According to Zhuge Changqing's research, as long as we continue to correct mistakes and do good deeds, we will have a good fate.
How to correct mistakes?
In the Four Instructions to Liao Fan, Mr. Liao Fan proposed that mistakes should be corrected with a "sense of shame, fear, and courage", which is worthy of learning and practice by every predestined person.
Correct your mistakes and do more good deeds to make your life auspicious!
There are those who are engaged in reform, those who are rational, and those who are motivated and motivated. Since kungfu is different, its effectiveness is also different. For example, killing animals the day before yesterday and abstaining from killing today; I scolded others the day before yesterday, but I don't lose my temper today. This is how things changed.
In the Four Instructions to Liao Fan, Mr. Liao Fan said that in the Spring and Autumn Period, when some officials saw other people's words and actions, they could use their own conjecture to comment on this person's future misfortunes and misfortunes, which is often very accurate.
This can be seen from Zuo Zhuan and National Policy.
Although the omen of good or bad luck is sprouted in the heart, it is often manifested in the four bodies. Those who behave honestly often get lucky, while those who are too mean often get hurt. But the eyes of ordinary people in the secular world are often blocked by delusions. They said that there is no certain evil or good fortune in life, and it is impossible to measure it. You should know that when happiness is coming, you can predict it by observing his good deeds; When disaster is coming, we can predict the evil he has done.
Now, if we want to be blessed and far away from disaster, we must first resolve to change, regardless of doing good.
(Zhuge Changqing: The Supreme Chancellor said that there is no way to harm or fortune. Only people can call on themselves, and their fate is in their own hands.)
How to change?
First, be ashamed. I should think about the sages in the past. Why can they teach for hundreds of generations, and why am I all cracked? This is because I am addicted to the desire of dust and labor, have done bad things in private, and think that others do not know, so I am proud and have no sense of shame. If you go on like this, you will be degraded to animals, and you don't know it yet. There is nothing more shameful in the world than this!
Mencius said that the problem of shame is the most important for people. Because if you know your shame, you have the courage to change, and your virtue and career will be renewed, and you will become a sage; If you are shameless, you will act recklessly, lose your personality and become an animal. Therefore, it is the most important step to change the situation.
(Zhuge Changqing: If you have a sense of shame against sages, you will quickly change. The ancients said that if you are not sages, you are animals.)
Second, be afraid. Heaven and earth are above, and ghosts and gods are hard to deceive. Although my evil is in the faint, the ghosts and gods of heaven and earth have seen and known it. If it is heavy, it will bring down a hundred calamities, and if it is light, it will bring about losses. How can I not be afraid? Not only that, no matter where we live, others can always see clearly. Although I have covered up very closely and camouflaged properly, my lungs and liver have already been exposed. It is difficult to hide. Once someone sees through, my personality is really worthless. How can I not be afraid of it?
However, as long as we have a breath and are still alive, we can repent and correct our monstrous sins. Once upon a time, some people did evil all their lives. At the time of death, they just repented and had a good heart, and they ended peacefully. This is a sharp thought, which is enough to wash away the evil for a hundred years. For example, in the dark valley for thousands of years, take a lamp to illuminate it. The darkness of that thousand years immediately disappeared. Therefore, no matter how long or near the fault is, it is only expensive to change it. But everything in the world is impermanent. Our body is easy to die. When we don't come at a breath, we can't repent if we want to change again. If you don't repent of your sin, you will be infamous for thousands of years in the Ming Dynasty. Even if you are filial, you can't wash the shame. In the dark, thousands of calamities fell into hell and suffered all kinds of retribution. Because of the deep sin, even if you encounter sages such as Buddha and Bodhisattva, you can't get help. The light and dark retribution of sin is so heavy, how can we not be afraid?
(Zhuge Changqing: Everyone has a god at the top of his head. He can master and record people's good and evil behaviors, and record them one by one. He is not happy with karma. Good deeds are rewarded with good deeds, and evil deeds are rewarded with evil deeds
The third is to be brave. Most people shrink from following the rules, muddle along, and are unwilling to change their minds. We must cheer up and not hesitate, doubt, and wait for delay. Small mistakes, such as prickles, should be pulled out quickly. A big evil act should be like a snake biting its finger and cutting it off quickly to prevent the snake venom from entering the heart. This is not at all slow! The hexagram of the Book of Changes says: "The wind and thunder benefit"; That is to say, it is easy to get benefits by acting vigorously and directly and cheerfully.
If you can have these three kinds of hearts, you can immediately change them.
For example, the ice in spring meets the sun, which cannot be dissolved.
There are some who are engaged in reform, some who are rational, and some who are removed from the mind. Since the time is different, the effect is also different. For example, I killed animals the day before yesterday and quit killing today; I scolded others the day before yesterday. I won't lose my temper today. This is how things change. However, it will be difficult to force others, and the root of the disease is still there. It is not a good way to kill people in the east and live in the west.
Those who are good at correcting things understand the truth of the event before it happens. For example, the fault lies in killing animals, and I think: the treasure paste is listed, and it will be empty after eating, and the vegetable soup can fill my stomach.
All animals love their lives. Can you bear to kill them alive, give them to your mouth, and base my enjoyment on their pain? When I think about it, my heart will feel uneasy. Moreover, when it was killed and slaughtered, its pain went to the marrow. Why should I kill its life and detract from its good fortune in order to covet a moment's blessing? Further think, all animals with blood have gnosis and Buddha nature, just like me. Although I can't love them, how can I kill them every day and make them hate me forever? When you think of this, you will feel sad about food and can't swallow it.
(Zhuge Changqing: Killing life is the first sin and the first evil retribution. It must be corrected.)
As before, if you are easily irritated, you should think:
There is always something wrong with people. It is reasonable to forgive them. We can't be self-righteous and despise what others can't do. There are no self-righteous heroes in the world, and there is no hatred for other people's learning. What I can't do is that I can't cultivate my own virtue and can't move others. This is what I want to reflect on myself. If someone comes to offend me unreasonably, it's his business. What's the interference with me?
Then, the occurrence of slander is tempered by me, and I will be glad to receive it. If you can think of it this way, what can you be angry about? It should be understood that those who hear slander but are not angry, even if they encounter slander and smoke the sky, they are also like burning the sky with a torch, and the result will rest. If you are angry after hearing slander, though you try your best to argue, you will be like a cocoon of spring silkworm, bound by yourself, and even more worried. So anger is not only useless, but also harmful. All other evils should be analyzed according to reason. In fact, all evil is stupid. Self-harm will not happen if the reason is clear.
What is change from heart? All faults are rooted in the heart and are made by the mind.
My heart doesn't move, where does the fault come from? People engaged in cultivation do not have to look for such faults as lust, fame, profit and anger, but when they focus on the mind and make the mind always present, the evil mind will not pollute.
Just like the sun in the sky, monsters and ghosts will disappear from hiding. This is the true story of precision and purity. Since it is not made by the heart, it must be changed from the heart. It is like cutting a poison tree and breaking its roots. Why cut its branches one by one and pick its leaves one by one?
The best way is to cure the heart. Unreasonable thoughts can be detected and eliminated as soon as they are aroused. If this is not possible, we should eliminate it by reason. Maybe it still can't be restrained, so we should use the time to rein in the precipice, force restraint in the face of things, and resolutely forbid not to commit. On the contrary, the key to change is to purify the mind, understand the reason, and abstain from punishment.
But if you are determined to change, you need to rely on your good friends to remind you. If you are quiet, you need to be enlightened by Buddha. With one heart to repent, I dare not slack off day and night. After the first seven days or the second seven days, even January, February and March will have an effect. When it works, you may feel happy and relaxed, or you may feel wise and cheerful, or you may feel able to touch and read when you are busy, or you may feel happy when you meet someone who resents you, or you may dream of spitting black things, or you may dream of being led by saints and sages, or you may dream of flying too empty, or you may dream of building a banner and treasure cover, all kinds of auspicious things. These phenomena are positive evidence of the elimination of crime. However, we should not be complacent and complacent, rather than seeking progress.
At the age of 20, Bo Yu was able to realize that what he had done the day before was not right, and changed it all. At the age of 21, I realized that what I had changed before had not been completely changed. Even at the age of twenty-two, looking back at the age of twenty-one, it still looks like muddling through the day in a dream. There are many mistakes. In this way, he changed year after year. At the age of 50, he still thought what he had done in the past 49 years was wrong. As a kind of learning, the ancients did it conscientiously. We are all mortals, and living evil is like the thorns on a hedgehog. But looking back on the past, I often can't see that I was wrong or that my heart was thick and my eyes were blocked. But those who have committed serious crimes also have symptoms: or they feel faint and forget when they turn their heads; Or worry about nothing; Or I feel embarrassed and depressed when I see decent people; Or you will not be happy when you hear serious words; Or the night dream is reversed, or even talk and act recklessly. This is a reflection of the heavy evil karma in the past. If there is a situation like this, you should work hard, discard the old and try the new!

如何改正错误?
《了凡四训》中,了凡先生提出,应当用“羞耻心、畏惧心、勇猛心”改正错误,值得每一位有缘者学习实践。
改正错误多做善事,吉祥人生!
实践改过的功夫,有从事上改的、有从理上改的、更有从起心动念处除净的。功夫既然不同,效用也就有别。例如,前日杀生、今日戒杀了;前日怒骂别人、今日不发脾气了。这就是事上而改的......。
《了凡四训》中,了凡先生说:春秋时代有些官员们见到别人的说话和动作,就能凭着自己的推测,来评论这个人未来的祸福遭遇,往往很准确。
这从《左传》、《国策》这些书里可以看得到。
大抵吉凶的预兆虽萌芽在心里,而表现常在于四体。行为敦厚的往往得福,过于刻薄的往往遭祸。但世俗一般人们的眼里多被妄念遮障。他们说,人生的祸福是没有一定的,是测度不准的。要知道,当幸福快要到来,只须观察他的善行就可预知;灾祸将要来临,观察他所作的不善事,也就可以预卜的。
现在,我们想要得福而远祸,暂且不论行善,先须决心改过。

如何改过?
第一要发羞耻心。应思从前的圣贤们,他们为什么百世可师,而我为什么一身瓦裂?这是因为我耽染着尘劳情欲,在私下做了坏事,还认为别人不知道,傲然没有一点惭愧之心。这样下去,必将沦堕于禽兽,而自己还不知道哩。世间可羞可耻的事是没有比这更大的了!
孟子说,耻的问题,对于人们是最重要的了。因为知耻则勇于改过,德业日新,成为圣贤;无耻则肆意妄行,人格丧失,成为禽兽。所以改过是得福远祸的最切要的一着。
(诸葛长青:对照圣贤有了羞耻心,就会迅速改过。古人说,不为圣贤、即是禽兽。)
第二要发畏惧心。天地在上,鬼神难欺。我的过恶虽在隐微之间,但是天地鬼神已经看见了、知道了。重则降之百殃,轻则损失现福。我怎么可以不惧怕呢?不仅是这样,任凭我们居住在什么地方,别人总是看得很清楚的。我虽遮盖得很密,伪装得像样,但是肺肝早已露出,到底难以隐瞒,一经被人看破,我的人格真是不值一文了,怎么能不懔然惧怕呢?
不过,只要我们留有一口气,还活着,滔天的罪恶还是可以忏悔改过的。从前有人一生作恶,到了临死的时候,方才悔悟,发了一念善心,就得到安详地善终。这是一念猛厉,足以洗涤百年之恶。譬如千年黑暗的幽谷里,拿灯来一照。那千年的黑暗,立刻就消除了。所以过错不论久近,只是以改为贵。但是世间的一切事物,都是无常的,我们这个身体是容易死亡的,等到一口气不来,再要想改过,就无从悔改了。如果罪过没有悔改,从明里来说,就会千百年背负恶名,即使子孝孙贤,也无法洗涤耻辱。从暗里来说,则千百劫沉沦在地狱里受尽各种罪报,因为罪孽深重,即使遇到圣贤如佛菩萨,也无法得到救助。罪过的明暗报应如此之重,怎么能够不存畏惧心呢?
(诸葛长青:每个人头顶都有天神,掌握记录人们的善恶行为,一一记录,因果报应,丝毫不爽。善有善报、恶有恶报。种瓜得瓜、种豆得豆)
第三要发勇猛心。人们多是因循退缩,得过且过,不肯发心改过。我们必须奋发振作,不用踌躇、疑惑,不烦等待拖延。小的过失,比如芒刺在身,要很快的把它拔除。大的恶行,要像毒蛇咬住了手指,急速把手指斩除,以免蛇毒入心。这是丝毫缓慢不得的!《周易》卦上说:“风雷益”;就是说,雷厉风行,直接痛快地去干,是容易得到效益的。
如能具备以上这三种心,那么,有过的能立即改掉了。
譬如春天的冰遇到了太阳,是没有消溶不了的。
实践改过的工夫,有从事上改的,有从理上改的,更有从起心动念处除净的。工夫既然不同,效用也就有别。例如前日杀生,今日戒杀了;前日怒骂别人,今日不发脾气了。这就是事上而改的。但是强制于外,是会感到很困难的,而且病根还在,东灭西生,这不是究竟的好办法。
善于改过的人,是在事件还没有发生以前,就先明白了它的道理。例如,过失在于杀生,自己就想:珍膏罗列,食过即空,蔬食菜羹尽可充腹。
一切的动物都爱自己生命的,把它活活地杀死,往自己嘴里送,将我的享受建立在它的痛苦上,能忍心吗?这样一想,我的心就会感到不安。而且它在被杀遭到屠割的时候,痛苦彻骨入髓,我何必为了贪一时的口福,杀害它的生命,减损自己的福报呢?再进一步想,有血气的动物都有灵知,都有佛性,和我是一样的。我虽不能爱之养之,但怎能日日杀害生命,使它们仇我恨我于无穷呢?想到这里,就会对食伤心,不能下咽了。
(诸葛长青:杀生是第一罪过、第一恶报,必须改正啊)
又如以前,自己是容易恼怒的,就应该想:
人总会有不到之处,在情理上是应该加以宽恕的。我们不能自以为是而鄙视人所不及的地方。天下没有自以为是的豪杰,也没有怨恨别人的学问,凡是我所行不通的,都是自己的德行没有修,不能感动他人,这是我自己要加以反省的。如果有人蛮不讲理的来干犯我,那是他的事,于我又有什么干涉?
那么,毁谤的发生,都是磨炼于我,玉成于我,我将欢然受赐。能够这样想,那还有什么忿怒可发呢?应知听到毁谤而不忿怒的,虽遇到谗焰薰天,也如拿火炬烧虚空,结果必自息。若是闻谤而怒,虽竭尽巧思去分辩,反如春蚕作茧,自取束缚,更增烦恼。所以忿怒不但无益,而且还有害呢。其他种种过恶,都应该依理分析。其实,一切过恶都是愚蠢的行径,自害的作法,道理明白了,自然不会发生了。
什么叫做从心而改呢?一切的过失,都是根源于心,唯心所造的。
我的心不妄动,过失又从哪里发生呢?从事修养的人,对于好色、好名、好利、好怒,这些过失,不必逐类寻求,但当专注起心动念处,使正念时时现前,邪念自然污染不上了。
正如太阳当空,妖魔鬼怪就由潜伏而归于消灭,这是精密纯一的真传。既然过由心造,还须从心上去改,象斩毒树,必须断其根株,何必一条又一条地伐它的树枝,一片又一片地摘它的树叶呢?
大抵最好的办法是治心。不合理的念头,才一动起,立即发觉,一觉就立即予以消灭。倘使这样做不到,就要反复明理来消灭它。或许还是克制不了,那就要用悬崖勒马的工夫,临事强行克制,坚决地禁止不犯。克实而论,净心、明理、临事禁戒三功并施是改过的要诀。
但是决心要改过,明则要靠良朋提醒,幽则还须诸佛加被。一心忏悔,昼夜不敢懈怠,经过一七日、或二七日,以至一月、二月、三月必有效验。见效时,或者感觉心神怡旷,或者觉得智慧开朗,或者冗忙的时候而触念皆通,或遇怨仇的人而能回 作喜,或梦吐黑物,或梦往圣先贤提携接引,或梦飞步太虚,或梦幢幡宝盖,种种吉祥的事。这些现象都是过消罪灭的实证。但是不得执此自高,自满自足,而不更求进步。
从前蘧伯玉二十岁的时候,已经能自觉前日所做的不是,而把它都改掉了。到了二十一岁,才知道自己以前所改的,还没有完全改尽。乃至二十二岁,回顾二十一岁,还象在梦中糊涂过日,错误不少。这样,他年复一年,年年都改过,到了五十岁的时候,还认为四十九年来所做的不对。古人对改过作为一种学问,就是这样认真去做的。我们都是凡夫,过恶像刺猬身上的刺一样,堆积得满身都是的。可是回思往事,往往看不见自己是有过失的,或是心粗而眼障的缘故。但是过恶深重的人,也是有征兆的:或者感到心神昏塞,转头即忘;或无事而心常烦恼;或是看见正派的人而自己有些不好意思,有些沮丧的情绪;或是听到正经的话反而不生欢喜;或夜梦颠倒,甚至妄言妄动。这都是过去恶业障重的反映。倘使有一件像这样的情形,那就要自己奋发,舍旧图新,不可自误!
