Zhuge Changqing, with the name of Zhiliang and the name of Kunlun hermit, is the inheritor and promoter of the traditional culture of Chinese traditional culture, and is determined to "inherit Chinese traditional culture, promote good morality, revitalize China, and benefit the world". He is also the research and application of the wisdom theory of "Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, strategists, and businessmen", as well as "philosophy, folklore, religion, life change, and health preservation", He is also a researcher of the five intellectual cultures of "Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam". He is the founder of China's Zhuge Think Tank Research Institute and the founder of Zhuge Changqing Sage Mingdeng National Academy. His research achievements in traditional Chinese culture have a great impact at home and abroad, making more people around the world like the traditional Chinese culture.

1、 Zhuge Changqing's new idea

Zhuge Changqing put forward the view that "the 21st century is the century of Chinese culture taking off". He believed that all countries in the world would take pride in learning Chinese culture. Sage culture will shine brilliantly. The era of Chinese traditional culture "leading the world, benefiting the world, and prospering and leaping" has come.

Zhuge Changqing believed that the Chinese people should "inherit the traditional Chinese culture, promote good morality, revitalize China and benefit the world". He inherited the traditional culture of traditional Chinese culture, learned the wisdom of sages and sages, and put forward a new idea of "good learning" wisdom. He believed that success in all things depends only on "doing good and accumulating virtue, wisdom and wisdom". The first happiness in life lies in "filial piety, respecting teachers, and doing good and accumulating virtue". The great cause of the future is only "self-improvement, and carrying things with virtue". It advocates the traditional Chinese cultural wisdom "happiness 12345" (one filial piety, two goodness, three laws, four observance, and five remembrance) as a way for human beings to change their destiny, cultivate their moral integrity and family, benefit the society, revitalize China, and build a harmonious world.

Zhuge Changqing analyzed the traditional culture of Chinese traditional culture and put forward a new idea of "learning from ancient and modern sages, virtue, wisdom and success". He believed that the wisdom of ancient and modern sages, such as Pangu Great, Fuxi, Nuwa, Yan, Huang, Yao, Shunyu, King Wen of Zhou, King Wu of Zhou, Jiang Taigong, Guiguzi, Guan Zhong, Confucius, Laozi, Mozi, Mencius, Chuang Tzu, Han Feizi, Sakyamuni Buddha, Sun Wu, Zhang Liang, Zhuge Liang, Liu Bowen, Yuan Tiangang, Li Chunfeng, Jehovah, Jesus, Mohammed, Allah, and so on, were precious spiritual wealth of human beings and learned from ancient and modern sages, It can take a thousand miles in one day, get twice the result with half the effort, and make a rapid leap; He believes that virtue and wisdom are the foundation of success, and the use of virtue and wisdom can make people conform to the nature, the earth and humanity, and accelerate success.

Zhuge Changqing deeply studied the wisdom of ancient and modern sages and sages, especially the Eight Diagrams Culture of Fu Xi and Nu Wa Zhou Yi, the art of war of Jiang Taigong, Sun Tzu, Zhuge Liang, Huang Shigong, Zhang Liang, Liu Bowen, and Gui Guzi, and other sages and sages, and believed that the wisdom group was an important magic weapon to promote the success of the cause. According to Zhuge Changqing's research, people's realm is divided into three levels: "big, medium and small", people's wisdom is divided into three levels: "top, middle and bottom", and people's decision-making has three strategies: "top, middle and bottom".

Zhuge Changqing insisted that "three people must have my teacher", and observed the way of heaven and carried out the journey of heaven. The universe is in the hand and everything is in the heart. 3、 Zhuge Changqing's view

Zhuge Changqing believed that in order to achieve a happy life in the global world, it is necessary to achieve "happiness 12345" (one filial piety, two good deeds, three laws, four observance, and five memories). 1. Filial piety: filial piety to parents; Two kinds of good: good inside and good outside; Three laws: all are laws of cause and effect, all laws of idealism, and all laws of climbing mountains; 4. Abide by: abide by the law, precepts, morality and health preservation; Fifth, remember: repent, feed, release, recite, and be vegetarian. No matter what country or nation, as long as we achieve "happiness 12345", life will achieve a great leap, and the world will be more happy and harmonious.

   一、诸葛长青新主张

  诸葛长青提出“21世纪，是中国文化腾飞的世纪”观点。他认为，世界各国都会以学习中华文化为骄傲。圣贤文化将大放异彩。中国国学传统文化“引领世界、造福世界、繁荣飞跃”的时代已经到来。

  诸葛长青认为，中国人应当“传承国学、弘扬善德，振兴中华、造福世界”。他传承国学传统文化，学习圣贤智慧，提出“善学”智慧的新主张，认为万事成功只在“行善积德、智慧智囊”，人生幸福首在“孝亲尊师、行善积德”，千秋大业只在“自强不息、厚德载物”。主张用国学传统文化智慧“幸福12345”（一孝、二善、三规律、四个遵守、五记住）作为人类改变命运、修身齐家、造福社会、振兴中华、和谐世界的方法。

  诸葛长青分析中国国学国学传统文化，提出“学习古今圣贤、善德智慧成功”的新主张。他认为盘古大帝、伏羲、女娲、炎帝、黄帝、尧舜禹、周文王、周武王、姜太公、鬼谷子、管仲、孔子、老子、墨子、孟子、庄子、韩非子、释迦牟尼佛、孙武、张良、诸葛亮、刘伯温、袁天罡、李淳风、耶和华、耶稣、穆罕默德、安拉等古今圣贤智慧，是人类宝贵精神财富，学习古今圣贤智慧，可以一日千里、事半功倍、迅速飞跃；他认为善德智慧是成功的基础，运用善德智慧，可以让人符合天道、符合地道、符合人道，加速成功。

  诸葛长青深入学习研究古今圣贤圣贤智慧，尤其深入研究伏羲、女娲周易八卦文化，姜太公兵法、孙子兵法、诸葛亮兵法、黄石公兵法、张良兵法、刘伯温兵法、鬼谷子兵法等圣贤文化，认为智囊团是推动事业成功的重要法宝。诸葛长青研究认为，人的境界分为“大、中、小”三级，人的智慧分为“上、中、下”三智，人的决策有“上、中、下”三策。

  古往今来，智囊团胸怀天下、洞察玄机、运筹帷幄、决胜千里，是帮助人们掌握“天时、地利、人和”建设千秋伟业的关键。

  诸葛长青推动智囊团文化，首次提出“纵横天下靠智慧、成就大业靠智囊”和“大智囊大事业、小智囊小事业、无智囊无事业”智囊理论。

  诸葛长青以古今圣贤为榜样，深入古今书海，拜求圣贤智慧，访问名人学者，潜心思考未来。曾拜访于古庙道观之内、访学于三教九流之中、听学于高僧奇人之侧、思考于学堂山川之间……。

  诸葛长青传承弘扬中华人类始祖伏羲、女娲的“自强不息、厚德载物”文化、儒家孔子“修身齐家、治国平天下”文化、道家老子的“阴阳五行、循道行德”文化、佛家释迦牟尼佛“弘法利生、救苦救难”文化、兵家的“运筹帷幄、奇正致胜”文化、医家的“天人合一、规律养生”文化，反复实践、反复运用，做到了学而时习之。

  不论世界任何一个国家、任何一位国民，只要努力奋斗、行善积德，必然是富贵吉祥、万事如意。

  未来的世界，健康幸福求大同，人心向善德万载。

  诸葛长青认为，环球世界，要实现幸福人生，就要做到“幸福12345”（一孝、二善、三规律、四个遵守、五记住）。一孝：是指孝顺父母；二善：是指内心善、外行善；三规律：是指一切是因果规律、一切唯心造规律、一切如爬山规律；四遵守：遵守法律、戒律、道德、养生；五记住：忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素。不论任何国家、任何国民，只要做到“幸福12345”，人生都会实现巨大飞跃，世界将会更加幸福和谐。
