buddha said eighty-four thousand ways to cure our eighty-four thousand stubborn heart diseases. For example, if we don't keep the precepts to eliminate the disease, the heart will fly everywhere with the greed; If anger and disease are not cured by meditation, the heart will live in a burning flame, and it is difficult to achieve the state of "as if not moving"; Only intelligence can cure idiosyncrasy, because intelligence can break the darkness of idiosyncrasy and restore our heart to its original appearance.
Zhuge Changqing believes that meditation, charity, precepts, repentance, release, feeding, and learning Buddhism are all among them. In one word, "do nothing evil, and pursue all good". As long as we continue to "stop evil and do good", life will naturally be more rewarding and happy! Stop evil and do good is the real magic weapon of a happy life!
In addition to the serious diseases of greed, anger and ignorance, there are many diseases of large and small size that need to be purified, transformed and conquered. The Dharma tells us that the ways to cure the mind are:
1. Treat the mind with meditation: modern life is tense and fast, and most people suffer from the common disease of impetuosity. Therefore, in our daily life, we must have at least a few minutes of meditation time to clean up the dust, and train ourselves in tranquility, so that the dirt in the heart lake can settle down and grow wisdom.
2. Treat bad hearts with good intentions: our hearts are sometimes saints, sometimes demons, ups and downs, good and bad. With good intentions, everything goes well, and with evil thoughts, the door of a million obstacles will open. Therefore, we should get rid of bad intentions, protect mindfulness, and cultivate a compassionate and benevolent heart.
3. Treat suspicion with confidence: There are many tragedies in the world that are caused by suspicion. They suspect that friends are unjust, partners are unfaithful, and relatives are not harmonious. Suspicions are tied together like a rope. The Great Wisdom Theory says: "Buddhism is like the sea, and only faith can enter." Building confidence not only allows us to correspond with the truth of Buddhism, but also allows us to be more tolerant and accept everything in the world, and strengthen our faith.
4. Treat delusions with sincerity: all living beings have various kinds of false feelings and delusions because they care about the differences between people and me, and their personal likes and dislikes. We must live with the sincerity of eliminating differences and equality to create a true, good and beautiful life.
5. Treat narrow-mindedness with tolerance: our hearts should be like the sea, gathering all rivers without changing the original flavor; Like vanity, honor and disgrace do not follow the situation. Only a broad mind of respect and tolerance can save our jealous and narrow heart.
6. Treat people with heart without heart: if there is only money in life, once there is no money, life will be painful; If love is the focus of life, once love deteriorates, it will be very distressed. If you are persistent, you will be treated and tied. How can you be comfortable? It is better to treat the false and false obsession of the world with no intention. In this way, you can enjoy the freedom of following the fate without tying the boat.
7. To treat impermanence with an eternal mind: Buddhism says that all actions are impermanent, and the world is certainly impermanent. Even though the mind is constantly changing, as long as we make a vow with our heart and self-interest, the void will be exhausted, and the power of the vow will be endless. The Huayan Sutra says, "When you first have a mind, you will become a positive consciousness." The mind of the Bodhisattva who first has a mind is as pure as the Buddha's mind, but you need to further develop your constancy of mind and keep your initial mind in order to complete Bodhi.
8. Treat curiosity with a sense of normalcy: Modern people like to be innovative and curious about everything, and more unscrupulous people confuse people and pollute society with bizarre tricks. Zen said, "Ordinary mind is the Tao." If you live with ordinary mind, you will realize that "every day is a good day and every hour is a good time".
In addition to the above eight points, we should also cultivate patience, modesty, carefulness, filial piety, directness, sincerity, naivety, purity, compassion, forgiveness, joy, charity, sacrifice, equality, humiliation, shame, repentance, gratitude, prajna, bodhisattva and buddha, and play the magical role of mind.

由于无明烦恼的业力因缘,我们投胎转世;
当过去所种的恶因种子现行时,我们心烦意乱,六神无主,更造恶业,又成恶因种子;
