Chengen's Journey to the West contains the great wisdom of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism
Journey to the West contains the great wisdom of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. It is worth reading and understanding again and again.
-----Zhuge Changqing
To understand Chinese culture, you must read Chinese books.
If you want to read Chinese books, you must read Journey to the West.
Zhuge Changqing believes that it is difficult to understand the connotation of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism without reading Journey to the West.
If you want to understand Chinese Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture, the fastest way is to read the original book Journey to the West.
The "Journey to the West", performed by stars such as Liu Xiaoling, shows the spirit of the original work of "Journey to the West". Let Chinese people and people from all over the world understand the charm of Chinese culture, and they have made great contributions to it. Zhuge Changqing believed that they should be grateful for their selfless dedication and all the directors, actors, screenwriters and other staff who spread the culture of Journey to the West. Their merits are immeasurable.
To truly understand the cultural connotation of Journey to the West, Zhuge Changqing believed that we should calm down and look at the original work carefully.
Zhuge Changqing believes that only by carefully reading the original work of Journey to the West and carefully tasting it, can you realize the wisdom of Chinese culture contained in Wu Chengen's Journey to the West.
Zhuge Changqing believes that "Journey to the West" is full of cultural wisdom. It will directly enhance people's wisdom.
For example, in the seventeenth chapter of Journey to the West, in which Sun Walker made a big fuss over the Avalokitesvara in Heifeng Mountain to subdue the bear monster, Avalokitesvara, at the invitation of Sun Wukong, deliberately turned into a "wolf demon" in the process of subduing the black bear monster.
The traveler looked at the road and joked, "Wonderful! Wonderful! Is it the spirit of Bodhisattva or the spirit of Bodhisattva?"
Avalokitesvara immediately enlightened Sun Wukong with the wisdom of Heart Sutra and Diamond Sutra.
Guanyin Bodhisattva smiled and said, "Wukong, the spirit of Bodhisattva, always has a single thought. If we talk about the original, it is nothing."
The traveler had an epiphany.
Look, after reading the original book and tasting it carefully, you will understand a lot.
Wu Chengen, in fact, with the help of the book Journey to the West, uses the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture to cultivate people's minds.
What is the difference between Buddha, Bodhisattva, good god and evil spirit?
It's all in a flash.
A good mind is a good god of Buddha and Bodhisattva; A thought of evil is a demon.
The black bear monster is evil when it thinks about doing evil. Later, enlightened by Guanyin Bodhisattva, it becomes the Dharma Protector of Putuo Mountain in the South China Sea when it thinks about good.
Speaking of the Journey to the West, Zhuge Changqing believed that we should not only thank Tang Xuanzang for his journey to the West to collect Buddhist scriptures, but also thank Li Shimin, the king of the Tang Dynasty, for his great support in translating Buddhist scriptures. We should also thank the scholars and scholars of the past dynasties for their dissemination, especially Wu Chengen, the author of Journey to the West.
Wu Chengen wrote this great book with his life's energy and wisdom.
The author of Journey to the West is Wu Chengen, an outstanding novelist of the Ming Dynasty in China.
Wu Chengen (1500~1582), who was born in Shanyang County, Huai'an Prefecture (now Huai'an District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province).
Wu Chengen, whose ancestral home is Anhui, lived in Gaodian, Zongyang with his ancestors, so he was called Gaodian Wu.
In 2004, the Huai'an District Government of Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province decided to establish the Wu Chengen Memorial Hall at the Mountain Tea Temple; A stone statue of Wu Chengen was built at the foot of the mountain to commemorate him.
In 1500 (the first year of Zhengde in the Ming Dynasty), Wu Chengen was born in Shanyang County, Huai'an Prefecture, in a family where a scholar turned into a businessman.
Wu Rui, Wu Chengen's father, is optimistic and broad-minded, and pursues the philosophy of constant happiness. He named him Chengen and Ruzhong, which means that he hopes he can study and become an official, inherit the imperial grace, and serve the people, and become a loyal minister with a long history.
Wu Chengen was intelligent from his childhood, and liked to read wild tales, barnyard stories and strange stories. Zhu Yingdeng believed that he could "read all the books in the world", and "divide the history of pictures in his family into half".
Zhuge Changqing believed that Wu Chengen's extensive hobbies and extensive reading contributed to Journey to the West.
The Annals of Huai'an Mansion contains that he is sensitive and intelligent, has a great deal of books, and has written poems and essays.
Wu Chengen was diligent and eager to learn when he was young. He is good at painting, calligraphy, lyrics and music, and is also proficient in Go. He also likes to collect famous calligraphy and painting calligraphy. In his youth, he became famous in his hometown because of his outstanding literary talent and was appreciated by people.
Wu Chengen is good at painting and calligraphy. He is versatile. He is a year old tribute student in middle age. He has been a minister of Changxing County.
The Annals of Huai'an Prefecture recorded that he was "sensitive and wise, read widely, and wrote poems".
When Wu Chengen was about 50 years old, he wrote the first ten chapters of Journey to the West. Later, he was interrupted for many years. Only when he resigned and returned to his hometown in his later years, he was able to formally write Journey to the West.
Zhuge Changqing expects that all contemporary and future literary lovers, like Wu Chengen, will use your wonderful pen to write more books related to traditional Chinese culture and spread Chinese wisdom to China and the world.
