1. Do great alms, and do sandalwood and molasses.

6. Eliminate self barriers.

7. Increase the number of people.

8. Eliminate disasters and prolong life

9. Live in peace and contentment.

10. The Tao industry has improved.

3、 What is the basis for giving food? What does the Buddhist scripture say about giving food?

1. The Ganlu Sutra of the Hungry Ghost says: "Although the reward of Arhat and Bizhi Buddha is limited, they can get the reward of five hundred kalpas of human beings. The good food of the hungry ghost is the human blessing, that is, Bodhi. The Bodhi can't be limitless, so the blessing and longevity can't be limitless."

2. The Sutra of Saving and Pulling out the Flames says, "If bhikkhu, bhikuni, Yobosei, and Yopoyi often use this secret name to talk about the four Tathagata, and bless the hungry ghost, they can have unlimited benefits. They can prolong their life, increase their color power, and have good roots."

3. The Ganlu Taste Classic says: "Another method is to treat people with severe illness and various ghost diseases as three pieces of noodles and porridge. Curse them seven times in the wilderness and apply them to all hungry ghosts. If it is 27 days, the pain will be cured."

4. The "Ganlu Taste Classic" says: "If there are serious crimes and evil karma and obstacles, which can't be eliminated, the milk porridge will be cursed every day to give to the hungry ghost, and the seven days will be satisfied, and all the obstacles will be eliminated."

5. He also said, "If you can inspire your husband, you can practice daily. If you give food one day, all hungry ghosts will have food all day. If you give food for many days, all hungry ghosts will be full."

6. "The Sutra of Saving and Pulling out the Flames" says, "It is no different from the merit and virtue of providing thousands of Gucalla Tathagata."

阿弥陀佛，堕胎婴灵十分可怜。如果堕过胎，你必须忏悔超度。

    六道轮回，真实不虚。

     机缘成熟，很多生灵就会借父母之精血投胎成人。

     能成为你的孩子，那是因为累世跟你有很深的缘分。

    所以，尽量不要堕胎，否则既伤害了生灵，也结下了仇恨啊。

   很多灵体进入六道轮回，本来想借助六道轮回，投胎做人，结果被堕胎了，失去了做人的机会，所以他们会有嗔怒心。

   现代很多年轻人不注意，也没学佛法，非常随便的堕胎。

   岂不知，随便堕胎，使得灵体失去了做人的机会，而且结下了仇恨。

   堕胎之后，婴灵们十分可怜。

   他们投胎过程，自身法力能量变小，没有能量进入天界、佛界或者其他轮回。

   只能孤独的飘荡于空中，十分可怜。

   台湾著名女歌手、笃信佛教、行善积德的孟庭苇，怀孕的时候，梦到一位高人说：有一位南印度高僧转世，催促她快怀孕，并在弥勒佛寿诞日（大年初一）自然产下。

   后来，弥勒佛寿诞日（大年初一），孟庭苇果然生下一子，就是儿子张彧。

   如果孟庭苇堕胎，那么这位高僧就会无法投胎了。

    由此可以看出，堕胎是多么的严重，如果堕胎，那么就直接阻挠了灵体投胎做人。

   灵体投胎不成，于是堕胎婴灵便和堕胎者结仇。

   一部分堕胎婴灵嗔怒仇恨心小，让堕胎者烦恼一段时间就走了。

   大部分堕胎婴灵却是嗔恨心大，对堕胎者进行长时间的报复，使其家庭婚姻不顺利、父母子女矛盾多、身体不好、事业不顺利等。

    辩证的看待，虽然也是他们自身的因果所致，但是毕竟有了很大的嗔怒心。

     面对那些孤独漂泊的堕胎婴灵，堕胎者必须必须进行超度。

    超度他们，既可以请那些高人法师帮助超度，也可以通过自己的施食进行超度。

     施食回向，可以超度走堕胎婴灵。

    如果自己超度，你可以这样超度婴灵：

   一是下跪忏悔。发自内心、痛哭流涕，赢得他们的谅解。

   二是持续施食3-5次，回向他们。使他们直接进入佛界、天界或者投胎做人。

   我10月7日晚开始施食的。

    8日晚上做一个梦：好像在姐姐家，我坐在屋里，旁边坐着我姐的儿子。我往门外一看，看到一个身怀六甲的全身赤裸女子站在拉闸门外。

   我马上叫我身边的我姐的儿子说：“快拿衣服给你老婆穿。”

   后来是醒了还是什么的，反正一点印象都没有。
    昨天晚上（10月14日），我睡得很晚，刚躺下不久就做了个梦：

   我准备过马路，路边停有一辆货车，车头在马路上，车身在人行道上。车头旁边有个小男孩在扫水。我从他旁边走过，到马路中间，感觉那小男孩赤裸身子，坐在地上抱我的脚说“给我钱”“给我钱”。

   我感到害怕，挣扎着走开，却发现自己躺在床上睡呢。

   刚才那个小男孩拉我问我要钱是个梦，我正这样想，就感觉自己身上有一股无形的东西拉出来，我就拼命抓住我爱人的手，不让自己被拉走，可那股无形的东西像飓风一样要把我扯走，我惊恐得醒了。真正的醒了。
    今晚施食后进行忏悔，想到自己曾经堕胎的婴灵，在虚空中受到煎熬，心情特别难过。再想到昨晚梦中的那个小男孩，感觉到他就是我堕胎的婴灵，就心如刀绞，眼泪簌簌流下，泣不成声......
   老师，帮我解释一下吧。

    施食问答：

    一、施食有什么好、福德？二十大好处、二十大福德。
     一者，现在不为饥渴穷厄，疾病衰祸，恼娆身心。
    二者，人有所食啖，若美不皆成上味。
    三者，其人所入野道，虫毒和合草药，终不能伤。
    四者，其人鬼神罗刹，精魅魍魉，观之如佛。
    五者，其人诸佛菩萨，天仙龙神，护如眼睛。
    六者，其人所有疫病，若业若魔，不能近身。
    七者，其人寿命增进，卧安觉安，触事吉祥。
    八者，其人隘矿野乏少水草，自然称适。
    九者，其人头貌怡悦，肤体光泽，无有恶色。
    十者，其人常逢善友，乃至菩萨为伴侣。
   复次：

   一者，其人未来常生刹利王家。
   二者，其人具足色力，寿乐辞辩。
    三者，其人常生诸佛菩萨前。
    四者，其人所在之处伏藏自现。
    五者，其人恒得他人恭敬侍接。
    六者，其人所有财宝无能夺得。
    七者，其人意欲所愿悉得称遂。
    八者，其人不随饥俭劫难生。
    九者，常生天上受尊胜乐。
   十者，常以法喜禅悦无饥渴。是为二十种大福德聚。

    二、施食有什么利益？有十种利益：
   1、作大布施，行檀波罗蜜。
   2、超荐有缘，普利幽冥。
   3、广结善缘。
   4、得诸佛菩萨及所超荐鬼神之护佑。
   5、消世间灾厉之气。
   6、消自业障。
   7、增满福德。
  8、消灾延寿
   9、居处安乐。
   10、道业增进。

   三、施食有何依据？佛经如何说施食？
   1.《施饿鬼甘露经》云：「虽施阿罗汉、辟支佛，现受其报有限有量，但得五百劫人天果报。善施饿鬼一揣之食，是人福德即是菩提，菩提者不可限量，是故福寿不可限量。」
   2.《救拔焰口经》云：「若比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷，常以此密言及四如来名号，加持食施饿鬼，便能具足无量福德。寿命延长，增益色力，善根具足。」
   3.《甘露味经》云：「又復一法，若人遇大重病，及诸鬼病等，当作麵粥三器，咒之七遍，於旷野中，施诸饿鬼。如是二七日，所遇病痛即得除癒。」
   4.《甘露味经》云：「若復有重罪恶业累障，难可除断者，每日咒乳粥以施饿鬼，满足七日，一切罪障悉灭无餘。」
   5.又云：「若能振发丈夫之人，日日修行。一日施食，一天下饿鬼皆得食喫。多日施食，十方六趣，一切饿鬼尽得饱满。」

   6.《救拔焰口经》云：「则同供养百千俱胝如来功德等无差别。」
   7.《救面然经》云：「常修净行，具足成就，供养百千俱胝恆河沙数如来功德。」
   8.《施诸饿鬼经》云：「即如是种种以供养十方一切诸佛无异。」

   12.《甘露味经》云：‘若当来世能持此经，当知是人已为便摄二十种大福德聚。
