Today, Zhuge Changqing recommends a Buddhist sutra explaining good and evil:

The Buddha is the head of the Karma Differentiation Sutra.

The Sutra on the Difference of Karma and Karma of the Elderly, which is called the Sutra on the Difference of Karma and Karma of the Elderly, has a total volume and is translated by Qu Tan Fazhi of the Sui Dynasty. The elder said that all sentient beings belong to karma. It depends on the industry and changes with its own industry. Broadly speaking, there are ten kinds of industries. This sutra was written by Sakyamuni Buddha himself. It is a translation of the Mahayana Sutra from the Qianlong Tripitaka, Volume 735. 佛言:一切众生。系属于业。依止于业。随自业转。

以是因缘。有上中下差别不同。或有业能令众生得短命报。


或有业能令众生得长命报。

或有业能令众生得多病报。或有业能令众生得少病报。


或有业能令众生得丑陋报。或有业能令众生得端正报。

或有业能令众生得小威势报。或有业能令众生得大威势报。


或有业能令众生得下族姓报。或有业能令众生得上族姓报。

佛为首迦长者说业报差别经》。


佛为首迦长者说业报差别经》,简称为《佛说业报差别经》,共一卷,为隋瞿昙法智所翻译。为首迦长者说一切众生系属于业。依止于业,随自业而转,广说一切之业,各有十种。此经乃是释迦牟尼佛亲口所述。为小乘单译经,出自《乾隆大藏经·第七百三十五卷》。释迦牟尼佛在此经中,论述了业报的种种差别,及造成业报种种差别的原因。



佛为首迦长者说业报差别经

如是我闻。一时佛住舍卫国祇树给孤独园。尔时佛告忉提耶子首迦长者言。首迦长者。我当为汝说善恶业报差别法门。汝当谛听。善思念之。是时首迦即白佛言。唯然世尊。愿乐欲闻


佛告首迦。一切众生。系属于业。依止于业。随自业转。以是因缘。有上中下差别不同。或有业能令众生得短命报。或有业能令众生得长命报


或有业能令众生得多病报。或有业能令众生得少病报


或有业能令众生得丑陋报。或有业能令众生得端正报。或有业能令众生得小威势报。或有业能令众生得大威势报


或有业能令众生得下族姓报。或有业能令众生得上族姓报

或有业能令众生生于恶道。形容殊妙。眼目端严。肤体光泽。人所乐见


或有业能令众生生于恶道。形容丑陋。肤体粗涩。人不喜见


或有业能令众生。生于恶道。身口臭秽。诸根残缺


或有众生。习行十不善业。得外恶报。或有众生。习行十种善业。得外胜报


复次长者。若有众生。礼佛塔庙。得十种功德。奉施宝盖。得十种功德。奉施缯幡。得十种功德。奉施钟铃。得十种功德。奉施衣服。得十种功德。奉施器皿。得十种功德。奉施饮食。得十种功德。奉施靴履。得十种功德。奉施香华。得十种功德。奉施灯明。得十种功德。恭敬合掌。得十种功德。是名略说世间诸业差别法门


佛告首迦。有十种业。能令众生得短命报。一者自行杀生。二者勤他令杀。三者赞叹杀法。四者见杀随喜。五者于恶憎所。欲令丧灭。六者见怨灭已。心生欢喜。七者坏他胎藏。八者教人毁坏。九者建立天寺。屠杀众生。十者教人战斗互相残害。以是十业。得短命报复有十业。能令众生得长命报。一者自不杀生。二者劝他不杀。三者赞叹不杀。四者见他不杀。心生欢喜。五者见彼杀者。方便救免。六者见死怖者。安慰其心。七者见恐怖者。施与无畏。八者见诸患苦之人。起慈愍心。九者见诸急难之人。起大悲心。十者以诸饮食。惠施众生。以是十业。得长命报


复有十业。能令众生得多病报。一者好喜打拍一切众生。二者劝他令打。三者赞叹打法。四者见打欢喜。五者恼乱父母。令心忧恼。六者恼乱贤圣。七者见怨病苦。心大欢喜。八者见怨病愈。心生不乐。九者于怨病所。与非治药。十者宿食不消。而复更食。以是十业。得多病报


复有十业。能令众生得少病报。一者不喜打拍一切众生。二者劝他不打三者赞不打法。四者见不打者。心生欢喜。五者供养父母及诸病人。六者见贤圣病瞻视供养。七者见怨病愈。心生欢喜。八者见病苦者。施与良药。亦劝他施。九者于病苦众生。起慈愍心。十者于诸饮食。能自节量。以是十业。得少病报


复有十业。能令众生得丑陋报。一者好行忿怒。二者好怀嫌恨。三者诳惑于他。四者恼乱众生。五者于父母所。无爱敬心。六者于贤圣所。不生恭敬。七者侵夺贤圣资生田业。八者于佛塔庙断灭灯明。九者见丑陋者。毁呰轻贱。十者习诸恶行。以是十业。得丑陋报复有十业。能令众生得端正报。一者不嗔。二者施衣。三者爱敬父母。四者尊重贤圣。五者涂饰佛塔。六者扫洒堂宇。七者扫洒僧地。八者扫洒佛塔。九者见丑陋者。不生轻贱。起恭敬心。十者见端正者。晓悟宿因。以是十业得端正报


复有十业。能令众生得小威势报。一者于诸众生。起嫉妒心。二者见他得利。心生恼热。三者见他失利。其心欢喜。四者于他名誉。起嫉恶心。五者见失名誉。心大忻悦。六者退菩提心。毁佛形像。七者于己父母及贤圣所。无心奉侍。八者劝人修习少威德业。九者障他修行大威德业。十者见少威德者。心生轻贱。以是十业。得少威势报


复有十业。能令众生得大威势报。一者于诸众生。心无嫉妒。二者见他得利。心生欢喜。三者见他失利。起怜愍心四者于他名誉。心生忻悦。五者见失名誉。助怀忧恼。六者发菩提心。造佛形像。奉施宝盖。七者于己父母及贤圣所。恭敬奉迎。八者劝人弃舍少威德业。九者劝人修行大威德业。十者见无威德。不生轻贱。以是十业。得大威势报


复有十业。能令众生得下族姓报。一者不知敬父。二者不知敬母。三者不知敬沙门。四者不知敬婆罗门。五者于诸尊长。而不敬仰。六者于诸师长。不奉迎供养。七者见诸尊长。不迎逆请坐。八者于父母所。不遵教诲。九者于贤圣所。亦不受教。十者轻蔑下族。以是十业。得下族姓报


复有十业。能令众生得上族姓报。一者善知敬父。二者善知敬母。三者善知敬沙门。四者善知敬婆罗门。五者敬护尊长。六者奉迎师长。七者见诸尊长。迎逆请坐。八者于父母所。敬受教诲。九者于贤圣所。尊敬受教。十者不轻下族。以是十业。得上族姓报


复有十业。能令众生得少资生报。一者自行偷盗。二者劝他偷盗。三者赞叹偷盗。四者见盗欢喜。五者于父母所。减撤生业。六者于贤圣所。侵夺资财。七者见他得利。心不欢喜。八者障他得利。为作留难。九者见他行施。无随喜心。十者见世饥馑。心不怜愍。而生欢喜。以是十业。得少资生报


复有十业。能令众生得多资生报。一者自离偷盗。二者劝他不盗。三者赞叹不盗。四者见他不盗。心生欢喜。五者于父母所。供奉生业。六者于诸贤圣给施所须。七者见他得利。心生欢喜。八者见求利者。方便佐助。九者见乐施者。心生忻悦。十者见世饥馑。心生怜愍。以是十业。得多资生报


复有十业。能令众生得邪智报。一者不能咨问智慧沙门婆罗门。二者显说恶法。三者不能受持修习正法四者赞非定法。以为定法。五者恡法不说。六者亲近邪智。七者远离正智。八者赞叹邪见。九者弃舍正见。十者见痴恶人。轻贱毁呰。以是十业。得邪智报复有十业。能令众生得正智报。一者善能咨问智慧沙门婆罗门。二者显说善法。三者闻持正法。四者见说定法。叹言善哉。五者乐说正法。六者亲近正智人。七者摄护正法。八者勤修多闻。九者远离邪见。十者见痴恶人。不生轻贱。以是十业。得正智报


复有十业。能令众生得地狱报。一者身行重恶业。二者口行重恶业。三者意行重恶业。四者起于断见。五者起于常见。六者起无因见。七者起无作见。八者起于无见。九者起于边见。十者不知恩报。以是十业。得地狱报


复有十业。能令众生得畜生报。一者身行中恶业。二者口行中恶业。三者意行中恶业。四者从贪烦恼。起诸恶业。五者从嗔烦恼。起诸恶业。六者从痴烦恼。起诸恶业。七者毁骂众生。八者恼害众生。九者施不净物。十者行于邪淫。以是十业。得畜生报


复有十业。能令众生得饿鬼报。一者身行轻恶业。二者口行轻恶业。三者意行轻恶业。四者起于多贪。五者起于恶贪。六者嫉妒。七者邪见。八者爱着资生。即便命终。九者因饥而亡。十者枯渴而死。以是十业。得饿鬼报复有十业。能令众生得阿修罗报。一者身行微恶业。二者口行微恶业。三者意行微恶业。四者憍慢。五者我慢。六者增上慢。七者大慢。八者邪慢。九者慢慢。十者回诸善根。向修罗趣。以是十业。得阿修罗报


复有十业。能令众生得人趣报。一者不杀。二者不盗。三者不邪淫。四者不妄语。五者不绮语。六者不两舌。七者不恶口。八者不贪。九者不嗔。十者不邪见。于十善业。缺漏不全。以是十业。得人趣报


复有十业。能令众生得欲天报。所谓具足修行增上十善。复有十业。能令众生得色天报。所谓修行有漏十善。与定相应。复有四业。能令众生得无色天报。一者过一切色想灭有对想等。入于空处定。二者过一切空处定。入识处定。三者过一切识处定。入无所有处定。四者过无所有处定。入非想非非想定。以是四业。得无色天报






复有业能令众生得决定报者。若人于佛法僧。及持戒人。所以增上心施。以此善业。发愿回向。即得往生。是名决定报业。复有业能令众生得不定报者。若业非增上心作。更不修习。又不发愿回向受生。是名不定报业


复有业能令众生得边地报者。若业于佛法僧净持戒人。及大众所。不增上心施。以此善根。愿生边地。以是愿故。即生边地。受净不净报


复有业能令众生得中国报者。若作业时。于佛法僧。清净持戒。梵行人边。及大众所。起于增上。殷重布施。以是善根。决定发愿求生中国。还得值佛。及闻正法。受于上妙清净果报


复有业能令众生尽地狱寿者。若有众生。造地狱业已。无惭无愧。而不厌离。心无怖畏。反生欢喜。又不忏悔。而复更造重增恶业。如提婆达多等。以是业故。尽地狱寿。复有业能令众生堕于地狱。至半而夭。不尽其寿。若有众生。造地狱业。积集成已。后生怖畏。惭愧厌离。忏悔弃舍。非增上心。以是业故。堕于地狱。后追悔故。地狱半夭。不尽其寿。复有业能令众生堕于地狱。暂入即出。若有众生。造地狱业。作已怖畏。起增上信。生惭愧心。厌恶弃舍。殷重忏悔。更不重造。如阿阇世王。杀父等罪。暂入地狱。即得解脱。于是世尊。即说偈言


若人造重罪 作已深自责


忏悔更不造 能拔根本业


复有业作而不集。若有众生。身口意等。造诸恶业。造已怖畏。惭愧远离。深自悔责。更不重造。是名作而不集。复有业集而不作。若有众生。自不作业。以恶心故。劝人行恶。是名集而不作。复有业亦作亦集。若有众生。造诸业已。心无改悔。而复数造。亦劝他人。是名亦作亦集。复有业不作不集。若有众生。自不造业。亦不教他。无记业等。是名不作不集


复有业初乐后苦。若有众生。为人所劝。欢喜行施。施心不坚。后还追悔。以是因缘。生在人间。先虽富乐。后还贫苦。是名先乐后苦。复有业初苦后乐。若有众生。为人劝导。挽仰少施。施已欢喜。心无恡悔。以是因缘。生在人间。初时贫苦。后还富乐。是名初苦后乐。复有业初苦后苦。若有众生。离善知识。无人劝导。乃至不能少行惠施。以是因缘。生在人间。初时贫苦。后还贫苦。是名初苦后苦。复有业初乐后乐。若有众生。近善知识。劝令行施。便生欢喜。坚修施业。以是因缘。生在人间。初时富乐。后亦富乐


复有业贫而乐施。若有众生。先曾行施。不遇福田。流转生死。在于人道。以不遇福田故。果报微劣。随得随尽。以习施故。虽处贫穷。而能行施。复有业富而悭贪。若有众生。未曾布施。遇善知识。暂行一施。值良福田。以田胜故。资生具足。先不习故。虽富而悭。复有业富而能施。若有众生。值善知识。多修施业。遇良福田。以是因缘。巨富饶财。而能行施。复有业贫而悭贪。若有众生。离善知识。无人劝导。不能行施。以是因缘。生在贫穷。而复悭贪


复有业能令众生得身乐。而心不乐。如有福凡夫。复有业能令众生得心乐而身不乐。如无福罗汉。复有业能令众生得身心俱乐。如有福罗汉。复有业能令众生得身心俱不乐。如无福凡夫


复有业能令众生命尽而业不尽。若有众生。从地狱死。还生地狱。畜生饿鬼。乃至人天阿修罗等。亦复如是。是名命尽而业不尽。复有业能令众生业尽而命不尽。若有众生。乐尽受苦。苦尽受乐等。是名业尽而命不尽。复有业能令众生业命俱尽。若有众生。从地狱灭。生于畜生。及以饿鬼。乃至人天阿修罗等。是名业命俱尽。复有业能令众生业命俱不尽。若有众生。尽诸烦恼。所谓须陀洹。斯陀含。阿那含。阿罗汉等。是名业命俱不尽


复有业能令众生。虽生恶道。形容殊妙。眼目端严。肤体光泽。人所乐见。若有众生。因欲烦恼。起破戒业。以是因缘。虽生恶道。形容殊妙。眼目端严。肤体光泽。人所乐见


复有业能令众生生于恶道。形容丑陋。肤体粗涩。人不喜见。若有众生。从嗔烦恼起破戒业。以是因缘。生于恶道。形容丑陋。肤体粗 涩。人不喜见

复有十业。得外恶报。若有众生。于十不善业。多修习故。感诸外物。悉不具足。一者以杀业故。令诸外报。大地碱卤。药草无力。二者以盗业故。感外霜雹螽蝗虫等。令世饥馑。三者邪淫业故。感恶风雨。及诸尘埃。四者妄语业故。感生外物。皆悉臭秽。五者两舌业故。感外大地。高下不平。峻崖崄谷。株杌槎菜。六者恶口业故。感生外报。瓦石沙砾。粗 涩恶物。不可触近。七者绮语业故感生外报。令草木稠林。枝条棘刺。八者以贪业故。感生外报。令诸苗稼子实微细。九者以嗔业故。感生外报。令诸树木果实苦涩。十者以邪见业故。感生外报。苗稼不实。收获鲜少。以是十业。得外恶报


复有十业。得外胜报。若有众生。修十善业。与上相违。当知即获十外胜报


若有众生。礼佛塔庙。得十种功德。一者得妙色好声。二者有所发言人皆信伏。三者处众无畏。四者天人爱护。五者具足威势。六者威势众生。皆来亲附。七者常得亲近诸佛菩萨。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名礼佛塔庙得十种功德


若有众生。奉施宝盖。得十种功德。一者处世如盖覆护众生。二者身心安隐。离诸热恼。三者一切敬重。无敢轻慢。四者有大威势。五者常得亲近诸佛菩萨大威德者。以为眷属。六者恒作转轮圣王。七者恒为上首。修习善业。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施宝盖得十种功德


若有众生。奉施缯幡。得十种功德。一者处世如幢。国王大臣。亲友知识。恭敬供养。二者豪富自在。具大财宝。三者善名流布。遍至诸方。四者形貌端严。寿命长远。五者常于生处。施行坚固。六者有大名称。七者有大威德。八者生在上族。九者身坏命终。生于天上。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施缯幡得十种功德


若有众生。奉施钟铃。得十种功德。一者得梵音声。二者有大名闻。三者自识宿命。四者所有出言。人皆敬受。五者常有宝盖。以自庄严。六者有妙璎珞。以为服饰。七者面貌端严。见者欢喜。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施钟铃得十种功德


若有众生。奉施衣服。得十种功德。一者面目端严。二者肌肤细滑。三者尘垢不着。四者生便具足上妙衣服。五者微妙卧具。覆盖其身。六者具惭愧服。七者见者爱敬。八者具大财宝。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施衣服得十种功德


若有众生。生施器皿。得十种功德。一者处世如器。二者得善法津泽。三者离诸渴爱。四者若渴思水。流泉涌出。五者终不生于饿鬼道中。六者得天妙器。七者远离恶友。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施器皿得十种功德


若有众生。奉施饮食。得十种功德。一者得命。二者得色。三者得力。四者获得安无碍辩。五者得无所畏。六者无诸懈怠。为众敬仰。七者众人爱乐。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施饮食得十种功德。若有众生。奉施靴履。得十种功德。一者具足妙乘。二者足下安平。三者足趺柔软。四者远涉轻健。五者身无疲极。六者所行之处。不为荆棘瓦砾损坏其足。七者得神通力。八者具诸给使。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施靴履得十种功德


若有众生。奉施香华。得十种功德。一者处世如花。二者身无臭秽。三者福香戒香。遍诸方所。四者随所生处。鼻根不坏。五者超胜世间。为众归仰。六者身常香洁。七者爱乐正法。受持读诵。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施香花得十种功德


若有众生。奉施灯明。得十种功德。一者照世如灯。二者随所生处。肉眼不坏。三者得于天眼。四者于善恶法。得善智慧。五者除灭大闇。六者得智慧明。七者流转世间。常不在于黑闇之处。八者具大福报。九者命终生天。十者速证涅槃。是名奉施灯明得十种功德


若有众生。恭敬合掌。得十种功德。一者得胜福报。二者生于上族。三者得胜妙色。四者得胜妙声。五者得胜妙盖。六者得胜妙辩。七者得胜妙信。八者得胜妙戒。九者得胜妙多闻。十者得胜妙智。是名恭敬合掌得十种功德


尔时世尊。说此法已。首迦长者。于如来所。得净信心


尔时首迦。头面礼佛。作如是言。我今请佛。往舍婆提城。到我父所。忉提长者家。愿令我父及一切众生。长夜安乐。尔时世尊。为利益故。默然受请。尔时首迦。闻佛所说。心大欢喜。顶礼而退.
