On the one hand, I will report to you the results of learning from you for more than three years; On the other hand, I also hope that those who are destined to learn Buddhism can see it and gain from it.

I am a sinful man. When I was a child, I was spoiled, did not do housework, and had a serious lust, which led to nervous weakness and poor academic performance in high school. Maybe my fortune papers haven't been used up completely. It's still very good for me to be admitted to college, bring out my hukou and assign jobs. In fact, the grade in primary school is one of the best. It is from junior high school that the grade gradually declined after being infected with lewdness. Therefore, lewdness is very harmful to one's good fortune and one's studies.

After graduation, he entered a key school as a teacher. I fell in love with a boy, committed adultery, and had an abortion, which seriously damaged my fortune, so my teaching performance has been poor, and I have a strong desire to get into graduate school and find a light job, which is not so tiring in key high schools. With such selfish thoughts, I finally got into graduate school, and then the nightmare began.

Good career made up the job. He grew arrogant in school, disrespected his husband, and committed lewdness. In the last three years, when I graduated from graduate school, I began to fall into the lowest point of my life. Can't find a job, the relationship between husband and wife is bad, and the children are not obedient. At that time, it was really called "every day should not be" and "the ground should not work properly". I felt that life had come to an end. I don't know why I was so unlucky.

Later, I reluctantly entered an enterprise and worked with a group of junior high school graduates every day, getting the same salary as them. This makes me very painful, I can't understand, I paid so much, went to so many schools, graduated from graduate school, and finally it was the end. Not only is the teacher's job of career editor gone, but also he is paid for junior high school students in the enterprise, and the leaders are not welcome, which is very bad for me. The relationship between husband and wife is not good. Although there is no divorce, they are very indifferent to each other. The rebellious children are not only bad at learning, but also serious against their parents. We can't control them. At that time, my heart was like death.

It was at that time that I saw the Sina blog article of Zhuge Changqing. It was like seeing the straw to save lives. I read all the teacher's articles, and according to what the teacher said, I conscientiously repented, gave food, recited scriptures, released life, and became vegetarian. I also helped to print scriptures, donated money to help the sick and the poor, abstained from evil and immorality, respected my parents, copied scriptures, and so on. All the good things I thought I could do, I sincerely did.

Slowly, my mind changed!

I understand why I am so unlucky!

Why am I so unlucky? It's all cause and effect, it's all self-inflicted!

Everything is cause and effect! There is a cause and there is a result. All I have done is my own doing.

I began to recognize the appointment, and actively followed what Zhuge Changqing said, actively doing good deeds and accumulating virtue, and actively changing my life.

It didn't work at first. I still work at a low level in the enterprise and earn a low salary. But the children and the husband have gradually changed. The children are no longer so rebellious. The husband's career began to rise slowly. Only I have not changed. I think it may be that I have done too much evil, and the number of blessings is too small. So I have not interrupted, and I have been sticking to it.

If people have good intentions, heaven will bless them.

Three years later, my fate began to change.

I was transferred from a small township enterprise to Beijing, and my position was promoted, and my salary was also increased, and the whole transfer was not laborious. Now my work is smooth, my husband and wife are harmonious, and my children are very good. I really appreciate Buddha and Bodhisattva.

In the first half of the year, my son was very rebellious. I gave food seriously, returned seriously, and released, recited sutras, and assisted in printing according to your guidance. Now the child is much better, and has also been admitted to key middle schools. Thank you for your teacher.

I'm grateful that Zhuge Changqing's good knowledge has changed my fate.

With my own experience, I tell those who are destined to see this article that if they do good for a long time and do not see any improvement, they should not be discouraged. They must persevere and see the dawn.

诸葛长青老师，您好。想给您汇报的想法有很久了，但今天才有空整理思绪。

一方面，向您汇报跟您学习这三年多的时间跟您学习的收获；另一方面，也希望能让天下有缘者能看到，从中能有所收获，增强学佛的信心。

我是一个罪孽深重的人。小时候娇生惯养，不做家务，邪淫心严重，导致高中时候就神经衰弱，学习成绩不好，高考两次才考上一所本科。可能我的福报还没完全用完，我那个年代能考上大学，带出户口，分配工作，还是很不错的。其实小学时成绩是数一数二的，就是从上了初中，染上邪淫以后，成绩才逐步下降的。所以邪淫是很损福报的，很损学业的。

毕业后进了一所重点学校当老师。跟一个男孩谈恋爱，犯了邪淫，而且还堕胎，严重损了福报，所以教学成绩一直不好，而且有强烈的想法要考上研究生，找个轻快的工作，不在重点高中这么累。在这么自私自利的想法下，我终于考上了研究生，然后恶梦也开始了。

好好的事业编的工作辞了。在学校里增长了傲慢心，对丈夫也不尊重，还犯了邪淫。最终三年下来，研究生毕业的时候，我开始坠入人生最低谷。工作找不到，夫妻关系恶劣，孩子不听话。那时候真是叫天天不应，叫地地不灵，感觉人生走到了尽头，不知道为什么我会这么倒霉。

后来勉强进了一个企业，每天和一群初中毕业的人共事，拿和他们一样的工资。这让我很痛苦，我想不明白，我付出那么多，上了那么多的学，研究生毕业，最终还是这么个结局。不但事业编的教师工作没了，在企业还拿着初中生的工资，领导也不待见，对我很不好。夫妻关系也不好，虽然没闹离婚，但彼此很冷淡。孩子叛逆厉害不但学习不好，而且严重对抗父母，我们都管不了。那时候的我，心如死灰。

就是在那个时候，我看到了诸葛长青老师的新浪博客文章，就像见到了救命稻草，把老师的所有的文章都看了，而且按照老师所讲的，认真忏悔、认真施食、认真念经、认真放生、认真吃素，还助印经书，捐款救助病苦人，戒邪淫，孝敬父母，抄经等，所有我认为能做的善事，我都诚心诚意的去做。

慢慢的，我的心态变了！

我明白为什么我会这么倒霉！

我为什么这么倒霉？都是因果，都是自作自受啊！

一切都是因果！有因必有果，所做的一切都是我自作自受。

我开始认任命，并积极按照诸葛长青老师说的，积极行善积德，积极改命。

一开始没见什么效果。我还是在企业里干低微的工作，挣微薄的工资。但孩子和丈夫慢慢有改变了，孩子不再那么叛逆，丈夫的事业开始慢慢上升，只有我没有变化，我想，可能是我作孽太多，罪大恶极，福报太少了吧，所以我没有中断，一直坚持了下来。

人有善念，天必佑之。

三年以后，我的命运开始转变了，我的命运转机来了。

我从一个小地方的乡镇企业调到了北京，职位升了，工资也升了，而且整个调动没费力气。现在我工作顺利，夫妻和睦，孩子也很好。真的感恩佛菩萨。

上半年我儿子十分叛逆，我按照您的指导，认真施食、认真回向，并放生、念经、助印，现在孩子好多了，也考上了重点中学，感恩老师。

感恩诸葛长青老师善知识改变了我的命运。

我以我的亲身经历，告诉那些有缘看到这篇文章的人，如果长时间行善没有见到好转，不要灰心，一定要坚持下去，必见曙光。

我忍辱负重，持续止恶行善3年，就是一个案例证明：
